always has a group of israelites that are not rejected even if [36:03] we don't know right so paul is teaching a bunch of gentiles [36:09] about israel and how israel was being moved out of the way in honor [36:15] of the gentiles for the gentiles to come in right yoshi taught the same thing he [36:20] said the parable of the uh the wedding supper wasn't it oh yeah go [36:26] and find those that were not bitten yeah right so it's that same concept so paul [36:31] is teaching that but in the middle of teaching that he's like let's straighten this out now am i saying that god is going to work [38:13] what then israel has not obtained that which he seeks for but the election has obtained it and the [38:18] rest were blinded according as it was written god has given them the spirit of slumber [38:25] eyes that should not see and ears that should not hear unto this day and david said let their table be made a [38:31] snare and a trap in a stumbling block and a recompense unto them that their eyes be darkened that they [38:36] may not see and bow down their backs always i say then have they stumbled that they [38:42] should fall god forbid but rather through their fall salvation is coming to the gentiles [38:47] to provoke them to jealousy that's right now if we fall enough the fall of them be the riches of [38:52] the world and the diminishing of them the riches of the gentiles how much more their fullness for i speak [38:58] to you gentiles and as much as i am the impossible of the apostle of the gentiles i magnify my office if by any means i [39:06] may provoke to emulation them which are my flesh in other words my speech tell them of them right in other words provoke to [39:12] jealousy right so if you look at the israelites and the israelites is looking like we the people of god [39:19] right god made a covenant with us and then paul was out there talking to [39:24] gentiles right and remember the conversation we had remember i told you remember [39:29] what was said to abraham who remembers what we were talking about with abraham [39:37] yeah who all had to be circumcised [39:43] any stranger right that was that what was said to abraham right all right hold we got this uh acts [39:49] chapter 15. [40:08] yes [40:26] you going verse one um yes [40:39] and certain men which came down from judah taught the brethren and said except you be circumcised after the [40:45] manner of moses you cannot be saved uh-huh well therefore paul and when they're talking about save [40:50] they talking about yahushua they saying yahshua cannot deliver you yahushua cannot save you you are not [40:57] within the covenant of yahushua unless you are circumcised according to moses [41:04] right so let's see keep going [41:12] when therefore paul and barnabas had no small dissension and disputation with them they determined that paul and barnabas [41:18] and certain other other of them should go up to jerusalem unto the apostles and elders about this question [41:23] and being brought on their way by the congregation they passed through phoenix and samaria declaring the conversion of [41:29] the gentiles and they caused great joy unto all the brethren and when they were come to [41:34] jerusalem they were received of the congregation and of the apostles and elders and they declared all things that [41:40] god had done with them but there rose up certain of the sect of the pharisees which believed saying [41:45] look the pharisees but they believed and watch this that it was needful to circumcise them and to command them to [41:51] keep the law of moses this is talking about the gentiles he's saying there is need for the circumcised the gentiles well that's [41:57] according to what was said in genesis that's exactly what genesis said right [42:04] it was need for to circumcise them there's one problem [42:11] the most high god said in genesis let's go back to genesis chapter 17. let's go back [42:17] what verse did we leave off five five give me verse three this is genesis chapter 17 verse three [42:24] what should the book say oh my god seventeen we left off on fourteen 14. [42:30] so if that's occasion give me about verse 10. [42:35] it's genesis chapter 17 verse 10. [42:46] this is my covenant which you shall keep between me and you and your seed after you every man child among you shall be [42:52] circumcised and you shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin and it shall be a token of the covenant between me and you uh-huh [42:59] and he that is eight days between who me and you so the circumcision is a [43:04] token of the covenant between the most high god and abraham right [43:12] keep going and he that is eight days old shall be circumcised among you [43:17] every man child in your generations he that is born in the house or bought with money of any stranger which is not of [43:23] thy seed right so on the eighth day you get circumcised [43:28] and that's a token of the the agreement between the most high god and the in in uh in abraham right [43:35] so now let's back up a little