[00:00] chat. [00:11] Sabbath peace. Sabbath peace. It's another opportunity for us to hear and learn of the word of truth as given [00:16] to us by the most high God. All honor goes to the father through the son whose name is Yahushua. [00:22] In him lies the only hope for salvation. We know that it is obtained by grace through faith, not of works, lest anyone [00:29] should boast, and given freely as a gift to all who obey him. We understand that if you do not obey him, it is made [00:35] manifest or made obvious that you do not believe. In this state, you should expect no good thing from the most high. [00:42] However, anything that you do get, whether it be a gift of tongues, a gift of prophecy, or any supernatural [00:47] experience that you may have, it can and it will be used against you in the day of judgment. With that said, peace to [00:54] the saints that are in the room, to the saints, peace to the saints that are in the [00:59] room, to the saints watching on the camera, to the saints in the chat, things scattered around the world that we don't even know about. [01:13] But no peace to the wicked. The only thing we say to them is repent that they might live. All right. [01:25] That's hate. That's hate. I tell you that face. That's hate. Um, [01:32] so last week we continued on through Leviticus chapter uh, very good boy. [01:38] Leviticus chapter 19 and we talked about which commandments? Who got it? [01:48] That's that's what the guy that doesn't have the answer says. Which which which commandments did we [01:55] talk about? Well, no. Which commandments? So, we we did reference ten commandments, but [02:01] which commandments did we learn about specifically? [02:09] Y'all wait. We talked about idolatry. [02:15] Right. We talked about idolatry. We didn't talk about adultery, but we did talk about idolatry. Right. [02:21] And we talked We did talk about peace offering. Very good. Very good. We did talk about the peace offering. We talked [02:26] about idolatry. Leviticus 19. [02:33] We gonna start off with Leviticus 19, chapter 11. Leviticus chapu uh 19 [02:39] chapter 11. But first, uh, let's 19 verse 11. What' I say? [02:45] Chapter 11. Oh, now I'mma knock you out. [02:51] This is uh this is uh Isaiah, give me Isaiah chapter uh 28. Give me verse 9. [03:00] This is Isaiah chapter 28 verse9. Matter of fact, I don't want that. Give me Give me Hebrews chapter 5:12. [03:08] This is Hebrews chapter 5 verse12 [03:23] is Hebrews chapter 5 verse 12. [03:29] Hebrews chapter 5 verse 12. [04:00] It's Hebrews I mean uh yeah Hebrews chapter 5 give me verse 12. Let's see what the book say. For when the time ye ought to be [04:05] teachers ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God. [04:10] And are become as such need of milk and not of strong meat. For everyone that uses milk is unskilled [04:17] in the word of righteousness for he is a baby. Right? So he said if you if you if anyone who uses milk you're unskilled [04:24] right in the in the in the dividing of the word and understanding of the word right so now the question becomes what [04:32] is the milk of the word what does that mean milk of the word okay I got an answer for you watch this keep going [04:39] oh look but strong meat belongs to them that are [04:45] of full age even those who by reason of use have their senses senses exercised to discern [04:51] both good and evil. So now let me see how do we have our senses exercise to discern both good and [05:00] evil. If I want to like if I want to exercise my bicep, what do I need to do? [05:13] I might got to work out my arm, right? I might got to do some curls if I want to work on my biceps. If I want to work on [05:20] my darn quads, what I what I got to do I mean I might have to do some squats. [05:25] So now the question is if I want to work out my senses to discern both good [05:32] versus evil. What do I have to do? [05:38] The book says by reason of youth. In other words, I have to use the exercise [05:46] of my my discernment of right versus wrong, good versus evil, the only way to [05:52] exercise that is by putting the word into use. Right? So until we begin to [06:00] put the word into use, then we will be unskillful with the word. [06:08] So let's keep going. Watch this. Therefore, leaving the principles of the doctrine of the Messiah. Let us go on to [06:15] perfection. Right? So now he says we're leaving the principles of the doctrine of the Messiah. In other words, we're [06:22] leaving the milk. When it says principles, that means the basic, right? [06:27] So