Separate Me Barnabas and Saul for the Work Whereunto I Have Called Them

Summary

Why did the circumcision contend with Peter for eating with the Gentiles? In this Sabbath lesson from Acts 11 and Exodus 34, Peter rehearses his vision of the sheet and how the Holy Spirit fell on the Gentiles, and the brethren glorify God that he had granted the Gentiles repentance unto life, while the disciples are first called Christians at Antioch. Through Isaiah 8 and Acts 12, you’ll see why the testimony is sealed among Yahuah’s disciples, and how an angel led Peter out of Herod’s prison while the congregation prayed. Finally, Acts 13 and 14 and 1 Kings 13 follow Barnabas and Saul sent out by the Holy Spirit, the sorcerer struck blind, Paul preaching Yahushua in the synagogue on the Sabbath, and the lesson that through much tribulation we must enter the kingdom of God.