more that was verse 10 take me all the way back to verse 5. [43:52] neither shall thy name anymore be called abram but thy name shall be abraham for a father of many nations have i made [43:58] thee and i will make thee the exceedingly fruitful and i will make nations of thee and the king shall come out of you and i [44:05] will establish my covenant between me and you and your seed after you in their generations for an everlasting covenant he said i [44:12] will establish my covenant between me and you and then what do you say after that and [44:19] your seed after you and their generations for an everlasting covenant to be a god unto them and to and to your siege [44:27] into your seed after you so he said i'm gonna make a covenant [44:33] that's everlasting and it's going to be i'm going to be a god unto them and to your seed after you right [44:41] a lot of people don't realize that two different things are happening right now there's a covenant between abraham [44:48] and god and then there's a covenant between abraham and god that's everlasting that will impact the seed after him [44:56] if you read this it looked like one covenant right but let's look at the difference [45:02] at the covenant on the eighth day you get circumcised let me see this is uh luke chapter two give me verse 21. [45:10] let me show you who this covenant was talking about this is luke chapter two verse 21. [45:30] oh and when eight days were accomplished for the circumcision of the child [45:36] his name was called yahushua which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb [45:42] yahushua was circumcised on the eighth day he is this covenant right [45:50] he fulfills the covenant that was made between abraham and the most high god and by [45:56] fulfilling that covenant he's admonished of god [47:11] when he was about to make the tabernacle for c says he that you make all things [47:16] according to the pattern show to you in the mount uh-huh talk about moses keep going but now has he ordained [47:24] obtained a more excellent ministry by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant [47:29] which was established upon better promises for if that first covenant had been faultless then should no place have been [47:36] sought for the second uh-huh finding fought with them he said behold the days come says the lord [47:43] when i will make a new covenant with them the days come saith yahuwah where i will make a new [47:49] covenant with who the house of israel the house of who of israel and it was the house of judah remember [47:57] it was two because you had ephraim who led the house of israel and you had judah who led the house of [48:03] judah right all this stuff ties together the whole book saying the same thing [48:10] and he's telling you here i'm gonna make a covenant with both houses which ties back to what we [48:15] read in genesis 17 where he said the seed after you i will make an everlasting covenant keep going [48:21] watch this not according to the covenant that i made with their fathers in a day when i [48:27] took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of egypt not according to which means it's a new covenant keep going [48:33] because they continue not in my covenant and i regarded them not says the lord for this is the covenant that i will [48:39] make with the house of israel after those days says the lord let's hear what the covenant put my laws into their mind [48:44] and write them in their hearts and i will be to them a god and they shall be to me a people and they shall not teach every man his [48:51] neighbor and every man his brother saying no the lord for soul to know the lord because everybody [48:57] is going to know the lord from the least to the greatest right keep going forever i missed something [49:05] go back for this is the covenant that i will make with the house of israel after those days says the lord [49:10] i will put my laws into their mind and write the first covenant had also ordinances of [50:02] divine service in a worldly sacrifice sanctuary for there was a tabernacle made the [50:07] first wherein was the candlestick in the table and the showbread which is called the sanctuary [50:12] and after the second veil of the tabernacle which is called the holiest of all which had the golden censor and the ark [50:18] of the covenant overlaid round about with gold wherein was the golden pot that had [50:23] manna and aaron's rod that butted and the tables of the covenant uh-huh and over it the cherubims of [50:29] glory break down our priests went always into the first tabernacle accomplishing the service of god but [50:46] into the second went the high priest alone once every year not without blood when he offered for himself and for the [50:52] errors of the people the holy ghost this signifying that the way into the holiest of all was [51:00] not yet made manifest while the first tabernacle was yet standing right so what he's trying to tell you is there [51:06] was still something mysterious here not everyone was allowed