different covenant all right this is this is a covenant on beside or on top of the one that that [01:38] was made in horeb right keep going [01:44] and moses called unto all israel and said unto them you have seen all that the lord did before your eyes in the [01:49] land of egypt unto pharaoh and unto all his servants and unto all his land the great temptations which thine eyes have [01:56] seen the signs and those great miracles yet the lord has not given you a heart to perceive [02:03] and eyes to see and ears to hear unto this day that's important right he said [02:09] look you saw all these miracles you saw all this stuff that happened but at the same time most like god didn't give you a heart to to perceive [02:16] our eyes to see your ears to hear and without that we're literally flying [02:23] blind right that's why we look at the book and that's why we we we we get teaching and [02:29] all that stuff and it's like i still don't get it i still don't understand because the most hot guy haven't given us eyes to see [02:35] ears to hear or heart to perceive right the understanding is that peace [02:40] once he gives you to understand it then it's unlocked but we have to stay faithful to whatever we do understand [02:46] until that happens that's that's the part where people start giving up and they fail and they start doing different stuff right and it [02:52] throws thinking they're so smart just running their mouth and they [04:16] don't know they don't really understand because the only reason they think they're smart is because somebody else that they respect have told them [04:22] something right or they or they assess themselves at a higher value than what they should [04:29] and so they think they smart by their own reasoning but sometimes you have to understand like man i can really feel like i got it [04:36] and really feel like i got the right answer and still be dead wrong like i could be one thousand percent [04:42] confident that i'm right and still end up wrong [04:48] when you take that into consideration you and you you frame it with oh that's because the most high god didn't give you a heart to perceive [04:54] right then it's like fathers to abraham isaac and jacob [06:24] neither with you only do i make this covenant in this oath he said i'm not just making this covenant in this oath [06:30] with you only who else am i making it with with him that stands here with us this day before the lord our god he said [06:35] it's not just the ones that's standing with us right now who else with him that stands here with us this [06:41] day before the lord our god and also with him that is not here with us this day right so he said i'm also making [06:46] them with those who are not here that catch all of us right keep going for you know how we have dwelt in the [06:52] land of egypt and how we came through the nations which you passed by and you have seen their abominations in their [06:57] idols wood and stone silver and gold which were among them lest there should be among you a man or [07:03] woman or a family or tribe whose heart turns away this day from the lord our god to go and serve the gods of these [07:09] nations lest there should be among you a root that bears gall and wormwood [07:16] and they come to pass when he hears the words of this curse that he blessed himself in his heart saying watch what you say he said look it shall come to [07:23] pass when he hear the words of this curse he gonna bless himself and say what i [07:29] shall have peace uh-huh though i'll walk in the imagination of my heart to add drunkenness to thirst right [07:35] he said i'm gonna have look most like god has given you a curse you know what he's gonna say [07:40] i'm gonna have peace and the next p is is clear next week he [07:46] said even though i'm walking in the imagination of my own heart i'm making this stuff up as i go [07:52] right that's where a lot of this christian stuff come from because it's like these people these [07:58] people start with something and then they start making stuff up as they go coming up with little theories and [08:03] misunderstandings and all this stuff and they start making it up as they go so then no matter even at the book you [08:10] got pastors that refuse to teach the negative pieces of what they consider negative pieces of the bible [08:17] they don't want to teach about the curses they don't want to teach about damnation they only want to talk about prosperity and peace they want to talk [08:24] about uh they want to talk about you know i'm saying how how you can name it and claim it all these different things [08:29] they want to give you hope they want to talk about faith they want to talk about grace they want to talk about mercy [08:35] right they don't want to talk about anything that has to do with hell saying yo i'm saying the conditions on which it [08:41] requires for you to be successful with y'all y'all sure right all those things they they bypass [08:49] and the reason why they do that is because they working with their imagination the book is cursing them [08:55] and they say well no the imagination you know my heart tells me i'ma have peace