it's another [00:33] opportunity for us to come together and hear and learn of the word of truth that's given to us by the most high God all honor goes to the father through the [00:40] son whose name is yahushua in him lies the only hope for salvation we know that it is obtained by grace through faith [00:47] not of Works lest anyone should boast and given freely as a gift to all who obey him we understand that if you do [00:53] not obey him it is made manifest or made obvious that you do not believe in this [00:59] state you should expect no good thing from the most high however anything that you do get whether it be a gift of tongues a gift of Prophecy or any [01:05] Supernatural experience that you may have it can and it will be used against you in the day of judgment with that [01:11] said Peace to the saints that are in the room to the Saints in the chat to the saints that couldn't make it but no uh [01:17] to the Saints watching in on the camera but no peace to the Wicked the only thing we say to them is repent that they [01:23] might live so let's continue on with our special on uh marriage right at the day [01:30] of atonement um we started to talk about marriage and the importance of marriage [01:35] uh and now after after the uh week of end Gathering the week of Tabernacles we [01:41] want to go ahead and finish that out so let's recap very briefly what you know [01:48] we talked about last time last time we talked a little bit about um you know [01:53] it's good to to be married and the Bible does you know kind of present that to us [01:59] as a very good thing thing um you know he who finds a wife finds a good thing we read all that stuff right but what we [02:06] wanted to do is kind of take a a view that that's not often taught or not often talked about much at least not in [02:13] my purview um we see that you know Paul he went through it and he kind of told [02:19] us like you might be better off being single he gave us his opinion his judgment on the situation he like you [02:25] might be better off remaining single like he was right and instead of going [02:30] to get married you spend more of your time focus on God right he said he's trying to he's trying to prevent us from [02:36] having carefulness and when the book says carefulness it's talking about um it's talking about uh you know being [02:42] worrying so it's like you have less to worry about if you remain single so Paul [02:48] you know we kind of talked through that a little bit we also talked about um the responsibilities right or or not not [02:54] necessarily the responsibility of the individuals but the responsibility of The Vow right so when you make a vow and [03:01] you get married that's a vow to God right so you're making a vow to God and we talked about number 30 how our law [03:09] governs the vow right and how serious that vow is and how that vow had to be [03:16] onto death when it comes to marriage so it's something to consider when you [03:21] before you get married how serious this vow is right if you have an opportunity [03:26] to understand it before you do it then you should understand it consider it and make sure that's really what you want to [03:31] do um then we talked about choosing the spouse right we talked a little bit about uh you know the book our law kind [03:39] of tells us it told a group of women um that they can choose whoever they thought best right for their husbands [03:47] right so now that kind of let us know that it's not it's not something where the man has to choose the husband and [03:53] and a woman don't have a say that's not what the bible teach right it's not something where the woman has to choose [03:58] and the man don't have a say say it's not what the bible teach the bible teach that everybody choose who they want all [04:05] right everybody chooses who they want um and then we talked a little bit about the uh Gentiles because it's always a [04:12] topic amongst the Hebrew Israelites at least that you know oh you shouldn't marry Gentiles you should marry Gentiles [04:18] so we talked a little bit about that about which specific Gentiles right the [04:24] Canaanites the amorites um that the most high God forbid from being uh marit uh [04:31] uh giving in the marriage um and how that kind of relates we looked at some examples we kind of looked at [04:37] yahushua um uh and and how he had Gentiles in his his lineage um and then [04:43] lastly I think we left off with uh understanding the responsibility of that [04:49] that being the head of the woman right so as a husband you're a head of the woman but we talked a little bit about [04:54] how that really just means that everything is your fault right that's how you have to look at it right that's [05:00] the only way that you can look at it because what what you see is a lot of times Brothers want the respect of being [05:08] the head without the the accountability of being the head right and so they'll [05:13] walk in and be like yeah you know what I'm saying I don't want to be with this woman because she don't listen to me you know what I'm saying she rebellious [05:19] towards me this that another which is fair right that's fair to say but at the same time have you done your part to [05:27] instill the trust right