we're leaving the milk. The princip principle means like the first like every everybody at the school has a [06:33] principal. That means that's the one person that's over everyone else, right? [06:38] So that's the first, right? That's the head. So the head or the beginning or the first of the doctrine of the Messiah [06:46] is also the milk. So let's learn exactly what the milk is. [06:52] Not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith towards God. So repentance of dead works and faith [06:58] towards God. That's the basics. That's milk. Right. Keep going. [07:04] Of the doctrine of baptisms and of laying on of hands. Uhhuh. Right. Doctrine of baptism. [07:09] Right. That's milk. Laying on of hands, that's praying. That's milk. What? [07:16] That's teaching people what it means to be baptized. Baptized is when you submerge somebody under water. [07:24] All right. Keep going. [07:29] And of resurrection of the dead. Uhhuh. And of eternal judgment. Right. So resurrection of the dead, [07:35] that's milk. Eternal judgment is milk. What I'm telling you is these are topics [07:40] that every day in church, every Sunday in church, you might not ever hear about. You can go to church every Sunday [07:46] for three years and you there's some of these topics that you might not ever hear about. But Paul is calling these [07:52] the basics. So the point is a lot of people have not even entered into the [07:58] basics of the word. Oh, we got grab 1 Corinthians. Is it 2 Corinthians? Try 2 [08:04] Corinthians chapter. Is it second? Try try second Corinthians [08:11] chapter 3. Start me off at verse one. Let's see. Let's see. I [08:18] second Corinthians chapter 3 verse one. If that don't work, I want first Corinthians chapter 3 verse one. If that [08:23] don't work, somebody gonna have to help. He said 2 Corinthians what? 2 Corinthians chapter 3 [08:30] verse one. 2 Corinthians chapter 3 verse 1. [08:39] What it say at the beginning [08:48] commend ourselves. You can read. I don't think that's it. I [08:54] don't think that's it. Do we begin to commend ourselves again? That's when they talk about the letter. [09:00] Maybe it is. Let's see. What are you looking for? It's second Corinthians. Uh when he say [09:06] he say uh carno, he said he talk about carno and milk. [09:14] This is uh 2 Corinthians chapter 3 verse one. Watch what the book say. [09:21] Second Corinthians chapter 3 verse 1. [09:30] Do we again do we begin again to commend ourselves? Or need we as some others [09:35] epistols of commenation to you? Tell them be quiet. Or letters of commendation from you. Uhhuh. [09:40] Ye are our epistol written in our hearts known and read of all men. For as much as ye are manifestly declared to be the [09:47] epistle of the Messiah, ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the spirit of the living God, [09:54] not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart, in such trust have we through the [10:00] Messiah to God work. Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything of ourselves, but our [10:06] sufficiency is of God, who also has made us able ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter, but [10:11] of the spirit. For the letter kills, but the spirit gives life. But if the ministration of death written [10:18] and engraved in stones was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not steadfastly behold the face of Moses, [10:23] for the glory of his countenance, which glory was to be done away. Give me 1 Corinthians chapter 3 verse [10:29] one. I'm looking for uh when he talk about when he talk about some choose Apollo, [10:36] some choose Paul. That's first probably four. 1 Corinthians 4. [10:42] I think it's four when he was standing. All right. Well, let's look at there. There. 1 Corinthians chapter 4. Let me see if it's there. [10:49] I'm not sure. I think it's at the beginning, though. [10:55] That's four. [11:06] No. Check three. Maybe that's it. But I was three. It's 1 Corinthians chapter 3:1. [11:18] And our brethren could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babies in the [11:23] Messiah. Right? Why would he not be able to speak unto them as spiritual? So they he had [11:29] to speak to them as carnal cuz they didn't have a senses exercise [11:35] like human regular oh flesh like [11:44] read it again. Watch this. He tell you why in the answer. Y'all just got to pay attention. And our brethren could not speak unto [11:49] you as unto carnal but as not as unto spiritual but as unto carnal even unto [11:55] babies