and then look what he say next right [09:00] after that what do you say the lord will not spare him but then no before that [09:05] imagine this imagination of my own heart to add junkiness to thirst right so imagine being thirsty [09:12] and then you go get some strong alcohol to quench your thirst does that ever [09:17] quench anybody's thirst so now not only are you going to be thirsty [09:23] you're going to be drunk and thirsty right so he said you just like by by [09:28] doing that with our imagination we make our situation worse instead of just taking the word for what [09:34] to say and dealing with it now we going to be drunk what happens when you drunk [09:40] staggering falling all over the place you stagger follow me but how i feel like you know i'm saying like oh i'm [09:46] having a great time yeah you might feel good you might feel good temporary how'd that next morning feel pretty bad [09:53] and now i'm still thirsty and that's what our imaginations do [09:59] the book is telling us something very specific right there's a lot of topics that [10:05] people don't want to accept there's a lot of stuff in there this is man that's a hard saying that's tough [10:11] but it's saying something very specific and when it hits you you try to avoid it it's like no i got [10:17] peace that ain't talking about me we good right what happens then is now your [10:23] imagination is taking over so now temporarily you feel good [10:29] but guess what that is gonna wear off and when that wears off then now not only are you gonna be a [10:36] sinner but you're gonna be confused let's see keep going [10:45] but the lord will not spare him but then the anger of the lord and his jealousy shall smoke against that man [10:51] and all the curses that are written in this book shall lie upon him and the lord shall blot out his name from under heaven yeah and the lord shall separate [10:58] him unto evil out of all the tribes of israel according to all the curses of the covenant that are written in this book of the law [11:04] so that the generation to come of your children that shall rise up after you and the stranger that shall come from a [11:10] far land shall say when they see the plagues of that land and the sickness which the lord has laid upon it and the [11:16] whole land thereof is brimstone and salt and burning that is not sown nor bread bears [11:22] nor any grass grows therein like the overthrow of sodom and gomorrah admira and zaboyam what's the people going to [11:28] say brew in his anger and in his wrath even all those nations shall say why has the lord done thus unto this land what [11:34] does this mean the heat of this great anger then men shall say because they have forsaken the covenant of yahuwah god of [11:41] their fathers which he made which he made with them when he brought them forth out of the land of egypt [11:48] for they went and served other gods and worshiped them gods whom they knew not he said guys whom they knew not [11:55] in whom he had not given unto them right he said these are the guys that he [12:00] didn't even give them to him he never told you about these guys could you imagine being the one true god [12:07] right and then people start working with stuff that ain't even real [12:12] you know i never told you about them where'd y'all even get that from i've never told i don't know nothing like [12:18] that they're not even real your father's never knew him you never knew him you just made these guys up [12:26] keep going watch this and the anger of the lord was kindled against this land to bring upon it all [12:31] the curses that are written in this book and the lord rooted them out of their land in anger and in wrath and in great [12:36] indignation and cast him into another land as it is this day look so look at what he talked about [12:42] the secret things belong unto you who are god but those things which are revealed belongs to us and to our [12:47] children forever that we may do all the words of this law right there's there's questions that we will [12:53] have i want to get to the ques listen i'll be i'll be trying to encourage everybody to ask their questions [13:00] right ask your questions let's deal with them let's figure it out and you should be able to deal with them [13:05] right don't run from them and don't go based off of what no pastor don't don't go based off of what your [13:10] pastors say or what i say or anything like if you got questions search it out and figure it out don't run from them [13:16] don't let the question just be a question sometimes people use a question as an excuse right [13:22] i have a question about something and i don't want to find the answer to it because really the only reason i had [13:28] a question because i don't really want to deal with the subject matter of the bible so people come up with questions and [13:34] reasons why they don't want to support the book and it's like they don't really have they they don't really want the answers [13:40] to these questions they just want some type of barrier to give them justification for not looking into the [13:45] bible right but if you really trying to do this then you know