[03:19] we know that it is obtained by grace through faith not of works lest anyone should boast and give him freely as a gift to all who [03:26] obey him we understand that if you do not obey him it is made manifest or made obvious [03:32] that you do not believe in this state you should expect no good thing from the most high however [03:37] anything that you do get whether it be a gift of tongues a gift of prophecy or any supernatural experience that you may [03:43] have it can and it will be used against you in the day of judgment with that said peace to the saints that are in the [03:50] room to the saints that couldn't make it to the saints watching in on the camera but no peace to the wicked the only [03:55] thing we say to them is repent that they [04:01] might yes right that they might live [04:07] let's uh well where we leave off last week it is 40 i think we yeah we ended up [04:14] with it didn't we yeah how did it end [04:20] we was building the tabernacle and getting everything set up remember moses it started off with him saying he reared [04:27] it up didn't he the tabernacle reared it up then they ended up and said what [04:33] he finished the work right so remember he was the one who put the [04:39] whole thing together right when everything had to be fastened and put in place he was the only one [04:46] that could do it because he was the only one that was consecrated directly by god right all of [04:51] that testifies to yahushua right so then after the tabernacle is set up [04:57] the next logical thing we have to understand is well how does this tabernacle work now [05:03] so now we get into leviticus and that's how leviticus starts it starts off telling us about the sacrifices [05:09] last week we we touched on just a little bit of aaron and uh aaron being consecrated by moses [05:16] we just touched a little bit of it we didn't really stay there we gonna dig in we gonna see we should [05:21] be able to dig into a lot more of that this week um and talk a little bit more about you [05:27] know aaron and moses being i'm sorry moses consecrating uh aaron and the sons okay [05:34] so the first few chapters of leviticus it comes off and it starts to tell us about sacrifices so rather than us start [05:41] reading through the sacrifices what we'll do is we'll kind of we'll take a look at the sacrifices on the screen [05:47] and kind of talk about the differences of the sacrifices a lot of people i know all these boys [05:52] they they think they know some law excuse me i got to fix this thing real quick every time i [05:58] change my monitor setup and act like it don't want to come out right so we going to that one [06:06] and that one [06:13] pardon me pardon me [06:20] um but yeah these boys think they know law but really don't what's only a lot of [06:26] you boys know when they say they know the law what they talking about [06:32] dietary they know the diet they know what you what what the books that you can eat [06:37] and what the books that you can't eat what else they might know a little bit of the feast day they know [06:43] some feast days they know they know they know you're supposed to wear tassels [06:48] they know you know they know about the sabbath that's the idea of knowing the law right [06:54] but the law that's a very small piece of the law right the real wisdom in the law is in all [07:01] these other things that we're about to go over um because it teaches us the mind of god [07:07] right that's what that's what our goal has to be to understand the part of the most high god's mind [07:13] that he's revealed unto us because that's when we can start to anticipate right and wrong that's when we can start [07:20] to use his type of wisdom to sort through our life because that's what we're here for [07:25] right our whole goal is to keep the commandments matter of fact real quick let's just jump ahead just a little bit [07:31] grab uh ecclesiastes chapter 12 what is it verse what 20 or 12 maybe it's verse [07:36] 12 too is it 12 12 it might be 12 12. [07:43] [Applause] [07:57] [Music] ecclesiastes chapter 12 verse 12. and [08:04] further by these my son be admonished look he said further by these my son be [08:10] admonished you know what a monastery you know what the hebrew word is for admonish there war zahar [08:17] that's where your name came from this verse right here you know i'm saying if you look at if you look up the word admonish there and look at the hebrew [08:23] word behind it it's pronounced zahar you know i'm saying he said by these words be admonished admonish means [08:29] warned right you should be warned of making many books there is no end [08:35] and much study is the weariness of the flesh let us hear the conclusion of the whole [08:41] matter fear god and keep his commandments for this is the whole duty of man so now our [08:49] entire purpose our whole duty the whole thing that we here for [08:55] is for one thing to fear god and keep his commandments [09:02] that's what it all comes down to that's what it's all about for us and that's something that we have to keep in mind [09:08] and keep our mind on so when we read through this book we're reading through this book to try [09:13] to figure out how do we do that better how do we fear god better and how do we keep the commandments a little bit [09:19] better right the only way that we gonna get to that point of fearing god and keeping the commandments better is if [09:26] we we understand what the most high god is saying to us real quick go to uh isaiah chapter 28 [09:35] verse 9 [09:41] isaiah chapter 28 verse 9. [09:53] whom shall he teach knowledge and whom shall he make to understand doctrine them that i wean from the milk and drawn [09:59] from the breasts for precept must be upon precept precept upon precept line upon lie line up [10:05] online hear a little and there a little but with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people [10:11] to whom he said this