[00:05] Oh yeah, we didn't even test. You test. Uh, we did test. Test again. Yeah, we're testing right now. As I'm [00:11] speaking, it's being tested. They still say your voice is low. Uh, [00:16] I thought I fixed it. I don't know. Now, if I were to speak in to the mic like Barry White, Barry, very deep [00:24] voice. You're imitating the god man. This is my voice. [00:31] Are you mocking me? He's copying me. [00:41] Sabbath peace. Sabbath peace. This is the most like uncomfortable. You know, my ears aren't big enough. That's what [00:46] it's another opportunity for to come together and hear and learn of the word of truth as given to us by the most high [00:52] God. All honor goes to the father through the son whose name is Yahushua. [00:57] In him lies the only hope for salvation. We know that it is obtained by grace through faith, not of works, lest anyone [01:03] should boast and given freely as a gift to all who obey him. We understand that if you do not obey him, it is made [01:10] manifest and made obvious that you do not believe. In this state, we should expect no good thing from the most high. [01:17] However, anything that you do get, whether it be a gift of tongues, a gift of prophecy, or any supernatural [01:22] experience that you may have, it can and it will be used against you in the day of judgment. With that said, peace to [01:28] the saints that that that are in the room, to the saints that's watching on the cameras, to the saints that's in the chat, to the saints scattered around the [01:35] world that we don't even know about. But no peace to the wicked. The only thing we say to them is repent that they might [01:42] live. Who remember what we were talking about last week? [01:48] You gota be ashamed of yourself. Nobody. [01:54] What we got? Asariah. We are definitely talking about Paul. [01:59] Good job. What up? Oh, now all of a sudden you got some ideas. The young lady talking. Now all of a [02:06] sudden you got some ideas. Why don't you hush your mouth? Go back to sleep. What? What are you talking about now? [02:14] Absolutely. Look at this. Look at this. These raggedy boys. Absolutely. They was [02:20] on the ship. Paul was on the ship. And what happened? Oh, yeah. No. No. [02:26] [Applause] They wanted to jump off. Why did they want to jump off? [02:33] Because they thought they was about to Excuse me. They thought they was about to die. Good job. Great job, Aar. [02:39] Everybody give a round of applause. The rest of y'all worthless. You ought to be [02:44] ashamed of yourself, worthless, right? But that is what we saw, right? [02:49] We saw that that uh Paul was riding in the ship, right? Take being a prisoner [02:56] being taken to Rome, right? And that was two weeks ago, right? What happened last [03:03] week? What did we talk about last week? [03:11] So last week we was in the book of Philippians, right? And when we were talking through [03:16] Philippians, we kept on talking a little bit. We actually spent a little bit of time on on how Paul said that he would [03:23] prefer to be uh absent from his body and be present with Yahweh, [03:30] right? And so we went we broke down kind of like what that meant and we talked about how being present with Yahwh and [03:38] being absent from the body is talking about death and how when you die you go to sleep and when you go to sleep it's [03:45] almost like fast forwarding until the resurrection if you believe in the Messiah right and many other things that [03:52] we went over in in the book of Philippians. So now this week we about to pick it up and we about to look at [03:57] the book of Colossians. So everybody pick up your book, turn to Colossians. This is Colossians chapter 1 verse 1. [04:08] Colossians chapter 1 verse one. [04:15] Right, baby girl? Yes. Yeah. Uh where's Ezrey? [04:21] In there. What she doing? [04:28] No. I saw go downstairs. [04:33] This is Colossians chapter 1 verse one. Yes, he did. [04:39] Paul, an apostle of Yahosua the Messiah by the will of God and Timothy our [04:44] brother. To the saints and faithful brethren in the Messiah which are at Colasse. Grace be unto you in peace from [04:50] God our father and the and the master Yahosua. We give thanks to God and [04:55] father and the father of our master Yahosua the Messiah praying always for you since we heard of your faith in the [05:01] Messiah Yahosua and of the love which you have to all the saints for the hope which is laid up for you in [05:07] heaven whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel which [05:13] has come unto you as it is in all the world and brings forth fruit as it does also in you since the day you heard of [05:20] it and knew the grace of God in truth as He also learned of EP as Eperas, our [05:26] dear fellow servant, who is for you a faithful minister of the Messiah, who also declared unto us your love in [05:32] the spirit. For this cause we also since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you and to desire that ye might [05:39] be filled with the knowledge of his will and all wisdom and spiritual understanding. Watch this. That ye might work worthy of the master [05:46] unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, increasing in the knowledge of God. So he said you might [05:51] work what? That you might walk worthily of the master unto all pleasing. [05:57] You have to walk worthily. And what does that mean to walk worthily? Worthy of the master. [06:04] What does that mean? Obedience. Excuse me. What does worthy mean? [06:12] Uh that would mean uh qualified. When you worthy of something, that means [06:18] you qualify. That means you met a standard. That means you're worth it. Right? When you're worthy, that means [06:24] you proved your value, right? There's a value there. You proved [06:29] the value. Therefore, you get the exchange. You're worthy of a calling. [06:34] And he's saying that's how we have to walk. So, it's a lot of people that have this this idea that like once once you [06:41] believe in in Yahosua or they would call him Jesus, right? Once you believe in Jesus, that's it. That's all. That's [06:47] done. you don't have to do nothing else. But that's not what the book is saying. The book is saying make sure that you [06:52] walk worthy. That means make sure your behavior, your actions are worthy of [06:58] being called a disciple. Right? And then he goes on to talk about what type of fruit you got to do. So [07:03] read it again. Watch this. That you might walk worthy of the master unto all pleasing being fruitful in [07:09] every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. All right? So every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. Keep [07:16] going. Strengthening. strengthened with all might according to his glorious power unto all patience and longsuffering with [07:22] joyfulness giving thanks unto the father which has made us meat to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in [07:28] light right when it say made us meet think of it as it's saying like make yeah making us appropriate making us ready making it [07:35] making it time for us to you know what I'm saying keep going [07:43] giving thanks unto the father which has made us which has made us meat to be partakers of the inheritance of the [07:48] saints in light. Who has delivered us from the power of darkness and has translated us into the kingdom of his [07:54] dear son in whom we have redemption through his blood even the forgiveness of sins. [07:59] Uh-huh. Who in the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature. For by him created the image of what? [08:06] The invisible God. Of the invisible God. Right? Because we don't see him. But we [08:14] we are familiar with that concept, right? Anybody who who know our law, [08:20] we're very familiar with our our law tell us that we didn't see them, right? Grab Deuteronomy chapter 4. [08:33] This is Deuteronomy chapter 4. Give me verse 19. [08:43] Give me verse 10. is Deuteronomy 4:10, [08:57] especially the day that you stood before Yahweh thy God and Horeb, when the when [09:02] Yahweh said unto me, "Gather me the people together, and I will make them hear my words, that they may learn to [09:08] fear me all the days that they shall live upon the earth." Uhhuh. And that they may teach their children. [09:14] And ye came near and stood under the mountain, and the mountain burned with fire unto the midst of heaven. [09:19] Remember when we was at the bottom of the mountain, and we had look at us cuz Moses said he is going to go up there and Moses went on up there. He told us, [09:25] "Don't come near the bottom of the mountain." He said, "Lest you get shot through." And so we stood back and we [09:31] looked and then the mountain start burning and it was earthquakes and thunder and lightning and clouds and [09:37] smoke and fire and lava and all types of stuff going on at the top of the mountain. And we sitting there like, [09:42] "This is crazy." And guess what Moses did? Walked right on into it. So we looking at Moses like, "Man, this guy is [09:49] out of his darn mind." Right? Keep going. Watch this. [09:55] And he came near and stood under the mountain, and the mountain burned with fire unto the midst of heaven with darkness, clouds, and thick darkness. [10:01] And Yahweh spake unto you out of the midst of the fire. You heard the voice of the words, but saw no similitude. [10:07] He said, "You heard the voice of the words, then what happened?" But you saw no similitude. You saw praying hands. [10:13] No similarity. You saw a darn a darn cross. You saw a darn fish on the back of a [10:20] car. You saw doves. You saw a lion. [10:27] You saw a six-pointed star of David. [10:33] You saw You saw a white hippie. You know what I'm saying? With with with frazzled hair, you know what I'm saying? and two [10:40] fingers up like this. No, but this is the stuff that they try to [10:45] teach us. The book has always taught us that Yah has no image. There was no [10:50] image. We saw nothing. Right? Keep going. Watch this. But you [10:57] saw no similitude. Only you heard a voice. And he declared unto you