[00:00] [Music] um [00:11] yeah we did good stuff Sabbath peace Sabbath peace [00:18] it's another opportunity for us to come together in here and learn to the word of Truth has given to us by the most high God [00:24] all honor goes to the father through the son whose name is yahushua in him lies [00:29] the only hope for salvation we know that it is obtained by grace through faith not of Works lest anyone should boast [00:35] and give him freely as a gift to all who obey him we understand that if you do not obey him and it's made manifest or [00:41] made obvious that you do not believe in this state you should expect no good thing from the most high however [00:48] anything that you do get whether it be a gift of tongues a gift of Prophecy or any Supernatural experience that you may [00:54] have it can and it will be used against you in the day of judgment but that said Peace of the saints that are in the room [01:00] to the saints that couldn't make it it's the same set of Washington on the camera but no peace to the Wicked the only [01:05] thing we say to them is repent that they might live [01:11] that with peace this is Sharon how you doing bright and early let's get right to it [01:18] so um let me know if y'all have any audio issues everything should be working but just let me know [01:24] um let's get right to it let's let's jump into um uh so what we read we we had some [01:31] technical difficulties last night so we don't we're gonna kind of recap some of the things that we did last night and [01:37] then uh and then uh recap what we uh read about last week so remember last week we were dealing with the Book of [01:43] Amos all right so the Book of Amos which is the first prophet book that gives us [01:48] a compilation of prophecies right what's different Jonah was our first prophet [01:54] book right but we had Jonah the difference with Jonah and Amos is Jonah it kind of followed a poor a small [02:00] portion of his life all right so it talked about how you know most I got told Jonah to go to Nineveh Jonah didn't [02:07] listen he tried to run away it rocked the boat a little bit he got swallowed by a fish got spit out on land and ended [02:14] up having to go to Nineveh anyway and then he went to Nineveh your eyes are crooked that's he went to Nineveh and [02:20] then after going to Nineveh he uh he gave the prophecy to the most high God I mean of the most I got after that all [02:26] the people in Nineveh repented then brother T reminded us that Nineveh was a [02:32] part of Syria uh Syria one of our Kings in Israel had to deal with the king of [02:38] Assyria this is after Jonah right and then at that point we saw that uh he [02:44] started to pay tribute to the king of Assyria now these are important details because then we started to look at Amos [02:50] and Amos was like listen he talking to mostly to the Kingdom of Israel he's [02:55] like listen at some point things are about to get rough people gonna go in captivity [03:01] um all these things are going to happen as a punishment for your Disobedience to the most Our God because we know that [03:06] since the king jeroboam split the Kingdom from rehoboam the son of Solomon [03:11] right since that period it has constantly been seen in Israel and none [03:18] of the Kings have kind of turned back from the the sin that jeroboam put in place so let's get back into our Kings [03:25] we read about a couple Kings here let's kind of look at the kings that we talked about [03:31] and get my pen again here boom but we know that we've talked about [03:37] everybody from jeroboam all the way up the Monet I'm here [03:42] I'm gonna mess that one up all the way up to Monet I'm here and we talked about everybody from rioboom all the way to [03:49] azaya remember another name for Isaiah is Azariah right so azaya is also called [03:56] Azariah then you know I'm saying we are about to read Hosea and Hosea is going [04:03] to cover a couple of the Israelite uh the northern kingdom uh uh Kings uh so we're [04:10] gonna read about uh pikaya and then pika and a little bit about hoshiya and then [04:17] after that we'll jump into the book of Hosea and we're gonna have to kind of jump between some of the Prophet books [04:23] that's covering the same time period so let's jump into [04:29] um Second Kings chapter 22 I'm sorry second Kings chapter 15 verse 22. [04:35] sister Pamela this is second Kings chapter uh 15 verse [04:42] 22. and man them slept with his fathers in [04:49] pikaya his son reigned in his dead in the 15th year of Azariah king of Judah [04:55] pikaya the son of manam began to Reign Over Israel and Samaria and reigned two [05:00] years and he did that which was evil in the sight of yahuwah he departed not from the sins of jeroboam the son of [05:06] nibat who made Israel to sin but Pika the son of ramlia a captain of his [05:11] conspired against him and smote him in Samaria in the Palace of the King's house with our God and [05:20] Aria and with him 50 men of the gileadites and he killed him and reigned in his [05:26] room right so pikaya ended up being overtaken by Pika which is something that we've [05:32] consistently seen with the the Kings of Israel right the kings of Judah the [05:38] difference is starting with Solomon starting