God Is Our Refuge and Strength, a Very Present Help in Trouble

Summary

What do we do when trouble comes and fear starts to take over? In this Sabbath lesson from Isaiah 28, 2 Timothy 2 and Leviticus 26, we learn to study the word precept upon precept, because Yahuah promised that a few who obey Him will put thousands to flight. Through Numbers 14, 1 John 3 and Ezekiel 33, you’ll see how Israel tempted God ten times in the wilderness, and how every small choice to sin or to turn from it grows into something bigger. Finally, Leviticus 26, Psalm 46, Numbers 35 and John 15 teach us to humble ourselves and confess our sins, because God is our refuge and strength when we abide in Him by keeping His commandments.