his covenant, which he commanded you to [11:03] perform, even ten commandments. And he wrote them upon two tables of stone. Mhm. And Yahweh commanded me at that [11:09] time to teach you statutes and judgments that you might do them in the land where you go wherever you go to possess it. [11:15] Right? He said he taught us statutes and judgments to do where? In the kingdom. [11:21] In the land where you go to possess it. To do in the land where we go to possess [11:27] it. These people don't be teaching y'all no law. These people just be running their darn mouth. They don't even know [11:32] what the law talking about. Right? The whole point of this is for us to get [11:37] into our land and keep our law. That is the law of the land. Right? When you in [11:44] Israel, that was our law in our land. Right? Let's go back. This is uh [11:51] Colossians chapter 1. What what verse we leave off? [11:57] It's Colossians chapter 1 verse what? Uh 15. [12:02] It's Colossians chapter 1 verse1 15. You watch the book say, [12:14] "Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature?" Right? So now it's telling us Yahushua [12:21] is the image of the invisible God. He was also the firstborn of every [12:28] creature. Right? We gonna try to make that make sense in a second, but let's keep going. [12:34] For by him were all things created that are in heaven, that are in the [12:39] earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. Right? So he's [12:45] saying whether you can see it or not, all things were created by him. Right? [12:51] The holy God, grab John 1 verse one. This is the gospel of John chapter 1 [12:58] verse one. [13:03] All things that were created were created by him. [13:09] And this is the image of the invisible God. Nothing that was created was created [13:15] without him. Even if was a principality. So in other words, whether you can see it or not, it was created by him. [13:24] This is John 1 verse one. Watch the book say. In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word [13:31] was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him. It say what? [13:37] All things were made by him and without him was not anything made that was made. [13:42] Right? So now Paul is just saying the same thing that John said. [13:49] But then we got to ask, okay, well in the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God. But [13:55] where did this image come from? Okay, we still wouldn't have saw nothing, right? We'll jump on down to verse 14. [14:07] See, God is spirit. You can't see him. That's why he's invisible. It's an invisible God. But watch this. [14:16] This is John 1:14. And the word was made flesh and dwelt [14:22] among us. And we beheld his glory. And we what? And we beheld his glory. What does beheld his glory mean? [14:28] We saw we witnessed. We saw witness, right? When you when you when you can [14:34] see it, that means it's an image. Now, so Yahosua became the image of the [14:41] invisible God. The word invisible. The word which was in the beginning that was [14:47] with God and was God. Invisible. You can't see it. However, when the word became flesh, [14:54] then we beheld him. We looked at him. We looked at his glory. And at that point, [15:00] the word became flesh, right? And then that became the image. Yahushua is that [15:07] word that became flesh. Yahosua became the image of the invisible God. [15:13] Grab John chapter 4. Watch this. Or 14. This John chapter 14. Give me verse [15:19] eight. Y'all should explain it a little differently here. [15:31] This is John chapter 14. Give me verse 8. [15:45] Philip says unto him, Lord, show us the father and it suffices us. Right? So they said, "Look, why don't you go ahead [15:52] and show me the father? That'll be enough." When he says suffices us, what he's saying is that'll be enough for me. [15:58] We'll be satisfied. If you show us the father, we'll be satisfied. Yahosua talking to him and he's talking to him [16:04] about the father who is God, right? And he's saying, "Listen, [16:10] if you show us the Father, we'll be satisfied." But what do we know [16:16] about God so far? That he's invisible, right? [16:24] So Yahosua is about to respond to him and kind of give him the game. Watch this. [16:29] And Joshua said unto him, "Have I been have I been so long time with you and [16:35] yet hast thou not known me, Philillip?" Right? So he said, "Look," Philip was like, "Show us the father and that'll be [16:42] enough for us. I'll be satisfied." Y'all, she would have turned around looked at him was like, "Have I been with you this long and you don't know me [16:48] yet?" If I asked you, "Show me the father." And you turn around and be like, "Oh, [16:54] you don't know me." What's that supposed to make me feel like? Oh, well you trying to say you the [17:00] father. Watch what Yoshua will say next. He that has seen me has seen the father. [17:07] Then he just tell them flat out. If you seen me, you see the father. Why? [17:12] Because the father is God. God is invisible. But the word became flesh. [17:18] Which means we beheld his glory. Therefore, when you see the flesh, the word that [17:26] became flesh, you now have seen God. Therefore, you've seen the father. [17:31] Eli, right? Let's go back. Colossians Colossians chapter 1. What? What verse? [17:39] 16. It's Colossians chapter 1 verse 16. Colossians 1 verse 16. Right? It's [17:48] important that we understand these concepts to Paul is using these concepts to people that he's taught and he's [17:55] explained these things to. The average Christian or the average Hebrew Israelite is reading this stuff [18:01] and they don't know what they darn read. They just sitting there, oh yeah, invisible guy just skip right over. Don't even know what it mean. Don't know [18:07] what it's talking about. Just they just pretend like they know and keep reading. Right? I want us to be able to put these [18:14] things together and understand exactly what each line is talking about. Especially when it comes to these [18:20] epistle letters. I look Revelations and and and Isaiah and Jeremiah, we may not [18:26] know everything. You know what I'm saying? We may have to take a couple verses off. You know what I'm saying? But when it comes to these these epistle [18:32] letters, oh man, there shouldn't be one that we don't know about, right? We should be able to make sense [18:38] out of everything we read, right? Keep going. This is uh Colossians chapter [18:43] 1:16. For by him were all things created that are in heaven and that are in the earth, [18:49] visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, dominions, or principalities or powers. All things were created by him [18:55] and for him. And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. And he is the head of the body, the [19:02] congregation, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things he might have preeminence. for [19:09] it. Please don't. What does preeeminence mean? Like dominion. Like dominion before [19:15] anything was cracking. Pre Yeah. Preeminence is like I come first. It's like priority, [19:22] right? So like if Eli, you know what I'm saying? Eli walking into the club, you [19:28] know what I'm saying? But Aariah say I got preeminence. [19:33] So when when Eli start walking into the club, but Azariah got preeminence, what's going to happen is the bouncer [19:40] going to look at Eli be like, "Hey, hold on. Aariah, come on through." And then Aariah got to come through first. Then [19:46] after that, guess who can come through? Eli. You know what I mean? Because [19:51] that's how it works. Because Azariah in that situation had preeminence. So that means that she has the right to come [19:57] first, right? So that's what they saying. Read it again. [20:06] firstborn from the dead resurrection. He was the first to be resurrected with a new body. [20:12] Yeah. Mhm. Cuz some people will argue like, well, Lazarus was brought up or uh [20:17] Alicia when he brought up that woman's son in in Kings or whatever. Some people that don't believe use that argument, [20:23] but the book is specific when they say he's the first born of his kind. You know, he's the first born. [20:33] We'll get into it. Read it. I was like, "What?" Yeah. Me, you lost me. Bring it back. [20:42] And he is the head of the body, the congregation, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead. The first what? [20:48] Firstborn from the dead. Uh-huh. That in all things he might have preeminence. [20:53] Right. So, it's a different between just dying and coming back to life than being [20:59] born again. Right? Those two things are different. Grab real quick. Go grab John [21:04] chapter 3. This is John chapter 3. We going to try to understand the difference. [21:11] Right. God forbid. But if somebody fall out dead right now, right, and I put my [21:18] hands on them, most high God, you know what I'm saying? put it in me and put it in everybody for us to pray for this [21:23] person and they come back to life. Well, that's just a person that if you hit the IV, not the IV, what you hook what you [21:30] hook up to the people to check they are defibrill [21:35] that's a defibrillator. Yeah. You hook up the heart and check their pulse and the thing just go and [21:42] then when they die it's going to go that's dead, right? [21:49] And then we pray over that person. They still hooked up to the thing. We pray over that person and the most high God [21:54] put it in them to come back to life. Then that thing just going to go [22:00] and you know what the doctor going to say? Oh no. You know what I'm saying? He not dead. You know what I'm saying? His [22:06] heart rate just pause for a second, right? They going to look at that is that's the same life. That's the same [22:12] person. When you come back, guess what? You was 37 years old when you died. And [22:18] when you come back, you 37 years old when you get back. Unless you in like a bad coma or something. You know what I'm [22:24] saying? But you you come back and that's still the same life. You're still the same person. Ain't nothing changed. Your [22:30] flesh still work the same. Everything the same, right? But look at what Yahosua described when he talk about [22:35] born again. This is John chapter 3. Give me verse uh what we want to start at? Uh one. [22:41] All right. This is John chapter 3 verse one. You can't beat one. What come before one? [22:46] All right. Well, listen. We going to leave that alone. You know what I'm saying? It's John chapter 3 verse one. [22:54] There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus. Okay. So, there's a trick question. A ruler of the Jews. [23:01] The same came to Yosua by night and said unto him, "Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher come from God." [23:07] That's right. For no man can do these miracles that you do except God be with him. Oh, we about to talk tonight. [23:13] We about to talk. We about to Hey, you better cut that out. You want to get up here? [23:18] Oh, okay. We about to talk. Watch this. [23:25] And Yoshua answered and said unto him, "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the [23:31] kingdom of God." Nicodemus said unto him, "How can a man be born when he is old, can he enter the [23:37] second time into his mother's womb and be born?" And Yeshua answered, "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be [23:43] born of water, of water. Of water and of the spirit." Listen, each one of y'all mamas, you [23:49] know what I'm saying? When they was carrying y'all, they bellies are real big. You know what I'm saying? They had [23:54] they was inside of their belly, they're real big. You know what I'm saying? Like this. Big and round. And they start to [24:00] waddle like that. And you know why they waddling like this? Cuz they got a big old baby sitting [24:06] inside of them. You know what I'm saying? And so then when that baby is inside of them, there's something called [24:12] what's it called? What's the stuff? What's the stuff that the baby be sitting in? [24:19] The amniotic that what it call amniotic fluid. Ambiotic. Ambiotic. [24:25] Ambiotic fluid. I feel like it's amniotic, but let's go with ambiotic, right? [24:32] So amiotic fluid. I don't know if it's somebody ask chat GPT. ambiotic fluid, [24:39] right? And then the ambiotic fluid, you know what I'm saying? Protects the baby [24:44] and the baby just floats around in there like this. That's what Eli was doing. Eli was like, you know what I'm saying? [24:51] Floating around in there. You know what I'm saying? It's amniotic, right? Look at that. Say it again. [24:56] Ambiotic. [25:01] [Laughter] So look, they floating around the amniotic fluid and then inside of the [25:08] fluid you have lifegiving sustenance, right? [25:14] So then when it's time, not all the time, but for most of the time, when it's time for a woman to have the baby, [25:21] they have something that's called their water breaks, right? And a bunch. It's [25:26] almost like she peed on herself. Bunch of water come out, right? And then after that, it's time for her to have the [25:33] baby. So now, every child is born of [25:38] that fluid. And that's what the Bible is calling the water, right? So you have to [25:43] be born of water. And then what else? Of the spirit. And of the spirit. So it's two [25:49] components to being born again, which is different from just a normal coming back [25:54] to life. Somebody might die and then you, you know what I'm saying? You Yeah. [25:59] You know what I'm saying? Then you got to charge that thing. Rub it together. You know what I'm saying? Y'all don't even see these things no more. They don't make them no more. Huh? They got [26:06] the new ones. They got the Tesla ones now. They just be on the wall. Like at my job, they on the wall. You ain't even got to do nothing with them. You pull [26:12] them things out. You rub it together and you you throw it on somebody chest and then it should have at your job. [26:19] That is crazy. They do have them. People have conditions. You got to have them at every building. You look, you put them in there. You put it on there [26:26] and then it send a shock through their chest to get their heart back going. So they dead. They heart stopped. You go in [26:32] clear again. You know what I'm saying? And hit them hard with that. You know what I'm saying? Then they go like that and they start, [26:39] [Music] was that my nana? You know what I'm saying? And then they going crazy. And [26:44] so that is coming back to life, right? But when you're born of the water and [26:51] then born of the spirit, that means you have two separate lives, [26:57] right? You have one life in this flesh, in this skin. And then you're born again [27:03] of the spirit. So that means you have some new type of being. You become something new at that point, something [27:08] we've never seen before. And Yahosua is saying, "Unless you are born in that new way, you cannot see the kingdom." So [27:16] Yahosua was the first to be born in that new way. He had preeminence, [27:24] right? When it was time to get into the club, Baler had to tell everybody else, "Hold on." You know what I'm saying? [27:30] Yahosua, you come through. And he gets in first because he has preeminence. [27:36] Okay. Uh where are we at? John chapter 3. [27:43] Uh uh no. Give me uh Colossians 1. What [27:49] do we leave off? 18. 18. Colossians 1 verse 18. [28:03] I didn't say ambiot. See you got Danielle thinking I said ambiot. They told me to say I had it right. Sister [28:09] Danielle. Daniel said all them dark kids. He said all them kids you still saying [28:14] be flu you do got a lot you you that's crazy. [28:24] This is uh Colossians chapter 1 verse 18. Watch what the book say. [28:29] And he is the head of the body the congregation who is the beginning the firstborn from the dead that in all [28:35] things he might have preeminence. For it pleased the father that in him should all fullness dwell. and having made [28:41] peace through the blood of his cross by him recon by him to reconcile all things unto himself [28:47] to reconcile all that's what we say in the beginning right uh maybe we don't say that I say that [28:53] whenever I pray that's when I say whenever I pray that's what I say right heavenly father most high god whose name is yah holy one of Israel who's redeemed [29:00] all flesh to himself through his son right he's reconciled all flesh to [29:07] himself everybody body. Keep going. Watch this. He going to tell [29:12] you it's everybody. Cuz a lot of people would tell you, "Oh, no. Salvation only come to the to the Jews, to the Hebrews, [29:19] to the Israelites, right?" But watch what the book say. That's not what it say. Having made peace through the blood [29:24] of his cross by him to reconcile all things unto himself. By him I say, [29:30] whether they be things in earth or things in heaven. And you that were sometimes alienated [29:35] and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now has he reconciled. Right? So you when you was alienated [29:42] through your wicked works, in other words, your behavior that doesn't meet the standard of the most high God, when [29:48] you did that, when you out there sinning, you've alienated yourself. You made yourself foreign to the most high [29:54] God. And in making yourself foreign to the most high God, you now know how no no longer have a place until he [30:02] reconciles himself, right? And it's a process for that reconciliation, [30:08] right? Yahoshua, we everything start with the law. Let me show y'all something. Let me show y'all [30:13] a little visual. You know what I'm saying? Everything starts with the law. [30:19] So if you look at the law, let me see here. go here. [30:28] Everything start with the law of Moses right up here, right? I guess it's on this side. Law of Moses and that's the [30:35] old covenant. That's the old covenant. So then once [30:40] you had a law Moses and the old covenant, go to uh Deuteronomy chapter 30. [30:49] This is Deuteronomy chapter 30. [31:00] Deuteronomy chapter 30, give me verse 11. [31:09] Cuz what does the law do for us? Who knows what the law does for us? [31:15] Nobody. Oh my goodness. Okay, let's do some reading there. It saves us. The law saves us. [31:23] No, the law condemns us. It teaches us. The law help us get to the kingdom. [31:29] Teaches us sin. And it gave us rules to live in the land, but it cursed us. [31:34] Let's see. Let's see what the law does for us. What does the law I shouldn't say that. What does the law offer us? [31:42] Long life in the land. A opportunity. I like that. What opportunity does it offer us? [31:49] But we get to the kingdom. No. Right. The law offers us something [31:55] very specific. This is Deuteronomy 30:1. Watch this. For this commandment which I command [32:00] thee this day, it is not hidden from thee, neither is it far off. It is not in heaven that you should say, who shall [32:06] go up for us to heaven and bring it to us that we may hear it and do it. Neither is it beyond the sea that you [32:11] should say, who shall go over the sea for us and bring it to us that we may hear it and do it. Mhm. For the word is very near unto thee in [32:18] thy mouth and in thine heart that you may do it. Mhm. See, I have set before thee this day. [32:24] He said, I have set before you. What he set before us? Who knows what set before us according [32:30] to the law? Life and good. Life and good. Death and evil. [32:35] Death and evil. And that I command thee this day to love Yahweh thy God, to walk in his ways, and [32:40] to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that you may live and multiply. So, how do you live [32:46] and multiply? Keep his commandments. You got to keep the commandments. Keep going. Watch this. [32:52] And Yahweh thy God shall bless thee in the land where you go to possess. Uh-huh. But if your heart turn away, so that you [32:58] will not hear, but shall be drawn away and worship other gods and serve them, I denounce unto you this day, that ye [33:04] shall surely perish, and that you shall not prolong your days upon the land where you possess over Jordan to go [33:10] possess. This is our