of tongues a gift of Prophecy or any Supernatural experience that you may may have it can and it will be used [01:32] against you in the day of judgment with that said Peace to the Saints in in the repent that they might live yes so last week we [01:52] talked a little bit about um how the disciples started to spread out right so you remember all the people was like [01:58] coming together and one and they shared everything in common so in other words people would be selling all their stuff [02:05] and giving the proceeds to the leaders of the congregation right mainly to Peter right and so then Peter would [02:12] distribute based to everyone based off of they need so if you need something to eat then hey we'll take it out of the [02:19] congregation's money everybody is giving everything they got to the congregation and provides for every individual so [02:26] things started to grow and get so big that you got some of the Gentile converts and then you also got got our [02:33] people and it's growing and it's growing so it got to the point where the apostles was sitting there like man we [02:39] not about to be looking over no D tables it don't make sense when we got word to teach so they said look we going to [02:46] dedicate ourselves to prayer and teaching the word we GNA pick out seven people to hold down the fort right so [02:53] they picked out the seven people they start to distribute the stuff two of those seven the the the book of Acts [02:59] started to follow them and talk about you know what I'm saying the different things that they did because during the same time in Israel like all of the [03:07] Elders of our people started to put a lot of pressure on us who believed in the Messiah right so after that they [03:14] chasing us through town chasing us out of Jerusalem so we starting to spread out a little bit you know what I'm saying kind of get to different areas [03:21] and so um it was a man named Stephen he got up you know what I'm saying he started preaching to some of the some of [03:26] the elders and then got his butt stoned you know what I'm saying got his butt killed and so then you went on to um a [03:33] man named Phillip and so Phillip he was he was uh preaching to some folks went [03:39] to another area the you know what I'm saying baptize some people Peter came back you know what I'm saying he [03:44] baptized uh one of the people you know what I'm saying and one of the dudes ended up being cursed because he thought [03:49] he could buy the Holy Spirit you know I'm saying all types of crazy stuff was happening right and then uh Philip ended [03:55] up uh being led by the spirit and by an Angel to speak to uh a gentle that was reading the book of Isaiah you know what [04:02] I'm saying who was a unic and so uh the the man ended up being baptized yeah [04:08] yeah like you know what I'm saying what's keeping me from being baptized because because Philip preached the word from pre preached the word to him right [04:14] there from Isaiah he said man you know what I'm saying what's what's keeping me from being B baptized and uh Philip [04:20] responded to it he like listen if you really when he looked around all he saw was a light shining around him [09:33] right like you had to you have to like understand the vid like it was around him right and it was a bright light so [09:41] think of like a spotlight and then it says from heaven so it's a spotlight coming down you know what I'm saying but [09:47] it shined everything around him so he looking around and it's like a big [09:52] Spotlight on them you know what I'm saying and then watch what happened next [10:02] and he fell to the Earth and heard a voice saying unto him sa sa why persecutest thou me right so then he [10:10] heard a voice right so the voice came to him was like [10:16] sa why are you persecuting thou me like what you what you messing with me for is [10:22] what the voice said to him so you you got to picture it I'm look I'm serving [10:27] the most high God yo Elders of Israel Elders of Jerusalem I [10:33] can go get these Disciples of the Messiah or not they wouldn't consider him the Messiah they would have called them you know what I'm saying these [10:39] Disciples of Nazareth or the the the Disciples of that false prophet you know what I'm saying yahushua you know the [10:45] one that they just killed they run around here still preaching in his name I can go get these [10:51] boys in the name of God I can go get these boy remember he think he following the law I can go get these the law right very well right [14:07] so at this point he's hearing this he's looking like what he know he [14:13] experiencing a vision he's like what in the world is going on the man tell you spikes right so after that Paul got to [14:35] be this how I match I imagine Paul is sitting here with all his light he can't see nothing because it's so bright right [14:43] it's like it's a blinding light that's just like what all he do is look around [14:48] it's just brightness all the way around him but it's coming from above like a super bright Spotlight he's speaking to [14:56] to whoever he mean this so in his mind he [15:19] breaking down scripture right now like oh I got to readjust stuff cuz you got to understand like scripture is like [15:26] like I wish I could like visualize it for were open he saw no man but they led him by the hand and brought him to Damascus right so now he's blind right [18:11] everybody who was around him they heard the voice but they didn't see anything they didn't see anybody so they looking [18:18] like where did that voice come from right all looking like I can't see [18:23] anything cuz he got blinded by that super bright light that came from above so he looking like what in the world [18:30] like I can't see nothing they heard the voice he looking like man that was the realest thing I just experienced so he [18:37] trying to figure all this stuff out so somebody had to take him by the hand and guide him right watch this keep [18:45] going actually go back because I want y'all to get what yahua just said to him go back to what yahua just said to him [18:52] and the Lord said unto him arise and go into the City and it shall be told thee what thou must do right he said look so [18:59] I'm on my way to Damascus right bright light hit me I find out it's [19:04] yahua right his first thought was like okay I ain't supposed to go he didn't [19:11] say that but I imagine his first thought would be like I ain't supposed to go most high God was like through yahua was [19:16] like listen go ahead and go you know what I'm saying and when you get there somebody gonna tell you what you should [19:22] cuz he asked he is like okay what would you like me to do take your butt on and go you know what I'm saying and when you [19:28] get there somebody going to tell you what to do right keep going watch [19:34] this and the man which journeyed with him stood speechless hearing a voice but seeing no man and Saul arose from the [19:41] earth and when his eyes was open he saw no man but they let him by the hand and brought him to [19:47] Damascus and he was three days without sight and neither did eat nor drink and there was three days he couldn't see [19:53] nothing and during that same time he didn't eat nor did he drink right he [19:59] made it all the way to Damascus he didn't eat nor did he drink watch this there was a certain disciple at Damascus [20:06] named and an anah and to him said Lord in a vision [20:14] wait and to him said the Lord in the vision ananiah and he said behold I am [20:19] he right so now ananiah is one of the disciples and the most high God spoke to [20:24] him in a vision I I I want y'all to