[00:02] esri stop sit down [00:13] and we are live happy day of unleavened bread day one [00:22] how y'all doing it's another opportunity for us to come together and hear and learn of the word [00:28] of truth that's given to us by the most high god all honor goes to the father through the son whose name is yahushua in him lies [00:35] the only hope for salvation we know that it is obtained by grace through faith not of works lest anyone should boast [00:41] and give him freely as a gift to all who obey him we understand that if you do not obey him and is made manifest or [00:47] made obvious that you do not believe in this state you should expect no good thing from the most high however [00:53] anything that you do get whether it be a gift of tongues a gift of prophecy or any supernatural experience that you may [00:58] have it can and it will be used against you in the day of judgment with that said [01:04] peace to the saints that are in the room to the saints that couldn't make it but no peace to the wicked the only thing we [01:09] say to them is repent that they might live yeah that's right [01:15] yeah i mean let's start off with john chapter 10. [01:21] today we're going to talk about the the the passover and about a week of unleavened [01:27] [Applause] [01:38] bread who's ever heard of passover [01:45] who knows what passover is who can tell me [01:59] um zakai what is passover i have a feeling you don't know [02:08] no tj what's passover [02:13] [Music] [02:18] that's right right the most high god went through and he killed the firstborn of what nation [02:23] [Applause] huh what nation [Music] [02:31] egypt he killed the firstborns of egypt [02:38] and then from there he spared anybody who had blood over their doorposts [02:44] so if you put the blood of a lamb over your doorpost he spares you and that process is commemoralized in a day call [02:52] that we call passover that happens at the evening at the sunset of the 14th [02:57] day of the month so if you look on the uh the monitor here we have oh let me fix it [03:08] let's see here [03:18] so if you look at the monitor here we have the 14th day [03:23] of abib which was yesterday all right that's the passover and now that puts us [03:28] on the 15th day anything that's light or orange there that means that there's no work [03:34] all right when there's no work that means we come together and we're a sacred assembly so that's why we're here usually we have [03:40] bible study at night that's why we're here today okay this is john chapter 10 verse 1. [04:27] but he that enters in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep to him the porter opens and the sheep [04:33] hear his voice and he calls his own sheep by name that's right that's [04:40] right and when he puts forth his own sheep he goes before them and the sheep follow him for they know his voice and a [04:47] stranger they will not follow but will flee from him for they know the voice of strangers [04:53] they know not the voice of strangers this parable spake y'all sure to them but they understood not what things they [05:00] were which he spake unto them right so y'all sure told him a story about a about a about sheep he said listen you [05:06] got to come through the door right and the person who comes through the door is [05:12] going to be the owner of the house and he's going to say to the sheep yo follow me and the sheep are going to [05:17] follow kind of like a dog right a dog is going to know his owner so you say so to a dog [05:22] come here court and cory gonna come meanwhile tj go out there and say hi to the dog she ain't never seen or [05:28] interacted with tj because he's scary right so she's not gonna know what to do when tj say something she might try to [05:33] bite tj not for real right so you look at these things and that's the difference sheep are similar in that in [05:40] that sense they are they recognize the master they recognize the one who they who they [05:45] listen to so he's saying they ain't gonna listen to no stranger you're gonna know my sheep because my sheep gonna respond to [05:52] my voice but that was a parable people didn't necessarily understand what he meant by the parable so now you're gonna [05:57] break it down for us then say y'all show unto them again verily verily i say unto you i am the [06:03] door of the sheep he said i am what the door of the sheep he said i am the what door of the sheep he said he's the door [06:11] of the sheep so now he he just told us a story and now he's trying to explain what that story means he said oh in that story i [06:19] represent the door of the sheep what else we got all that ever came before me are thieves [06:26] and robbers but the sheep did not hear them uh-huh i am the door by me if any man enter in [06:31] he shall be saved right if anybody enters in to yahushua as the door [06:38] right then he shall be what he shall be saved very good [06:44] keep going watch this and shall go in and out and find pasture he said he gonna go in so anybody who enters in is [06:52] gonna be saved so he said you're gonna be in and then eventually you're gonna go out and when you go out you're gonna [06:58] find pasture right [07:04] keep going watch this the thief comes not but for to steal and to kill and to destroy [07:09] there's a thief that's coming and the purpose of that thief is to steal to kill [07:15] and to destroy first corinthians give me first corinthians chapter five [07:28] we'll do a little bit of talking today ain't gonna take up too much time it's first corinthians chapter five [07:38] give me verse six [07:56] your glorying is not good know ye not that a little leaven leavens the whole lump right he just ain't no reading the [08:03] glory don't you know that a little bit 11 11 is the whole lump right [08:08] 11 is what causes the bread to rise right anybody seen crackers before [08:14] crackers are flat right and then you get a big loaf of bread right and that's that's big and it's [08:20] fluffy isn't it right so the one that's big and fluffy that's bread that has lemon in it the [08:27] cracker is bread as well but it has no lemon in it so it's flat [08:33] where are you going why don't we eat other breads we gonna talk about that too [08:40] matter of fact paul's going to give us the answer watch this keep reading know ye not that a little leaven leavens [08:47] the whole lump purge out there for the old living that you may be a new lump as you are [08:52] unleavened