away from his wickedness that he has committed and does that which is lawful and right [05:02] he shall save his soul alive uh-huh because he considers and turns away from all his transgressions that he [05:07] has committed you see surely live he shall not die he said he considers and he does what [05:12] he turns away from all his transgressions from some of his transgressions from all his transgressions that he has committed from the ones that [05:19] god has showed them from all his transgressions that he's committed he shall surely lay [05:24] what we just read right there is the definition of what repentance is right repentance is turning away from [05:31] all sin yeah some people say well you know you see him without even [05:38] knowing you saying listen i should've been home he calls together his friends and [13:27] neighbors saying unto them rejoice rejoice with me for i found my sheep which was lost [13:33] i say unto you that likewise george shall be in heaven over one center that repents more than over 99 in just 99 just [13:41] persons which need no repentance does that make sense to us [13:46] right the most like guy is basically telling us through yahoo sure he's saying that it is more expedient it [13:53] is is more of a priority for me to go after one individual that needs to repent [14:02] than it is for me to focus on 99 individuals that have already repented right are 99 [14:09] individuals that do not need to repent they're already living righteously we [14:16] make the assumption that this 99 have already repented they're already on the good path they're [14:21] already living righteously but there's one out there that needs to [14:27] repent who needs to hear the word needs to be catered to because that person is going to repent [14:34] or needs to repent and the most like god needs to get to them that person is that person is the priority for the most high god [14:41] he said i'm a leader 99 she and i'mma go to that one sheet here is the problem that we face [14:49] from readers in this verse there are people who will take this verse and they will use this to say [14:57] god has never left my side right they'll say not the case right what we have to understand we have to be very reading the bible and understanding [15:26] the bible you have to be extremely precise you can't make guesses you can't just [15:31] jump over and jump all over the place things have to connect and they have to make sense so the first thing we're [15:36] going to do is we're going to look at just very basic biblical principle this chapter 26 verse 40. he said if they shall confess their iniquity [16:19] and the iniquity of their fathers and the iniquity of their fathers that mean it ain't just on you you can't [16:24] just say like i seen you have to acknowledge so it's important for us especially now and this time it's important for us to not understand [16:31] just that i sin it's more done my father's sin the people that came before me sin [16:37] and that's why i'm here right they send and conditioned a [16:43] situation for me to live in a country that is not native to my people [16:51] in fact my people came here walked contrary under me so we have to also confess that we've walked contrary onto [18:15] the most high god that is a requirement he's telling us confess that we've [18:21] walked contrary but watch this next part this is the one that's difficult and that i also have walked contrary [18:27] unto them and have brought them into the land of their enemies if then their uncircumcised heartbeat [18:32] hearts be humble and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity then will i remember [18:37] my covenant with jacob and also my covenant with isaac and also my covenant with abraham will i remember [18:43] and i will remember the land so right now most of our guys haven't remembered the land you haven't [18:48] remembered those covenants right and we're still in the land of our enemies and the reason is because we have people [18:55] that they don't have a problem confessing that they send us christians walk around all the time talking about we sinners [19:01] they're like i'm gonna sin they proud sinners in fact matter of fact they saved sinners saved and sanctified sinners you let [19:08] them tell it right so that part they don't have a problem confessing that they've walked contrary to god [19:14] they have a problem saying that god walked contrary to them and that's how the devil worked he looked at the details and he said [19:20] okay i can get them is taken away [19:48] from you your ability to confess that god has walked contrary to you which is a requirement for us to be able [19:55] to recognize for god to be able to recognize and remember compassion when the son made a made up his mind that he wanted repentance [37:34] that's what it's about for us that's when the most high god is recognizing us when it's time for us to repent when we he says i'm searching the heart [52:13] we think our heart is like our thoughts our feelings all that right he said he's searching that [52:18] and he gonna give everybody according to what what he these things come out of the heart of a man [53:58] we ain't got to get it but if you look at mark chapter 7 verse 20 it says out