finish it out but it's important to understand that he put prophecies against all the surrounding nations of [03:08] Israel so if y'all remember we talked about all of the Nations here in this prophecy we talked about the Philistines [03:16] and Gaza we talked about Moab we talked about Edom we talked about Ammon we [03:24] talked about Damascus in Syria we talked about siding right we talked about all [03:31] the nations that was around but then he didn't stop there then he talked about Judah right and then after that he just [03:38] started going off on Israel right the northern kingdom that's kind of where we left off in chapter five with him giving [03:46] a bunch of prophecies against the northern kingdom all right y'all can't be in here talking y'all gonna set your [03:51] butt down y'all gonna pay attention all right so this is uh this is uh Amos [03:57] chapter uh six verse one let's get right to it [04:07] put you over there boxing with the thing [04:12] what's today's date 11th you said why nothing [04:20] existence Amos chapter six verse one that's right yes of course [04:27] woe to them that are at ease in Zion and Trust in the mountain of Samaria plays by the rule right it's gonna be the people with [08:56] that mindset that the most high guy elevator that's right right now he's talking about those individuals that are [09:03] sitting back and taking it easy while other people are suffering [09:08] that are basking and seeing and having joy and sin while other people are suffering right let's watch keep going [09:19] that chant to the sound God showed unto me and behold he formed grasshoppers in the beginning of the [14:51] shooting up of the latter growth and low it was the latter growth after the King's mowings and it came to pass that [14:58] when they had made an end of eating the grass of the land then I said oh Lord [15:03] God forgive I beseech thee by whom shall Jacob arise for he is small [15:09] then yahuwah repented for this it shall not be savior thus has yahuwah God showed unto me and [15:15] behold behooah God Called to contend yahuwah God Called to contend by fire [15:20] and he devoured the great deep and it did eat up apart then I said oh Lord God [15:26] cease I beseech thee by whom shall Jacob arise for he is small and the Lord repented of this this also [15:33] shall not be saith you or God so now these are two scenarios that he gave Amos a vision of first he gave him a [15:40] vision of of vegetation right the food growing from the ground and then [15:45] grasshoppers came and they ate it all up they ate all the new growth up so what [15:50] that represented was famine right we're not going to be able to get none of the food the grasshopper going to eat all [15:56] our food right then the most high God was like don't worry about it though that ain't [16:01] gonna happen I ain't gonna I ain't even gonna do that to him then he showed him another vision [16:06] of fire and the fire was so hot that it evaporated all the water around [16:13] right and then they was looking like he was Amos was looking like oh man if this [16:18] happened we ain't gonna have nothing to drink so he said you know what both I got said no I ain't gonna let [16:24] that happen either right so he's showing them visions and he's telling he's showing them pretty much this is what I [16:29] could do to y'all I ain't even gonna do that though but I could do this I ain't gonna do [16:35] that and you're gonna see that it gets worse and worse so let's start with just food then it's all the water and let's see what's next [16:43] the Lord repented for this this also shall not be said the Lord God thus he showed me and behold the Lord stood upon [16:50] a wall a wall made by a Plumb line with a plum line little [20:39] bit of uh grass getting ate by the grasshopper but don't worry about it I ain't even gonna do that right then he [20:45] looked at it again like oh yeah yeah no it's a fire you know
