Summary
Why does Paul say we are saved if we keep in memory the gospel he preached? In this Sabbath lesson from 1 Corinthians 15 and James 1, Paul teaches that the Messiah died for our sins, was buried and rose again according to the scriptures, and James shows that hearers who are not doers forget what manner of men they were. Through Leviticus 23, John 17, Psalm 110 and Joshua 10, you’ll see Yahushua as the first fruits of them that slept, reigning until all enemies are put under his feet, and then the Son himself subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all. Finally, John 3 and 1 Corinthians 16 teach that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom, that we must be born again and changed at the last trump, and why Paul tarried at Ephesus until Pentecost.