really with David then it goes to Solomon and it just gets passed down [05:44] to the to the descendants of David right with with Israel is a little different [05:51] right jeroboam would have been the king that split off and his son came but then [05:57] somebody else came and killed his son and took over so it does it left his bloodline and that keeps happening it [06:03] has it stays in for maybe two generations and it leaves the bloodline the only one that we saw last longer [06:09] than that at this point was um uh jihu right and his last day [06:14] according to the prophecy or generation so let's look at it with this View if we look at it at this view we can [06:20] kind of see it yeah jeroboam a second generation out of there bayasha a second [06:26] generation out of there then zimrai one generation Armory one and he goes uh [06:32] Armory Ahab ayazaya and uh joram they all kind of have it then after that [06:38] you got jihu who has his four generations after him right and then after that you got shelom we talked [06:45] about a couple weeks ago my name and we talked about a couple weeks ago and now we're talking about pikaya here and that [06:52] was the son of Manaya and now it's being taken away to Pika right then the next thing we're going to talk about is [06:57] hoshia so we can see that it doesn't really stay with one family very long in [07:02] Israel because the most high God continuously is punishing them right so now he's about to punish them and even [07:08] in even a more significant way so let's go um let's keep reading [07:14] and the wrecks of the acts of pikahaya and all that he did behold they are written in the book of The Chronicles of [07:20] the Kings of Israel and the 2 and 15th year of Azariah king of Judah Pika the [07:26] son of ramlaya began to Reign Over Israel and Samaria and reigned 20 years and he did that which was evil in the [07:33] sight of the Lord he departed not from the sins of jeroboam the son of nibat who made Israel to sin [07:38] in the days of Pika king of Israel came tigleth police sir king of Assyria to [07:44] take ion and Abel Beth Michaela and John Noah in kadish in hazor in Gilead in [07:52] Galilee all the land of naftali and carried them captive to Assyria right so [07:57] now the king of Assyria came he attacked Pika and carried the people many of the [08:03] people captive not all of them but he carried many of the people captive Robin after lie got taken [08:09] the whole tribe of NAFTA lies are taken yeah and after lies and people in Galilee right [08:16] the few people that you know I'm saying it's a few territories that he started to take over he started to kind of look at the the [08:22] areas that was close to him right the king of Assyria keep going [08:29] in Hosea the son of elah made a conspiracy against Pika the son of ramlia and small him and slew him and [08:35] reigned in his stead in the 20th year of jotham the son of Isaiah so now it's a man named Jose and who [08:43] comes this is different from Hosea the prophet we're going to read Hosea the prophet but this is the king he go he [08:48] ended up being the king Hosea so he comes along he sees the opportunity with Pika and he go fights against Pika and [08:55] kills him and he takes over the Kingdom so now Hosea is King this is after some of the people of Israel guard into [09:01] captivity Hosea now has taken the Kingdom right then there's also a prophet Hosea who at this very same time [09:09] is speaking to the people right so let's take a break here and let's let's jump [09:14] into the prophet Hosea this is Hosea chapter 1 verse 1. [09:22] Hosea chapter 1 verse 1. [09:39] the word of yahuwah that came unto Hosea the son of birai in the days of Isaiah jotham ahaz and Hezekiah Kings of Judah [09:47] right so these are the kings of Judah that we have not read yet we've only read up to Azariah or uziah right same [09:53] person Azariah and uziah are the same person right so we've only read up to Azariah and uziah but there's a number [10:00] of kings that come after and Hosea spoke in those times as well so what we're going to do is we're going to start [10:06] Hosea just to get an idea of how Hosea also prophesied about just like Amos [10:13] right prophesied about uh Assyria coming to take us captive in the northern [10:18] kingdom which has already happened at this point so I just want us to kind of see what Hosea was saying before these [10:24] things had happened the beginning of the word of the Lord by [10:30] Hosea the Lord said to Hosea go take thee a wife of whoredoms and children of [10:36] whoredoms for the land has committed great whoredom departing from the Lord uh-huh so he went and took Gomer the [10:43] daughter of iblain which conceived and bear him a son right so he was commanded [10:50] to have a wife of whoredom and then have children [10:56] right so him as a prophet it was his burden he can we all have the luxury right now just [11:03] saying you know what when I want a wife I want a wife that has long hair and I [11:09] want her to um you know be this smart or this funny or whatever our attributes are right we [11:15] can kind of pick the attributes that we want he didn't necessarily have that much of that luxury most Our God told [11:21] him pick