in the Messiah. Right? Because they were babies in the Messiah, [12:00] right? As babies in the Messiah, what do you drink? Milk. What's the milk? [12:08] Pen from dead work, faith towards God, baptism, laying on of hands, [12:15] uh resurrection of the dead, eternal judgment, right? That's the milk. So now when you have [12:23] milk that puts you in a position where you're just a baby in the word. So the [12:30] point is when you go over this stuff, when you go to churches, these things are not even talked about. But look at [12:36] what he's talking about, right? He tells them, I couldn't I had to speak to you carnally. I couldn't speak to you [12:42] spiritual things. I had to speak to you carnally because you are still a baby. [12:48] Now watch this. Keep going. I have fed you with milk and not with [12:54] meat. For hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither ye now are able. Uhhuh. [12:59] For ye are yet carnal. For whereas there is among you envying and strife and divisions, are ye not carnal and walk as [13:06] men. Right? So now if you look at a lot of these Christian churches, what do they have going on in them? We can say strife [13:12] and division and all that, but that's not even what I'm talking about. I'm not talking about the strife and division in [13:17] the individual church. I'm talking about one of them will call theirself [13:23] Pentecostal. The other one will call theirself Baptist and the other ones will call [13:29] theirel what's uh non non-denominational [13:35] Hebrew Israelites, right? They all call theirel and separate themselves by a bunch of names. [13:42] How many of these names come from the book? None of them come from the book. Ain't [13:47] no nowhere in the book do you see Yahushua say come unto me my Baptist [13:55] my Christian you don't you never see one promise attached to being a Pentecostal [14:03] I don't know I don't know you never seen one promise attached to being a seventh day Adventist [14:10] a Calvinist all these things that these people come up with you don't see anything attached [14:17] to it in the book. So now what you've done is you've created separation. And the reason why you do that is [14:23] because you're carnal. You don't realize it. You think you're doing something spiritual. But because [14:29] you haven't been taught anything, you haven't even been taught to milk properly. Right? Because you haven't [14:36] been taught to milk properly, then you haven't gotten to a place where you can even put the word into use. And because [14:42] you haven't gotten to a place where you can put the word into use, now your senses are not exercised to know right [14:49] from wrong. And if your senses are not exercised to know right from wrong, then [14:55] when somebody tells you this is what you should believe, guess what you're going to do? [15:00] Accept whatever they tell you. Because you can't tell whether it's right or it's wrong. Give me John 7 verse14. [15:09] This is John 7 verse14. Y'all don't understand how important it is not just [15:16] to hear the word, right? We don't have to go. We don't have to get it. But James told us that don't just be hearers [15:23] of the word, be also doers. Otherwise, what happened? [15:29] Forget. If you hear only, you will forget [15:35] because you're not putting it into use. Therefore, your senses are not exercised. Therefore, you don't know how [15:41] to discern right from wrong, good versus evil. So, all this stuff is fed into [15:48] you. You don't know what's what and you'll go for anything. It's not like this stuff is not even that deep, right? [15:57] All you got to do is learn the book and put it into use. A lot of people asking [16:02] a question like, "Well, how do you know that what the way y'all teach it is the right way? Everybody teach it different [16:08] way. Every church you go to, they teach the Bible different." How how do you know that your particular way of [16:14] teaching it is right? How can you just be so sure? All you got to do is stop [16:20] and be like, you know what? Go to John chapter 7 verse14. Let's see [16:26] if the book Let's Let me see. Let me let the book answer the book for you. It's John 7:14. [16:33] Now about the midst of the feast, Yahosua went up into the temple and taught. And the Jews marveled, saying, "How [16:39] knoweth this man letters, having never learned?" How in the world do he know the book? But nobody has ever taught him. He's [16:47] never gone to seminary school. He don't have a doctor degree. How in the world [16:52] does