for even the messiah our passover is sacrificed for us therefore let us keep the feasts not [08:58] with old leaven neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth [09:04] right so the reason why is because we keep the feast just like paul just said [09:09] so the feast would be the feast of unleavened bread which is the first day is today don't start that talking boys [09:16] all right the first day of unleavened bread is today so during the week of unleavened bread [09:21] that's seven days right seven days of unleavened bread we are to get all of the leaven out of our house the reason [09:27] that that came about is because we had to move in a hurry so we had to prepare the passover and the [09:33] most high god said in the morning after this passover y'all got to get out of dodge y'all go [09:40] because he killed all the firstborns of the egyptians so he didn't want us to have a long process of having bread rise [09:48] he said just make it without leaving so this is why he has us do this for a whole week so that we can go out we have [09:54] unleavened bread and we continue in that and that helps us remember the time that we came out and we were rescued out of [10:00] egypt okay now leaven also is used here to represent sin [10:08] so the idea of it is if you put a little bit of lemon inside of bread it's gonna make the whole bread rise [10:14] right and the same thing with sin if you just have a little bit of sin [10:19] right just sitting here and there or y'all been just hanging out with people that singing but i'm not sinning right [10:24] each of those scenarios can then spread and cause you to sin right this person going right to hell [10:30] you hanging out with that person you end up going right to hell right you personally only commit this little tiny [10:36] sin you don't even want to do it no more and then that turned into a whole bunch of other sins right that's how sin works that's how 11 [10:42] works so that's what paul is talking about here but notice what he said he said yahushua is what he said the [10:48] messiah was what messiah our passover is sacrificed for us right so he called the messiah our [10:54] passover and there's a reason why he says that right remember the passover what we had [11:01] to do is we had to kill a lamb sacrifice the lamb and put the blood over our doors and that signified to the angel of death [11:09] that came to kill steal and destroy right that destroyed the firstborns right that angel of death when that [11:14] angel came through it signified that i i can't touch that door anybody within that door is safe [11:20] right because they got blood over it got the blood of the lamb over there right so now let's try to understand how the [11:26] messiah turns into that this is a first peter chapter one [11:35] first peter chapter one give me verse 13. [11:45] wherefore gird up the loins of your mind be sober in hope to the end for the grace that is to be [11:51] brought unto you at the revelation of yahshua the messiah as obedient children not fastening [11:56] yourselves according to the former lust in your ignorance uh-huh but as he which has called you is holy [12:03] so be ye holy in all manner of conversation yeah because it is written be holy for i am holy [12:09] and if you call on the father who without respect of persons judges according to every man's work pass the [12:15] time of your soul journey here in fear for as much as you know that you were not redeemed with [12:21] corruptable things as silver and gold he said you were redeemed with corruptable things [12:26] like silver and gold in other words yahweh bought us right that's what he means by redeem [12:32] he bought us but he said he didn't buy us with something like silver and he didn't take a whole bunch of money and [12:37] be like yeah you know i pay for the boy with money he said you were you were how did you say we were redeemed [12:44] from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers but with the precious blood of the messiah as of a [12:50] lamb without blemish and without spot so he said we were redeemed by the blood [12:56] of the messiah as if he were a lamb without blemish and without spot [13:02] well that's the exact type of lamb that we needed for the passover we needed a lamb without blemish and [13:08] without spot for us to keep the passover so that's why paul is calling him our [13:14] passover and that's the same reason why peter is calling him the sacrifice of a lamb right the blood of the lamb just like [13:21] like peter just said is what saved us or that that is saving us rather [13:28] in the same way that is what saved us when it came to the passover our ancestors [13:34] keep going watch this who verily was for ordained before the [13:40] foundation of the world but was manifest in these last times for you right so for a ordained mean that the most high god [13:48] told us about him beforehand the more most our god set it in order before [13:54] everything came to be right so it was already 40 dangers meaning that the most i got already [13:59] planned for it right but he was made manifest in other words he is made obvious he is made [14:05] visible to all of us in these last days right so it was something that had to be [14:11] documented so that people could believe it right let's move on let's go to colossians [14:17] colossians chapter 2 we're gonna start at verse one [14:38] colossians chapter 2 verse 1. watch what the book say for i wish that you knew what great [14:44] conflict i have for you and for them at laodicea and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh that their [14:51] hearts might be comforted being knit together in love and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding to [14:57] the knowledge to the acknowledgement of the mystery of god and the father and of the messiah [15:02] in whom are head all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge and this i say lest any man should beguile you with enticing [15:09] words he said this i say so he what he he's i'm about to say this because i don't want anybody to trick [15:15] you with some clever words i don't want anybody to say anything to you you'd be like oh that makes sense and it really [15:20] don't make sense right that happens all the time so he's saying look i'm about to say this to you [15:26] because i don't want nobody to trick you watch this [15:31] for though i be absent in the flesh yet am i with you in