Now He That Betrayed Him Gave Them a Sign, Saying, Whomsoever I Shall Kiss, That Same Is He

Summary

What glory did Yahushua ask the Father to restore to him before his arrest? In this Sabbath lesson from John 17, Isaiah 48 and Proverbs 8, he prays to be glorified with the glory he had with the Father before the world was, though Yahuah gives his glory to no other, and wisdom tells how it was with him from everlasting. Through Isaiah 14 and Daniel 2 and 4, you’ll see the pride and humbling of the king of Babylon, until he lifted his eyes to heaven and his understanding returned. Finally, John 17 and 18, Matthew 26, Luke 22 and 1 Kings 21 follow Yahushua praying for those who believe through the apostles’ word, submitting to the Father’s will in Gethsemane, being taken by Judah’s band, and condemned on false witnesses as Naboth was.