this man know the book, having never learned it? Nobody. What [16:58] credentials does he have? I don't see a certificate. I don't see nothing. They [17:03] looking at Yahosua like, "Bro, you've never come up in any of our schools. [17:09] You've never learned at the feet of any of our teachers. How does he know the [17:14] book this way? How does he have a confidence to just stand up there and just start teaching it? Nobody's ever [17:21] taught him." Watch what Yahosua say. They ask, you know what they ask him? Really? How you know what you teaching [17:27] is right? That's what they really saying. How do you know that what you're teaching is [17:34] the right way to teach it? Watch how Yosua answer is a bad boy. Yes answered them and said, "My doctrine [17:41] is not mine, but his that has sent me." You mean, boy, if any man will do his will, he shall [17:46] know of the doctrine, whether it be of God or whether I speak of myself. If you do it, then you'll be able to discern [17:54] right from wrong, good versus evil. He give you the play right here. Just do [18:01] what the book say and you going to know who teaching the truth or not. Our problem is we don't want to do it. [18:11] So that's why we're going over the law because we're going to go make the law practical. We going to make sure that we go over each commandment so that we can [18:17] make it practical. Make it something that we can use in our everyday life. Take principles from it that we can [18:23] apply into our everyday decisions. Sometimes our decisions are not even about right and wrong. Sometimes it's [18:30] right and right. Sometimes you have to choose between two right decisions. And what I'm telling you is you can use [18:36] Proverbs and Psalms and the law and the Gospels to help guide those right [18:42] decisions. You can use examples from our history to help guide which right decision you prefer. [18:49] Right? Sometimes I want to put on a green shirt. Sometimes I want to put on a blue [18:55] shirt. It's nothing wrong with either shirt. But guess what? I might look at [19:01] and be like, you know what? There was a blue stitching in the tabernacle when we [19:08] did it. I'mma put on a blue shirt today. There's nothing wrong with that decision. But guess what? I've now tied [19:14] part of my decision into considering what the word said. That's what I mean. Some stuff as simple [19:21] as that, you can you can consider the word in your decision. Either decision [19:26] is fine. You could say there's blue stitching in the tabernacle and I'm still putting on the green shirt. That's [19:32] fine. But you've now considered the word in your everyday life. That's what we [19:38] have to get into the app the habit of doing because now our decision making is stronger when we do that right doesn't [19:45] mean that we always will will will always make it doesn't mean that our decisions won't ever lead to the harm [19:51] for us or won't lead to something that that an outcome that it'll always you might wear the blue shirt and somebody [19:57] say that shirt is ugly. Oh well now you've considered the [20:03] scripture in your everyday life. That is what's going to build your reason of use. That is what's going to take you [20:10] and help you understand the milk. That's what's going to take you and move you to strong meat. That is what's going to [20:17] take you to the point where you know for sure without a beyond a shadow of a [20:22] doubt what doctrine, what teaching is correct instead of sitting here [20:27] searching on darn YouTube and looking for somebody who say something that make you feel good. [20:34] looking for somebody who say I mean well you know I mean maybe what the brother is saying is right but you know the [20:41] brother brother I just you know I just don't like all the extra stuff that the brother I don't care about you but you [20:47] like teaching the word correctly that's what we have to get to who is [20:52] teaching the word correctly the rest of the stuff is style [21:01] hard to find hard to Y'all not gonna find y'all not gonna find a whole bunch of people teaching this word correctly. [21:07] It's not it's just not the time for it. It's a it's a time of darkness, right? [21:13] It's a time of famine when it comes to the word, right? Most high God has [21:18] removed our teachers far from us. That's why the average of y'all that's watching online, that's why y'all so far away. I [21:24] ain't checked the thing. So, you know what I'm saying, in a while. But it used to be most our people was