is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest and this is the refreshing yet they [10:17] would not hear uh-huh but the word of the lord was unto them precept upon precept precept upon preset [10:24] line up online upon line here a little and there a little that they might go and fall backward and be broken and [10:30] snared and taken so what we just read there it gives us a depiction of the most high god speaking to us in a way [10:36] that we won't understand he speaks just to us in a way that is spiritual and us being natural [10:44] it doesn't compute to us so we have to begin to learn the spiritual right that's what this is [10:49] about you can't learn the spiritual from a carnal law unless [10:55] you understand the spiritual mind behind it and so that's why we read it we [11:00] understand okay these things were made after the pattern right he told he told moses that make [11:07] these things after the pattern that i showed you so that means that these things are made after a pattern that's [11:13] in heaven that's with the most high god right [11:19] that means this is this uh like like paul calls it a shadow [11:25] so then we have to look at the shadow and try to anticipate oh what's actually coming [11:31] if we're not looking at the scripture with that type of purpose to make our minds our understanding [11:37] stronger our fear of god stronger and us to then better keep the commandments [11:43] then we're just going to run a circle we're going to be like the hebrew israelites they're talking about you know i'm saying no messiah you know ain't no messiah yeah i'm saying you [11:49] know i'm saying jesus no ain't no jesus you know there ain't no ain't no new testament ain't no paul ain't no peter [11:55] you know all that stuff made up we don't be just like them brother because all they're doing is running a circle they [12:00] never they're never looking at this book to get an understanding they're looking at the book becoming prideful contentious you know what i'm [12:07] saying fighting back and forth arguing back and forth right they're doing it out of anger and [12:12] out of bitterness right out of pain we have rough lives man [12:18] so it's a lot of that to pull from it's difficult all those things are hurdles though [12:23] you gotta jump over that you gotta jump over it right so let's get into these sacrifices [12:29] um this is a cover i wanna say maybe leviticus one through you know i'm saying probably five four [12:36] uh but let's get into the sacrifices so we can kind of understand what we're dealing with here [12:42] so the first sacrifice that we go over in leviticus is a burnt offering [12:47] okay so you have burnt offerings burnt offerings can be done several different [12:53] ways uh one way would be by the herd right so when you talk about hurt you talking [12:59] about uh the cattle that that goes in the herd the cattle that goes in her would be like a cow [13:04] uh a bull a ox things of that nature right so [13:10] if you bring something from the herd for a burnt offering this type of offering it has to be a male can't have [13:17] any blemish so you can't bring you and you can't bring your male cow with a broken leg i [13:22] mean you're a male bull with a broken leg that's just young ass against our law you can't do that you got to bring a [13:28] good one no blemishes on it no marks on it got to be you got to be one that you'll be like oh that's a good boy [13:34] right there you know what i'm talking about that's the one you got to give up right then the person who brings it for the burnt [13:41] offering because this would be for the people right anything that's in the green that's the people's job right you know everything that's in the [13:47] uh red or the orange there um or the burgundy there that's that's gonna be your um [13:53] that's gonna be the priests that take over those jobs right so you gotta take that cow [14:01] got to put your hand on it right all this is willing to you know i'm saying no no you can't be compelled [14:06] we're going to get into the sin offering um not not not too much this week i'm going to try to split them up so we can [14:11] talk a little bit about them next week too but we're going to get into the sin offering also and that's not you know i'm saying you have to do the cent [14:17] offering you have to do a trespass offering but for this offering this is voluntary so you gotta choose you bring [14:23] your your bull up there you put your hand on his head and you kill it and you [14:29] have to kill it before you in other words you got to kill it in front of the tabernacle right so you kill it in front of the [14:35] tabernacle in front of the priest from there the priests take it and they take the blood they gotta drain the blood and [14:41] they start to sprinkle the blood yeah i mean it must have been heavy yeah buddy they gotta sprinkle the blood and they [14:47] gotta do it outside of the altar right so sprinkle the blood around the altar [14:52] then after that they gotta cut that thing into a bunch of pieces right so they split it up cut it into a [14:58] bunch of pieces then they got to wash the the the inwards and they got to wash the legs those two [15:05] parts so the inwards all the guts and everything that's inside of it you take that you wash it you take the legs you [15:11] wash it right but then you burn all of it [15:17] every bit of it gets burned so you wash those pieces every bit of it gets burnt right [15:22] then you have the flock right the flock is gonna be like your sheep your goat your rams right [15:29] those you have to bring a male without blemish very similar [15:35] sprinkle the blood around the altar you cut the sack well you know i'm saying you kill it you know i'm saying the the person kills it you know what i'm saying [15:42] this priest is going to sprinkle the blood around the altar they're going to cut the sacrifice into pieces they're going to wash the