specifically a woman of whoredom right so that limited his options immediately [11:30] then he goes out let's see what he does he he picks the wife remember this is all for prophecy right this is for the [11:35] sake for you have to understand what prophecy is this is for the purpose of him delivering a message to people he [11:43] had to choose a wife for the purpose of most high God understanding I mean most of our God [11:49] giving a message to people you have to under like you have to put [11:55] yourself in his shoes there's a regular guy most hard guy give him the burden of Prophecy that he told him hey to do this [12:01] now you can't just choose any wife you gotta choose this wife right and it may be a wife that [12:08] especially in our time traditionally you know I'm saying that wasn't too desirable right we all like to have pure [12:14] wives and virgins right she was not that she was a wife of whoredom nowadays that they don't matter [12:21] you know what I'm saying yeah but back then it was different right you would want to Verge you want some something [12:27] that's pure right that was just traditionally how we did things right let's see keep going [12:36] and the Lord said unto him wait so he went and took up Gomer the daughter of Ibrahim which conceived and buried my [12:42] son the Lord said unto him call his name just real for a little while I will [12:47] avenge the blood of Jezreel upon the house of jihu and what caused to Cease the kingdom of [12:52] the House of Israel and it came to pass at that day that I will break the bow of Israel in the valley of Jezreel [12:59] and she conceived again and bear her daughter and God said unto him call her name lower humor for I will have no [13:06] mercy upon the house of Israel right so so far two kids he says I'm [13:12] gonna cause Israel to cease and I'm gonna get I'm gonna Avenge the blood of jihu [13:17] right that's the me that's that's the message that comes with the first child then the second child he says [13:25] name the child no mercy give the child a name that means no mercy right so now [13:31] not only does he have a wife that he doesn't necessarily get to pick but he also has children that he can't even [13:37] name he has to name these children based off of messages that the most high God has [13:43] for people specifically his people [13:48] okay let's see what else happens but I will utterly take them away but I [13:55] will have mercy upon the house of Judah and we'll go save them by yahuwah their God and will not save them by bold nor [14:01] by sword nor by battle by horses nor by Horsemen now when she have weaned lower Huma she [14:07] conceived and bear a son then God said call his name Lo am I right so now he [14:13] said this is the third child and he said name the child low am I let's see what this one means right we know the first [14:20] one we know the first one the message was that he gonna avenge jihu and he's [14:25] gonna call the house of Israel to cease right the Kingdom of Israel deceased [14:30] then the second one he said the meaning is going to be that he's not gonna have mercy on that on the house of Israel [14:37] right the Kingdom of Israel is not going to have any Mercy he will have mercy on Judah he said but he would not have [14:43] mercy on on on the kingdom of uh Israel now there's a third called Lo am I let's [14:52] see what this one means you are not my people and I will not be [14:57] your God the message here is name your last one I [15:03] want to send the message with your last child right or this third child that these people [15:09] will not be my people right these people will not be my people [15:16] that is the message so now these are the names that put yourself in this position I can't find the why I can't choose the [15:23] wife I want right I can't just go randomly just pick out a wife I have to get a wife that that that that lines up [15:30] with the prophecy of the most high God okay cool then I gotta name my kids I gotta name one of my kids jazzrael I [15:37] gotta name one of my kids uh uh a name that means no mercy and I gotta name [15:43] another one of my kids a name that means uh not my people right these names are not the names that [15:50] I necessarily had you know thought about for my children but because the most high God made me a prophet I gotta set [15:57] all of my desires to decide right and I gotta do exactly what the [16:02] most high God say only so the most odd guy can get this message out to these people [16:07] and then what happens after that we gonna read about what happened but you have to think about he's getting [16:14] this message out the people are about to go all go captive be killed and that's it he still got to live with his wife [16:21] and he still got to live with these kids with the names that they got [16:26] right you gotta also put in perspective that these children are impacted by this [16:34] because now he has to give a message about about the most high God according [16:40] to the message that the most high God want to give out and he has to use his children as almost props [16:47] he got to take his children he got to say yeah Mozart God told me to have have a child you know what I'm saying and [16:52] name the child you know