in darn Texas and a couple in Georgia. We got a couple [21:32] people out overseas, right? It's like that's why everybody's so far away. They can't get to us. [21:42] Sister Pam, maybe sister uh Sister Bana, they they might plan a trip out here next year, y'all willing. You know what [21:48] I'm saying? For the Passover. It's like it ain't easy to get there. The prices, everything nowadays. I want to go to [21:53] Dallas all the time. I be looking at them prices like no. You know what I'm saying? You know, we'll wait. You know [21:59] what I'm saying? Maybe. You know what I'm saying? Maybe we'll wait. But that's what happened, [22:04] right? This is what this how the most high God set it up. The only thing that we can do in this time is we look, we [22:10] take what the most high God give us and we put it into use. Sometimes it's like, well, how do I know that what I [22:16] understand is correct. Just do what you're reading. [22:22] Worry about being correct later. Just read it and say, "I think this what it says, so this is what I'mma do." and be [22:29] open to correction according to the book. Most high God ain't gonna leave you out [22:35] there hanging. I'm telling you that, right? It's not It's not because I made it up. It's I'm telling you because that's what the book [22:41] say and I believe it. Let's do it. This is Leviticus. This is Leviticus chapter uh 191. [22:48] It's Leviticus chapter 19 11. [22:56] Eli, go put that ball up. is Leviticus chapter 19 [23:02] verse 11. We're going to pick up at the commandments. We've been moving through this kind of slow. Let's see if we can pick it up this week. Leviticus chapter [23:10] 19 verse 11. Ye shall not steal, neither deal [23:17] falsely, neither neither lie one to another. And ye shall not swear by my [23:23] name falsely, neither shalt thou profain the name of thy God. I am Yahweh. Right? So now he says basically telling [23:29] you don't be stealing and lying. He said you shall not steal neither shall uh you [23:35] lie one to another. Right? And that's our law. Our law tells us [23:40] that we can't like we we are not supposed to sit here and lie to each other and steal from one another. Like [23:47] lying is lying can be a version of stealing. Right? If somebody you know what I'm [23:53] saying? If I if I if I if I know it's something over there that really belong to you and you ask me, "Hey, is [24:00] something behind that door?" No, it ain't nothing over there cuz I want to keep it. I've essentially just stole from you. [24:07] I'm lying to keep you from something that I won't. So sometimes lying can be a version of stealing. He said we ain't [24:13] supposed to steal and we not supposed to lie from one another. Right? So remember when we talked about uh we talked we [24:19] don't have to get it but in uh Deuteronomy chapter 6 it tells us about the different types of laws right the [24:26] commandments the statutes what are statutes statutes [24:31] are rules but what what's what's a way of looking at those rules boundaries very good right so the [24:38] statutes are boundaries right the most high God sets boundaries right and then you have what else you [24:46] have the commandments, the statutes, and the [24:52] judgement. And the judgment, right? The commandments, the statutes, and the [24:57] judgments. What are judgments? What's the [25:04] right judgments are? It tells you how to handle an infraction. An infraction is [25:10] when somebody crosses the boundary, right? when they overstep the boundary, when they break the commandment, how do [25:17] you handle that? You handle that with a judgment. Right? So, if the boundary is [25:23] you cannot go outside of the yard, that's the boundary. That's the statute, [25:28] right? Then if somebody goes outside of the yard, the judgment will be if anyone [25:36] goes outside of the yard, they must spend three days inside of their room [25:42] with no video game. Right? So the judgment is the [25:48] consequence, right? That's the punishment for breaking the statute or breaking the [25:55] commandment. So when you have when you deal with lying and stealing, we have [26:00] judgments that we have to learn about. So let's go to Leviticus chapter 6. Let's learn about some of these [26:06] judgments. Is Leviticus chapter 6. Give me verse one. [26:13] I want y'all that's taking notes. I want y'all to note those down. Particularly statutes, which are boundaries. These [26:20] are the these are the terms that you going to see throughout the scripture, right? statutes, which are