and that trust comes from no matter how this play out I [05:32] am accountable for it I'm going to up hold my end of the deal I'm going to guide you through your end of the deal [05:38] if everything falls apart and nobody's doing what they supposed to do it lands on me I have to step in I have to pull [05:45] the extra work I have to do whatever I need to do to make sure that things keep rolling to make sure that I find a [05:51] correction to all the situations right that is the responsibility of a man that [05:56] is that is the head right um so that's where we left off now we want [06:01] to kind of pick up uh and and talk a little bit about uh those responsibilities a little bit more go a [06:09] little bit deeper into them um talk a little bit about how how the woman is responsible for some things as well um [06:16] so let's start off with Colossians this is Colossians chapter 3 Let's do verse [06:22] 25 this Colossians chapter 3 verse [06:28] 25 [06:50] if ye be oh wait my back but he that does doeth wrong shall [06:56] receive for the wrong which he Colossians chapter 3 [07:06] yeah it verse 25 yeah go ahead do it again but he that [07:12] doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done and there is no respect of [07:17] persons give me Colossians chapter 2 verse [07:24] 25 ain't no 25 and two huh there's no 25 and [07:31] 2 can't be one give me Colossians chapter [07:37] 1 wherefore I made a minister according to the dispensation of God which is given to me no that's not it [07:44] um okay go back to Colossians chapter 3 give me verse [07:50] one if ye then be risen with the Messiah seek those things which are above which [07:56] are the Messiah sitting on the right hand of God mhm set your affection on on [08:02] things above not on things on the earth for ye are dead and your life is hid with the Messiah and God when the [08:09] Messiah who is our life shall appear then shall ye also appear with him in glory mortify Therefore your members [08:16] which are upon the Earth fornication uncleanness in in inordinate [08:22] affection evil concupisent and covetousness which is [08:28] idolatry for which things sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of [08:33] disobedience in the right so he said these are the things that cause the wrath of God to come right we all we [08:40] often times speak a lot about all the other things that you know all a lot of the things that's in our law right but [08:46] what you'll never see is the most high God ain't never judged a bunch of Gentiles because they didn't keep the feast days you just won't see [08:53] it right you won't see anywhere he like okay look I I'm judging the the the the [08:59] syrians and and taking them out their land because for all these years they didn't keep the Sabbath he did that to [09:05] our people you'll never see them do that to other people whenever you see him judging other people it's because of the [09:11] things that that Paul just went over it's fornication right idolatry all [09:17] those type of things most high God coming after you right it's important like these are the things where the wrath of God is coming out that's what [09:23] he's talking about keep going watch this and the which he also walked [09:30] sometime when you lived in them but now you are put off all these anger wrath malice blasphemy filthy communication [09:37] out of your mouth lie not to one another seeing that you have put the old man you [09:43] have put off the old man with his deeds and have put on the new man which [09:48] is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him where there is neither Greek nor Jew circumcision nor [09:55] uncircumcision Barbarian scyan Bond nor freak but the Messiah is all and in all [10:02] put on as the elect of God holy and beloved vowels of mercies kindness [10:08] humbleness and and mind humbleness of mind meekness and longsuffering [10:13] forbearing one another and forgiv yeah that's what I want what what verse is that 12 that's 12 jump down to maybe [10:22] verse maybe 15 or 18 do do like do like do like uh give me like [10:30] 17 and whatsoever you do in word or deed do all in the same of the Lord yahua [10:36] giving thanks to God and the father by him watch this here yeah watch this here [10:42] it is wives submit yourselves unto your own husbands as it is fit in the Lord [10:48] right so he said wives submit yourselves to your own husband as it is fit to the [10:53] Lord right so in other words as long as your husband right is bearing the [11:00] responsibility as the head that in a way that's fit to Yahweh submit yourself to [11:07] him right so a lot of times you have men that's not following the most high God [11:12] talking about man this woman won't submit to you of course she won't she probably got some darn [11:19] sense right even if she ain't righteous she probably got enough sense to know I shouldn't submit to this untrustworthy [11:25] unrighteous man right because our commandment tells a wife to [11:31] submit as it fits [11:36] Yahweh so as a man then before you could even bring that complaint first of all I don't want to hear that [11:42] complaint ever under any circumstance I don't want to personally hear that complaint like that that complaint from [11:48] you should never hit social media that complaint from you should never go you [11:53] know what I'm saying to your you know what I'm saying to your to your mama house or you know what I'm saying to what you know you should never walk out [12:00] and bad mouth your wife your wife that you chose that you in the marriage with the situation that you are in that you [12:07] supposed to be the head of that you accountable for you go man y'all won't believe and you bad mouth hurt a bunch [12:14] of random people you seeking advice you know what I'm saying you having counsel or whatever that's different right but [12:20] if you just just promoting and bad mouthing your wife the one that you chose that's a reflection on you that [12:25] ain't got nothing to do with them right but before you can bring that claim up [12:32] to the most high God or to whoever is giving you counsel or advice or whatever it is the first thing you got to do is [12:37] check yourself and see okay well hold on am I aligned am I doing what I'm supposed to do have I taken care of my [12:43] part of this situation okay yes I took care of my part matter of fact I may have done more [12:48] than enough okay now now now you can introduce that into the conversation you [12:53] say okay well I don't I need some help understanding how do I get to my wife to make sure that that we can be aligned [13:00] that that she can submit to me how do I build that trust how do I establish that trust from her what does she need what [13:06] do I need to do right but at the end of the day that's the man's job right that's your wife that you chose right [13:14] that's why it's important to understand that we choose our spous our spouses [13:20] because that brings a different level of accountability if I'm sitting here and I was like man I prayed three days and [13:26] three nights straight that God send me a wife and I felt a vision and it said go I [13:33] have found your wife choose her right then you go out and choose her Who you gonna blame if stuff don't go [13:39] right you g be sitting there looking like oh well God you know God told me choose this white he must he just must [13:45] have made him wanted me to go through this is it was this was God ordained all the foolishness we just went through no [13:51] stop that stuff ain't had nothing to do with the most high God you Sor you thought [13:57] she was pretty you thought she was was smart you thought whatever it was and you grabbed her and then you realized oh [14:02] she's smarter than me and that made you insecure right she prettier than me and [14:08] now that makes her that makes you insecure she probably messing with somebody else she probably doing all these different things that we deal with [14:14] it comes from our insecurities a lot of times as the man right we don't feel like we can [14:22] match wits we don't feel like we can do the work that it takes to convince our wives to to follow us in a different [14:30] direction we want the easy way rout we just want it to be already ready made if you want it already ready made then you [14:36] choose one that's already ready made you wait you do whatever you got to do but if you find yourself in a situation [14:42] because you rushed or you made concessions or you did whatever you did you have to deal with [14:47] that that's what you walked into even if you got tricked she lied to you you got [14:53] tricked nobody else got tricked you got tricked you was convinced same on the woman's [14:59] side right oh man he made me believe he was a righteous man this that and the [15:05] other this that and then you get into it with him and you find out he doing the most guess [15:12] what you got tricked now you got to figure it out watch keep goinging He he'll walk us through [15:18] it husbands love your wives and be not bitter against them that's right [15:24] children obey your parents in all things for this is well pleasing unto the Lord [15:29] fathers provoke not your children to anger lest they be discouraged servants obey in all things [15:36] your Masters according to the flesh not with eye Service as men Pleasers but in [15:42] singleness of heart fearing God and whatsoever ye do do it heartily as to [15:47] the Lord and not unto man knowing that the Lord knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the [15:55] inheritance for ye serve the Lord yahushua side but he that do wrong shall [16:01] receive for the wrong which he has done and there is no respect of persons turn your speakers down for me just a little [16:07] bit to um grab uh Titus Chapter [16:19] 2 all right he said why submit yourself to your own husband as if it's the most high God then after that he told hey [16:26] husbands love your wife and don't be bitter towards them right because that's what H listen [16:34] that is what happens in marriages y'all start to get bitter against another you [16:39] feel I mean you feel like somebody did this how it go right you get your marriage somebody I remember my wife she [16:46] said something to me right and it was a long time before I let that thing [16:51] go right I said some things to her long time before she let these things go [16:59] you start to grow bitterness about this stuff you start to feel like