I'm saying no mercy and I have another child and name him jazzrael name I have another child and [16:59] name them not my people and this is what the most high guy has to say about it he made me get a wife of whoredom and this [17:07] is what the mo this is the reason that the most high God had me do he has to explain this and why you know I'm saying you got a picture his wife and his kids [17:13] just sitting there looking stupid they go to school people making fun of [17:19] them yeah I'm saying your mama did you know your mama did such and such like hit his whole life got to be on [17:26] blast for a message for the most high God right we oftentimes put in our mind like [17:33] oh man I want to prophesy or I want to be a prophet you know I'm saying I want to have these things or I want to have [17:38] this gift from the most I got but it's not play play time with God right he's not like giving us stuff [17:44] that's just like oh okay this is For Your Glory so people will love you and people will respect you and no this [17:49] stuff comes with a burden you have to suffer you have to suffer you have to deal with stuff you have to set aside [17:56] the things that you thought that you wanted to do or set aside the things that you thought was great we complain [18:01] about little stuff We complain cause we can't sin when we want to no these men of God is not [18:07] complaining because they can't stand when they want to these these men of God is complaining because they can't do the [18:12] things that normally would be well within their rights to do even without sinning I can't just choose the wife I want to [18:19] choose I can't even name my darn children [18:25] if I'm Jonah I can't just look I can't just stay at home Jonas like nah take your butt to Nineveh [18:32] like no I don't want to go to Nineveh that's what you got to do though oh you know oh you don't want to do it now we [18:37] rocking the boat for you now you gotta get swallowed by fish now You Gotta Die and be resurrected by the most high God [18:44] right all these different things that he had to go through because that's the burden that's the burden of a prophet we [18:50] got two prophets so far even Amos you remember Amos when we were talking about Amos Amos was like he got questioned by [18:59] the king's right hand man the priest right one of the priests up in uh up in Israel he got questioned by him he is [19:06] like the the priest was like man listen what's wrong with you why don't you take this stuff go go down to Judah with that [19:12] prophesying like don't do that stuff here don't you know this is the King's Palace right this is the king Sanctuary is what [19:18] he said right but Amos y'all stop Amos was looking at it and Amos said listen [19:24] don't you know that I was a Herdman you know what I'm saying all I was doing is looking after these animals do you think [19:31] I'm a son of the prophets do you think I was trained to be a prophet you think I was I went to school to be a product do [19:37] you think I I had this on my calendar like one day I'm gonna be a prophet Amy's trying to explain to him that's [19:43] not this is not what I wanted to do multi guy pulled me from doing what I wanted to do and made me do it and now I [19:50] got a burden that if I don't do it you saw what happened to Jonah right most of the guys said yo go to Nineveh if you [19:57] don't do it I will kill you Meanwhile my brother my best friend [20:04] whoever grew up next to me they get to live they like most like God didn't call him out most [20:10] like God didn't claim didn't tell them to go marry a certain wife or stop looking after the herd and go speak a [20:16] prophecy or take your butt to Nineveh like he did the other prophets we've read about there is a burden that comes [20:22] with this it's not like a whole bunch of choices y'all remember the man of God right way back when jeroboam was King [20:27] the first Dearborn was King y'all remember the man of God the man of God he was told go to jeroboam and speak a [20:33] word of Prophecy right the man of God went back he also told the man of God don't go back the same way [20:39] don't eat and drink with nobody right man of God did that he ended up going [20:46] back to saying it's not a sin to go back the same way it is not a sin to eat and drink [20:52] right but once you have a burden on you from the most high God things get very [20:58] tight and if y'all remember he ate or he uh he ate and drank with uh [21:05] uh another guy who was a prophet who said he's a prophet came to him he [21:10] convinced him to eat and drink with him most I got killed him for that remember you remember the lion he was [21:15] walking on the path that lion came The Lion King uh lion ripped him you know what I'm saying but he didn't eat them [21:20] he just ripped him and killed him and just stood by him it was a donkey right there and lining him lion didn't even [21:26] get the donkey didn't kill the donkey at all lion just sitting there chilling everybody kind of looking at that like [21:31] the lion didn't kill a donkey but it killed the man it's letting the donkey just chill right there just to let you [21:36] know no this is of the most high God some special just happened because I told the man