like pay attention to how God works [20:31] right last week we talked about Phillip and it was a unit that was reading the [20:37] scripture and praying to the most high God right the Spirit came to Phillip and [20:43] was like yo go find this dude and talk to him the spirit didn't talk directly [20:49] to the unic instead the spirit guided the uh uh the disciple and the disciple [20:57] went and taught the unic the word right so same thing here yahua spoke directly [21:05] to Saul directly nobody else yahua spoke to him everybody else heard him but he's [21:11] talking directly to and ananiah is the one who's [21:30] about to tell Saul what he need to do right that's how everything works [21:36] right when the most high God he uses people for people and the reason why that's [21:42] important for y'all to understand is because sometimes arrogant to have you in your brain thinking well no I'm just [21:48] gonna wait for God to show me or I'm just gonna wait for God and [28:56] rates in schools during air affirmative action is the Lord since being since affirmative [29:03] action you know what I'm saying 35 years it's the black enrollment in schools is [29:08] the lowest they got they got they got students uh years ago uh at uh Corell [29:14] College you know what I'm saying protesting because they looking like well yeah Corell be you know what I'm [29:20] black people no affirmative action has been for immigrants and for white women those have been the main [30:05] beneficiaries of it and so when Trump looks at it he don't care nothing about black you're going to die right you're going to die if you let [33:19] Saul catch you so listen to how ananiah respond after he hear the most high God [33:24] tell him go talk to Saul and hath seen in a vision a man named [33:30] ananiah coming and putting his hand on him and he might receive his sight that he might receive his sight then answered [33:37] Lord I have heard by many of This Man how he like hold on hold on he looking [33:43] at he like master master look have you heard of this guy I heard of this guy you may not heard he looking at look he [33:49] talking to guy like I don't know if you are I've heard of this guy this man this [33:55] a bad boy I don't know you sure watch [34:00] this how much evil he has done to thy Saints at Jerusalem and here he has [34:06] Authority from the chief priest to bind all that call on thy name the Lord said unto him go thy way for he is a chosen [34:13] vessel unto me to Bear my name before the Gentiles and Kings and the children of Israel for I will show him how great [34:19] things he must suffer for my name's sake I'm about to show y'all how bad this man is right look [34:30] you have when we about what we about to read you have to understand the gravity of it I'm Saul I am on my way to go gaffle [34:40] these boys up I think I'm keeping the law of the most high god what I'm doing [34:46] I'm about to gaffle the boys up take them back to Jerusalem and they about to get their butt stoned they about to face [34:52] Tri out and they about to get stoned in his mind I'm doing a righteous thing I [34:57] am upholding the law of God I am ridding the land and the and and even the [35:02] Gentiles of these people who are trying to pervert the word of God that's what he thinks in his mind right he goes in [35:11] the middle of getting there he get a bright light get a revelation he find [35:16] out yahua is is the Messiah right he [35:22] ain't heard nobody preach the gospel you know what I'm saying ain't nobody taught it to him to in a way that he [35:28] understands it and gets it that's all he knows that he had this vision and all his knowledge of the scripture ananiah [35:34] is then told go over there pray for him put your eyes I mean put your hands on [35:39] him so he can see again watch [Music] [35:48] this and anah went his way and entered into the house and putting his hands on him said brother sa Lord even yahua that [35:56] appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest hath sent me that thou mightest receive thy sight and be filled with the [36:03] Holy Spirit and immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales and he received sight forth with and arose [36:10] and was baptized and when he had received meat he was strengthened right look so look [36:16] he didn't eat nothing so when it says when he received some food after that he had some strength in you know what I'm [36:22] saying remember he didn't eat for three days couldn't see and IAH put his hands on him now he can see the book say did [36:28] it say did it say like scales right yeah yeah so like some like scales fell off his eyes right now all of a sudden he [36:35] can see now watch this he get a little strength watch what happened to [36:40] him and straight way wait oh sorry then was saw certain days with the [36:47] disciples which were at Damascus and straight way he preached the Messiah in the synagogues that he is the Son of God [36:55] look how quickly he got active he didn't waste no time book say [37:00] straight way you know what I'm saying he hung out with the disciples a little bit book say straight way he went to the [37:07] synagogue and say listen let me tell y'all something yua is the Messiah what [37:13] and he started preaching the gospel what who taught my man the [37:18] gospel who taught it to him he killed a couple days with the [37:24] disciples and straight way bow hey look let me tell y'all something I'm supposed to be out here gaffling these boys up [37:31] y'all don't understand yahua is the Messiah let me explain the gospel to you [37:36] he hasn't spent a day with yahushua he wasn't like the apostles that walked around with yahua for [37:42] years right he just got [37:48] it right based off of One Vision with the most high you know what I'm saying where he hears the voice of yahua don't [37:55] even see nothing all he see is a bright light but based off of that interaction he gets it right now a lot of people might [38:02] look at and say oh well yeah God just you know put the knowledge in his brain that's not what the book say [38:09] though right the book say that he heard him and then he he start preaching the [38:16] gospel right we gonna learn more about this event later when we get to Galatians but I want y'all to see how [38:22] quickly he got to it right how quickly he understood this the gospel let me [38:28] tell it right straight way he went and start doing the work of the most high God he didn't waste no time right watch [38:35] this keep going but all that heard him were amazed [38:41] and said is this not he that destroyed them which called on this name in Jerusalem and came here for that intent [38:46] that he might bring them bound to the chief priest all increased the more in strength and confounded the Jews which [38:52] dwelt to Damascus proving that this is very the Messiah right so look he's [38:58] proving it so that means he's opening up scripture and he's saying no no no no [39:04] this is how you know this is the Messiah look at this look at this so remember like I just want y'all to see the [39:09] difference right y'all remember Peter and all the apostles right when yahushua [39:14] Rose they were looking around like man I can't believe it there's no way this can't be true you mean to tell me he [39:21] resurrect I I believe it when I see it I got to go see for myself that was their [39:26] mindset yahua walking with him and he tell him you fools slow a heart to [39:31] believe all that the prophet say don't you know that such things had to happen [39:37] according to scripture that the that that the Messiah had to die and you remember yahua went from the beginning [39:44] of the book and showed him showed them everything in the book concerning himself right that was yahushua teaching [39:51] them how to prove that yahua is the Messiah he taught them yahu had to walk [39:58] him through the scripture like this scripture is talking about me this scripture is talking about me this scripture is talking about me Paul [40:04] didn't have that Paul got right up and was like whoa [40:10] if you're the Messiah and he thinking about it in his brain that mean this scripture is talking about this oh this [40:17] one talk Paul that whole experience was Paul based off of the most high God [40:24] throughout his life giving him the knowledge of the law and so all it took is one puzzle piece to fall in the right [40:30] place for him to figure out oh I have to rearrange the whole thing to the point where he can go out and he can prove to [40:38] people this is the Messiah this is how I can prove it open up this scripture this [40:44] talking about the Messiah this talking about Paul is the listen out of all the [40:49] apostles Paul is the one when it comes to teaching this like like understanding this [40:55] word right and we going to see that when we start to to read his his his letters we going to start to break some of this [41:01] stuff down right the sister said like Paul or Saul he received the greatest [41:08] blessing of all because he received the the correction from from the most high [41:13] right and that is a great blessing right but all of us are getting corrected from the most high the difference is not all [41:20] of us are going to have a vision that puts the whole thing together for us not all of us are going to have a life LIF [41:28] dedication to the scripture to the point where the most high God sees fit like [41:34] like I believe God knew all I got to do is show him a vision and it'll all come [41:40] together for him but that hasn't happen on an accident that that happens because you're dealing with somebody who spent [41:47] their entire life dedicated to the scripture right so the most high God say [41:53] oh all you need is just one little vision and it'll all come together for you he couldn't do that with a Peter he [41:59] couldn't do that with a James he couldn't do that with a John their Journey was different right so it's like [42:06] all of us have this opportunity to be corrected from the most high God but a lot of us just [42:12] resisted a lot of us keep kicking against it and the difference between Paul and [42:18] us is we haven't had a lifelong dedication to the scripture right a lot of us we actually [42:26] know that we doing something that's out of line we doing something that's wrong and we rebelling against the most high [42:32] God and keep doing it right why should he show us a [42:38] miracle why should he why should he bring the light out of heaven and and shine down on us and give us a vision so [42:43] we can hear his voice right that is the one of the greatest blessings but we got to keep [42:50] also in mind what he uh go to uh real quick go to Matthew chap 11 it's Matthew [42:56] chap 11 give me like verse 20 give me like verse 20 give me like verse give me like verse 20 Matthew 11:20 watch what [43:04] the book say we got to keep in mind what the Messiah [43:10] said a lot of this stuff we take it for granted another thing he said he told Thomas remember Thomas was like man [43:15] listen I'll believe it when I see it if I can touch his hands and stick my and stick my fingers down his you know what [43:21] I'm saying he you know what I'm saying this remember they stuck uh yahua with a spear to kill him they put a spear in [43:28] his side you know what I'm saying and water and Blood start gushing out of him you know what I'm saying he like man if I can touch that wound then I believe it [43:35] y you will let him do it too he is like man you believe because you see but blessed are those who believe and they don't [43:41] see right so we got to ask ourselves what's the biggest blessing right if we receive the [43:48] correction if we understand that the gold is poking us and we respond to that just based off of the off of the word or [43:55] is the bigger blessing that we that we we turn based off of some Vision or some some type of miracle that the most high [44:02] God show us the miracle is special and that's good but man it's a it's a great [44:08] blessing if you know how to turn without that watch this is uh Matthew chapter 11 give me verse 20 then began he to [44:15] upgrade the cities where most of his mighty Works were done because they repented not right this is all the [44:21] places where they saw the Miracles they saw all these Miracles and they repented not they still kept rebelling against [44:28] the most high God and watch this woe unto thee chesen woe unto thee Beth for [44:34] if the mighty Works which were done in you had been done in TI and siden they would have repented long ago and Sack [44:40] cloth and Ashes I say unto you it shall be more tolerable for Ty and sidon at [44:45] the day of judgment than for you and thou Capernaum which are exalted unto Heaven shall be brought down to hell for [44:52] if the mighty Works which had been done in thee had been done in Sodom it would have remained until this day but I say [44:59] unto you go ahead that it shall be tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment than for thee right we [45:06] have to understand that God knows that he can tap dance for certain people and [45:12] they gonna turn he knows it he knows it like he's telling you right here look if [45:19] I did these type of when if I send Abraham to Sodom and gomorra and I let [45:26] him do these type of Miracles and Sodom and Gomorrah everybody in the land would have repented and would said you know [45:32] what we going to serve the most high God he's telling you that he's saying listen the stuff I'm doing for you had I done [45:39] for one of these Gentile Nations they all would have look y'all remember uh y'all remember Jonah when Jonah went and [45:46] he went to Nineveh and all Jonah did Jonah popped up and said yo this whole [45:51] thing about to be over in about 40 days that's it everybody GNA die right all [45:57] the people repented all Jonah had to do is give them the word and all the people [46:02] repented because the most high God knew that's all it's gonna take for Nineveh but now he's telling you he said [46:09] I know what it would have took for Sodom and for siden and for [46:16] tire right for all these great cities I know what it would have taken to make [46:22] them repent but we read the law and we read the history [46:28] they didn't repent and guess what those Miracles didn't happen so that mean that the most high God knew I can make you [46:35] repent if I wanted to but I'm not g to make it that easy for you you got to want [46:43] it you got to want it so when we look at it and we look at [46:49] these things you got to put yourself in the position what is the greater blessing is the greater blessing that [46:56] the most high God tap dance for you because I promise you that's going to come with a lot if the most high God [47:02] show you miracles and the most high Gody I promise you that's going to show it's gonna come with a lot of responsibility [47:08] and you might not be built for it right but then there's another way that just [47:15] believe his word remember he put his word even above his [47:20] name right we got to stop kicking against the gold and go with what the word say [47:29] we do a lot of fairy tale stuff man a lot of people just making up stuff are playing Devil's Advocate with the book [47:35] you know what I'm saying how you playing