what i'm saying dig into [13:51] it ask the questions ask all the questions not all of the questions will have answers [13:58] but those are the ones i want to get to all i want to get all the questions that do have answers out of the way let's get [14:05] answers to everything they got to answer because the secret things belong to god it's going to be some stuff i'ma tell [14:11] you like like if you try to tell me like why did god i don't know [14:17] but something we don't know yeah i don't know either there's a lot [14:23] way or whatever but they're secret [14:42] things and those things belong to the most high right but everything that's revealed oh like [14:48] uh like why did god tell paul not to go to uh was like asia or something like that right yeah yeah [14:54] right just like i don't know but i don't see that being this reveal maybe it's revealed and i just don't notice it but i don't see the reasoning for that being [15:01] revealed i would consider that at this point a secret theme right ain't none of my business you [15:06] asked me that question i'd be like i ain't got no book for it none of my have to dig into it and we [15:33] have to understand it and if we have questions about it we have to resolve those right once we resolve them now we [15:39] can stand true on it because the questions bring what answers [15:45] doubt right questions also bring answers but the [15:50] questions bring doubt and doubt is an antithesis to faith [15:56] right the book is telling you you can do something and you don't believe the book because you have doubts about it [16:03] that means you don't have the faith that you can't do what the book is telling you to do it sounds a lot more attractive now that [16:09] i everybody everybody's saying nobody can stop sinning [16:14] right it's it's a difficult thought that's a difficult thing to deal with [16:20] right when you believe the book then it's like okay now we got to fight a chance we can go for it [16:27] this is uh keep going and it shall come to pass when all these things are come upon you [16:33] the blessing and the curse go back he said it's uh the secret things the secret things are for uh the [16:39] most high the secret things belong to the lord our god but those things which are revealed [16:44] belong to us and our children forever for what reason that we may do all the words of this law right that's the only [16:50] reason this stuff is revealed to us that we might do all the words of this law it's not listen it's not revealed to [16:58] us so that we could be the smartest hebrew israelites it's not revealed it's not revealed to us so so that we can go out and heal [17:04] people and we can go teach people and we can go do this and do that all that's great [17:09] right but the reason that it's revealed to us is so that we can do all the words of [17:16] this law period right keep going and it's going to pass when all these [17:21] things are come upon thee the blessing and the curse which i set before thee and you shall call them to mind among [17:27] the nations where the lord thy god is driven thee and shall return unto the lord thy god and shall obey his voice [17:33] according to all that i command thee this day you and your children with all your heart and with all your soul [17:39] that then the lord thy god will turn thy captivity and have compassion upon thee [17:44] and we'll return and gather thee from all the nations where the lord thy god is scattered thee [17:50] if any of thine be driven out unto the outmost parts of heaven from there will the lord god gather thee and from there [17:56] will he fetch thee and the lord thy god will bring thee into the land which our fathers possessed and you shall possess [18:02] it and he will do you good and multiply you above your fathers and the lord thy god will circumcise your heart in the [18:08] heart of your seed to love the lord thy god with all thy heart and with all thy soul and with all and with all that thou [18:15] may live right so now you guys see that the book is talking about circumcision of the heart right here [18:21] right so that concept is introduced by moses a lot of people look at that like it's a new testament concept we'll talk about [18:28] that a little bit later once we get to the new new testament keep going in the lord like god put all these curses upon [18:34] nine enemies and on them that hate thee which persecute thee which persecuted thee and you shall [18:40] return and obey the voice of the lord and do all his commandments which i command you this day and the lord thy god will make thee [18:46] plenteous in every work of thine hand and the fruit of thy body and in the fruit of your cattle and in the fruit of your land for good and the lord will [18:53] again rejoice over you for good as he rejoiced over your fathers if you show hearken unto the voice of [18:58] the lord thy god to keep his commandments and his statues which are written in his book of the law if you [19:04] if you turn unto the lord thy god with all your heart and with all your soul for this commandment which i command you [19:09] this day is not hidden from thee neither is it a far