the spirit joining and beholding your order in the [15:37] steadfastness of your faith in the messiah as ye have therefore received the messiah yahushua the lord so walk in [15:44] him rooted and built up in him and established in the faith as you have been taught abounding therein with [15:50] thanksgiving beware unless any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit he said beware perk up time to listen right [15:57] whenever the book tells us to be where it's time to pay attention he said beware lest anyone spoil you right in other [16:04] words makes you bad makes you worthless right through what philosophy and vain [16:09] deceit through philosophy and vain deceit in other words empty speech [16:15] empty speech that's meant to cause you to believe something that's not true right let's hear an example of what this [16:21] might be after the tradition of men after the rudiments of the world and not after the messiah where in him dwells [16:28] all the fullness of the godhead bodily and you are completing him which is the head of all principality and power so [16:35] now around this same time guess what people are celebrating easter [16:40] christians are celebrating easter catholics are celebrating a time called lent [16:47] right that's where they you know i'm saying they they give up they call themselves giving up some type of you know i'm saying food or something [16:53] i don't know all that stuff work right and then they put they put this you know i'm saying this cross on their head [16:59] and they call it ash wednesday or something foolishness like that something they came up with but they celebrate this stuff and they supposedly [17:05] believe in the same god that we do but they've been spoiled with vain [17:11] deceit people have told them things with clever words they made it sound good but it wasn't the truth so now they follow [17:17] traditions of men that's not the truth right this is exactly what paul told us [17:23] to be aware of everything we do got to come from the book when we talk about the passover you [17:29] see i can read it to you tell one of them catholics to read to us something about lent [17:35] show us where where where easter was described and commanded you know i'm saying tell us show us where in the book [17:41] where how we're supposed to celebrate easter what are we supposed to do where did it come from [17:48] you're not going to find it you think the most i got talking about darn bunnies with dark eggs [17:53] who ever seen a bunny lay a egg not anybody [18:00] right because it's fake fake is deceit [18:07] it's empty it is meaningless that makes it vain and people come up with stories behind [18:12] it that makes it philosophy right keep going watch this [18:24] in whom you also you are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands and putting off the body of the sins of [18:31] the flesh by circumcision of the messiah buried with him in baptism wherein also [18:36] you are risen with him right so the whole idea is the most high god sent the messiah [18:42] to die for us as a sacrifice but then he he resurrected him he brought him back up so he died and he came back to life [18:51] that's the whole idea of what we're dealing with so they're saying what what paul's telling us here is that not only [18:57] were we buried with him spiritually but we came back up with him spiritually that makes us new [19:04] right keep going watch this [19:10] buried with him in baptism wherein also you are risen with him through the faith of the operation of god who has raised [19:16] him from the dead and you being dead in your sins in the uncircumcision of your flesh has he quickened together [19:24] with him having forgiven you all trespasses blotting out the handwriting ordinances that was against us which was [19:31] contrary to us and took it out of the way nailing it to his cross and having spoiled principalities and powers he [19:37] made a show of them openly triumphing over them in it so now the handwriting that was against us is talking about our [19:43] law so our law had judgments for sin right ultimately [19:50] every person that sinned was going to be cursed in other words death [19:55] right so the wages of sin is death we've heard that right in the book so the wages of [20:01] sin end up being death and what he's done is he died for us so that's what he's talking about when he [20:06] said he nailed it to the cross him being sacrificed on the cross caused him to take on a penalty that he didn't [20:12] deserve because he never sinned right so he paid for us by his blood [20:22] had he sinned it wouldn't be a proper payment because really he'd be paying for himself that's his own wages [20:28] but since he didn't didn't sin then him spilling blood to unto death [20:35] was not appropriate it was against the law right the law promised one thing he said [20:41] if you do these things you shall live by i'm talking about the statutes of the law well y'all sure did them so [20:47] therefore for him to stay dead would have been against the law so the most high god had to keep his promise and he [20:53] resurrected him right everything ties back into the law that's [20:59] where christians go wrong because they they have the they have the presupposition that the that the uh law [21:04] is done away with so they miss the richness and they misunderstand the book the law actually makes things orderly [21:12] right the law puts borders around your thinking you can't go just where you can't just think whatever you want to [21:18] think right unlike what the book says it said broad is the way yeah i'm saying broad is the [21:24] way what is it brother is the way to what broad is the way that leads to destruction yeah broad is the way that leads to destruction [21:30] right but we have to walk a tight rope right a narrow path [21:36] now if you got a broad way that means it's big that means you can think whatever you want to think you can do whatever you want to do you can imagine [21:41] whatever you want to imagine but that leads you to destruction our path we have to make sure that we [21:47] think specifically what's correct specifically what is true that means we have to restrict ourselves [21:53] using the law and once you restrict your thinking using the law and you require that anything that you believe based off of [22:00] the new testament or otherwise is based in our law and then supported by our prophets and then and then and