Devil's Advocate with I mean well it could mean that but it also could mean I [47:41] was talking to a brother today I was looking like yeah you know what I'm saying well no you got to separate I was like you got to separate uh the law you [47:48] law of Moses from yahua you know what I'm saying I was talking about some of the stuff that we was talking about you know what I'm saying on our last [47:54] Fellowship call I'm like no see Moses Mo gave yahua you know what I'm saying the law that came from Moses gave yahua the [48:01] authority to say what he was saying and so I was like okay yeah I like how we how we kind of got to that in our last [48:08] Fellowship call I'm like let me use this on this other brother so you know I explained it to him like that he is like yep yep yep he like yep and uh uh so [48:17] what did yahushua command I was like yeah just go to Matthew I mean Mark 7 you can kind of look and see what he [48:22] what sin he told you to turn away from he like yep yep yep yeah spot on brother spot on brother I'm like yeah that [48:27] worked that's good it's the first time I had like a good discussion with this brother then the brother came back he [48:32] like and if you look at that I mean how many of the Ten Commandments do you see in that I'm look like oh here we go you [48:38] know what I'm saying like I lost them that quick you know what I'm saying like goodness gracious because you look at it [48:43] and it's like where did the Ten Commandments come from look all of us doing the Bible in [48:50] the year out of the whole Bible we listen we as of today we are CAU up with [48:57] our weekly Sabbath reading for those of us doing the Bible in the year right so far out of all the new Old Testament and [49:06] out of the gospel and so far in Acts how many times have we read anything about [49:11] the Ten Commandments you're not gonna find it [49:17] whole book ain't talking about no darn ten commandments so we have to ask ourselves where in the world did we get [49:24] it from if Moses look if Moses wrote the Ten Commandments on the two tablets and [49:31] then in his next M mouth he said let me give you all these other laws and then after that he said okay you got to keep [49:37] all of these laws and then in the next sentence he say anybody who don't continue in all of these laws should be [49:45] a cursed and then Moses died and then Joshua stand up he said you got to keep [49:51] all the laws and then Joshua died and then David came up he said all my heart lean for [49:59] the for the law of the most high God the whole law and then and then David died and [50:06] then after that you got uh who uh who I'm Josiah Josiah you got Josiah he look [50:13] at it he say whoa you found what you found the law read it to me he read he [50:19] didn't read read me the ten command you've never heard that he said read me the law and when he heard it it cut him [50:26] to his heart he said man everything that that law is saying is happening to us [50:31] right now find me a prophet test he went to the prophet test and the prophetes said [50:36] yeah it's about to go down you know what I'm saying but it's gonna be your descendants because your heart cried for [50:42] the most high God you know what you gonna be all right but man your descendant is about to get it y'all about to get wiped out of this [50:50] land it that we didn't get wiped out of land because no darn Ten Commandments it's because of the law [50:57] so if you if you if you really really challenge yourself be like why do I believe what I believe nine times out of [51:04] 10 you're going to find out that it's because of some person that told you not because you read it in the [51:11] scripture and if we want to elevate our understanding of the most high God and [51:17] Elevate our faith and Elevate our obedience we have to separate oursel we have to divorce ourselves from following [51:24] the tradition of men which means everything has to be tied down to the book you have to Anchor [51:31] yourself to the scripture to every word for every little thing that you believe you have to say there needs to be a [51:37] specific VI Bible verse or a set of Bible verses that says exactly what I [51:42] believe if it's not I can't rock with it right it's [51:51] questionable that is where Paul came in keep going watch this is this is Matthew chap 11 uh what ver we is on [52:01] 22 21 wait wait no uh 23 and thou Capernaum which are exalted [52:09] unto Heaven shall be brought down to hell for if the mighty Works which have done which were which have been done in [52:14] thee have been done in Sodom it it would have remained until this day but I say unto you it shall be more tolerable for [52:20] the land of Sodom in the day of judgment than for thee and at that time yahua [52:25] answered and said I thank thee oh Father Lord watch what he say here look this listen this these sets of verses right [52:32] here the thing when they like I know I read them a couple times and then it's like you know I'm saying it didn't mean [52:37] nothing to me at first but then like when it settled like when I really like start reading the Bible and like really [52:43] like being attentive to every word and trying to understand what everything mean when I when this one hit me I was [52:50] looking like oh y'all sure was a bad boy so in my mind I'm looking like okay he just got done saying [52:57] technically I know like technically I could have got Sodom to repent if I wanted to and technically I could have [53:03] got tired and siding to repent if I wanted to but I chose not to and I'm giving you the treatment treatment that [53:10] I could have gave them I'm giving that to you and y'all rejected me right then after that so that threw my mind I'm [53:16] like dang really if God wanted people to repent he could so you mean to tell me [53:24] oh he don't want people to repent bad enough to where he doing all the work [53:29] for you that changed how I look at God at first my mind said of God is God will [53:35] do anything to make sure that every person is saved but if you look at that it's a [53:42] it's a bad thought because it's like now you saying if God would do anything to make sure everybody was saved and he's [53:48] God and he's all powerful then now you got to say he's not all powerful there's [53:54] something that God can't do because he would do anything and it's not getting done that means he's not all powerful [54:00] because there are some people that's going to hell so then that that changes your mindset okay no God don't mind a [54:06] couple people going to hell you know what I'm saying he don't mind a more majority of the people going to hell not if they are choosing to do it without [54:14] meeting his standard and he's not GNA move his standard for you it's not worth [54:19] it for him right he wants you to be saved he wants you to repent but he wants you to be saved and repent on his [54:27] terms not on your terms he don't want have to do all the work and then all you do is walks on in that's not what he [54:32] looking for that changed it for me and then I heard this keep [54:38] going and yua answered and said I thank thee oh Father Lord of Heaven and Earth because thou has hid these things from [54:45] the wise and prudent and has revealed them unto the babes he said I thank thee [54:50] oh Father you hid these things you hid the Mysteries of the Kingdom you hid the [54:57] mysteries of the Gospel from the people who thought they was wise the people who thought they was prudent and you [55:04] revealed it from the B revealed it to the babes so again that hit my little brain and I was looking like wait a [55:10] minute yahua is thinking