inwards the legs and [15:48] water and everything is burnt on the altar so the whole animal got cut into pieces every piece of it goes onto the [15:54] altar and that thing get burnt up right and then the files right so the way this the fouls work is [16:00] uh you have to bring turtle doves or pigeons you know what i'm saying the only ones that you can bring as [16:06] sacrifices usually this comes into play when you you don't have uh uh a bull or [16:13] a ram you know what i'm saying so yeah bring that i don't know why the most i wanted a filthy pigeon [16:18] yeah i have a feeling that them [ __ ] wouldn't like our pictures you know what i'm saying yeah these pigeons are nasty you know [16:26] ain't clean though that's what the book say but i don't know i don't know if we deal with the same pigeons at all [16:32] yeah um so you'll take uh you'll take a pigeon or a turtle dub [16:40] um and then same thing you'll bring it to the priest now what the priest is gonna do is they're gonna take the head [16:47] they're gonna wring that thing off you know i'm saying just snap that thing right on off right so they take the head [16:52] and then take it off and they throw it right onto the altar and start burning now you just got the bird's body [16:59] right from there then you take the blood and you put the blood from the bird and you put it on [17:04] the side of the altar you know what i'm saying so similar to what we've been seeing before then you pluck the feathers [17:10] and after you pluck all the feathers off then you cast the rest of the bird onto the altar [17:16] from there you gotta tear it um i'm sorry no no you uh you you cast uh uh [17:21] you cast the the feathers by where the ashes are to the east of the altar then after that you tear it by the wings [17:28] but you keep it in one piece so in other words you open them up by the wings you know what i'm saying but it's still one piece of bird you kind of split them but [17:34] you do it by the wings then after that the whole thing is burned right so this is the process of a burnt [17:40] offering right you'll see that when when you hear the book call for a burnt offering this is what we should be [17:47] thinking of right you'll be like oh okay well you know i'm saying do this and do a burnt offering of this type or go go you know [17:53] and go have a burnt offering or make a burnt offering here whenever we hear that this is what the most high god is [17:59] talking about right right so with that i was thinking about so i know [18:05] uh later so that way there's gonna be another fire that's gonna be but that's gonna be uh [18:11] for you know for uh if you're if you don't obey god whatever [18:18] that's right so it's gonna be another because it will be another we're gonna have another feast there [18:24] right what do you mean because cece will come back and he's going to come back and eat with us right that's right [18:32] yeah there's going to be a fire that's what the the the that's what the uh [18:37] the burning like a fire is right it's a big that's what that's what this is representing right so we we [18:43] that's why we have to put our hand on the head of the sacrifice and we have to kill it [18:48] because that's the punishment right so this is this is a sacrifice that that atones for us in in many different ways [18:54] that's what all these sacrifices are doing you know what i'm saying and next we'll kind of talk about the peace offering right but all of this is to [19:01] tone and to appease god in place of us dying right so we burn it and that's that's [19:07] significant of what happens to a center right the the whatever gets killed yeah [19:13] i'm saying for the most high god wrath [19:18] so let's look at the next one here [19:26] if it'll go all right next is the meat offering so [19:33] when you say meat offering what do you think food well you think me like flesh but really usually think flesh right [19:41] yeah but really in reality the word that's translated right here for me offering is actually like a gift it's [19:47] like a gift offering is how it is a better way of translating it it just so happens that us being hebrews [19:54] when we talk about gifts we talk about food right that's how we that that was our type of gifts like that's kind of what [20:00] we did so when the translators they're not wrong for calling the meat offering because it properly well meat in old [20:07] english meant food right so in the sense of how it was used at the time they weren't wrong for calling a meat [20:12] offering because they just said it's a food offering and the reason why they call them the food offering because culturally for us we often gave [20:20] give our food as gifts so um you have a food offering here or a gift [20:27] offering and when you have the gift offering very specific ways that you can do it you [20:33] could do it fine flowers that's just like you know i'm saying you gotta you got a bag of flour right so you can take the of the bringing offering to breathe [20:40] huh but they killed the fine flower oh [20:46] yeah ah ignore that [20:52] typo no yeah but though they should be bringing the fine flower um to the priest right and so you bring [21:00] the flying flower it has to be seasoned with salt that's that's you know what i'm saying that everything sacrifice cannot be made without being seasoned [21:07] gotta be seasoned with salt um and you can't have it [21:13] you can't have leaven in it and can't have honey right so no no none of the [21:18] sacrifices anything that's going on the altar cannot have leaven or honey in it right we're going to talk about a little [21:25] difference when it comes to the peace offering but uh so far you can't have leaven or honey in it [21:31] then that's all the people's job then from there the priests they're gonna take a [21:36] part of it they're gonna usually just take like a handful and then they're gonna burn it on the altar all right [21:42] sweet