what he was supposed to do and he didn't listen [21:43] so you can't just take on the prophecy once the most high God give it to you we think we know what we asking for we [21:49] don't know what we asking for when people go I just want you know I wish God would give me the gift of Prophecy for which God would give me that I wish [21:56] God would give me no no no no no no no no no no no no no no these things are a burden [22:01] it's work it's sacrifice that you got to deal with [22:06] right sometimes we read this stuff and we take ourselves out of it we just look like oh look at this story of oh oh look [22:13] how wise God is he uses he uses a wife of whoredom to paint a picture no no no [22:19] put yourself in these people's shoes this is different [22:24] right let this stuff change the perspective that you have in your own life so you [22:30] you can start guiding your decisions and guiding what you praying to God for it sitting here praying to God oh God I [22:35] just I just wish you would show me a sign that comes with a burden though I'm not saying don't ask for it but just [22:41] understand what you asking for the man show you a sign that come with responsibility [22:48] we ain't got to get it but he told Thomas you remember Thomas was like after yahushua died [22:54] Thomas was sitting there saying I'm not gonna believe that this man is a few people that saw him Resurrected [23:00] he's like I'm not gonna believe that he resurrected until I see him for myself [23:06] right until I can put my hands in his wombs so you know y'all should have hand he [23:13] had wounds so he said until I can feel his wounds for myself I won't believe it [23:18] y'all should have popped up to him he's like here go ahead and feel it you know what I'm saying go ahead and experience for yourself then he believed right but [23:26] y'all should have told him he said but blessed are those who don't believe I mean who don't know who don't believe [23:32] who don't who don't get to experience it live but still believe [23:39] yeah you have to take this stuff seriously it is a huh he said you [23:44] believe because you see blessed are those that believe that have not seen and believe [23:53] the sign and the evidence and all that there is a higher blessing on you if you [23:58] believe that is something that people don't understand it's like the sign makes it [24:05] maybe makes it easier to believe but that comes with some that comes with responsibilities that comes with [24:12] suffering that comes with sacrifice you can look at it throughout the book we talk about all the time oh we feel the [24:18] Christians oh God was so harsh oh I'm glad I ain't living in the Old Testament times the reason that is is because you [24:25] got Moses walking around splitting seeds making water come out of rocks putting [24:31] plagues all over the uh the Egyptians it's easy to believe when that happens when you look at that and be like oh no [24:37] something going on here God is real you know let me tell you what you don't have going on in that time you don't have [24:42] nobody walking around talking about oh God it's fake now you do [24:49] now you have hope you are whole whole organizations dedicated to to letting [24:55] people know that God doesn't exist and that you don't need God to create the world and to come up with how things [25:01] work all you need is science and all that stuff that happens now and the reason that happens now because the most [25:07] high God is not giving people signs if he were giving people signs that wouldn't be the tone to people because [25:13] it'd be easier to believe the only reason it's hard for people to believe now because there's no signs but the [25:18] blessing for believing is when there are no signs right so everything comes with the [25:24] drawback and comes with his pros and cons right we just have to understand what we [25:29] are asking for when you asking for prophecy and speaking tongues and all these different things all these gifts is it's not that [25:36] you shouldn't ask for it's not that you wrong for asking for but know what it comes with it's coming with with the [25:41] stuff that we talking about right now it's coming with you having to yo yo yo it'll get you a wife go get you a spouse [25:46] like this because uh you know what I'm saying I'm gonna send a message through your family [25:52] your whole family is altered all right and this is like what listen we gonna get to some more profits and [25:58] the stuff that they got to deal with right keep going let's see what we got [26:10] yeah the number of the wait call his name low am I for you are not my people and I will not be your God yet [26:17] the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea which cannot be measured nor numbered and it [26:23] shall come to pass that in the place where it was said unto them you are not my people there it shall be said unto [26:28] them you are the sons of the Living God right so pay attention this is this is [26:33] very I mean this thing give me chills when I read it it's a lot I'm packing this first verse there is a lot to [26:40] unpack here right pay attention to what he's saying he said you are not my people [26:46] it's the prophecy I want he telling Hosea yo