God for people who have stuff hidden to him which means [55:18] they gonna end up in hell and yahua is thanking God for that for me I was [55:25] looking like oh this Chang it right God is not who I thought he was [55:31] I thought God would lay down everything I mean he laid down his life for us [55:36] right so I thought he would lay down everything to make sure everybody is saved no no no no no no no no no no no [55:43] no no no no I lay down I'mma do he said I'mma do my part you got to do [55:50] yours right and the sister said sister said leave me alone I I I definitely [55:57] wasn't talking no man I wasn't I ain't talking about you I'm talking I'm talking about the brother I was talking to earlier you know what I'm saying but [56:04] but all this stuff apply to all of us though you know what I'm saying a ain't about the sister it ain't even just about the brother everything that we be [56:10] talking about apply to every one of us ain't nothing change every one of us it's it's all a scale and certain of us [56:17] is highlighted at different points maybe some C honestly the sister is vocal [56:22] right so she it's a lot of people that think what she that that think and will never say the stuff that she say so she [56:29] put herself out there for the benefit of everybody else right but all of us all this stuff [56:35] apply to all the whole book got to apply to all of us I appreciate the sister and I appreciate the brother too for even [56:41] entertaining my crazy thoughts right but at some point at the end of the day we [56:47] all have to be saved like we all have to walk into this Kingdom and the only way [56:52] to do this we got to understand this book we got to leave all this stuff alone right we got to understand the [56:58] book and we got to walk with our head up and walk walk proud in the knowledge of the most high God not proud of ourselves [57:06] not proud of our ability not proud of our money not proud of our Fame not proud of any of that stuff proud that I [57:13] know God like I'm proud that this stuff makes sense to [57:18] me that's what we got to be proud of even if it's just a little bit like man [57:24] I finally understand history right I don't care what you [57:30] latch on be proud that you understand something in this book and when you understand something else be proud of [57:36] that and when you understand and eventually you gonna feel like man I understand this whole book and then [57:41] watch the confidence that's in you at that point right there's a confidence that [57:46] comes with knowing god and you can't know God until you [57:51] turn from sin and it's not impossible to turn from [57:59] sin get uh uh get back over to uh Acts chapter n where we leave all Acts [58:06] chapter nine what verse 11 verse 15 uh verse 22 22 this is Acts chapter 9:22 [58:14] watch the book [58:20] say but saula creased the more in strength and con and confounded the Jews which were at Damascus is proving that [58:27] this is the very Messiah and after that many days were fulfilled the Jews took [58:32] counsel to kill him but their lying await was known but their lying await was known of Saul and they watched the [58:39] gates day and night to kill him then the disciples took him by night and let him down in the wall uh the wall in the [58:47] basket and when sa was come to Jerusalem he assayed to join himself unto the [58:52] disciples but they were all afraid of him and believed not that he was a disciple but Barnabas took him and [58:58] brought him to the apostles and declared unto them how he had seen the Lord in the way and that he had spoken to him [59:05] and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of yahushua and he was within them coming in and going out [59:13] at Jerusalem and he spake right so now he went all the way back to Jerusalem when he went back to Jerusalem he with [59:20] the disciples for a little bit right and they looking like oh no this the man that was really saw he with now but [59:27] watch what happened and he spake boldly in the name [59:32] of the Lord yahua and disputed against the grecians but they went about to slay [59:38] him which when the Brethren knew they brought him down to ciceria and sent him [59:43] forth to Tarsus right so then they brought him down to ciceria which is [59:48] right here right so now he was in Jerusalem and I think they went to japa [59:54] I think it said no he went to cesaria and then T it's just it's from Jerusalem [59:59] to cesaria yeah okay so he was in he was in Jerusalem he went over to ciceria [60:05] this is still in Israel right then there what happened and then they sent him forth to [60:12] tares right so then after that they sent him across the water so he probably took [60:18] a boat from here and he went all the way to Tarsus right so they sent him away out [60:25] of isra and now he's in a different country he's in in in in modern day this [60:30] is uh this is turkey he's in the country of Turkey right which is like in between [60:36] they used to call this back when we was growing up and being taught the maps and stuff they used to call this Eurasia you [60:42] know what I'm saying people be making up all time they us to call it Eurasia you know what I'm saying but he's over there [60:48] in Turkey so they sent them off all the way to to uh to cissa or to to t [60:57] right keep going then had the congregation rest [61:03] throughout all Judah and Galilee and Samaria and were edified and walking in [61:08] the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit were multiplied and it came to pass as Peter [61:15] passed throughout all quarters he came down also to the Saints which dwelt at l l Lia and there he found a certain Lia [61:23] that's also down here that's that's that's next to uh ceria right so laa is like somewhere in [61:30] here keep going and he came also to the Saints which dwelt in Lia and there he found a [61:37] certain man named anas which had kept his bed eight years [61:42] and was sick of the py and Peter said unto him anas yahua the Messiah maketh [61:49] thee whole arise and take make thy bed and he arose and immediately and all that dwelt in lighta [61:56] and siron saw him and turned to the Lord now there was at japa a certain disciple [62:02] named Tabitha which by interpretation is called Dorcas this woman was full of good works and arms Deeds which he did [62:10] and it came so this is the woman and she was full of good works and arm Deeds so this this in other words the book is [62:16] saying that she was a good woman right she does I mean she she was a honorable person she she just she she had a lot [62:23] when they say amdes is is she she sacrificed herself and gave up a lot of [62:28] her wealth or a lot of her resources to help people that were in need right and she was full of good work so that means [62:35] that she did the right thing made the right decisions right watch this keep going it came to pass in those days that [62:42] she was sick and died whom when they had washed they laid her in an upper chamber [62:48] right so now this is a woman of Good Works who sacrificed herself for other people and then she died and so when [62:56] they die they laid her up in the upper chamber in the house right and watch what happened and for as much as Lia was [63:02] na japa and the disciples had heard that Peter was there they sent unto him two men Desiring him that he would not delay [63:08] to come to them then Peter arose and went with them and when he was come they brought him into the upper chamber and [63:14] all the widows stood by him weeping and showing the coat and showing the coats and garments which Dorcas made while she [63:21] was with