saver the ghost of the most high god um but the remainder of it belongs to the peak priest so that's different [21:48] from the burnt offering nothing goes to the p the priest for the burnt offering right whole thing get burnt up [21:54] for the uh gift offering or for the meat offering the priest just takes a portion of whatever's given to him and then he [22:01] burns that and they the priest gets to keep the rest of it so another way you can do it is they can [22:06] bake something in the oven right you take something made of flour you bake it in the oven [22:12] and it has to be unleavened and it has to be with oil so same idea you bring it to the priest [22:18] it has to be seasoned with salt can't be leaven um can't have i mean yeah and they can't have honey and priest is going to take [22:24] him a little slice you know what i'm saying take that slice that he got he burnt you know like the cartoons how [22:30] they like they take a slice but then they take the whole cake and leave the slice you know what i'm saying that's what the priests do you know they take [22:36] the slice you take the old cake and then a little slice that's that's the part that get burnt um [22:42] and then you have the uh something that's pan cooked right so same idea can't be leaven [22:47] all the same rules with it um and then the last one is dried grain so dry grain [22:53] would be our fruit offering so yeah so you like the feast of first fruit where it says you know i'm saying you take the [22:59] the ripe yums and the ripe ears of corn or whatever it might be that's what this is talking there's talking about a meat offering but it's [23:06] talking about the dried grain type so what you would do is you have to dry it out and that's what whenever the book [23:11] says corn you know i'm saying they had a corn of wheat or whatever it's not actually talking about corn and meat [23:16] wicks to mix together or anything it's talking when it says corn it's talking about you took wheat and you dried it [23:22] out to make grain you know what i'm saying or you take whatever it is you dry it out to make grain so that's what [23:28] this is you do you got to do it with uh it has to be ripe fruit so you can't do it no old dusty fruit you know i'm [23:33] saying i gotta be something fresh and ripe um it has to be with oil and it has to be with frankincense [23:40] but other than that same uh same type of idea [Music] [23:48] now you get into the peace offering so the peace offering [23:54] is almost a mixture of the two that we have before it can come from a herd it can come from [24:00] a lamb it can come from a goat so there's no birds when it comes to this one right um from the herd it can be male or [24:07] female without blemish um they got to be killed at the door of the tabernacle the blood is sprinkled by [24:13] the priests around the altar now what happens here is cut into pieces just like the other one right like the [24:20] burnt offering but only the inwards and specifically the [24:25] fat right so when it says fat it's not you know how we like eat steak and the steak might have a little fat on it or [24:30] something like that it's not talking about that it's talking about the belly right so you you cut the animal open you [24:36] cut the you know it's a bull or the cow you cut it open and everything that's in the belly that you take out the fat that's in the [24:42] belly then from there you gotta get um the two kidneys [24:48] and the the call right out of the animal you take all those pieces the fat the two pieces and the uh the call and you [24:55] burn it right so that's the only thing you have a whole cow right the only thing that's [25:00] not getting eaten is everything inside so what would be inside of the cow the heart intestines [25:07] liver kidneys kidney gotta go kidney getting burnt [25:14] gotta take you're gonna take the heart the intestine the fat huh they got four stomachs the fat [25:20] stomach is gonna cover that right you know what i'm saying the call two kidneys that goes in there right [25:27] everything else that sticks around so now you will quickly be under start [25:33] to understand what the peace offering is for right because after that after that part [25:38] gets burned guess what the priest gets to keep the breast [25:44] and they get to keep the shoulder right the breast and the shoulder [25:50] all this the priest well that means you got a lot i mean you got ribs you know man you got the chuck [25:57] rolls you know then you got the whole cow right so when i bring the kid the priests get [26:03] to eat good and the people get to eat good because i get to keep this piece so i have my whole couch this whole cow [26:10] mom's sacrificing but i get to keep this piece of it right and we're going to talk about a little later in the law why [26:15] that is a must right you know what i'm saying that's it's the most hot guy's going to set it up he's going to put a law in [26:21] place where you're going to make it a must and make sure everybody eats you know what i'm saying so the priests get [26:26] to keep those peace the pieces that that the breast is called a wave offering right so in other words what it what it [26:32] depicts is when the priest gets that piece he gets it burning up the inwards he takes the breast [26:38] and then he waves it so kind of like how you wave your hand this would be waving your hand right so you wave it like this [26:45] and then the shoulder is what what the book calls a heave offering so you go like this and then you heave it like [26:51] this right so he does those two pieces and those are his you know he gets to [26:56] keep those of the priests right the rest of it then belongs to the people [27:02] so very similar when it comes to the lamb except for the lamb you gotta burn the whole rump so in [27:08] other words the butt right you didn't get it have to burn the butt of the cow right but when it comes [27:13] to the lamb you gotta