then uh [22:07] promoted by our apostles at that point then you could take something you can run with it [22:12] right but if you can't show that consistency in the book then you gotta shut your darn mouth [22:18] right no other way there's no other way to do it you just gotta shut up you just gotta rock with it you gotta do what the book saying roll roll you can't have a [22:25] whole you can't do this stuff people out here teach them with imaginations but if you imagine past what the books [22:31] say that's dangerous right keep going watch [22:38] this let no man therefore judge you in any meat in meat or in drink or in respect of a [22:44] holiday holy day or of a new moon or of a sabbath or of the sabbath days right so the passover [22:52] for us in the the day of unleavened bread the first day of unleavened bread and the week unleavened bread and the [22:57] feast of uh the uh first proof sheaf waving all of those are holy days for us [23:04] those are set apart days those are days given to us by the most high god right [23:09] what you would never see in the book is easter and and christmas and all these other days that they come up with right [23:15] you'll never see them in the book the book the the book are the days that we end up talking about and right now we [23:21] talk about passover and unleavened bread right watch this which are a shadow of things to come so [23:28] passover and unleavened bread are a shadow of things to come [23:33] is what paul is telling us so that means something's coming and what we're doing is a shadow of that [23:39] that means it's not the real thing right but something is coming that's going to be the real thing and this has the shape [23:46] of it right if you look at a shadow if i shine the light on one of y'all right now it's going to cast a shadow and the [23:52] shadow is going to look like who thank you they're going to look like you if she like the light is on you right or it's [23:57] going to look like azerite if the light is on her right the shadow is going to look like whoever is cast in the shadow [24:06] so what we're doing now looks like something that's coming and what's coming is going to be the [24:12] real thing and right what we're doing now as great as it is not as much as we love eating and enjoying one another and [24:18] all that oh there's something that's gonna be better it's something that's gonna be full it's gonna be the whole picture it's not just gonna be a shadow [24:24] so that's why we keep these days because our book is telling us that something's coming and we hold on to the shadow so [24:32] that we can get used to what's coming right there's going to be a full version of [24:37] the passover coming a full version of unleavened bread coming [24:42] grab first corinthians chapter 11. [24:57] when it talks about the shadow of things to come it's talking about the messiah [25:06] this first corinthians chapter 11. give me uh verse 23. [25:14] forever season of the lord that which also i delivered unto you that the yahshua the same night in which he was [25:21] betrayed took bread and when he had given thanks he break it and said take eat this is my body which is broken for [25:27] you uh-huh this dude in remembrance of me after the same manner also he took the cup when he had sup saying this cup is [25:35] the new testament in my blood this do you this do ye as uh as often as he drink it [25:41] in remembrance of me right so now we have to drink blood in the form of wine [25:46] and eat bread in the form of his body right or eat his body in the form of bread right [25:52] that would be unleavened bread keep going watch this what boy you got a question [25:58] no i just remember doing that after the same manner also he took the [26:03] cup when he had sup saying this cup is the new testament in my blood do ye as [26:08] often as you drink it in remembrance of me for as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup you do show the [26:15] lord's death till he comes right so that represents the passover [26:21] right again it all centers around the blood because the passover was centered around the blood of the lamb [26:27] and now we're learning that the messiah is the lamb so that's why it was a shadow of things to come because this messiah ended up [26:34] being a sacrifice for us right it's romans chapter six [26:40] so now we gotta understand what the sacrifice means romans chapter six give me verse sixteen [26:56] romans chapter 6 verse 16. esri quiet [27:03] lay down no ye not that to whom you yield yourself servants to obey his servants [27:09] you are to whom you obey he said whoever you yield yourself service [27:14] to obey you become a servant let's hear about it [27:23] whether of sin unto death or of obedience unto righteousness so if i commit sin [27:29] that makes me a servant of what sin sin i'm a servant of sin when you're serving [27:35] a sin that means you're in what bondage you're in bondage to sin at that point [27:42] right that makes you in bondage to sin when you're in bondage that means you don't [27:48] have choice to do all the things that you might want to do so that's why a person that sins is not [27:53] free right you see you you feel free because it's a [27:59] whole lot of sins you can do a whole bunch of different scenes but guess what you can't you can't do and that's what they say they can't do all the time in [28:05] church stops they can't stop sinning they say it all the time it's impossible [28:11] to stop sinning you go y'all go talk to some of y'all christian friends to get talking to him be like oh yeah we have to stop saying it completely they don't [28:17] look at y'all like you crazy that's all that's impossible nobody can stop sinning that's why we need jesus [28:24] and that stuff makes sense when you don't got no book when you don't know that makes sense when somebody says like you right why would i need jesus if i [28:31] could just stop sinning all by myself that is the purpose yeah jesus is the [28:36] one he's going he going he know that we can't stop sinning that's why i need him no that's not what he said [28:41] why do we need y'all sure to take the curse off to remove the curse from our past sins [28:48] that's what he does he forgives us of our past sins he don't forgive us for future sins he's [28:55] not looking to be like oh i'm hoping happy you found me go ahead and keep sinning don't worry i'll take care of all of it [29:01] no quite the