off right watch this it is not in heaven that you should say who [19:15] shall go up for us to heaven and bring it unto us that we may hear it and do it right he telling the most high god [19:20] brought this right to you right it's not something that you got to travel and go do some great thing to get [19:26] this information he's saying right he's not saying look somebody got to go all the way up to heaven and let [19:31] us you know kind of get it for us you know it's not he said that's not the situation that we're in watch this [19:37] neither is it beyond the sea that you should say who shall go over the sea for us and bring it unto us that we may hear [19:42] it and do it but the word is very near unto you in your mouth and in your heart that you may do it [19:48] see i have said before you this day life and good death and evil and that i command you this day to love [19:54] the lord your god to walk in his ways and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments that you may live and multiply and the lord thy god [20:02] shall bless thee in the land where you go to possess but if your heart turn away so that you [20:07] will not hear but shall draw away and worship of the gods and serve them i'd announce unto you this day that you [20:13] shall surely perish and that you shall not prolong your days upon the land where you go to possess over jordan and [20:18] possess i call heaven and earth to record this day against you that i have set before you life and death blessing and curse [20:25] therefore choose life that both you and your seed may live right so understand the most high god creates the conditions [20:32] for us to have a choice right so he creates the adversity [20:39] that's why he says i put before you life and death right so he creates that adverse [20:46] adversity and an avenue to bypass adversity and gives us a choice it's all about [20:52] choice right that's what this whole thing is about so he provides what he considers [20:58] enough information for us now people will disagree with that people will be like [21:04] i don't feel like i why didn't he just tell me this that and the other it would have made it a lot easier right [21:10] this is a conscious decision from yah because if you look at uh in the new testament yahoo hula said had i done [21:16] these miracles and um in capernaum i think he said you know what i'm saying they would have been uh [21:23] they would have been uh repentant yeah they these [21:48] things could have been done whole nations were destroyed from sin and he's saying consciously he knows [21:54] that had these things been done back then which most our god has all the power to do it could [22:00] have preserved those nations so it's a conscious decision for the most high god [22:06] right to make sure that we have enough information that he deems appropriate and then we have to be the ones that's [22:12] responsible to act in the way that we're supposed to in response to that information or response to the commandment or inspire in response to [22:19] the instruction that he gives keep on [22:36] that you may love the lord your god and that you may obey his voice and that you may cleave unto him for he is your life [22:45] and the length of thy days that you may dwell in the land which the lord swear unto thy fathers abraham isaac and jacob [22:51] to give them [22:57] where we on 30 31 31. and spake these words into all israel [23:02] and he said unto them i am 120 years old this day i can no more go out and come in right [23:08] moses said look i'm i'm done boss i'm 120 now [23:14] i can't just keep going out and come in what do you mean be strong and of a good courage fear not [24:21] nor be afraid of them for the lord thy god he it is that does go with thee he will not fail thee nor forsake thee [24:28] and moses called unto joshua and said unto him in the sight of all israel be strong and of a good courage for you [24:34] must go with this people unto the land which the lord hath sworn unto their fathers to give them and you shall curse [24:40] them to inherit you shall cause them to inherit it in the lord he it is that does go before [24:47] thee he will be with thee he will not fail thee neither forsake thee fear not neither be dismayed [24:54] and moses wrote this law and delivered it unto the priests the sons of levi which bear the ark of the covenant of [25:00] the lord and unto all the elders of israel and watch what he did moses commanded them saying at the end of every seven years in the solemnity of [25:06] the year of release in the feast of tabernacles when all israel has come to appear before yahuwah your god in the [25:13] place which he shall choose you shall read this law before all israel and their hearing gather the people together men and women [25:19] and children and thy stranger that is within thy gates that they may hear and that they may learn and fear the lord [25:25] learn and fear the lord your god and observe to do all the words of this law and that their children which have not [25:31] known anything may hear and learn to fear the lord your god as long as you live in the land where you go over to [25:38] jordan