president that's what they want to do so then tell people the truth this thing [65:45] is a competition some people are going to win some people gonna lose [65:50] not everybody wins and not everybody got to talk to Visa [66:48] Visa like okay I see you keep taking losses we keep telling them to use better machines so I keep telling Visa I'm like listen [66:55] if you want me to stay on Visa you're gonna have to do something about these you don't have to do something about Macy's Macy's can't keep taking the bad [67:02] cards so Visa says you know what we're gonna mandate that Macy's use better [67:07] technology and if Macy's don't use better technology to identify fake cars [67:12] we gonna shift the liability of that charge to Macy's and Macy's got to pay [67:18] for it if somebody claimed fraud on it right because that froster was [67:23] successful guess what happened to the rules they change [67:28] so now guess what the issuer don't got to pay for all this fraud and because the issuer is successful [67:35] what's going to happen next the merchant is going to say well I have all the best technology so guess what [67:42] changes now the rules change again and the things keep shifting that's how [67:49] everything in the world works it shifts you have success here they in [67:54] competition they gonna change their rules they have success there well now it's anything about it and we're [69:29] going to protect you even though you came into this country illegally that's the stance that they take [69:35] they give them benefits they give them Health Care they give them everything [69:42] meanwhile we got people dying that's black because they can't afford health care [69:51] that's oppression so what the Republican do and I love it [69:57] they start putting these people on a bus and taking them to the Democrats [70:03] and dropping them off in the Democrats ran cities and letting them out what is that the rules are changing [70:12] so now imagine the Mexicans in the in the South Americas that came in [70:18] successfully before cool now they're starting to be in bust now you gotta change the [70:24] strategy because now the Democrats don't have to change the strategy like oh well we can't keep eventually they're gonna say [70:30] we can't keep day so the rule gonna have to change they got to come up with something everything is about the rules changing what happened yesterday ain't [70:36] gonna work for the person today that's what we got to teach our kids you got to be Innovative you got to [70:43] compete you gotta out think not everybody gonna be the fastest is levels and you gotta find where you can fit in you got to [71:02] negotiate your position and you got to do the best you can [71:07] that's how the world works