law. But watch what he says. He going to repeat it to us. Watch this. [33:16] I call heaven and earth to record. He said, "I call heaven and earth to record." In other words, yo, heaven, [33:22] earth, y'all witnesses when when I tell the people, he's he's saying that heaven [33:28] and earth is watching and they can testify that he's saying this to our [33:34] people. He said, "I call heaven and earth to record today." What happened? That I have set before you life and [33:39] death. That I set before you what? Life and death. Life and death [33:45] and death. Blessing and curse. Life and death get set before us, right? [33:52] Blessings and curses get set before us. And guess what we get to do? [33:58] Choose. We get to choose one. Right? So now, what does it look like to choose [34:03] lights? Let's grab uh Leviticus chapter 18. This [34:10] is Leviticus 18 verse1. We about to talk through how we become [34:15] reconciled. What does it look like? [34:21] The average people ain't teaching y'all no book. [34:32] Hey, he turn that turn that Greek Roman [34:46] This is Leviticus chapter 18. Give me verse one. [34:54] Cuz right now, what's before us is life [34:59] and it's death, right? Life and death are the options. Those are choices. You [35:05] ever heard the phrase a fork in the road? When you got a fork in the road, you can go this way or you can go that [35:11] way. Right? So, one way is life, one way is death. [35:18] This is Leviticus 18 verse1. Watch what the book say. And Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying, speak unto the children [35:24] of Israel, and say unto them, I am Yahweh your God. After the doings of the land of Egypt, where you dwelt, you [35:30] shall not do. And after the doings of the land of Canaan, where I bring you, you shall not do, neither shall you walk [35:35] in their ordinances. You shall do my judgments, and keep my ordinances to walk therein. I am Yahweh your God. [35:41] You shall therefore keep my statutes and my judgments, which if a man do, he shall live in them. Which if a man do, he what? [35:47] Shall live in them. So now, if we want to choose life according to our law, what do we have to [35:53] do? Keep statutes and judgments. Follow the commandments. You've got to follow the commandments. [35:58] You got to keep the statutes and the judgments. So we obey the law, we live, [36:04] right? So now we draw arrow directly from the law to life, right? If you obey [36:11] the law, you live. However, what happens when you don't obey? [36:18] That's right. You're cursed. This is Deuteronomy chapter 27. [36:23] Deuteronomy chapter 27 verse 26. Right? If you don't do the law, you die. [36:34] But worse than a death is a curse. Why is death? [36:41] Why a curse is worse than just death is because a curse means you're devoted to [36:46] to death. That means you were created specifically for death, right? So the law curses you. The law [36:54] makes it so that your purpose is death if you don't do the law. [37:01] Right? Deuteronomy what? 30. Deuteronomy chapter 27 [37:09] verse 26. This is Deuteronomy chapter 27 verse 26. [37:17] Watch what the book say. Cursed be he that confirms not all the words of this law to do them. He said, [37:22] "Curse be he that confirms not all the words of this law to do them." In other [37:29] words, if at any point you don't do something in this law, then curse. And [37:35] he said, "Let the people say what?" Amen. He said, "Let the people say amen." What does amen mean? [37:41] Enough said. I agree. He said, "We agree. We consent." Right? Amen. [37:46] That's like saying thumbs up. Somebody say, Somebody say thumbs up. Right? That's the same thing as saying amen. [37:52] Won't he do it? Right? So now we have two options before [38:00] us according to our law. Right? You can have life by obeying the law. But now we [38:06] got to draw another line from the law to death because you get there by sinning [38:12] at least one time. If you sin one time, then you've drawn a law, I mean a line [38:19] from the law to death. The only way to draw the line from the law to life is to [38:26] never sin. Right? So, who's done that? Can we name [38:31] anybody? Do you have a friend that has never sinned? Yeah. What's his name? [38:37] Holy cap. That's big cap. What about you guys? Right. You got a [38:42] friend that's never sin. Nope. What? Uh, you have a friend that's never done [38:49] anything wrong. Oh, yeah. [38:55] I know you gonna say me, but you know, I got a pass. You know what I'm saying? You know what I'm talking about? [39:02] Do you have a friend that's never done anything wrong? [39:11] Oh, please. Oh boy. Oh please. Right. So we we find ourselves in this position [39:18] where we got to think like who's never who's gone their entire life without [39:23] doing anything wrong ever. And there's only one person in all of history that [39:28] we can come up with. What's his name? [39:34] Who? Yahushua. Right. So Yahosua will be the only person that [39:39] comes to life. So the people, everybody else is going the other direction, which is what? [39:46] Death, right? Everybody else has committed at least one sin. So they going to death. When you die, you go to [39:54] a coffin or they light your butt on fire, turn you into a bunch of ashes, and put you in somebody keychain. You [40:00] know what I'm saying? That would be happening sometime. But those are your options, right? It's life or death. And [40:07] when you die, you go to the coffin. So now everybody has to go one way, death, [40:13] because all of us have sinned at least one time, right? So that means everybody [40:19] needs to be reconciled if something else is going to happen to us. So that's why Yahosua come onto the picture, right? [40:27] Yahosua is the only one who went through the whole situation and made it to life. [40:33] Why? Because he never sinned. But what did happen to Yahosua? [40:41] What happened at the end of his his his life in the book? They killed him. [40:47] They killed him, didn't they? So you only supposed to die if you sin. [40:52] Yet Yahosua died. Is that fair? No. So what got to happen to Yahosua? [41:00] If I promise you, right? If I promise you, if I say, Aariah, if you clean up [41:06] my bathroom, I'll give you $5, right? [41:12] And then Aariah say, "You know what? I'll do it for the five." You know what I'm saying? She go and she scrub the bathroom. That thing sparkling. [41:20] And I look at Aariah. I be like, "Good job." And as Ria say, "Well, where [41:27] my money at? What I got to do? Give her money. I gotta give her $ five [41:32] dollars, right? I gotta give her $5. So now when Yahosua go his entire life and [41:40] he don't sin, what does the law say supposed to happen? [41:47] If you keep the law, it says obey the law, what's supposed to happen to you? [41:53] You're supposed to live, right? So if Yahosua goes and he dies, [42:00] but he did everything he is supposed to do to get his $5, guess what got to happen? You got to pay that man his [42:07] money. So in this case, his money is life. So that's why when Yahosua died, he went into the tomb and then he rose [42:15] on which day? The second day. The first day. No, the third day. Third day. [42:21] He rose on the third day. Very good. Right. So he had to get be brought up on [42:26] the third day because he was old life because he walked worthy of life [42:34] according to our law. So Yah had to resurrect him. When Yah resurrected him, [42:40] that made him the owner of all life because he was the only one that earned [42:48] life but still got the penalty of a sinner. He died like a sinner but didn't [42:56] didn't never pay the price of a sinner. He never he never made a sin that made it so that he deserved to die. So by [43:03] taking that death he now has purchased everybody. That's the reconciliation. [43:10] Right? So now let's take the scenario again. Aariah cleaned the bathroom. [43:16] Right? And she and she she made $5, right? But [43:21] let's say Zahar owes me $5, right? And Zahar say, "I don't have it." [43:31] Like, man, I don't have the $5. So, I tell Zahar, you know what you could do? [43:36] What? You can clean the bathroom for me. You know what I'm saying? And then that'll [43:42] make up for the $5 that you owe me. If Aariah cleans the bathroom instead [43:49] and she say, "I'm doing this for Zahar." What does Zahar owe Aariah now? [43:56] He owes her $5. Exactly. So now when Yahosua took on the death [44:02] that he did not deserve that was not on him by doing that because he didn't deserve [44:10] that death but he still took it. Now we all owe him for the death because [44:16] we actually deserve the death. So we owe him death. [44:22] So what happens next in this scenario? Yahosua brings on the new covenant and [44:29] he tells us about the gospel and he tells us these are the things that you have to do. If you obey me, you can [44:36] enter into the kingdom. So now everybody who's drawing the line from the law to death and going to the coffin, now we [44:43] have another way we can go, right? He introduces onto us [44:50] a way onto life. But to get to that life, first we all have to die. Everybody still has to die cuz that's [44:56] what the way of the old covenant is. That's what the curse is. So we all have to die. So then we draw a line from the [45:03] line before it gets to death and then we go to what's called sleep. And we call it sleep because everybody who who who [45:10] dies in Yahosua is going to be resurrected back into life. So he looks at it as like, man, this is not [45:16] permanent. This is sleep, right? You'll be woken up again, right? So then the [45:21] next thing from there is you sleep and you go to the same coffin that everybody who sin do, right? So at this green line [45:29] where the green line take away from the red line that's repentance right that's when we turning away from all sin and we [45:36] start to do everything that Yahosua does that takes us on a different path it takes us away from from the permanent [45:42] death right then what happens next [45:49] resurrection kingdom the kingdom that's