them but Peter put them all forth and kneel down and prayed and turning him to the body said Tabitha [63:28] arise and she opened her eyes and when she saw Peter she sat up and he gave her [63:34] his hand and lift her up and when she had called the Saints and widows when she had called the Saints and widows [63:40] presented her alive and it was known throughout all japa and many believed in the Lord and it came to pass that that [63:47] he carried many days in japa with one Simon a [63:52] tner keep going so he's still in japa now right so he [63:58] just resurrected this woman that increased the fame because everybody heard about that and they looking like [64:03] what so even more people are joining remember we just read we kind of glanced over I didn't say nothing about it but [64:09] we read that after they sent Saul away right after they sent Saul away then [64:15] there was peace why do you think there was peace after they sent Saul [64:21] away right what's happening is Saul was the the one leading the charge against [64:27] the disciples when they saw that Saul became one of the disciples then that [64:33] made everybody excited and they going after Saul now right so it was hot for a [64:39] lot of AR a lot of the disciples because Saul was after him Saul was the one like [64:45] leading the charge for a lot of this stuff so then when Saul converted and he became a disciple the the elders were [64:52] more upset that Saul converted than they were of just regular disciples so when [64:58] we sent Saul away you know what I'm saying we look like look man just get out of town you making it hot around [65:03] here things calm down a little bit so that's why Peter can freely move down here near Jerusalem you know what I'm [65:10] saying he's not in Jerusalem but near Jerusalem he can freely move because it's Cal it's a little more calmed down [65:16] they had peace the book said right so he's still in japa at this point now we going to go to uh we at Acts chapter 10 [65:23] now yeah so now we on Acts chapter 10 watch this there was a certain man in [65:29] ciceria called Cornelius a centurion of the band called The Italian b a devout [65:35] man and one that feared God with all his house which gave much arms to the people and prayed to God always he saw in a [65:42] vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming to him [65:47] saying unto him Cornelius and when he looked on him he was afraid and said what is it Lord and he said all right so [65:53] now here goes another situation you got a man that also gives arms in other [65:59] words he gives resources to people who need it right he looks out and he does it in the name of the most high God it's [66:05] like because I honor God I'm gonna sacrifice what I have for other people to be taken care of right so he's known [66:12] for giving pardon me he's known for giving arms right and then on top of that he's praying then that angel [66:20] appears to this man this is a gentile by the way right a Ang appears to this man [66:28] and Watch What Happens keep going and he said what is it Lord and he [66:34] said unto him thy prayers and thine arms are come up for a memorial before God and now send men to japa and call for [66:41] one Simon whose surname is Peter he lodged with one Simon a Tanner whose house is by the seaside he shall tell [66:49] thee what thou ought to do so that angel is talking directly to him Angel of the [66:54] most high God this man is praying he get a prayer answer because he get to see an angel [67:00] but the angel don't tell him hey this is what the gospel is you need to you know what I'm saying repent from all evil and [67:06] serve yahua angel don't tell him that you know what the angel tell him hey go look for a man named Peter he gonna tell [67:13] you what you need to do I want y'all to see the theme right [67:19] that the most high God if he wanted to could talk directly to all these people [67:24] if he wanted to and this is after yahushua died right if he wanted to he [67:29] could talk directly to any of the people and tell them everything they need to know goes out but he [67:36] doesn't right he other and they really think God is communicating with [68:16] them but in reality what's communicating with them is their own intuition so the same thing that a [68:24] atheist would call oh my intuition told me I shouldn't have done that they're calling that God so if your intuition to [68:32] you is God then who's really your God your own emotions your own fears [68:39] your own you're calling yourself God and you don't even realize [68:45] it right but we do this stuff every day and the only reason it happens is [68:50] because somebody told us that and they've showed us that this is how it's supposed to go but we don't realize we [68:56] end up worshiping our own desires we end up worshiping our own feelings our own [69:01] stresses our own anxieties those are the things that we worship and call God and [69:07] we think we're doing service to the most high God and doing it right when in [69:13] reality that's not the case it doesn't matter how good of a person you are it [69:18] don't matter if you repented it don't matter if you got arms the expectation that the scripture set up is even when [69:26] the most high God is pleased with you the best you going to get is a spirit and an angel that tells you go talk to [69:33] the man of God so we can tell you what to do you always GNA have to talk to a man of [69:38] God there's no other way around it keep going at least we ain't got no [69:44] let me not say that most high God might have a million ways around it we don't have no expectation set for us in the [69:51] book for it let me correct myself there is no expectation in the book for that [69:56] to happen most of the examples that we see in the book you got to go talk to the man of [70:02] God right we got to go talk to the man of God the brother said Departed [73:26] he called two of his household servants and a devout soldier of them that waited on him continually and when he had [73:33] declared all those things unto them he sent them to japa on the tomorrow as they went on their journey and Drew nigh [73:40] unto the city Peter went up upon the house to pray about the sixth hour and [73:45] he became very hungry and would have eaten but while they made ready he fell into a trance right so when it say the [73:52] sixth hour whenever whenever it gets saying like the third hour or the sixth hour think of it as counting like the [73:58] hours start when the day starts right so like when the day when when when when [74:05] you wake up and then you start to see the sunlight come out that's when they start counting the hours they'll be like [74:11] okay this is the first hour of sunlight this is the second hour of sunlight this is the third hour of sunlight so roughly [74:19] the third hour is like 9:00 in the morning which means the sixth hour it's [74:25] like noon right it's 12:00 right so he's saying about noon he [74:32] started to get a little hungry right watch the book say it's lunchtime and saw heaven opened and a [74:39] certain vessel descending unto him as it had been a great sheet knit at the Four [74:45] Corners and let down to the Earth wherein were all manner of four-footed beasts on the of the earth and wild [74:52] beasts and creeping things and fouls of the air and there came a voice to him rise Peter [74:58] kill and eat but Peter said not so Lord for so I have never eaten anything that [75:03] is off his head flip him upside down Hawaiian South and turn him on the darn rotisserie and eat his butt right cuz [79:20] that's how they think but Peter when he saw it he said n not so like not