Summary
How long do we wait on Yahuah when life keeps pressing on us? In this Sabbath lesson from Psalm 13 and 2 Peter 1, we learn to keep adding virtue, knowledge, self-control and patience to our faith, and through Hosea 8 and the parable of the two sons in Matthew 21, we see that Israel counted God’s law as a strange thing while still praising Him, because what we do matters more than what we say. You’ll also learn that Yahushua came to call sinners to repentance, so being honest with yourself and with God about your sin is where real change begins. Finally, we see how Hezekiah broke the bronze serpent Moses had made once the people began burning incense to it, a reminder that even things tied to God become idols when we serve them instead of His word.