opposite keep on watch this [29:06] i speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh [29:11] for as you have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and iniquity and unto iniquity even so now yield your [29:18] members servants to righteousness unto holiness right so now what he's saying is you used to commit sin but turn from [29:25] sin so turn away from the sin that you're doing and then now yield your members your your facilities your body [29:32] to righteousness start doing righteousness so that's our goal right that's what yahshua is telling us [29:38] to do he's telling us to stop sinning so let's say sending is this direction he stop doing that [29:44] then we gotta find whatever direction he is and then come to him kind of like we were playing outside right [29:49] we had to walk to that pole we going in the wrong direction he's telling us stop going the wrong direction [29:55] turn this way and walk that way right [30:01] keep going uh now actually uh grab first john chapter seven [30:07] first john chapter seven uh john chapter seven [30:29] first john chapter one that's what i want john chapter seven the first job first john first john what i want first john 1 [30:36] verse 5. [30:42] first john chapter 1 verse 5. [30:50] this then is the message which we have heard of him and declare unto you that god is light and in him is no darkness [30:56] at all that's right so now god is light and in him there is [31:01] no darkness at all right so one of the plagues that was put on [31:07] egypt before we escaped or before before they let us go was a um a plague of darkness [31:15] right so there were darkness the books say thick darkness a darkness that you could feel [31:20] right so nobody could see where they were going what happened was anybody who was an [31:26] israelite didn't experience that darkness so he made it dark for the egyptians [31:33] and left light for us and now we learned that there is no darkness in the most high so now what [31:41] happens if we're walking in darkness let's see if we say that we have fellowship with [31:47] him and walk in darkness we lie and do not the truth just like if an egyptian say [31:53] that oh no no no i'm with the israelites but he's in darkness that would tell us no you're not most [32:00] like god put darkness around you right so in the same way if we're walking in the way that shows that we [32:06] are walking in darkness in other words if we're walking and sin is no way that we can say oh i'm friends with god [32:13] god is rocking with me god loves me right those things can't be said [32:22] for god to love you you have to keep his commandments the most high god is available his love [32:28] is available to everybody right it's available to everybody but you have to keep the commandments [32:36] that's the only way to remain in this love to abide in his love as the book would say [32:42] keep going but if we walk in the light as he is in [32:47] the light we have fellowship one with another and the blood of yahshua the messiah his son cleanses us from all sin [32:53] right so at that point we would be cleansed from all sin by what his blood [32:58] again his blood remember he is our passover for the passover you would have a lamb for the lamb you would you would [33:05] slaughter that lamb and sacrifice the lamb and then you take the blood of the lamb and you put it over your door and [33:12] that caused your firstborn not to be taken the night that the angel of death came by [33:18] right so that's what he represents for us he represents blood that will save us [33:25] let's go to exodus chapter 12. let's hear let's hear a little bit more about passover it's exodus chapter 12 verse [33:31] 21. [33:38] exodus chapter 12 verse 21. [33:51] [Applause] did moses call for all the elders of israel and sent unto them draw it and [33:58] take you a lamb according to your families and kill the passover right so take a lamb according to your families [34:04] and then kill the passover and you shall take a bunch of hyssop and dip it in the blood that is in the basin [34:10] you shall take what a bunch of hyssop you shall take a bunch of what hissam so you have to take a bunch of what's [34:16] called hyssop and then do what with it and dip it in the blood that is in the basin and strike the lentil in the two [34:22] side posts with the blood that is in the basin so the lentil the lentil is the top piece of the door [34:27] and two side posts come down so the middle part is going to be your door that's what you walk through right so he said what you have to do is you got to [34:34] rub blood on the lentil the top part of the door and the two side parts and that's blood with his have dipped [34:40] into it right that all got to be put on the door [34:46] watch this keep going in the two side posts with the blood that is in the basin uh-huh none of you [34:52] shall go out at the door of his house until the morning right and then you have to stay in the house into the [34:58] morning that's the part that we sometimes forget not only do you have to identify your [35:03] door but the next thing you have to do is you have to put the blood on the door then after you put the blood on the door you have to walk in the door and you got [35:09] to stay there until it's safe to come out so then we go back and we started off [35:15] with yahushua saying that he's the door right [35:21] we started off with john chapter 10 he told us that he is the door then he also told us [35:28] that his sheep know his name our uh no no his voice [35:35] so it's important that when we're told to do something by the most high god that we obey it if we yield our members [35:42] you know i'm saying uh you're our members to to to sin then we become servants of sin but if to righteousness [35:50] we become servants to righteousness and we're free of sin and that's the name of the game for us [35:55] is to be free of sin let's grab uh matthew chapter 27 let's see what happened to the door remember [36:01] yahushua said he's the door so if y'all shoot at the door what we should expect according to the passover is [36:08] we have to put blood on [36:18] [Applause] matthew chapter 27 verse 27. uh-huh and put it in his mouth right so they took hyssop and they put it in his [38:38] mouth and when y'all so not only does he have blood [38:43] from the thorns and from being beat up and from having holes drilled i mean you know nailed into his hands and all that [38:49] right not only is all that going on but now he also has hyssop just like our law told us to do our law said we have to [38:56] dip hyssop in the blood and put it on the door well he's the door [39:02] he also has blood coming down him well now you got to put hyssop in him let's keep going watch this [39:08] we all sure therefore had received the vinegar he said it is finished uh-huh and he bowed his head and gave up the [39:14] ghost right he said it is finished and he gave up the ghost his spirit [39:20] right where does the spirit go when you die it goes back to god spirit goes back to [39:25] god what happens to the soul it's dead in the dirt dead in the dirt your soul [39:30] is buried with you did the bone disappear like no you're born [39:37] yeah the skin rots away skiing rods away and your blood spills [39:43] and absorbs into the land and that's where our soul is all right our soul absorbs it with the [39:48] into the land with the blood right but the books say the life is in the blood so our life is in our blood [39:55] grab uh john chapter 15. so now we know he's our passover we also know that he [40:01] is our door right and what's the significance of our door [40:07] why do we need the door that's right if we inside the door are [40:13] we safe or in danger [40:19] that's a good job right we put the blood on the door and go inside that makes us safe [40:25] right if we go outside that door then we in danger [40:30] let's see what happens here this is john chapter 15 give me because he paid with debt that he didn't deserve [41:39] so now he can say okay i will give you commandments and if you give if you stay in my love [41:47] then i'll resurrect you i'll keep you safe but you have to stay inside of my love [41:54] that's the house that's the door we have to stay inside of that door as we sit out right [42:00] watch this as the father has loved me so have i [42:06] loved you continue in my love if you keep my commandments you shall abide in my love even as i kept the [42:12] father's commandments and abide in his love uh-huh these things i have spoken unto you that my joy may remain might [42:18] remain in you and that your joy might be full this is the commandment that you love one another as i have loved you [42:27] greater love has no man than this then a man lay down his life for his friends right greater love has no man than this [42:34] that a man laid down his life for his friend y'all should lay down his life right watch this and you are my friends [42:42] if you do whatsoever i command you so now the condition is yahshua laid down his life for you [42:48] if you do what he commands the opposite of that would be saying [42:54] if you did not do what he commands he did not lay down his life for you [43:01] so that means he wasn't your sacrifice that means you didn't have blood over your door which means you are in danger [43:10] right it's important that we understand these concepts because this is what makes it simple for us a lot of people [43:17] they're gonna they're gonna teach the bible to you they're gonna teach all this stuff and it's not gonna make sense [43:22] right even in their simplicity they make it complicated right [43:28] grab uh mark chapter seven let's understand let's understand how do we remain in his [45:34] actually oh we got go back to john 15. where we leave off in john 15. watch [45:40] what he says 14. this is john 15 verse 14 watch watch watch what he says [45:47] he said greater love has no man in this that a man lay down his life for his friends you are my friend if you keep my [45:52] commandments but there's one more verse right after that watch this henceforth i call you not servants for the servant [45:57] knows not what his lord does but i've called you friends for all things that i have heard of my father i've made known [46:04] unto you that's that's the one after [Music] oh give me one before uh give me 13 then [46:13] greater love has no man than this when a man lay down his life for his friends uh-huh you are my friends if you [46:19] do whatsoever i command you uh-huh henceforth i call you not servants okay give me give me if that was 13 give me [46:25] 12. this is my commandment that you love one another as well as love as i have loved you right so the commandment is [46:32] that we love one another just like he loved us [46:38] right and then we see the fruits of the spirit what was the first one [46:44] the first one was love so the first thing we have to understand [46:49] is what is love what is love baby don't hurt me [46:55] don't hurt me [Music] [47:01] first corinthians chapter 13 give me verse one [47:07] and we still got to go get mark chapter seven [47:16] it's first corinthians chapter 13 verse one [47:23] [Music] [47:33] though i speak with tongues of men and of angels and have not charity i am become a sounding brass or a tinkling [47:39] symbol and though i have the gift of prophecy and understand all mysteries and all knowledge and though i have all faith so [47:45] that i could remove mountains that have no charity i am nothing and and though i bestow all my goods to feed [47:51] the poor and though i give my body to be burned and have not charity i pro it profits me nothing uh-huh charity [47:58] suffers long he said this is what charity is so charity is another word for love right [48:03] so he said love suffers long and is kind and it's kind charity envy's [48:09] not he said love envy's not and charity vaunted not itself is not [48:15] puffed up uh-huh does not behave itself unseemly seeks not her own [48:21] is not easily provoked it's not easily provoked watches and thinks no evil it doesn't even think about evil when you [48:28] talk about love you not even think about evil watch this rejoice not in iniquity [48:34] right you don't rejoice in iniquity if you're talking about love but watch this one but rejoices in the [48:40] truth you got to rejoice in the truth right that's a description of what love [48:45] is so when he says love one another one of the things that we have to think about is we can't be rejoiced in the we [48:53] can't be rejoiceful in iniquity in other words we can't be happy in sin [49:00] so for for in order to love your neighbor as yourself or to love one another like he loved us in order to do [49:06] that that means you have to put off all iniquity you can't sin [49:12] it's the only way to do it it's important that we understand this point so then we ask ourselves what