burn the whole butt um and uh any of the fat that goes well i [27:19] said fargs that's another type of typo but any other fat that goes with it and the fat that covers the inwards to two [27:25] kidneys in the call um so same idea with the uh the wave offering and the heave offering then you [27:32] have the goat and the goat is similar to how the cow is you just got to burn the fat the two kidneys in the call [27:38] everything else is left tied to the priests or the of the peace offering is the grain that comes with it [28:06] so now there are several types of peace offerings right you have the peace offering but then you could have a val [28:12] piece offering you could have a thanksgiving peace offering or you can have a free will peace offering right those are three different types so now [28:19] if you do a vow peace offering then um the flesh of the peace offer in other [28:25] words the animal the animal sacrifice part of the the the peace offering has to be eaten by [28:32] the priest before day three so you got one day two days to eat it after that [28:37] you gotta get rid of it you know what i'm saying you'll be cut off from your people if the priests try to eat it after that [28:42] then you got a free will offering exact same thing as the vow right day one day two [28:48] if it's a thanksgiving offering then us as the people we have to bring it to um [28:54] the priest but we can't just bring like let's say i want to bring a lamb right so i'm gonna [29:00] bring this lamb for a sacrifice cool i'll bring the lamb it get chopped up i can't just bring the land by itself if [29:06] i'm doing a thanksgiving offering if i'm doing a thanksgiving offering i gotta come with unleavened cakes it could be a [29:12] unleavened cake an unleavened wafer it could be a fry it can be you know some type of fried flour you know i'm saying make like a little fried cracker or [29:19] something like that it could be uh leavened or unleavened in this case right [29:24] so um it if i want to make leavened bread i can bring it the [29:29] difference is it cannot be burnt on the fire right so these are gifts that goes [29:36] directly to the priest it's not like the priest before we are talking about the meat offering where you take that and [29:41] you put it on the fire this is not this is i'm burning the animal the rest of the animal i keep except for the breast [29:47] and the shoulder and basically here preach you know i'm saying you get a little you know i'm saying 11 bread with you might get some real bread that you [29:54] know and it rises with this and this is pretty much a gift to the priest the priest gets to keep this but he has to [30:00] eat it the same day all right so it has to be eaten the same day [30:06] any questions on any of these sacrifices i appreciate it good with all that food though [30:14] all right so we'll uh there's there's a there's more um [30:19] there's the sin offering and the send send offerings a lot a lot more expansive so we'll dig into [30:26] that next week and then there's the trespass offering which is pretty straightforward um but we'll dig into [30:32] both of those next week and all the different types that the the the scripture described um technically it [30:38] comes right after those but i'm gonna split them up just so you know we talk about a little bit of them this week and a little bit that way next week so let's [30:45] go to uh let's go to uh leviticus chapter 9. [30:52] this is leviticus chapter 9 let's start at verse 1. [30:59] this is leviticus chapter 9 verse 1. and it came to pass on the eighth day that moses called aaron his and his sons and [31:07] the elders of israel and he said unto aaron take the young calf for a sin offering in a ram for a burnt offering [31:13] without blemish and offer them before the lord right so now we know what uh what a uh [31:18] a burnt offering is we haven't talked about the cent offering yet but now we know what a burnt offering is so he said [31:24] take him a what a ram for a burnt offering without blemish and offer them before yahoo [31:30] right so now we're using a ram and we're using a ram for a burnt [31:35] offering next time what i should do is print y'all off something you know i'm saying little flash cards or something [31:40] so every time they say one you know what i'm saying we hold them up and be like so it's a ram and there's a burnt offering you know what i'm saying what's [31:46] supposed to happen in this scenario you know what i'm saying but let's think about it let me see here if i can get back to slide one [31:53] okay so you have a burnt offering and you have a ram which category would that fall into [31:59] another that'd be under the flock right so now we know exactly what moses are [32:04] what uh yeah what moses would have had to do because moses is making this sacrifice on behalf of aaron right so [32:09] let's keep reading unto the children of israel you shall [32:15] speak saying take a kid of the goats for a sin offering and a calf and a lamb both of the first year without blemish [32:22] for a burnt offering mm-hmm a calf and a lamb right so now it's gonna fall into the herd and the flock right for the [32:28] burn offering we haven't talked about the sin offering yet so we'll we'll we'll get into that next week also a book and a ram for a peace [32:35] offering all right so a bullock is going to fall under the herd ram is going to be um for the flock but that's going to [32:40] be under the rules of the peace offering that we just went over to sacrifice before yahuwah in a meat [32:46] offering mingle with oil for today the lord will appear unto you so these are [32:51] all the offerings that that he had to make to satisfy the ceremony that's about to happen all right keep going [32:57] and they brought that which moses commanded before the tabernacle of the congregation and all the congregation [33:02] drew near and stood before yahuwah and moses said this is the thing