to possess and the lord said unto moses behold your days approach that you must die call [25:45] joshua and present yourselves in the tabernacle of the congregation that i may give him a charge and moses and [25:50] joshua went and presented themselves in the tabernacle of the congregation and the lord appeared in the tabernacle [25:55] and the pillar of a cloud and the pillar of the cloud stood over the door of the tabernacle the lord said unto moses [26:00] behold you shall sleep with your fathers and this people will rise up and go whoring after the gods of the strangers [26:06] of the land where they go to be amongst them right so he telling moses he's like man this is what's gonna happen [26:12] you gonna die right but then all the people they gonna do everything you just told [26:17] them not to do they gonna do all of it he letting them know like look mo this how's gonna turn out right keep going [26:24] watch this and will forsake me and break my covenant which i made with them then my anger shall be killed against them in [26:29] that day and i will forsake them and i will hide my face from them and they shall be devoured and many evils and [26:35] trouble shall befall them so they will say in that day are not these evils come upon us because [26:40] our god is not among us and i will surely hide my face in that day for all the evils which they shall have brought [26:46] and that they have turned to other gods now pay attention to what he just said he said that [26:52] there's gonna come a time where the people are gonna rebel and they're gonna forsake god [26:57] so god is gonna forsake them and then people are gonna say did these things not happen because our [27:04] god is not with us right and he said in response to that [27:10] he's going to hide his set face from us what does that mean [27:17] he's going to be a famine of the word of god that means people will not believe that the man is even real [27:25] because you have no way to see him right and then the general disposition would [27:31] be this wouldn't have happened if god was real [27:36] why would all these things happen to us if there is a god and that is exactly the thought process of many of our [27:42] people they look at slavery they look at the our oppression in this country and many other countries and they looking like if [27:48] there is a god why in the world would he want this to happen to us why would he let this happen up [27:56] right it's important that y'all understand it cause when you look at it these things are [28:02] questions right these things are like questions until you understand what the book is saying no it's not like a [28:08] happenstance that this happened he's telling you this is how it's going to play out and it happened [28:14] that changes everything now when many evils and troubles are befalling them that this song shall testify against them as a witness for it shall [28:51] not be forgotten out of the mouths of their seed for i know their imagination which they go about even now before i [28:57] have brought them into the land which i swear moses therefore wrote this song the same day and taught it to the children of [29:03] israel and he gave joshua the son of none a charge and said be strong and of [29:08] good courage for you shall bring the children of israel into the land which i swore unto them and i will be with thee [29:14] and it came to pass when moses had made an end of writing the words of this law in the book until [29:19] they were finished that moses commanded the levites which bear the ark of the covenant verse the lord saying take this [29:24] book of the law and put it in the side of the ark of the covenant of the lord or your god that it may be there for a witness against you right so we have to [29:31] take the law and then we put it inside of the ark of the covenant so remember we talked about the art the ark that was built that had the mercy sit on top of [29:38] it and that's where everyone went to speak to god but not everyone but that's where uh that's where you know i'm [29:43] saying the most high god would speak to moses and that's where the priests would do the sacrifices right [29:49] knew face to face right so there was no prophet afterwards [53:16] at that time who was like moses whom yahuwah knew [53:23] face to face in other words we just had a regular conversation [53:28] that's important to know because remember moses said in the law it's going to be a prophet that's like me [53:36] right and we know that to be yahushua there's no other prophet that fit that that bill [53:41] right so then moses commanded us then that we got to obey yahushua [53:47] everything that yahweh will say is required of us so always go back to when you think about we just finished our law right so [53:53] when you think about the law right where you have to in in the conversation undoubtedly will come up hebrew [54:00] israelites they'll say yeah i'm saying the law is not done away with and the christians will say the law is done away [54:06] with the law tells you and commands you to do whatever yahushua says it says [54:13] specifically anything that yahushua says is required