boundaries, [26:28] judgments, which are the consequences for for your infraction, right? For [26:33] breaking those boundaries, for what the book calls iniquity, which is sin. [26:39] You go where? Leviticus chapter 6 verse one. Mhm. [26:47] What? That all you got? You ain't gonna never [26:54] replace your dad. You know what I'm saying? You got to keep going. Good. Grandma, look. I'm I'm hiring help. [27:03] Man, that ain't a bad idea. Put two of y'all up there. [27:10] That's not a bad idea. Y'all might be on to something. You let my man read. Look, we put one over here and one over [27:16] here. I know, but they got to get used to this now. How many times I interrupt? This [27:22] This is training. You know what I'm saying? It's training. You got a little runner. Look, I put one over here. Oh, [27:28] that's a I'm be like, "Hey, grab this." You know what I'm saying? Go get this. And then you go get this my brain [27:33] because I can I can empty it out of my brain and like just put it somewhere. I like that. I like Y'all might be on to [27:39] something. All right. Finish telling. [27:48] That's good. That's good. Now, let's let brother T read. Let's see. [27:53] And Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying, "If a soul sin and commit a trespass against Yahweh, and lie unto his neighbor in [28:00] that which was delivered him to keep or in fellowship or in a thing taken away by violence or has deceived his [28:06] neighbor." Right? So now he laid out a whole bunch of things. If there was something that was taken either by violence or he lied [28:14] to him to get it or what what was the other ones? Or has deceived his neighbor. He deceived his neighbor. What else? or [28:21] delivered him to keep or in fellowship, right? So, or he delivered him to keep it. So, in other words, I have something [28:27] and I say, "Oh, yeah. Hold on to this for me, right? And I take it, but I [28:33] don't give it back." That's what this is describing. If if I see Daniel or something and I tell him, [28:40] "I'mma knock you out. Give me that." Right? And I I flinch at him and I take it. Now, I've taken it by violence. [28:46] That's what this is talking about. Daniel looked at me like, "Boy, no. That would never." You know what I'm saying? [28:51] Daniel l Daniel leaned over and looked at me. That would You ain't got to worry about that. You know what I'm saying? [28:57] You ain't got to worry about that. Keep going. Watch this. Or have found that which was lost, and [29:04] lith concerning it, and swears falsely in any of all these that a man does, [29:09] sitting therein. Right. He said, "You lie about No, I don't. You know what? I don't know where your bike was. I remember I used to get [29:16] like a bike every other year. It always be stolen. [29:21] Always get stol. You know what I'm saying? My bad. My dad will buy it. Mom will whoop me over it and then I'll be [29:29] like I'll be looking like exaggerating. Come on. [29:35] See? No. Yeah. I don't like that though. I don't like that. [29:41] My mama used to whoop our butts no matter what. She You know what I'm saying? No matter what she say, she be trying to but we get a whooping over, [29:49] but my bike would always get stolen. But it was my fault cuz I leave it outside. And then my friends, they would tell me, [29:55] they'd be like, "Oh, what?" I believe some of them knew what happened. You know what I mean? Somebody [30:02] knew. That's what happened. Dad, what? [30:09] Keep going. Then it shall be because he has sinned [30:15] and is guilty that he shall restore that which he took violently away or the thing which he has deceitfully gotten or [30:22] that which was delivered him to keep or the lost thing which he found. All right. So now if then I get caught [30:29] stealing a bike, what I have to do is I have to restore [30:35] what I took. Right? So now this becomes a judgment. The excuse me, the first [30:42] part of this judgment is to restore whatever you took. If I took a bike, I [30:48] give it back. Right? Ain't that what I teach y'all? What do I teach y'all? If [30:54] you do something messed up, what happens? Sure. For sure. [31:00] Right. What What's the term I use? [31:07] Make it good. Make it right. You got to make it right. Right. So, there's [31:12] different to make it right, there's different ways to do it. Right? If I steal something, how do I make it right? [31:22] Clean it up. If I steal something, how do I make it right? I replace it back. [31:29] You lucky I love you. I'll use you right now. But I ain't I ain't about