of the heart of a man comes [54:05] these evil things sin comes out of the heart it doesn't go [54:11] into you it comes out of your heart so if you have sin yahushua also says [54:18] uh out of the heart of the man are there are his treasures right so if at the heart of man he brings [54:24] forth uh bad fruit then that guess what that's a bad heart [54:30] he said the fruit is no different from the tree you ain't gonna pick good fruit from a bad tree and you ain't gonna put bad bad food [54:36] from a good tree period right this y'all she was talking when you say this so that if that's the case [54:43] and i have sin coming out of my heart that tells me what about my heart heart is deceitful right [54:51] so no matter how i feel about myself if i'm sinning this is why we have the book this is why he gave it to us [54:57] if i'm sinning he's letting me know hey your heart is lying to you if you think you i right now it's our diagnosis [55:05] right i'm able to look at it because my heart is lying to me i have no way to know what the truth is so when i look at the book i can look at [55:12] it and be like oh i'm not supposed to be doing that but i am doing that but i still feel [55:18] like i'm saved i feel like i believe god but i'm still sinning the book is trying to tell you if you doing that [55:24] don't trust your heart your heart is lying to you [55:30] so once you stop all sin your heart is no longer producing sin because sin is not coming [55:36] out of you if you commit a sin where'd it start your heart so if you [55:41] stop sinning guess what your heart is no longer producing sin so now i can believe from my heart [55:55] we can't take this as if this is just saying just believe say something out loud [56:00] that's where the standard prayer comes from you say something out loud and you just believe from the heart no [56:06] no no no this is much deeper than that and i'll prove it to you keep going watch this for what the heart man believes unto [56:12] righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto back so with the heart man believes and that belief [56:36] takes him to righteousness right so he's giving you the symptoms he [56:43] doesn't even give you like what's going on he's giving you look you can't tell there's no x-ray to tell you that your heart is [56:49] producing what it's supposed to produce the only thing you can look at is symptoms when you go to the doctor you can't tell [56:55] just by looking at yourself well most of the time you can't tell just by looking at yourself oh i got cancer unless you have symptoms i have [57:03] i don't know if i have covered i don't know right but if i have shortness of breath [57:11] and i'll lose my taste guess what i need to go see a doctor and where's the doctor going to ask you [57:18] are you running a fever yeah shortness of breath are you losing have you been exposed to anybody with he start asking questions [57:25] about physical things he can see because he knows inside of your body is something that he can't see [57:30] so he asks you about the physical things that he can't see to prove what's inside [57:37] and then he takes his because he got a special machine he takes his sample he sends it in they run it up and then [57:43] he can tell you okay you do got it or you don't got it that's the judgment of god like that's [57:49] going to happen for us too god got a little covey a test for us too but that happened at the end [57:54] if if he got to tell you you too late we have to be looking at the symptoms [58:00] now to start treating it right keep going uh this is uh mark [58:06] chapter 7 verse 20. and he said that which comes out of the man that defiles the man uh-huh but from within of the heart of [58:12] man from within of the heart of man out of the heart of men perceive evil thoughts adulteries fornications [58:19] murders deaths covetousness wickedness deceit mischievousness an evil eye blasphemy [58:25] pride foolishness all these evil things come from within and defile the man so this is what defiles you so if your [58:32] heart is defiled by any of these things how can you believe onto righteousness from the heart [58:38] you can't so we have to understand this is not as [58:43] simple as just saying just believe no what he's trying to tell you right now [58:49] is you have to believe on to righteousness what makes what makes your belief solid is that it [58:54] leads you to righteousness in other words doing the right thing in other words repentance from dead works [59:01] let's go back this romans chapter 10 what verse we have this romans chapter 10 verse 10. [59:15] most high god knew us from the foundation of the world but we didn't know us from the foundation of the world [59:23] for what the heart man believes unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation [59:28] uh-huh but the scripture says whosoever believes on him shall not be ashamed uh-huh there is no difference between the jew [59:33] or the greek but the same lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him but whosoever shall call upon the name [59:39] of the lord shall be saved he said whoever calls upon the name of the lord will be saved shall be saved right [59:47] how then shall they call on him and