when we're born again [45:55] that's when we're born of the spirit That's when we enter into the new covenant. The new covenant has not [46:02] happened yet. The new covenant covenant happens after we are born again. After [46:07] we enter into the kingdom, after all things are made new, right? Then there's [46:14] another component of it because even the people that are sinners, even the people [46:19] that don't believe Yahosua, that disobey Yahosua, that rebel against the word, [46:25] even those people are resurrected technically, right? Grab um [46:32] uh John chapter 5. This is John chapter 5. Give me verse [46:38] 24. are born after his resurrection. We are [46:46] reconciled until after we die. Everybody is reconciled. Even the people born before the resurrection are before [46:52] Yahosua uh died and and resurrected. They are um they also, you know what I'm [46:58] saying, are going to be reconciled. So everybody reconciled all at one time at the end. [47:18] This is John 5 verse 24. One second. [47:27] It's important that we understand this, right? these these are the concepts that Paul is are he's describing these [47:34] concepts and sometimes we read through this stuff and it don't click right and [47:41] so we don't want to be like these Christians that we just read it don't click and we just keep reading it has to [47:46] click this stuff to make sense to us we wanted to we want it to click we want to be able to say okay I actually got it I [47:52] understand the work I understand what he's doing because this is what the reconciliation is right Reconciliation [48:00] is just saying we making what does reconciliation mean? Uh like uh all is forgiven like to make [48:05] to make things make it back it make it make it back. Right. Right. So that's what this is. It's the payment [48:12] right at work when we reconcile our books that means that all right we [48:18] either sometimes we took a loss right sometime to reconcile our books we say [48:23] okay this card member owes me $100 right the card member never pays me so [48:30] to reconcile the books you know what I do I'mma take this debt I'mma sell it to a collection company and it's reconciled [48:39] right because We've recognized that they are going to pay for this other person's [48:44] uh debt. They going to pay us for it and then they going to do what they what they they going to go after the customer [48:49] however they want to. And that's what Yahosua is doing. Yahosua is the debt [48:55] collector, right? He goes off and he takes the debt. He grabs it all for [49:02] himself. He pays for the debt and then he goes and you know how how like the the collection companies, they start [49:08] calling you all day, right? So that's what he's doing. Now, if you talk to the collection company, you might be able to [49:14] make a deal with them. He might say, "Look, all right, look, I'll take $100 off, but you got to pay right now on [49:20] this phone. I don't have nothing, right? You owe a 100. We added a couple fees on. I knock all the fees off, but [49:27] you got to pay right now on this phone." That's the deal that he has the authority to make. [49:35] But if you don't do it, it stays on your credit, right? And you still owe the money. And now we about to garnish them [49:42] wages. So those are like the options of life and death, right? If you choose Yahosua, the life, the green line, [49:49] right? If you choose Yahosua, then now what you're doing is you're saying, "Okay, I'mma I'mma you the debt [49:56] collector, and I'mma pay it the way you tell me to pay it." against your new terms and then the other way you're [50:03] saying man I don't care I'm not answering that phone I'm not responding to that letter right but you're going to [50:08] deal with it what you go so how did it work for everyone who was under the law of Moses before came [50:16] same way right so before Yahosua came we had we had the law the law tells us [50:22] these are all the things that you have to do right but Yahosua comes back and he says you know what there certain [50:29] things that you need to do to get into the kingdom, right? There's certain things that you need to do. Don't lie. [50:35] Don't steal. Don't murder. Right? So now the people who lived the rest of their [50:41] life, they sinned, they did whatever, but they lived the rest of their life and kept the law or or uh obeyed Yah, [50:49] right? Based off of the information that they had, they died in that state. They died saying, "Okay, I'm doing everything [50:55] I can." They don't have Yahosua, but they have faith that you know what, I need to turn away from my sin and I need [51:01] to obey God because somehow he going to make this work for me, right? That same faith saves him in the same saves them [51:08] in the same way that the faith of Yahosua saves us. So when Yahosua died, that's what he did. The book say he went [51:14] to go speak to the prisoners, right? And so when he died, everyone who died before he died, he gave them an [51:20] opportunity to accept the gospel as well. [51:25] You got this. Uh John chapter 5. [51:31] John chapter 5 vers 24. Uh yeah. [51:38] Verily, verily, I say unto you, he that heareth my word and believeth on him that sent me has everlasting life [51:43] and shall not come into condemnation, but is passed from death unto life. Mhm. Verily, verily, I say unto you, the hour [51:49] is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the son of God, and they that hear shall live. [51:55] For as the father has life in himself, so has he given the son to have life in himself. Watch this. [52:00] And has given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the son of man. Right? So when he was given authority to [52:06] execute judgment, that made him the owner. That made him he had the right now to to to say what should happen to [52:14] everybody. And he earned that by taking a death that he didn't deserve, [52:21] right? He took a death as if he were a sinner, although he was not a sinner. So Yah had to give him life because that's [52:28] what he was old. And then two, because he got death, he made a purchase of all [52:34] of us because he was never supposed to die. All right, keep going. [52:41] I can of my own self do nothing. As I hear, I judge, [52:46] and my judgment is just. Wait, is that where I was at? [52:53] Oh, verily, verily, I say unto you, the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the son of [52:59] God, and they that hear shall live. For as the father has life in himself, so has he given the son life and the son [53:06] to have life in himself, and hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the son of [53:11] man. Mhm. Marvel not at this, for the hour is coming in the which all that are in the grave shall hear his voice. [53:17] He said all that are in the grave. Right. So this our grave right here, right? So everybody that's in the grave. [53:22] So who's in the grave? The people that sleep. That's going to be the people that believe in Yahosa and obey him. And [53:27] then the people that are dead and that's going to be the people that rebelled against Yahosua, rebelled against the [53:33] law. All of us is in the same grave, right? But what does he say? [53:40] All that are in the grave shall hear his voice. Keep going. And shall come forth that they have done [53:45] good unto the resurrection of life. So those who have done good, they going to go to the resurrection of life. [53:52] And they that have done evil unto the resurrection of damnation. And those that have done evil, they [53:57] going to go to the resurrection of damnation. So now in both situations, [54:02] there's resurrection. So this is what happens to the people of death. Another [54:09] line is drawn to the everlasting fire. That's the resurrection of damnation. So, literally, everyone is reconciled [54:16] because everyone is dead, but they're resurrected. Remember, if there was no Yahushua, it [54:24] would look like this. And this will be the end of it. [54:29] If there's no Yahushua, you don't keep the law, you die, that's the end of it. [54:34] It ain't no afterlife. If it ain't nothing else to look forward to, you just dead. Right? When Yahosua come on [54:41] the line, he ups the Annie. But he ups the Annie evenly on both sides. He says, "Okay, [54:48] listen. If you do what I tell you to do, not only are you not just going to die, [54:54] but you going to live forever and you going to go into the kingdom with me. However, after I've given you this [55:02] chance, if you still don't do what I tell you to do, oh, now I'mma bring you [55:08] back, too. But I'mma build you a nice new body. And this new body is going to burn forever. [55:14] Right. Right now, if you go and and and a body was was put in the fire, it's [55:20] going to burn up and turn to ashes. The new body that Yahosua going to make for the sinners, [55:26] it ain't going to be no ashes. right? It's literally just going to sit there, feel the pain, and burn forever. [55:36] And that's the reconciliation. So when he says that everybody has been reconciled, he's talking about [55:43] the folks that have made themselves alienated by following that red line. [55:49] But now you have an opportunity to go to the path of that green line, right? And [55:55] end up in the kingdom. And that's the reconciliation that he's talking about. That applies to Hebrews. That applies [56:02] that applies to Gentiles. That applies to everybody who can who can accept Yahushua. [56:09] Right? So now we got to talk about what does that green path look like? [56:16] This is what the book talk about when they say a narrow path. Right? I just want y'all to picture it. Right? Every [56:23] decision that we make, consider it like a footstep. [56:28] Sometimes we got good footsteps, sometimes we got bad footsteps. So at the bottom there, you see one set of [56:35] footsteps, you see two sets of footsteps, right? But then [56:41] at some point you get introduced to the word, right? And so once you get introduced to [56:47] the word, you understand the placement of your feet. At first you just walking. You walking all over the place. You [56:53] don't know what your behavior is. You don't know what it mean. You don't know what you're doing. But when the word you [56:59] start to highlight your feet and understand where your feet are, right? And it starts to put a box around you. [57:05] Grab Galatians for me. Galatians chapter 5. [57:12] I don't know what verse. Verse 17. Maybe [57:21] this. Galatians chapter 5. Give me verse 17. I think that's what I want. [57:34] For the flesh lusts against the spirit, and the spirit against the flesh, and these are contrary the one to the other, [57:40] so that you cannot do the things that you would. But if ye be led of the spirit, ye are not under the law. [57:46] Now the works of the flesh are manifest. He said, look, these are the works of the flesh. They are manifest. Watch [57:52] this. Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, [57:59] witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, [58:04] heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, rellings, and such like of [58:09] the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, they which [58:14] do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. If you behave in these ways, you are not [58:20] on the green path. Right? So at that point, you've stepped [58:26] outside the line. So you got to think of it as like the only way you stepping straight forward is if you're not doing [58:32] those sins. As soon as you do those sins, that's how you know you step to the side. Once you step outside that red [58:39] line, you're no longer on the narrow path, right? You going somewhere else. So the only way to keep yourself straight is to [58:46] not do adultery, fornication, murder, theft, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, [58:52] lasciviousness, uh blasphemy, pride, foolishness, [58:58] right? If you evil eye, right? If you don't do these things, if you not [59:03] looking to do evil, your eye not lusting over evil, right? Then that means that now you're [59:10] properly aligned. And then the way that you move yourself forward is with the the fruits of the spirit. Keep reading. [59:20] But the fruit of the the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, [59:25] faith, meekness, temperance. Against such there is no law. Right? So these [59:31] are the things that move you forward. So now the curse of the law which devotes [59:37] us to death, right? There is no cur. There is nothing against you if you're [59:43] if if you've turned away from all these sins, right? And you walk in the love of [59:48] the spirit and the in the fruits of the spirit, then the curse of the law has no effect on you. And why does the curse of [59:54] the law have no effect? Because you'll be resurrected. Right? [60:00] Remember the curse of the law is about you being dead. But then if you get [60:05] brought back to life after being dead, then that death had no effect. [60:11] Right? So that's why he's saying against such is no law because he's saying the curse of the law [60:18] can no longer penalize you as long as you walk according to the fruit of the [60:23] spirit and you keep yourself contained without sinning without sinning in these [60:29] sins. Right? Adultery, fornication, murder, theft, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, [60:36] evil eye, blasphemy, pride, and foolishness. Sister Pam might have a question. [60:41] Huh? No, she ain't got no question. What was that about? She is saying thank you to Sister [60:47] Danielle cuz she Oh, okay. She was unsure if uh she is having a bad connection or thing. [60:53] I mean, she might have a question, but she didn't put one in there. Let's go back. This is uh Colossians [61:00] what? Uh 121. [61:06] It's Colossians um chapter 1 verse 21. Watch the book say [61:26] and you that were sometimes alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works. Yet now have he reconciled in the [61:33] body of his flesh through death to present you holy and unblameable and unreprovable in his sight. If you [61:39] continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which you have heard, and which you have preached, to [61:46] every creature which is under heaven, whereof I, Paul, am made a minister, who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, [61:52] and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of the Messiah in my flesh, for his body's sake, which is the [61:58] congregation, whereof I am made a minister according to the dispensation of God, which is given to me for you to [62:04] fulfill the word of God, even the ministry which have been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made [62:10] manifest to his saints. To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this ministry among the [62:16] Gentiles, which in the Messiah, which is the Messiah in you, the hope of glory, [62:22] whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in the [62:28] Messiah, where unto I also labor, striving according to this working, which [62:33] workketh in me mightily. [62:39] It's chapter two. Watch this. [62:48] For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you and for them that at Leodysia. And for as many as [62:54] have not seen my face in the flesh, that their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all [62:59] riches unto the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge men of the mystery of God and of the Father and [63:06] of the Messiah. Watch this. In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. And I and this I [63:13] say, lest any man should beg you. He said, lest any man should begal you. In other words, to lest anybody trick [63:19] you. So he said, "Look, I got to say this to you or else somebody going to trick you." Keep going. [63:25] For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in spirit, joying and beholding your order and the [63:30] steadfastness of your faith in the Messiah. As ye have therefore received the Messiah, [63:35] our master, so walk ye in him, rooted and built up in him, and step and established in the faith as ye have been [63:42] taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving. Beware, lest any man spoil you throughout. where lest any man do what? [63:49] Spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit. The tradition of men. What does that mean? [63:54] Rudiments of the world. When he say philosophy and vain deceit, [64:00] what he's saying is don't let anybody steal uh uh uh uh uh trick you by by [64:07] giving you like empty wisdom, right? Empty wisdom that tricks you or [64:13] lies to you. And that's all these traditions that that that are going on in the world like [64:19] Christmas and like Easter and and all these things that these people try to get us to care about and and put before [64:26] God, right? That's all philosophy and vain deceit. Keep going. [64:32] For in him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him which is the head of all [64:38] principality and power. in whom also ye are circumcised, with the circumcision [64:43] made without hands, and putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of the Messiah, buried with [64:49] him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who has raised him [64:55] from the dead. And you being dead in your sins, and the uncircumcision of your flesh, has he quickened together [65:00] with him, having forgiven you all trespasses, blotting out the handwritten handwriting of ordinances that was [65:06] against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross. And having spoiled [65:11] principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it. Let no man therefore judge you in meat [65:18] or in drink, or in respect of a holy day, or of the new moon, or of the Sabbath days, which are a shadow of [65:23] things to come, but the body is of the Messiah. Right? So what he's saying is he made a show of death because he was resurrected [65:31] and walked around people and then disappeared doing miracles and all types of stuff. So it's like it was a public [65:38] show that death can't do nothing to this man. Even dying can't do nothing to this man. [65:44] He didn't got up, walked around, he got a new body. He you know what I'm saying? Just as fly as he always been. And and [65:50] he did it himself. Like nobody nobody prayed over Yahosua and got him up. Nobody laid hands on him. Nobody told [65:57] him come out of that tomb. He got up by himself. [66:02] Right. Keep going. [66:09] Let no man begott you of your reward in a voluntary in a voluntary humility and [66:15] worshiping of angels intruding into those things which he has not seen vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind. [66:21] Right? You got people that that that worship Mary, [66:26] you know what I'm saying? Doing Hail Mary, right? You got people that worship [66:33] angels, making idols of angels. You got people that that that worship [66:39] the apostles, right? He's telling them, "Look, don't let the people trick you into doing this [66:46] stuff." He's look, he calling this stuff before it ever happened. He know how it's about to play out. [66:52] Nevertheless, these people read the same book and still do it. Keep going. [66:58] And not holding the head from which all the body by joins and bands, having nourishment ministered and knit together [67:04] increases with the increase of God. Yeah. Hold on. So, Sister Pam, she said Godhead, body. Yeah. The the the people [67:10] that believe in the Trinity, they would they would they would interpret godhead as meaning Trinity when they look when [67:18] they look at it. But really it just mean like fullness of God is is another way of just saying all-encompassing. [67:24] Yeah. It's just another way. But when they look at it, they would interpret it and say, "Yeah, Godhead is talking about [67:29] Trinity." But it's not. Wherefore, if you be dead with the [67:35] Messiah from the rudiments of the world, why as though living in the world are ye subject to ordinances? Touch not, taste [67:41] not, handle not, which all are to perish with