yo yo last song your youngest son what he represents is [26:53] that the Israelites are not my people I shouldn't say the Israelites but the house of Israel the the Kingdom of [27:00] Israel are not my people right but then he come back and he said [27:05] however in the same place that they will be told you are not my people it's the [27:12] same place that you will be told you are my people and then he tells you that you [27:18] won't even be able to number the amount of Israelites in that time period when that happens it's gonna be so many [27:23] Israelites he said listen this was gonna happen first you not gonna be my people ain't gonna be I don't even recognize [27:28] y'all as Israelites right at least in the center we look at [27:33] it in terms of being the the people the most I got he said I'm not even gonna look at you like that but it's like [27:40] nevertheless it's gonna come a time that you ain't even gonna be able to they're gonna be too many of them to count is [27:45] what he's saying right and he said in the same place that I said you are not my people [27:52] I'ma say you are my people that is important to understand because [28:00] Hosea is about to give the prophet Hosea is about to give this prophecy in Israel [28:07] right so if we believe the prophecy then there will be a time [28:13] that the same people will be in Israel and be told that we are the children of the Living [28:20] God right so this is what we talk about when we say that we gonna leave all the [28:27] countries but most of our God is going to bring us from all the countries and he's going to take us back somewhere he gave them that information now but look [28:34] that this is what we reading was thousands of years ago right look how long this prophecy is [28:43] waiting and pending right A lot of times you get these prophecies you think just [28:48] like Abraham right remember Abraham got the prophecy saying you're gonna have a son Abraham was like oh it didn't happen [28:54] right away wife getting older he feeling like man ain't no way we about to have a son we [28:59] ended up having a son by a handmade him and he and his wife agreed they was like yeah you know I'm saying just go into [29:05] the handmade and that'll be our son also I gotta come back later like no no [29:10] dang dang who the promise coming through the problem is going to come through a different son it's gonna come through Sarai [29:17] right so that he had a son through his wife [29:22] and he still didn't get the full promise so ago he did get his son the promise was that all the all the land that he [29:30] saw was going to be given to him through his seed [29:36] he thought the seed was Isaac he died Isaac can't get it yet Isaac died and his son didn't get it yet [29:43] but they looking at it what God Said see so somebody got to get it eventually [29:48] but they all die before they see it right just like Hosea died before a lot [29:55] of the stuff that he's you know he prophesied about came fast [30:00] and now there's many people that died before we get to a point of where the most high God takes us out of all these [30:06] countries and says you are children of the Living God that's our hope that's what we look [30:12] that's one of the things that we look forward to because that's prophecy that book right it's just about operating with [30:19] patience until we get there let's keep going then show the children of Judah and the [30:25] children of Israel be gathered together and appoint themselves one head and they shall come up out of the land for great [30:33] for great shall be the day of Jezreel [30:39] say ye unto your brethren am I into your sisters with humor plead with your [30:44] mother plead for she is not my wife neither am I her husband let her therefore put away her whoredoms out of [30:50] her sight and her adulteries from between her breasts thus I strip her naked and set her as in the day that she [30:57] was born and make her as a Wilderness and set her like dry land and slay her with thirst and I will not have mercy [31:03] upon her children for they be the children of whoredoms for their mother has played the Harlot she has conceived [31:09] she has conceived them that has done shamefully or she said I will go after my lovers that gave me my bread and my [31:15] water my wool and my flax my oil and my drink therefore behold I will hedge up thy way [31:22] with thorns and make a wall that she shall not find her paths [31:27] and she shall follow after her lovers but she shall not she shall not overtake them and she shall seek them but shall [31:34] not find them then shall she say I will go to and return to my first husband for [31:39] then it was better with me than now so now you have to understand what the most high God is setting up here [31:45] he's made Hosea to be as God right right and he's made hosea's wife [31:54] to be as Israel the land of Israel right the collective people of Israel [32:01] right and then the children represent groups of people in Israel [32:07] right so he's saying listen this man had to marry his wife and now they're having arguments and marital issues she [32:15] cheating on them right so he's depicting how Israel is [32:20] through his wife who he made him choose so this man is