whom they have not believed and this is the key question if we stop there and [59:53] we say oh that's true it's a fact that is true right whoever calls on the name of yahuwah will be saved whoever calls on the name [60:00] of yahushua will be saved right that is a fact [60:05] but watch this how then shall they call on him and whom they have not believed how you gonna call them somebody you [60:11] don't even believe in and how you gonna believe in somebody [60:16] and how shall they believe in him whom they have not heard right hey you don't believe in somebody you haven't heard about [60:23] watch this and how shall they hear without a preacher and how you gonna hear about somebody if nobody's there to preach it to you to [60:29] tell it to you right watch this and how shall they preach except they'd be sent and how are you gonna have a preacher if he's not [60:35] sent from the most high god the problem is this string these are all [60:40] in my job we call them dependencies right you can't have this without the next right so these are all dependencies [60:47] on calling that's why he had to make this specific he said whoever calls on the name of you or shall be saved however these are the [60:54] dependencies all these have to be in place and correct you have to have some you first of all you have to believe [61:01] and to believe you have to have heard and to have heard you have to have a preacher and have a preacher you have to have somebody sent from god [61:08] right all those have to be in line i'm telling y'all you guys are being taught a jesus that is not the jesus or not the [61:15] yahushua that is of this book sure you're believing in something [61:20] because you were you heard something to them son you are forever [66:08] you are ever with me and all that i have is yours it was me that we should make merry and [66:14] be glad for this your brother was dead and is alive again and was lost and is found [66:22] the lesson here that we have to understand the lesson is not that god is always with us that's not what this is communicating to us [66:28] the lesson with this is repenting needs to be our priority if i'm someone [66:36] who have already repented and i'm already with the father right my joy my priority should be my brother [66:44] repenting his brother you see his brother he came like man what you what's that you're [66:50] having a celebration i've been by your side this the whole time and you have this celebration for him this mess he just [66:57] left and came back and you just celebrated and you're looking at it like no no you have to understand you have to look at this different [67:03] that man was dead to us and now he's alive you always with me from god's view and [68:21] this is throughout the bible there's things that god tell us in terms of prophecy or in terms of revelation [68:26] right he's telling us from his view and then there's our view our view [68:33] is limited we can only view things with our own eyes and then we take what god [68:39] says and we have to trust what he says until what he says lines up with our view [68:45] laid to the side i can't tell i can't tell by looking at you whether [69:38] you're going to the kingdom or not the only thing i can do is i can look at [69:44] my behaviors most of all right my own behavior is most of all not really looking at everybody else [69:49] that's secondary first thing i want to look at is my own behavior and i say does my behavior [69:56] line up with what yahoshua expects and requires of me [70:01] if the answer to that is yes then my faith tells me that i am [70:08] chosen by god i have that by faith right i don't know [70:14] it for sure only thing i know is i believe it because i believe the book because the books say if you behave this way [70:21] you're chosen by god god is saying i chose some people and the people i [70:27] chose live like this so i look at the symptoms of my life and i say okay [70:33] i live like this therefore i must be chosen by god i have to maintain that behavior to the [70:39] end of my life and then most like god will prove it out for me that's what faith is faith is not oh i [70:46] hope i get this job oh i got that job that's not faith that's not the [70:52] faith that the bible describes the faith that the bible describes says this is the behavior that i tell you are [70:59] people that will make it into the kingdom and then i exhibit that same behavior [71:04] and i do it for the rest of my life and then page [73:09] she said um if your heart condemns you god is greater than your heart and she posts she poses like [73:15] encouragement but don't worry about your silly heart condemning you god is greater than that like that's not [73:21] what that's saying that's not what that's saying they're saying if you [73:26] if your heart if your heart is telling remember your heart is deceitful if your heart is telling you that you [73:32] sin right believe that that the most high god [73:38] is way smarter than your heart he know everything so he said you better deal with that in [73:44] other words you need to make sure your heart is confident before god before approaching the most like god [73:50] if you feel it if you feel it if you in church and you like man am i saying