Summary
What does it mean that the Messiah died for us while we were yet sinners? In this Sabbath lesson from Romans 5 and Psalms 4 and 5, we learn that tribulation works patience, experience and hope, that Yahushua died while those Paul wrote to were yet sinners to give all a chance at redemption, and that Yahuah hates all workers of iniquity. Through John 15 and John 7, you’ll see that we are his friends only if we do whatsoever he commands, and that he who does the will of the Father shall know the doctrine. Finally, Romans 5 and 6, Genesis 4, Deuteronomy 27, Leviticus 18 and Mark 7 teach that where sin abounded grace did much more abound, yet we must not continue in sin, for the wages of sin is death, and we must rule over the sin that lies at the door.