which yahuwah commanded that you should do and [33:09] the glory of you who shall appeared unto you and moses said unto aaron go on to the altar and offer thy sin offering and thy [33:16] burnt offering and make an atonement for thyself and for the people and offer the offering of the people and [33:22] make an atonement for them as yahuwah commanded so now when the most high god is saying to aaron [33:29] make the offering what is he actually telling aaron to do [33:35] to make the offering what is he telling aaron to do [33:41] he uh advocating for the people so what position is aaron playing here [33:47] is he is he gonna be in the green area or the uh burgundy area [33:52] so burgundy ah he's in the green because he got to offer it first he's offering it for [33:58] himself and then offer for the people right yeah so keep going watch this [34:04] and the sons of aaron brought the blood unto him and he dipped his finger in the blood and put it on the horns of the altar and poured out the blood on the [34:10] bottom of the altar but the fat and the kidneys and the call above the liver of the sin offering he burnt on the altar [34:16] as the lord commanded moses and the flesh and the hide and the and he burnt with fire outside the camp and [34:22] he slew the burnt offering and aaron's sons presented unto him the blood which he sprinkled round about upon the altar [34:30] and they presented the burnt offering unto him with the pieces thereof and the head [34:35] and he burnt them upon the altar and he did wash the inwards in the legs and burnt them upon the burnt offering [34:41] on the altar and he brought the people's offering and took the goat which was the sin offering before for the people [34:48] and slew it and offered it for sin as the first and he brought the burnt offering and [34:53] offered it according to according to the manor and he brought the meat offering and [34:59] took a handful thereof and burnt it upon the altar beside the burnt sacrifice of the move of the morning [35:05] he slew also the bullock in the ram for a sacrifice for a sacrifice of peace offerings which [35:11] was for the people and aaron's sons presented unto him the blood which he sprinkled upon the altar round about and [35:17] the fatter the bull the fat of the bullock and of the ram the rump and that which covered the [35:23] inwards and the kidneys and the call above the liver and they put the fat upon the [35:28] breasts and he burnt the fat upon the altar and the breasts and the right shoulder earned way for a wave offering [35:34] before so he waved it for a wave off from before the lord before yahuwah [35:40] as moses commanded and aaron lift up his hand toward the people and blessed him and came down [35:45] from offering of the sin offering in the burnt offering and peace offerings and moses and aaron went into the tabernacle [35:52] of the congregation and came out and blessed the people and the glory of yahuwah appeared unto all the people and [35:57] there came a fire out from before yahuwah and consumed upon the altar and burnt offering and the fat which when [36:03] all the people saw they shouted and fell on their faces all right keep going [36:13] so that's why all those sin offerings meet offering everything had to be done at that point because the most high guy [36:18] was trying to trying to you know stage that that event where he could [36:23] come in and he could make that that miracle happen occurred according to the fire so the fire just came up and licked up [36:30] all the sacrifices that they just tried to burn right you can imagine like they had like a little fire going you know [36:35] i'm saying thing probably took forever to burn it all up and then most likely i just came in a fire burst out and just licked it all up and everybody was like [36:41] whoa all right keep going and they'd have in abahu the sons of [36:46] aaron took either of them his sensor and put fire there in and put incense there on and offered strange fire before [36:53] yahuwah which he commanded them not so when you say sensor you know i'm saying imagine like uh a little you know i'm [36:58] saying a device that you hold that that holds you know kind of like incense in it so it has you know smoke coming out a [37:04] little smell you walk around with it or whatever so they took their sensors and what how what that what happened after that [37:10] and they offered strange fire before yahuwah which he commanded them not right so they didn't do things according [37:16] to the way the most high god commanded in our law right so we have uh we didn't we didn't go [37:22] into go to go into it in detail but when we were talking about the tabernacle being set up he gave us very specific [37:28] ways that we could build our incense right even our oil our oil that we have for the tabernacle it was very specific [37:35] in how it had to be constructed right so all this stuff was very specific he gave very specific instructions and he's like [37:42] oh no the stuff y'all burning is strange that's different i didn't tell you to do it that way in fact i told you to do it no other way [37:49] than this so i told you not to do it that way right keep going and there went out a fire from the lord and devoured [37:54] them right died before the lord so the most high god remember any time that the most high god shows himself [38:01] right he just had a miracle where he came up and licked up some fire in front of everybody right the knee boy disobey [38:10] they think it's a light thing cause don't nobody know yet it's like you know i'm saying no big deal you know what i'm saying i like this dew and thy sons do of the sacrifices of the lord made by fire [50:36] for so i am commanded and the wave breasts and the wave [50:42] breasts and the heave shoulder shall you eat in a clean place you and your sons and your daughters with you for they be [50:48] thy do and thy sons do which are given out of the sacrifices of peace