so Lord [79:28] you know what I'm saying I ain't never had nothing nothing clean I don't even understand what you trying to tell me [79:33] right now watch this keep going and the voice spake unto him again [79:38] the second time what God hath cleansed thou call not thou that call not thou un [79:44] uh that call not thou comment this was done Thrice and the vessel was received [79:51] up again into heaven right so three times had this Vision each time the most high God [79:57] respond to him when he like not so Lord you know what I'm saying each time most high God respond to him say listen if I [80:04] cleanse it don't you call it common in other words if I made this what what you [80:09] think is unclean if I make it clean don't call it unclean right so he said if I make it if [80:17] I make it clean don't you call it common right don't you call it something [80:23] that's just for the commoners it's pretty much what he's saying right so Peter's having this Vision it happened [80:29] three times and Peter like all right whatever watch the book will tell you watch this now while Peter doubted in [80:35] himself what that Vision the book say he did what when Peter doubted in himself behold the men which were sent from Cornelius had [80:53] made inquiry for Simon's house and stood before the gate so you see yah's timing [80:59] right he he appeared to Cornelius and was like yeah go look for uh Peter so [81:05] Cornelius is like man go go find Peter for me and bring him back here right then at the same time he give Peter a [81:11] vision was like listen if I call something clean don't you call it common it happened third three times Peter [81:18] don't know what this Vision like what why is God trying to get me to eat these [81:23] unclean animals that make no darn sense so he doubting in himself like what in [81:29] the world does God want like I am confused you know what I'm saying like the law say I can't eat this these [81:36] Christians don't understand we never stopped keeping the law it wasn't like [81:41] no yahushua pop up and it's like oh the Law's done away with that's never been his message and that's never been our [81:48] understanding of what he said right we continue to keep the law so when he said [81:54] like we never even got no impression from the Messiah that it was good to not [81:59] keep the law we never got that impression the doubting nothing for I have sent them right he said now go with [83:06] them and don't doubt nothing because I sent them so now Peter Perle like man [83:12] look I don't know what this vision mean seek what is the cause wherefore ye are come and [83:37] they said Cornelius the Centurion a just man and one that fears God and of good [83:42] report among all the nation of the Jews was warned from God by a Holy Angel to [83:47] send for thee into his house and to hear his words and hear words of thee then [83:53] called he them in and lodged them and on the tomorrow Peter went away with them and certain Brethren from japa [84:00] accompanied him and the tomorrow after they entered into C cesaria and [84:05] Cornelius waited for them and had called together his Kinsmen and their friends and as Peter was coming in Cornelius met [84:11] him and fell down at his feet and worshiped him but Peter took him up saying stand up I myself also am a man [84:18] and as he talked with him he went in and found many that were come together and he said unto them you know how it how [84:25] that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company or com into one of another Nation but God so he [84:32] said listen it is unlawful for a man that is a Jew when he's talking about an [84:38] Israelite right a Israelite from Judah he said it is unlawful lawful for a man that is a Jew to come in or keep company [84:46] with another Nation it's not even appr he's saying it's not even appropriate for me to really be here [84:54] right I shouldn't even be like y'all got different Customs to being a part of Israel cuz remember Peter was just in Jerusalem with a bunch [85:58] of Gentiles that were that were disciples right and they were serving [86:03] tables and all that right that's where in uh chapter what is that six in Acts [86:08] chapter 6 that's what all that's about those are Gentiles right so it's not just it's not just a racial thing like [86:15] oh you're a gentile so we don't want to deal with you no the point is you have strange customs and you haven't [86:22] committed yourself to our God in Israel according to our law sure you might be a [86:28] man who fears God but you do it from where you at right you haven't come to [86:33] our nation start keeping the Sabbath with us you haven't committed yourself to our law at this point I don't really [86:40] know [87:19] clothing and said Cornelius thy prayer is heard and thine arms are are had and [87:24] Remembrance in the sight of God send therefore the Jer and call here Simon whose surname is Peter he is lodged in [87:30] the house of one Simon a tenner by The ceai Who when he cometh shall speak unto thee immediately therefore I sent to [87:36] thee and thou Hast well done that thou art come now therefore are we all here present before God to hear all things [87:43] that are commanded thee of God then Peter opened his mouth and said of a truth I perceive that God is no [87:49] respector of persons but in every nation he that fearth him and works righteous is accepted with [87:55] him the word which God sent unto the children of Israel preaching Peace by yahua the Messiah he is the Lord of all [88:03] that word I say you know which was published throughout all Judah and began From Galilee after the baptism which [88:10] John preached how God anointed yahua of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with [88:15] power who went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed of the devil for God was with him and we Are [88:22] Witnesses of all things which which he did both in the land of the Jews and in Jerusalem whom they slew and hanged on [88:28] the tree him God raised up in the third day and showed him openly not to all the people but unto [88:35] Witnesses chosen before God even to us who did eat and drink with him after he rose from the dead and he so yet again [88:42] you see that where he says he didn't show him openly to all the people but to [88:47] some of us right so it's like again the most high God he could have chose to show y [88:54] Yu to everybody and everybody would have believed but he chose not to he said I'm [88:59] going show him just to a particular group of people all right keep going and he commanded us to preach unto the [89:05] people and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the judge of quick of the quick and the dead [89:12] to right when it say quick is talk it means alive I know it's Old English but when it say quick quick means the living [89:20] or or or to make alive to him give all the prophets [89:25] witness that through his name whosoever believes in him shall receive remission of sins while Peter yet spake these [89:33] words the Holy Spirit fell on all them which heard the word and they now I want you guys to pay attention to this so far [89:40] when we read a person gets baptized first and then the Holy Spirit come right but [89:48] think about the vision that the most high God gave he said if I make somebody clean right right don't call him common [89:56] so notice the most high God while he was preaching made the Holy Spirit fall on [90:01] these Gentiles right he made the Holy Spirit fall on them first before baptism [90:07] before any of that right now watch what Peter say while Peter yet spake these words [90:13] the Holy Spirit fell on