that's what he's [75:24] whole view watch this hebrews chapter 11 verse one now faith is the substance of things hopeful so faith is the substance of [75:31] things hoped for understand what that is saying faith right faith [75:38] which is like an empty thing it's a concept right he said faith is the substance substance it kind [75:44] of tells you it's tangible right so it's the substance it's the evidence [75:49] right of things hoped for right hope is another idea it's a concept so [75:55] what's the definition of faith oh faith is the substance of what you hope for okay [76:00] what does that mean keep going the evidence of things not seen it's the evidence of things that you [76:07] can't see so if the most high god says these are the type these are the people [76:13] i i for new people that will make it into the kingdom you can't see that but guess what you can't see behavior [76:21] you can see when the most likely i say the people that make it into the kingdom will turn away from sin and they will uh [76:27] walk in righteousness oh you could see that you can see that yourself [76:33] so what is faith faith is that evidence what is the evidence that evidence is the way i'm living the way i [76:41] walk what i do what can't be seen my heart what's the [76:49] substance that you can't see my behavior so what's faith oh it's the substance of [76:55] things hoped for remember the whole cause we don't come back to that substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen [77:03] evidence of things that you cannot see who echoes this this sentiment [77:15] paul how about james oh [77:28] let's do james chapter two [77:54] james chapter two what verse i want 14. it's james chapter 2 verse 14. [78:04] this is just and i want y'all to know this is basic this is the beginning this is what this is where every church [78:11] should start off with this is just basic stuff without this you you're not even doing [78:18] that you're not born again you don't know god don't you you're nothing without this like without understanding these simple [78:24] concepts you're nothing without it what i'm telling us they have robbed us from the most [78:29] basic of teaching and i don't blame our moms and our dads [78:35] and our pastors even they've been taught this garbage i kind of blame the pastors right because as a pastor that means [78:41] that you've assumed the leadership position and you've taken on the responsibility to get it right [78:46] so you can look into it you can figure this stuff out you got to i can't believe the most high god won't [78:52] let you figure it out it's just somewhere along the way you've made the decision not to figure it out to ignore something or to cut the [78:57] corners or whatever and ain't no side deals with god right what does it profit my brother and [79:05] though a man say he has faith and have not works uh-huh so remember save him remember [79:10] faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things that you cannot [79:17] see right so he said what does it profit if a man say what [79:24] if a man say he has faith and have not worked can faith save him uh-huh if a brother or sister be naked [79:30] and destitute of daily food and one of you saying to them depart in peace be you warmed and filled notwithstanding [79:36] you give them not those things which are needful to the body what does it profit even so faith [79:42] if it has not works is dead being alone so he said if faith faith doesn't have works it's dead being [79:48] alone so we understand that faith is a concept so you can't really see faith but what is faith the definition [79:54] was the evidence of things that you can't see so you can see the evidence of faith you can't see the behaviors of faith [80:00] so he's telling us what is faith if it doesn't have works what is works the evidence so he's [80:06] saying what is faith if you can't see the evidence watch this even so faith if it has not [80:12] works is dead being alone uh-huh yeah a man may say you have faith and i have works so somebody he's [80:18] telling me somebody might say you have faith but i have works right somebody might try to compare that [80:24] like oh you got faith well i can't see your faith but i got works watch this show me [80:30] your faith without your works and i will show you my faith by my word he's saying when i [80:35] show you my works you've seen my faith because it's the evidence of things you [80:42] cannot see that's what faith is right that's what all this stuff is that's [80:48] what he's trying to line up for you that's what the whole book is trying to line up for you you don't have faith you don't believe [80:55] if you don't so when it comes down to our view versus the most high gods [81:01] we have to be able to look at ourselves we have to say okay my behavior lines up with the book [81:07] therefore i have been for known by god therefore at the end he will say come on [81:14] into my kingdom however those that don't line up with [81:19] the book he gonna say depart from me i never knew you in other words i did not [81:25] foreknow you at the beginning of the world this is what it all comes down to [81:31] are you going to repent or not [81:37] any questions all right let's pray out