you have a preacher can go in once a year [51:12] he's like what that signifies is there wasn't an open door yet [51:17] there was something still yet to come right and what he's telling us is [51:22] yahushua was that something he is the minister of the everlasting covenant [51:28] that was talking about that was talked about in genesis chapter 27. i mean uh 17 right and in doing [51:36] that that's what romans 11 is talking about he's saying there are a specific [51:41] group of israelites so let's go back to romans 11 where we leave off [51:47] i know we're bouncing around but it all come together 14. this romans 11 chapter 14. i mean verse [51:53] 14 watch this [52:16] so if by any means i may provoke the emulation them which are my flesh [52:23] and might save some of them [52:33] for if the casting away of them be reconciliation of the world what shall the receiving of them be but [52:38] life from the dead he said he said when when so when israelites got cast away which is [52:46] talking about us being exiled out of out of jerusalem and chased into africa and through all the europe [52:52] and then made slaves brought here into america and all the way around the world just made slaves [52:58] everywhere he's saying us being cast away in that fashion meant that the gentiles had an opportunity for [53:04] salvation so he asked the question what is it going to be when we are accepted back other than [53:10] resurrection of the dead so he's letting us know that once it's time for the israelites [53:16] to come back and for that covenant to be made with us with the house of israel and the house [53:21] of judah once that time comes that's when the resurrection happens [53:27] that's the end right keep going watch this [53:39] for if the first fruit be holy the lump is also holy and if the root be holy so are the [53:44] branches and if some of the branches be broken off and you being a wild olive tree were [53:49] grafted in amongst them and with them partake of the root and fatness of the olive tree [53:55] both not against the branches but if thou boast then bears not the root but the root [54:01] bears you so now based off everything that we read who was the covenant with or who is the [54:06] covenant with abraham abraham or to who [54:11] in the seed his seed who is the seed y'all sure y'all shu is the seed who is yo shu [54:17] would make his covenant with the world two houses house of israel and [54:23] judah house of israel in the house of judah so now by israel and judah both [54:29] being cast away an opportunity is given to gentiles to come into the fold [54:36] but when the gentiles come into the fold what's actually happening is they're being grafted into what [54:42] israel and judah israel and judah he's giving us a picture of a plant right now he's saying look if the branch i mean if [54:49] the if the root is holy and the lump is over then the branches is holy and if 1d branches get cut off and you [54:56] get grafted in and that's a grafting is a process of taking a plant right and attaching a [55:02] separate plant and it's feeding off of the nutrients of the original plant that's connected [55:09] to the root and then it'll continue to grow as if it was part of that plant but really it was never part of that plant [55:14] so you kind of just attach it so it'll grow off of the life of that that that original plant that [55:20] that root right so we see he said if you got grafted in the one that's grafted in [55:25] is talking about the the gentile right keep going watch this [55:32] that will say then the branches were broken off that i might be grafted in well because of more shall these which be the natural branches be grafted into their own olive tree [57:21] for i would not brethren that you should be ignorant of this mystery unless you should be wise in your own conceits [57:28] that blindness in part is happened to israel until the fullness of the gentiles become in [57:34] and so all israel shall be saved as it is written there shall come out of zion the deliverer and shall turn away [57:41] ungodliness from jacob for this is my covenant unto them when i shall take away their sins [57:47] as concerning the gospel they are enemies for your sakes but as touching the election they are beloved for the [57:52] father's sakes for the gifts and the calling of god are without repentance whereas ye in times past have [57:58] not believed god yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief even so have these also now not believed [58:06] that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy for god has concluded them all in unbelief that he might have mercy [58:13] upon all or the depth of the riches of both the wisdom and knowledge of god how unsearchable are his jobs how unsergible [58:20] are his judging his ways past finding out for who has known the mind of the lord or who has been his [58:26] counselor who has first given to him and it shall be recompensed unto him again for of him and through him and to him [58:34] are all things to