the using after the commandments and doctrines of men, which things have [67:48] indeed a show of wisdom in in will worship and humility and the in neglecting of the body, not in any honor [67:56] to the satisfying of the flesh. So now he's talking to the religious Gentiles where they have all they have [68:02] all these types of rules of don't do this and don't touch this and don't do that, right? And he says these is all [68:08] man-made. They not like our law. Our law is actually from God. It's like, y'all just came up with a bunch of stuff and [68:14] just telling people to do stuff and not do stuff and all that. He's like, what's the point of that, right? Keep going. [68:25] That was the end of chapter. Let's go to chapter 3 is uh Colossians [68:31] chapter 3 verse one. [68:38] If ye then be risen up with the Messiah, seek those things which are above, where the Messiah sits on the right hand of [68:44] God. Set your affection on these on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is [68:50] hid with the Messiah and God. When the Messiah, who is our life, shall appear, then shall you also appear with him in [68:56] glory. H mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth. Fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, [69:04] inordinate affection, evil concupence and covetousness, which is idolatry. For [69:09] which things sake, the wrath of God comes unto the children of disobedience. He said, for which things what [69:15] the wrath of God comes to the children of disobedience. So let's look at it again. What are the things that cause the wrath of God to [69:23] come towards the children of disobedience? Keep going or uh read it again. [69:29] For which thing's sake the wrath of God. No, right before that. Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth. Fornication, [69:35] uncleanness. So fornication, uncleanness. Inordinate affection. Inordinate affection. That's [69:40] homosexuality. Evil concupisence, right? That's that's what's evil concupis things. That's that's uh [69:49] look that up for me real quick. I can't remember that one. Keep going. And covetousness, which is idolatry, right? And covetousness, right? That's [69:56] lust, right? Lust of the eye, right? So, these are the things that [70:01] bring death upon people or that that's what brings the wrath of God upon people, [70:08] right? Notice that there's a lot of things that weren't mentioned, [70:13] right? There's a lot of things that were that were not mentioned for like look if if we were to read we don't have to get [70:19] it now but if we were to read our our laws about what we can eat you will see [70:25] that a matter of fact grab it real quick. Grab uh Deuteronomy chapter 14. [70:38] When we went into our land, the Most High God told us what we could eat, what was good for us to eat. [70:50] This is Deuteronomy chapter 14. Give me like verse three, [70:56] maybe verse four. [71:03] These are the beasts which you shall eat. The ox, the sheep, the goat, the harp, the robuck, and the fow deer, and [71:09] the wild goat, and the pygard, and the wild ox, and the chem chammo, chammo, [71:16] and every beast that parts the hoof, and cle cleaveth the cleft into two claws, and chews the cut among the beast, that [71:22] you shall eat. That's what you should eat, right? And the sister uh the sister helped me out. The sister said that uh evil uh [71:29] concupisence, whatever the word is, you know what I'm saying? That it means uh [71:35] uh the the lusting of the eye. So evil lusting. Appreciate you, sister. Nevertheless, these these ye shall not [71:42] eat of them that chew the cut, or of them that divide the cloven hook. So this is what we cannot eat. Watch this. [71:48] The camel. We can't eat a camel. The hair. We can't eat no darn rabbit and the coney, [71:53] right? We can't. Yeah, that's a rabbit, too, ain't it? I think so. All right. For they chew the cud but divide not the [71:58] hoof. Therefore they are unclean unto you. They are what? Unclean unto you. They unclean unto all the world. [72:04] Unto you. Unclean unto you. He's talking specifically to us. [72:09] I'm about to show y'all the difference in language right in our law. Right. When it comes to us Israelites, he's [72:15] saying it's unclean unto you. Keep going. [72:20] And the swine because it divides the hoof yet choose not to cut. It is unclean unto you. It is unclean unto you. [72:27] You shall not eat of their flesh, nor touch their dead carcass. This whole chapter is written that same [72:32] way. You shall regard it as unclean. It is unclean unto you. Now, let's contrast [72:38] that with Leviticus 18. Right. Let's go back to Leviticus 18. [72:44] But we going to jump on down. Give me like verse I don't know what verse I want. Give me like verse [72:50] Give me like verse what' you say 12. I need something further. Give me like verse 21. [72:55] That what you about to say, huh? You was about to say you about to say 21 just like me, huh? [73:00] Oh, okay. Give me verse 23 cuz that what he was about to say. What's good? Huh? What's good? [73:07] Uh, that's a that's a is when is when a animal eat their [73:12] food, spit it up in their mouth, and eat it again. That's gross. So only the animals that eat their food [73:19] spit it out in their mouth and and and and swallow it again. And you know what [73:25] I'm saying? And they got the uh cloven foot. The cloven uh hoof. You know what I'm [73:31] saying? Those are the ones that we can eat. So it is said that when they chew their food and swallow it, they stomach cleans [73:37] the food. They spit it out and then eat it again because their stomach cleaned it. That's why they eat it twice. So [73:43] that's why the animal is clean to eat because what they eat has been clean. Then what's a clothing hook? [73:49] You ever seen a cow's foot? You You don't know what a cow foot look like? A hoof. You don't know what that look like? You ever seen a pig like seen [73:55] like a pig's foot? Not a horse. It's different. You've never seen a pig or like notice how they feed the [74:01] Got it. Okay. This guy hasn't read books when he was in kindergarten. [74:07] This guy hates kids. This guy hate kids. This is uh where we at? [74:14] I don't know. Leviticus, something. This Leviticus chapter 18. Give me verse 23. [74:21] All right, let's see what we got here. [74:30] Neither shall you lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith, neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie [74:36] down there unto. It is confusion. Defile not yourselves in any of these things. For in all these the nations are defiled [74:42] which I cast out. In all these what? The nations are defiled which I cast out before you. You see how these when he talking about [74:49] a woman messing around with an animal. That is something for the nations. [74:54] Everybody. This applies to everybody. You don't do it. And matter of fact, the nations are doing it. And that's why [75:01] what read. Therefore, I do visit iniquity, therefore upon it, thereof upon it, and [75:07] the land itself vomits out her inhabitants. Keep going. You shall therefore keep my statutes and my judgments, and shall not commit any [75:13] of these abominations, neither any of your own nation, nor any stranger that sojuns among you. For all these [75:19] abominations have the men of the land done, which were before you, and the land is defiled, that the land spew not [75:25] you out also when you defile it, as it spewed out the nations that were before you. For whosoever shall commit any of [75:30] these abominations, even the souls that commit them shall be cut off from among their people. Therefore shall ye keep my [75:36] ordinance, and ye commit not any one of these abominable customs which were committed before you, and that you [75:42] defile not yourselves therein. I am Yahwh. Right? So you see the difference. This one he's saying, you go can't do [75:49] it, and the people that was here before you were doing it. And that's why I'm bringing judgment on them because these [75:56] are the exact same things that that uh Paul just told us in Colossians. He's saying these are the things that bring [76:02] the wrath of God. So this is God showing he's telling you like you look I'm about to put you in [76:08] this land. I'm about to judge these people because they was doing these things and if you do them I'mma judge [76:13] your butt too. He didn't have that same language about when it comes to the food that we can eat. Right? Matter of fact, [76:21] grab uh Genesis chapter 9. Gen Genesis chapter 9 when we talk about the food that we can and can't eat. In Genesis [76:28] chapter 9, all food was given to Noah. [76:33] This is uh this is Genesis chapter 9 verse one. [76:40] And God blessed Noah and his sons and said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth. And the fear of [76:46] you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth and upon every foul of the air. Uh upon the upon all [76:52] that moves upon the earth and upon all the fishes of the sea. Into your hand are they delivered. Every moving thing [76:58] that lives every moving thing that lives shall be meat for you. Shall be food for you. When it say meat [77:03] that's saying food. Even as the green herb have I given you all things. So just like I've given you uh plant [77:11] life to eat. Right? So you eat fruits and vegetables. The same way I gave you fruits and vegetables is the same way [77:18] I've given you all things that move upon the earth. Excuse me, that move upon the [77:24] earth. That's important. He gave food in the [77:30] form of animal meat to all people. And he said every is something that you [77:36] could eat. Right? He came back later to particularly Israelites and he said, [77:42] "Listen, I know what I told them, but for you, this stuff is unclean, [77:49] right? I don't want y'all doing it." Why? Cuz the Messiah got to come. The Messiah got to come through. He [77:54] can't be eating no darn cats and darn dogs. That's crazy. The Messiah got to come through. He got to be healthy. He [78:01] What the uh uh