is sin [49:18] well first uh first john chapter three will tell us that sin is transgression of the law [49:23] right and so a hebrew is a light would tell us well that's the law of moses [49:32] and they would be right but then based off of what we just read [49:37] paul just told us the law cannot condemn us if we walk in [49:43] the fruits of the spirit the reason because the reason for that [49:50] is the law tells us that yahweh is coming and then in the law itself we don't have [49:56] to get it but in the law ourselves it tells us that man that comes that's like moses [50:02] from the brethren right whatever he says will be required of you [50:07] so what yahushua did is yahushua kept the law he remained in the love of the father we [50:13] read in john 15 just now he remained in the love of the father therefore he kept the law then he took [50:20] on us as our passover sacrifice he took on our sins [50:26] that means he purchased us he redeemed us right [50:31] because he paid the price that we should have paid and he did not owe what he paid [50:36] so that means he redeems us that means he owes us he did that for the purpose of those that are called his friends he owns us [50:44] you are his friend if you do what he commands or what moses commands [50:49] he says you are my friend if you do what i command what you got [51:00] but yeah we are we are his friend as long as we do it he commands [51:06] what he commands not what moses commands matter of fact if you look at yahushua he separates moses commandments from his [51:14] real quick grab mark chapter 9. i mean mark chapter 7 verse 9. [51:22] right if you look on the screen here what do we got there tj what does that look like [51:34] it's a narrow path directly to the kingdom right so you got a couple foot footsteps [51:40] the white footsteps represent the current footsteps that's that's the footsteps that you can take right now [51:47] right and we walking we got to stay on the narrow path [51:58] well mark what it's mark chapter 7 verse 9. [52:08] [Applause] and he said unto them full well you reject the commandment of god that you [52:14] may keep your own tradition he said you reject the whose commandment the commandment of god right this is the [52:19] commandment of god he said that you rejected but guess who told us about it [52:26] that you may keep your own tradition for moses said honor your father and your mother and who so curses father and [52:31] mother let him die let him die to dark death if you curse you but you say if a man shall say to his father or mother it [52:37] is corban that is to say a gift by whatsoever you might be profited by me he shall be free [52:43] and you suffer him no more to to do art for his father or his mother making the [52:48] word of god not affect through your tradition which you have delivered and many such like things you do all right [52:54] so you see that when you sure and this is not the only time there's many times that whenever yahushua refers to moses [53:00] and i'd give you a couple we ain't got to grab it we can get a couple more examples in in uh in the beginning of the gospels [53:06] uh he healed some folks of leprosy and he told them go give the sacrifice that moses told [53:14] you to give as a witness right [53:19] he always separates moses commandments from his there's a reason for that because moses told the people through [53:25] his commandment that there will be somebody else that comes and whatever that somebody else says you got to do it [53:31] that's required of you so he has to separate himself from moses grab john chapter five real quick [53:39] john chapter five you don't have to help me out with what verse i want to say it's uh [53:44] probably [Music] 35 maybe 36. [53:51] 21. i can do nothing of my own 25. [53:57] uh you have moses oh that's 20 are you if you if you would have believed moses you would believe me [54:03] that's 44 we'll start at 44. 44. so this is uh john chapter 5 verse 44. what should the [54:10] book say how can you believe which receive honor one of another and seek not the honor that comes from god only [54:15] watch you do not think that i will accuse you to your father there is one that accuses you even moses in whom you [54:21] trust he said moses look how he separates himself he said even moses in whom you [54:26] trust watch it for had you believed moses you would have believed me he said if you believed moses you would have [54:33] believed me which clearly lets you know we're not saying exactly the same thing [54:39] right he tells you because he did what for he wrote of me [54:44] he talked about deuteronomy chapter 18. he wrote moses told her he said it's [54:50] going to be somebody else that come and they're going to be just like me and whatever that person say is required of [54:56] you so that's why yahshua can say hey i kept the commandments of moses and then [55:01] stayed in the father's love through that i made a purchase of everybody else so now it's up to me what [55:08] happens to people when moses gave a commandment if you did this you died of death [55:15] but now i purchased the whole bang i died to death for them so now it's up to [55:21] y'all sure what happens to us now the stakes is higher instead of just [55:27] dying and going into the ground and letting your blood spill well now no no now you get resurrected and you either [55:33] get sent to hell to burn forever in an eternal internal fire or you get resurrected onto the kingdom [55:41] for us to meet walk into the kingdom this is what we're dealing with right this is what we're dealing with we [55:47] know that going forward is love right that's how we move forward on that path is with love [55:54] and with the fruits of the spirit and if you add a fruit to the spirit guess what you can't see [56:00] it right both of them don't work together you can't do one or the other [56:06] you can't see it if you had the fruits of the spirit so that's how it looks with the fruits of the spirit it pushes [56:11] us forward right the fruits of the spirit is going to be a step for us [56:16] that's how we take steps towards the kingdom what happens if we turn around start walking where we already walked [56:24] he who looks back is not faithful he's [56:29] he who started the plow and looks back is not fit for the kingdom of heaven you start going back [56:34] you're a sinner again and everything that you've done that might have been righteous forgotten [56:42] you turn your way towards god and turn away from sin everything done that everything you did that was unrighteous [56:47] forgotten right the most high god's way is equal let's finish off with mark this is mark [56:53] chapter seven because we can see clearly what we need to do to move forward right [56:59] this is how the narrow path works y'all know how y'all had the blindfolds on yeah and y'all was walking it felt like [57:05] you were walking straight didn't it yes you thought you were walking perfectly straight you can look i let everybody look and you thought i was [57:12] walking straight to this pole you thought you could do it we put the blindfolds on you we allow you to look [57:19] and you feel you get can't nobody tell you that you wasn't about to hit the pole but every one of y'all except for [57:25] eli who cheated every one of y'all y'all drifted to the right or to the left [57:30] well that's what this walk is like except it's worse it's worse [57:36] because imagine every time imagine doing that but every time you sin somebody spin you around in circles [57:44] right so you got your blindfold on and then you you walk in you think you're going straight then you sin then you get [57:49] spun around in circles you don't know what direction you're going but you feel like i'm still going the same way and you get spun around because you sin [57:55] again and every time you sin you just get spun around in circles and you get dizzy [58:01] do you think any of us would have been able to reach that pole if we dizzy and spun around in circles every time we make a mistake no no [58:08] well that's how life is that's how it is the more we sin we will never reach the kingdom [58:15] the only way to reach the kingdom is to obey the way of the most high god [58:20] so in the same way that we think and we can take a step is the same way that we think and we can [58:26] have behavior that pushes us towards the most high god so these are the behaviors that we have to avoid this is mark [58:31] chapter 7 verse 21 uh twenty twenty nineteen [58:37] nine one nineteen twenty twelve yeah twenty and he said that which comes out of the [58:43] man that defiles the man uh-huh for from within out of the heart of man [58:48] proceed evil thoughts adulteries fornications hold on let's take it slow so out of the out of the evil thoughts [58:54] out of the heart of man comes what proceed evil thoughts adulteries adulteries fornications [59:02] fornication murders murders deaths deaths covetousness covetousness [59:08] wickedness wickedness deceit deceit lascheviousness lascheviousness an evil [59:15] eye evil eye blasphemy pride pride foolishness and foolishness [59:22] all these evil things come from within and defile the man so now that creates a border around us to keep [59:29] us in the past we know that if we decide to move towards wickedness then we'd be [59:34] turned into the left and back right if we decide for fornication we turning to the left we veering off to [59:41] the left all those things are going to take us off of the path right [59:47] we don't know that we're going off of the path unless we know the book the book is telling us that these things are [59:53] letting you know that you're not on the path if you're not doing any of those things [59:59] then you walking straight ahead that is how we enter into the kingdom [60:05] if at any point the most high gods show up here or we die and we're not on that [60:11] path we end up right in hell [60:16] so that's why we have to turn away from all sins and remain in that square you know what that square is [60:26] that's the door that's the door if we stay inside of the [60:32] house inside of the door that has the blood on it with the hyssop [60:38] over the door post then we can enter into the kingdom [60:45] right if we get the leaven out of us that will be these sins right here then we can enter into the kingdom [60:52] otherwise we just killing time right because at the end of the day if the man show up here he's going to ask [60:58] one question what are you going to say are you without iniquity [61:05] matter of fact we're going to ask the book say we're going to ask him a question let's grab it it's a matthew chapter seven [61:14] this matthew chapter seven what i want 21 [Music] [61:22] in matthew 7 verse 21 yeah not everyone that says unto me lord lord shall enter into the kingdom of heaven [61:28] look not everybody to come up to him like lord lord or master master is going to enter into the kingdom [61:33] right a lot of people think they're getting into the kingdom right they think they on the path just [61:38] like we thought we were walking straight when we is outside they think it's all good but what's gonna happen is the most i [61:45] gotta be like why are you calling me master you didn't do what i say [61:51] watch this keep going but he that does the will of my father which is in heaven uh-huh many will say to me in that day [61:56] lord lord have we not prophesied in thy name and in thy name have cast out devils and thy name done many wonderful [62:03] works oh people showing up to church every weekend right they stay long they go to night [62:09] day and night service and they do wednesday night bible study right and they serve on the usher board [62:16] and they join the praise dance team and they help with the treasury they do all these different things [62:23] they give money to the poor they do all these different things they prophesy in this name guess what though [62:29] they still cussing they still lying they still committing adultery what's going to happen [62:35] this is what's going to happen watch this and then will i profess unto them i never knew you depart from me ye that [62:41] work iniquity he said i never knew you get away from me you who work iniquity [62:49] you know why he says i never knew you because the sheep his sheep hear his [62:55] voice and if you haven't turned away from these sins which are iniquity that means [63:01] you haven't heard his voice [63:08] specifically the sins that are up on the board the sins that we read about from the apostles and that we read about from [63:14] yahushua those are the sins that will keep us out of the kingdom that's what's required of us [63:22] and from there we need to walk in love in the fruits of the spirit and that'll move us forward towards the most high [63:27] god we do those things we won't see them we can't sin right [63:34] any questions
