Summary
What does it mean to kick against the pricks? In this Sabbath lesson from Acts 9, Saul sets out for Damascus to bind the disciples, a light from heaven shines round about him, and Yahushua tells him to go into the city where he will be told what he must do. Through John 16 and Matthew 11, you’ll see how some think they do God’s service while resisting him, and why the master upbraided the cities that saw his mighty works yet repented not. Finally, Acts 9 and 10 follow Ananias sent to Saul, Saul preaching that Yahushua is the Messiah, Peter raising Tabitha, and Peter’s vision before he is sent to Cornelius, where he learns that God is no respecter of persons.