Ezri here? Come back over here. I want you to stay away from this [78:06] court. Right. He don't, you know what I'm saying? He don't want He don't want the uh Messiah. [78:12] What was the Messiah born with darn cancer? What if he had born with like six [78:17] fingers and and and two toes? He would be defiled, [78:24] right? So, he needed him to come and he needed him to be in a way that would be [78:30] acceptable. So, the Israelites, we we weren't supposed to eat none of that stuff. It [78:36] was forbidden for us, right? But those are not the things that bring the wrath of God. He told us what brings the wrath [78:43] of God. This is Colossians what? 3:6. This is uh Colossians chapter 3 6. Watch [78:49] what the book say. For which things sake the wrath of God [78:56] comes on the children of disobedience, in the which ye also walked some time when you lived in them. But now ye also [79:03] put off these anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. [79:08] Lie not one to another, seeing that you have put off the old man with his deeds. [79:14] Uh, that one goes to the the ones that think you can curse and say bad words, [79:19] and have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him. [79:25] Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision. Why is there neither Greek nor Jew? In [79:30] other words, why is there neither a Hebrew nor a Gentile? Cuz they all under the Messiah during [79:36] the resurrection. Everybody going to get the same body. You going to get a new body. You're not You're born again. So, you got different [79:43] DNA. You got a different makeup. You're totally different. You not It ain't like [79:48] It ain't like, "Oh, look at my beautiful black skin." And then I die and I'm resurrected and I should expect to have [79:54] the same beautiful black skin. Yeah. I meant might be blacker. Yeah. I didn't mean like the same body. I mean, everybody will have the same [80:00] type of glory as well. No, no, I know. No, what you said was right. It's going to be new. Everybody going to be the same. Right. When you're [80:08] born, you're born of whatever nationality and lineage that you got. [80:14] So, when you're born again of the spirit, what's your lineage? The spirit. We all going to be a new [80:21] spiritual being. So it's like if you was a a Greek or if you was a Hebrew before [80:26] and then you born and you resurrected into life, then what is it? You going to be new. So now he's telling you, he's [80:34] saying none of that stuff matter if you if you if your hope is to be resurrected, what does it matter? [80:40] So that's hence the word hence the uh word the phrase sons of God, right? So a [80:45] lot of people use that loosely like, oh, we all God's children. It's like, no, the Bible specifically said the ones [80:50] that are born of the spirit and born again are the sons of God. Just like when Adam was born, he was the son of [80:56] God because he was directly created by God. And just like in Job when it said the sons of God sang for joy when he [81:02] created the earth, meaning the heavenly beings and the spirits that we can't see. That's why he gives us who said [81:09] that he said uh what an honor it is to be called the sons. I think John to be called the sons of God because we will [81:15] be born after the spirit. a direct creation from God. Hence the term sons of God. But everybody use it like we all [81:21] God's children. That's not that's not what it meant at all. Not everybody. Yeah. Keep going. Watch this. [81:29] Put on therefore as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bold, bowls of [81:35] mercies, kindness, humbleness, bowels, sorry, bowels of mercies, kindness, [81:41] humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering, forbearing one another, and forgiving one another. If any man [81:47] have a quarrel against any, even as the Messiah forgave you, so also do ye. And [81:52] above all things, put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts to the [81:58] which also ye are called in one body. And be ye thankful. Let the word of the Messiah dwell in you [82:04] richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with [82:11] grace in your hearts to the master. And whatsoever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Yahosua, [82:18] giving thanks to God and the Father by him. Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands as is fit in the master. [82:25] Husbands, love your wives and be not bitter against them. Children, obey your parents in all things. This is well [82:32] pleasing unto the unto the master. Fathers, provoke not your children to anger, lest they be discouraged. [82:38] Servants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh, not with eye service as men's men pleasers, but [82:45] in singleness of heart, fearing God. And whosoever whatsoever ye do, do it heartily as to the master, and not unto [82:52] men, knowing that of the master, ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance. For ye serve the master, [82:57] the Messiah, but he that does wrong shall receive for the wrong which he has [83:02] done. And there is no respective person. That mean everybody got it. When he say there is no respect of birth, that means [83:09] everybody got to get it. Nobody gets by. Right? So that's the end of the book of [83:16] a book of Colossians, right? Next week I don't know what we reading next week. Let me see. Wait [83:22] on uh let's see. We are going to go into [83:27] Ephesians next. Let me see. Yeah, you going to do [83:32] a little bit of Ephesians next. [83:38] That's the end, right? That's a Colossians 4. Is it one? [83:44] Well, I thought Colossians end at four. All right. Well, let's keep going. Huh? [83:50] I know. I thought I mean, why did I thought Colossians end ended at uh three? [83:55] Give me uh give me uh give me Colossians uh 4 verse one. Huh? [84:04] Yeah. I think I think Colossians 4 is like all goodbyes. It's like salutations. But give me the beginning of it. [84:10] Masters, give unto your servants that which is just and equal, knowing that you also have a master in heaven. [84:15] Continue in prayer and in watch in the same with thanksgiving with all praying [84:20] also for us that God would open unto us the door of utterance [84:26] to speak the mystery of the Messiah for which I am also uh in bonds that I may [84:32] make it manifest as I ought to speak. Walk in wisdom toward them that are outside redeeming the time. Let your [84:37] speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man. [84:44] All my state shall tish declare unto you who is a beloved [84:49] brother and faithful minister and fellow servant of the master. Sister Pam asked a question. She said [84:54] according to the flesh. What does that mean? Read read 3:22 for me. [85:00] Servants obey all things in your master according to the flesh. because he's saying like uh you got servants who obey [85:05] masters, people that work for people. Uh cuz you know the Messiah is like you know he's the master. But when he say [85:10] according to the flesh he's saying like people that you work for or people that you are sub subject to in the flesh. [85:16] Yeah. So he's saying basically don't consider your boss Yahushua. He's saying he's your master but he ain't a master [85:22] in the same way that Yahosua is your master. He's saying he's your master according to the flesh. Just like like I [85:28] might say my dad, right? I might say this is my father, but he's my father according to the flesh. Not to be [85:33] confused with the heavenly father. Let me know if that makes sense. Jump [85:39] back over to uh chapter 4. All my state Oh, wait. Sorry. What verse? 8. [85:45] This is uh Colossians chapter 4:8. whom I shall whom I have sent unto you for [85:50] the same purpose that he might know your estate and comfort your hearts with only me only one a faithful and loved brother [86:00] who is one of you they shall make known unto you all things which are done here [86:06] my fellow prisoners salute you and Marcus sister's son Marcus sister's son [86:11] to Barnabas touching whom you have received commandments if he come unto you receive him and Yahosua which is [86:17] called justice, who are of the circumcision. These only are my fellow workers unto the kingdom [86:24] of God, which have been a comfort unto me. Aparus, who is one of you, a servant of the Messiah, salute you always, [86:31] laboring fervently for you in prayers, that ye might stand perfect and complete in all the will of God. For I bear him [86:37] record that he has a great zeal for you. And them that are in Le oysia, and them that are in him, he himopales, [86:44] Luke, and the beloved physician in Deeus greet you. Salute the brethren which are in Leodysia and Nymphus in the [86:51] congregation which is in the house. And when the and when this epistle is read among you, cause that it be read also in [86:57] the congregation of the Leodysians, and that ye likewise read the epistle from Leodysia. and say unto Archipus, [87:05] take heed to the ministry which thou hast received of the master that thou fulfill it the salutation by the hand of [87:12] me Paul remember my bonds grace be with you amen so he's when he when he says in my bonds [87:20] that's letting us know that he's doing this from Rome remember in Rome he was taken in bonds he was taken as a [87:25] prisoner so the bonds he's just talking about I'm I'm I'm a prisoner so he's writing to him as a prisoner which means [87:32] he's doing it from Rome. And remember that's why he was on the ship that Aariah was telling us about that almost [87:37] crashed and ended up going to Rome. So that was the book of Colossians. [87:42] Next week we'll jump into Ephesians um and and read through the book of [87:47] Ephesians. Ephesians a little bit longer. So we'll probably we'll try try to skip around just a little bit um [87:54] because there's a lot of good stuff in Ephesians. So we going to skip around just a little bit in Ephesians. Um, but [88:00] are there any questions? Nope. Any questions? [88:16] All right. Well, let's pray out.