oh they just get away with whatever he did that [17:06] to me and I'm just supposed to let them just walk over me so you won no no no I want a certain level of [17:12] punishment I want something to happen to you right I want you to feel it I want you to feel how I felt when you made me [17:19] feel that way right that's bitterness that that grows right it grow and if you don't [17:25] check it it grows now from a husband's perspective imagine if you are truly trying to be [17:31] the head right A lot of these dudes ain't trying to be the head so they can't speak from this position but if you are truly trying to be the head and [17:38] whole household falling apart so you got to pick up extra pieces on top of what you already do you don't think that [17:44] causes bitterness like man I'm carrying this I'm carrying this I'm carrying that I'm [17:49] carrying that I don't feel like you helping me I don't feel like you love me [17:55] I don't feel like this that nothing and then you start growing bitterness right that's why that's what Paul's [18:01] letting us know don't get bitter with your wife love her and don't get bitter with your wife CU it's your job he [18:09] didn't tell the wife that from the husband point of view it is your job everything is on your plate [18:18] right it's your job last time we talked about we used you know like we use you know like a corporate [18:25] situation if somebody say Hey listen I want you to lead this entire [18:31] department but you starting from scratch you ain't got no you ain't got nobody in your department yet I want you to hire [18:38] at least one director under you right and then that director can hire his team [18:45] right that means it's your job to choose the right [18:50] people to run your department you say okay let me hire a director you find [18:55] that director okay director these are the type of people people I won't hire so now if the the the director's team [19:02] don't fit what you doing you got to figure out how to solve that if the director don't fit with with [19:09] what you're doing you have to figure out how to solve that right the only difference between [19:14] the corporate world and our world is well you can't fire you know what I'm saying you can't exactly fire and [19:20] replace her you know I mean and we'll talk about that a little more in a little bit this is uh Titus Chapter 2 [19:26] verse one but speak thou the things which become [19:33] sound doctrine that the Aged men be sober [19:41] grave temperate sound in faith and charity and patience right so the age [19:47] men need to be sober have to be sound in other words their minds got to work [19:52] right right what else the aged women likewise that they [19:58] be in Behavior as becometh Holiness not false accusers not giving a much wine [20:03] teachers of good things right so he said listen they don't need to be no false accusers just out here like a lot of [20:09] times what you see what what what what women of our world ends up being [20:15] attracted to is all these you know what I'm saying these blogs or you know I'm saying these Tablo rumor you know what [20:22] I'm saying gossip stuff and a lot of that stuff is false accusations it's not well researched it's just it's just [20:28] salacious stuff right it's just whatever gets the attention at the moment so you get taken into that and then you start [20:34] falsely accusing people just based off of the gossip so you know what saying he's saying like no don't let these [20:40] women fall into this stuff you can see that a lot of women have fallen into this these very things right keep going [20:46] men too by the way that they may teach the young women to be sober to love their hus right teach the young women to [20:52] be sober to love their husbands to love their husbands to love love their [20:58] children and to love their children watch this to be discreet to be discreet in other words [21:07] it's not it's not it's not appropriate for the woman to be because the most [21:13] high God is protecting this very thing that he sees as a danger it's not appropriate for the woman to be out hey [21:19] this that and the other this this is what's happening in our household this no discreet [21:24] quiet right quiet you good you need to be all out there watch this keep going [21:31] chased keep Chase just mean disciplined keep is at home good [21:37] obedient to their own obedient to their own husbands that the word of God be not [21:44] Blas right so he said keepers of the home when you look at that word keepers of the home it's talking about it's it's [21:50] like it's saying like the like the husband is the head of the woman right and therefore the head of the whole [21:56] house keepers of the home is saying the the wife is the head of you know the [22:02] children or the household right so the the head of everything going on in the house outside of the husband right so [22:09] that's the position that's the role that that she's generally or she's responsible for but at the same time it [22:17] says being obedient to your husband your own husband so that the word is not [22:24] blasphemed right that's the important peace because the the man makes the call [22:31] about how he wants his household to run and if