all them which heard the word and they of the circumcision which believed were [90:19] astonished as many as came with Peter because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the holy spirit [90:25] for right so when it says circumcision day of the circumcision think of that as [90:30] like kind of think of that as like a denomination right you got like the denomination of a Baptist and you got [90:37] the denomination of a Seventh Day Adventist and all that right so the circumcision is like a group of a type [90:44] of believer and the circumcision represents the Believers that keep the [90:49] law right so everybody up to this point was the circumcision everybody right it [90:57] wasn't anybody who didn't keep the law it was all the disciples also kept the law right this is the first state of you [91:06] have Gentiles that probably didn't keep the law right they didn't live in Israel [91:12] they were soldiers on behalf of Rome all that right but they did fear God so [91:18] without the message of the most high God we' probably look at him like fear God this boy don't fear God right we would [91:24] have looked at him strange but Peter got the the vision of the most high God so he looking like okay normally I wouldn't [91:31] even come into your out you know what I'm saying but let me go ahead and talk to you now you know what I'm saying let me go ahead and talk to you so he talked [91:37] to him the spirit fell on right keep going watch [91:45] this for they heard him speak with tongues and magnify God then answered [91:51] Peter can any man forbid water that these should be baptized which have received the Holy Spirit as well as we [91:58] and he Comm he's asking the question because all this is Shaky Ground right now like all it look we he like this the [92:06] the mindset that a lot of people have now that's not it right it's not a race thing right it's not about it's not [92:13] about them simply being Gentiles it's about our law says if you are a stranger [92:18] to the nation you have to serve you have to keep the law of Moses and then you [92:23] can be seen as a brother so that's the only way in for us like that's the only way we knew to bring a gentile in like [92:31] you got to convert at this point you just got people that respect God but they haven't [92:36] fully converted they still doing their own thing they still kind of living in their Gentile World they haven't come to [92:41] Israel they not coming you know three times a year to the feast all these things that are traditional for our [92:48] people they're not doing it so then Peter comes into him he preached the word the Holy Spirit hit him and he he [92:54] know what he's supposed to do he know what the message is but he see also all the Brethren and when it say the [93:01] circumcision is talking about the brethren we all keep the law so he look at him like listen do it make sense that [93:07] we keep them from being baptized watch them keep going and he commanded them to be [93:14] baptized in the name of the Lord then prayed they then prayed they him to T [93:20] certain days that's the end yeah okay we can we can [93:27] stop right there we'll pick up we'll pick up uh chapter 11 uh uh next week so [93:34] we can see here this is the first time that a gentile that's not serving the [93:41] law right ends up being baptized this changes everything but I want y'all to [93:47] see all the stuff that that the most high God is making happen at the same time right step one we all in Jerusalem [93:55] right that's acts 1 2 3 4 five and then six everybody's in Jerusalem then about [94:04] acts seven people start to spread out acts 8 they spread out even more right [94:11] acts uh acts nine Paul starts to go all the way because we made it all the way [94:17] to Damascus at this point right so this is how far we've gotten from here right [94:23] then after after that Paul comes back to Jerusalem things get hot so we send Paul [94:28] to cesaria and then send him to tarset get out of town so Paul is over here [94:34] what you think is over here A bunch of Gentiles right so then [94:40] right after that Peter comes up here and Peter starts talking to a [94:46] gentile Peter is the very first one that baptizes a gentile why did it need to be [94:53] Peter because remember the most high God gave [94:58] him the keys you remember when we read it he said you're these are the keys [95:04] whatever you bind on Earth will be bound whoever you set free will be set free so [95:10] he gave the authority to Peter so when Peter as the leader baptizes or or he didn't baptize [95:18] them but he commanded for them to be baptized right that then authorized it [95:24] as something that's possible Right This is now an [95:30] option that had to happen because we already heard when we reading about Saul [95:36] is Saul is going uh you remember ananas was like man you heard about I heard [95:42] about this Saul man he got authority to you know bring us in he been at us I [95:47] don't know about this guy and the most high God was like oh shut up boy you know what I'm saying let me tell you [95:52] something he's been chosen me to be a vessel onto who the [95:57] Gentiles right so now Saul is out here where all the Gentiles are Peter just [96:04] found a gentile and then he opened up the door for Gentiles to to to enter in [96:10] without converting right without fully converting so before they fully convert [96:16] they can now have the Holy Spirit and be considered a disciple that's new for us [96:22] that's different for us us right cuz that that's not our law our law would [96:27] say you have to keep the law and then you can be considered one of us right [96:33] this is saying okay well you haven't fully converted and you haven't placed yourself under our law but here the Holy [96:40] Spirit the most high God showed the Holy Spirit can still touch you and then therefore you can get baptized once you [96:46] baptized you a disciple right so the order of things are kind of shaken up and this is where [96:54] division is going to start within the disciples right because at this point [96:59] the division was only within the people of Israel the Hebrews right some Hebrews is looking like yahua is not the Messiah [97:07] and some Hebrews is looking like yahushua is absolutely the Messiah there's a divide there right that calms [97:14] down a little bit now you got within the disciples you're about to have a split [97:19] of Gentiles can be disciples even if if they don't keep the law right or [97:27] Gentiles have to be circumcised and have to keep the law right those are the two splits that [97:35] it at this very moment it starts right it starts to split but Peter had to be [97:41] the one to open that door he had to be the one because he's the one that yahua [97:46] gave the keys to in other words he gave Peter all the authority while he was [97:52] gone he made him the leader while he was gone right any [97:59] questions any questions like a comment he can't even go into Cornelius house that's right I [98:06] think that was a St I I I agree I think I think the whole I think the whole walk was a strug struggle for him I think you [98:11] know saying I think that whole that whole journey to him was looking like I think he is struggling since he saw the [98:16] vision because he went from like God want me to eat pork and that thing was tearing that thing was messing his brain [98:23] up looking like God want me to eat unclean I don't that's some something [98:28] off like I I don't understand it that thing was messing Peter up and then most [98:33] high God said go with these men he got taken to a gentile and I think he is like okay I get it