offerings of the children of israel [50:55] the heave shoulder and the wave breast shall thy bring with the offerings made by fire of the fat to wave it for the [51:01] wave offering before the lord and it shall be yours and your sons with you by a statute forever as the lord is [51:08] commanded moses diligently sought the goat of the sin offering and behold it was burnt and [51:13] he was angry with eleazar and itamar the sons of aaron which were left alive saying why have you not eaten the sin offering [51:19] in the holy place seeing it as most holy and god has given it to you to bear the iniquity of the congregation to make [51:25] atonement for them before the lord right so now they made these sacrifices the most high god said okay these sacrifices [51:31] are yours and the priests must eat it right but they haven't eaten it and moses give he gets angry at it he comes [51:38] over to him he's like why in the world haven't you eat because moses is looking like listen this man means business [51:46] y'all like you guys are not getting it he be meat for you and we already talked about it when it says meat that says food so he says [56:28] everything shall be food for you just as i've given you the herb right [56:33] it's not just like i've given you the plants so initially if we go all the way back to [56:38] genesis 1 it tells us that plants were our food right so he gave us plants to eat he [56:45] didn't give us animal seed then genesis 9 comes along he said okay every living thing you can eat every living thing [56:52] right every little thing don't say just to clean then say nothing about part no love is it everything you get it [56:59] whatever you want the whole world gonna be you know every day it's it's a dread they gonna all the animals gonna be [57:04] scared of you and you can eat their butt the only thing i want you to do is don't [57:09] eat them with the life in it and that's still in our law so he did give a restriction but he didn't give a restriction around clean [57:16] and unclean so this would capture not just the the uh [57:22] the descendants of shem but also japheth and also uh ham [57:28] right this captures the entire world well then shem has descendants and we read all this right and we are to where [57:34] we are now to where it breaks down to only being isolated to the hebrews once we get this group he gives us a law and [57:41] he's given us this law now and he's saying as part of that law you cannot eat [57:46] a camel now he's putting restrictions on the type of animals that we can eat [57:52] right this is when this is introduced for us yes there were clean animals before right noah talked about clean [57:57] animals there was no restriction on what you could eat in terms of clean animals after genesis [58:04] 9. right once genesis 9 come we can eat all animals now when we get to leviticus it's the [58:10] first time that we get to talking about which of the animals we can eat and uh not eat so that's why he's saying unto [58:17] you it's unclean i wasn't given to the world it was just given to the evil only to the hebrew [58:22] right only to the hebrews so on to you now a stranger could come in as a stranger comes in he lives under our law [58:31] right so these things are unclean unto you the reason why it's important to point that out is because that's how you [58:37] know that the law is not a spiritual thing had it been spiritual you wouldn't be [58:43] able to divide it like that it would be applicable to everybody right if this is bad for you spiritually [58:49] it would be bad for everybody spiritually right this is exactly why when the gentiles came in the disciples was [58:56] telling them stay away from idols stay away from you know tran fornication [59:01] and all of this stuff that i send you to hell you know cause those are the spiritual matters that if you don't do [59:07] though your butt gonna get drugged around in the sin and that sin is gonna carry you to hell [59:12] right to like a fire be specific yeah be very uncleanliness in terms of uh [59:31] what we can eat and what we can't eat but jump on down a few verses give me verse uh what's the last what's the last [59:36] verse uh 47 47 give me like [59:44] give me like give me like 32. and upon whatsoever any of them when [59:50] they are dead does fall it shall be unclean whether it be any vessel of wood or raiment or skin or sac whatsoever [59:57] vessel it be when any work is done it must be put into water and it shall be unclean until the [60:03] until the evening so it shall be cleansed and every earthen vessel where unto any [60:08] of them falls whatsoever is in it shall be unclean and you shall break it so right here it's talking about a dead [60:15] animal so at the top it was talking about what animals we could eat you know i'm saying whatever we can't [60:21] eat then it talks about an animal that dies of itself it is dead all animals that die of itself and dead they're [60:26] unclean so it's saying if it's unclean it's telling you what you know what else can be unclean with it and how we need [60:33] to handle it now if you we don't have to read it but if you read through this chapter you'll see that each time it [60:39] tells you about unclean animals that you can and can't eat it doesn't say anything about how long you're unclean [60:45] when it talks about a dead animal it gives you a time it said you'll be unclean until when [60:51] to the evening to the evening vessel whatever it touches or whatever it is right [60:57] that so you'll see that this is going to be a theme throughout leviticus when we talk about cleanliness you're going to [61:03] be unclean until evening or it will be unclean until evening evening or the morning or something like that it's [61:08] usually evening if my memory certainly correct but we'll go through and we'll be reading them all you know what i'm saying but you're gonna deal with [61:14] evening because the evening is the end of a