he want his household to run where you know what baby I don't want to [22:37] work I just want to plan or I just want to do whatever right whatever it is that he want to do and that's agreeable and [22:44] they end up being married right then that means that okay well baby I need you to work then maybe she she's the [22:51] bread winner she brings it out it's however he sets up his household the only problem is when there's contention [22:57] there where it's like when she say no I think it should go this way and he say nope I think it should go that way if [23:02] they can't settle that out it needs to default to what the man said right as long as that's fitting for [23:11] Yahweh right as long as it ain't causing her to go when they say fitting for Yahweh think about it's not causing you [23:16] to sin it's not causing you to go against the word the wisdom of the the word all right keep [23:25] going young men likewise exort to be sober minded in all things showing [23:30] thyself a pattern of good works and Doctrine showing uncorrupt this gravity [23:36] sincerity right so now for a husband this for the young men right so for the men that all to be husbands are are [23:42] growing to be husband you got to have gravity right when it's saying gravity it's talking about you bought a book [23:50] right you focused right you not just when you talk about gravity it's like you know what I'm saying it pulls you down to the [23:56] ground so that's why the translators use that right but when it's talking about gravity it's talking about something [24:01] that's that's holding you down you got to be anchored in the word right you can't just be all over [24:07] the place right that's not the place of a man you ain't supposed to be just bouncing around like oh today I want to [24:13] do this nope I have a totally different idea today or hey I'm emotional about this it changes everything that I said I [24:19] everything I said about you yesterday it changes because you hurt my feelings today no man got to add [24:25] gravity wife bills this that and the other the one and just sits and she's not good with math and all that that's not always how [25:31] it played out right sometimes that's the case sometimes you got a wife that's way [25:38] more wise than you way smarter than you do you have the humility to say okay [25:45] well let me defer to the the information on my wife we don't have to get it but in Genesis we that happens then Deuteronomy [84:41] 24 um would be covered and he can put her away [84:47] privately right so that's what yahushua is talking about that's why he says fornication and adultery because it's [84:53] two separate things adultery is saying I'm married to you so he's saying if you [84:58] try to put her away for any reason other than her not being a virgin when you expected her to be a virgin then you [85:05] guys are still married therefore when she goes gets and gets another husband or you go get another wife you're [85:10] committing adultery because you're still married to your first wife right that's why he used the word [85:16] adultery there and he used fornication because he's describing an event that happened before they were married he [85:22] thought he was getting a virgin he wasn't really getting a virgin she lied to him he found uncleanness in her [85:28] because she did not behave like a virgin right so then let's talk about [85:35] that law right so we married she lied about her virginity let's say yes she lied about her virginity he can decide [85:42] whether he wants to put her away privately and then divorce her which would be the only true reason for [85:48] divorce right or the only other route would be he can make a public spectacle [85:55] of her so let's go to Deuteronomy [86:01] 22:3 right there's only two ways to handle when a right she lied about her virginity right now he can make the decision to use [88:00] Deuteronomy 21 uh 24 and put her away privately by writing her a bill of divorce or if he don't want to do this [88:08] watch what happens then shall the father of the damsel and her mother take and bring forth the tokens of the damsel virginity [88:15] unto the Elders of the city and the gate right so now the parents of the daughter [88:21] have to defend her and they have to take the tokens so if they have the tokens [88:27] and they take it to the gate let's see what happens and the deil's father shall say unto the elders I gave my daughter [88:33] unto this man to wife and he hates her and lo he has given occasions a speech against her saying I found not this not [88:39] thy daughter a made yet these are the tokens of thy daughter's virginity and they shall spread the cloth before the [88:46] Elders of the city and the Elders of the city shall take that man and chastise him and they shall immerse him in a 100 [88:52] shekels of silver and give them unto the father of the damsel because he has brought up an evil name upon a virgin of [88:57] Israel and she shall be his wife and he may not put her away all his days right so the way that this is [89:05] handled is you can put her away privately which means I'm not gonna I'm not going to bring any evil name I'm [89:11] just gonna between her and I write a bill of divorcement I'mma hand it to her [89:16] and then that's it right so that's one way to handle our wrer are a divorcement [89:23] hand it to her and that's it we call care of her for the rest of his life according to our law right those are the two ways to handle [90:25] it but let's keep going and let's see what happens if uh if she she the [90:31] parents can't defend her but if this thing be true and the [90:37] tokens of virginity be not found for the damsel then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of the father's house and the men of her City deliver my wife M call which I [106:43] espouse to me for 100 foreskins of the Philistines and ISB sent and took him took her from her husband even [106:51] he took her from who her husband so she was [106:56] remarried right so took her from her husband and then what else happened halel the son of Lees and her [107:05] husband went with her along weeping behind her to Bear him then he crying behind her but but guess what she back [107:13] with the boy that would be unlawful this would be absolutely unlawful according to [107:20] Deuteronomy 24 if Deuteronomy 24 was talking about [107:26] adultery because what she would have been would would have been adultery and she married the guy that she committed [107:32] adultery with therefore David would not be able lawfully he would not be able to take her back if that was talking about [107:38] adultery however if it's talking about uncleanness that means that they were [107:44] never unmarried right if it's talking about [107:49] unclean this that means sure she still committed adultery but that's not what that law is saying that law says you [107:56] can't take her back if you divorce her for fornication he didn't divorce her for [108:03] fornication therefore she committed adultery but since she was originally his that's that's man's sin that's her [108:11] sin and that man's sin he can bring her [108:17] back and there's a whole deeper thing spiritually if we look at that right if we look at yahua look at everything he [108:23] there it's a whole deeper thing spiritually right but he can bring her back in this scenario because he [108:30] committed um or she committed adultery technically right now he's able to bring [108:36] her back and he has no sin right yah yah never charged him with sin even though the law was there before he did it right [108:44] so he would have had to be charged with sin had that been the case right if if if uncleanness included adultery then [108:52] that would be a sin for him to take her back this way most high God would have to send a prophet let him know like none and no the ground is defiled you can't [108:59] do that right it's important to make sure we understand our law very very clearly [109:06] because this is what the book is communicating to us all right go uh to to uh Malachi it's [109:15] Malachi chapter 2 we can end off with this Malachi chapter 2 verse3 [109:22] right there's a reason that the most high god did not give any other options for [109:29] divorce right and that's what yahushua was trying to allude to yahushua is saying it was not what was happening there and what [110:44] happened you have dealt trustly yet is she thy companion and the wife of thy [110:51] Covenant and did not he make one yet he had yet he the residue of the sayth Yahweh of host therefore [111:25] take heed to your spirit that you deal not treacherously right so what he's telling [111:30] you is he hates putting away so that's the reason why he don't give you a whole bunch of oh you you you commit adultery [111:37] you can divorce her if you do this you could divorce he don't give you he only give you one reason if she did something [111:43] before you got there in other words if she tricked you before she got there and it relates to fornication [111:50] that one he said all right fine I'll let you out of that one but if that's not the case if it's any other situation [111:58] y'all stuck y'all stuck now under our law we have ways of addressing adultery so it [112:05] puts a man in a position where he has to say or a woman in a position where he says listen I caught you in the ACT do I [112:12] want you to die over this or not if I want you to die over this then [112:18] and I catch both of y'all then we can Stone you and I'll be released we can't do that now because we [112:24] don't have a righteous law you have a righteous law so that mean they gonna be living so you can't [112:29] do nothing about adultery you ain't even got no options you can't take her to the priest you know what I'm saying you [112:34] can't have her stoned you can't take him you know what I'm saying nowhere you can't take him to the gates you can't do [112:40] nothing and you can't have him stoned even if he is caught in the ey right so that means we [112:47] stuck we got to Choose Wisely and we got to communicate we got to do [112:52] whatever we got to do to work these types of situations out or we got to put them [112:58] away and remain reconciled to them meaning that we don't go get another one we don't try to get remarried we don't [113:05] deal with nobody else romantically we just deal like I'm not dealing with him I'm not dealing with her because they [113:12] situation for me was bad right drug use or abuse or whatever