day [61:20] right every day begins with the evening right [61:25] so once you have your morning that passes once that evening comes that is the [61:33] technically the beginning of the next day therefore the end of the previous day that's why he said you killed the passover on the 14th day at even which [61:40] is technically the 15th he basically saying at the end of the very end of the 14th day and at the very beginning of [61:47] the 15th day with his unleavened bread that's when you kill the passover and there was evening and morning the next [61:53] day so evening always is going to be the start which means that start is going to be the end of the previous cycle you [61:59] know what i'm saying and that's why that's why we have to be unclean a lot of times when we read through all this [62:04] it's going to tell us be unclean until the end of that day or into the beginning of the next day you're now [62:10] fresh right um keep going [62:17] of all meat which may be eaten that on which such water comes shall be unclean [62:22] and all drink that may be drunk and every such vessel shall be unclean and everything whereupon any part of [62:28] their carcass falls shall be unclean whether it be oven or ranges or pots [62:33] they shall be broken down for they are unclean and shall be unclean unto you [62:38] nevertheless a fountain or a pit wherein there is plenty of water shall be cleaned but that which touches their [62:44] carcass shall be unclean it's important to study this we don't have to get into all of the details here but it's again [62:50] it's teaching you to mind a guy he's saying basically this is this is how cleanliness works if [62:56] you have a dead animal and it touches a bowl of water right [63:02] that water is unclean right however if you have a dead animal [63:07] and it touches a fountain of water or a spring of water that water is not unclean because this is water that's [63:15] constantly being produced and this is just sitting water right and so he's just showing you like [63:20] okay these are the differences of how things work that doesn't capture every possibility and scenario but what that [63:26] does is that gives us enough information to where now as a judge we can look at a [63:31] scenario that might come up and say okay is it more like the spring water or is it more like the standing water [63:38] and that's how we use the scripture he doesn't give every scenario he just gives us enough to where a judge can [63:45] make a decision on it that we could look at it and be like okay this is what this is the mind of god right he's giving me [63:51] enough to understand this is where right and wrong goes as we get into deuteronomy that's why i said what nation has laws so righteous and so [64:00] wise right we have to be able to see the wisdom and the laws keep going watch [64:05] this deep people i tell you these people don't know no law the people don't know the law they're not looking into the law they're not [64:11] really trying to get wisdom out of it they're just running a dark mouth and talking about oh you can't eat no darn swine [64:17] and if any part of their carcass fall upon any sowing seed which is to be sown it shall be clean [64:23] but if any water be put upon the seed and any part of their carcass father on [64:28] it shall be unclean to you unto you and if any beast of which you may eat die he [64:33] that touches the carcass thereof shall be unclean until the evening and he that eats of the carcass of it [64:40] shall wash his clothes and be unclean until evening he also that bear so now if you eat [64:46] of something that died of itself right you just you just walk you know what i'm saying and you see a dead [64:51] animal that's a clean animal like a dead lamb yeah it's a clean it's a dead lamb now we can eat lamb ain't nothing wrong [64:57] with eating lamb right but you walk onto it you didn't kill it you don't know who killed it you know what i'm saying you just walk and it's [65:03] just laying there on the ground there you like oh that thing looked like it just died i'm about to cook this boy you [65:09] know what i'm about to cook let me go ahead and chop you my lemon cookie right books that you unclean [65:14] now if you eat that you're unclean until evening [65:20] however if you eat an unclean animal we have no description on how how you become clean again [65:27] right we don't have anything to say you know i'm saying you have to do this and you clean again or you're unclean until [65:32] this point it doesn't give us anything like that there's a reason for that right we're not going to talk about it [65:38] right now but there's a reason for that keep going and every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth shall be an abomination [65:44] it shall not be eaten whatsoever goes upon the belly and whatsoever goes upon all four or [65:49] whatsoever has more feet among all creeping things that creep upon the earth them you shall not eat [65:56] they are an abomination but what can you eat why should you shall not make yourselves abominable [66:01] with any creeping thing that creeps neither shall you make yourselves unclean with them that you should be defiled thereby for i am your who or [66:08] your god you shall therefore sanctify yourself and you shall be holy for i am holy neither shall you defy yourselves [66:14] with any manner of creeping thing that creep upon the earth for i am yahuwah that brings you up out of the land of [66:20] egypt to be your god you shall therefore be holy for i am holy this is the law of the beast and the foul and of every [66:26] living creature that moves on the waters and every creature that creeps upon the earth to make a difference between the [66:31] unclean and the clean in between we can have some visuals to kind of go over that as well [67:09] um and that's a few leprosy kind of young so you deal with leprosy in a person [67:14] you're going to deal with leprosy and and