to use you right now. I'm let I'mma let you. You know what I'm saying? Right. [31:37] Right. But that's what happened. If you take something now, we got to replace it, right? But it's not simply I steal a [31:45] bike, I get a bike back. All right, we good. It ain't that simple. Keep [31:50] reading. For all that about which he has sworn falsely, he shall even restore it in the [31:57] principle, and shall add the fifth part more unto there unto, and give it unto [32:03] him to whom it appertainth in the day of his trespass offering. Right? So now the [32:08] first thing you have to do is you restore it in the principle. [32:14] Right? What does that mean to restore something in the principle? Give back what you took. [32:19] You give it back by itself. Very good. Right? So whatever you took, you give that back. Then the next thing we got to [32:26] do is what? A fifth part. We got to add a fifth part to it. So now [32:31] if you look at a bike and a bike costs $100, [32:37] right? Now we got to add a fifth of that value [32:43] of the bike to what the bike. So I give the bike back. That's worth $100. But [32:49] now I have to add one of $100. Who's good at math? [32:54] One fifth of $100? 20. I have to add $20. So now what if I stole a bike and I [33:02] don't know where the bike is anymore. [33:08] $100 is the principal, right? So now I have to say the value of [33:15] that bike is $100 and one additional is $20. $120 is what you get. [33:23] If I still have the bike, I hand the bike to him and then I say, "Here's $20 [33:29] for what I took." Right? That is how it works. That is the That [33:34] is the judgment for someone who steal. That's good. This is something we can use in our [33:40] everyday life. Huh? [33:46] We'll get to that one, too. This is what you use in your everyday life, right? in [33:52] your everyday life. If you find yourself, and you know what, I lied about that and I took that from him and [33:59] I didn't return this. Don't don't wait for somebody to tell you that you caught [34:04] or tell you that you wrong or tell No, you know you wrong. You've been convicted by the spirit of the most high [34:10] God. That is not a small thing. You take it and you say, "I'm going to [34:16] restore it back to you." And here's the fifth. I hope that that made it right. [34:22] Now, they still might want to press press charges on your stealing butt, right? But they might have pressed [34:28] charges on you anyway. At least you tried to make it right, right? That's important for us. We [34:34] cannot steal. And when we do steal, if we do steal, we have to make it right. [34:40] And don't wait till you get caught. Right? Do the right thing and train [34:47] yourself. is one thing that you'll know when you hide your sin. [34:52] What you're telling yourself is you have no intentions of stopping. Don't let yourself lie. Don't lie to yourself. [34:59] When you hide your sin, you don't have intentions on stopping. You be like, [35:05] "Oh, this the last I'mma do that. I'm just going to do this but this, that, and another." If it is hidden, you want [35:11] to keep doing it. No matter what your brain tells you, it's lying to you. [35:17] The way you teach yourself away from sin, expose it. One of the things, one of the sins that [35:23] was the hardest for us was cussing. You know what I'm saying? That thing just it [35:28] just come off your tongue too quick. You know what I'm saying? You ain't thinking cussing. You know what I'm saying? You come, it just come off. I mean, you just [35:34] so used to saying these word, these filler word, every other word is a cuss word. Just bad. And it becomes your part [35:41] of your natural language. You do it without even thinking about it. So what we had to do around our boys is if we [35:47] slip all our boys cuss, right? If we slipped up, we trying to change our [35:52] life. We had to hold ourselves accountable right there in front of everybody. If we slipped up like nope, [35:59] my bad. I shouldn't have said that. Now they looking at us like, "What's the big deal with cussing?" They don't care. You [36:05] know what I'm saying? They they But it's not about them. I want to expose my sin to all y'all [36:12] because I have no intentions on continuing to do this. And by doing that, it trained us to say, "No, I don't [36:20] want to feel the shame of having to keep say that. I don't want to keep explaining why I'm saying that when I know y'all don't care." And eventually [36:26] your brain says, "You know what? No, I catch it before it comes out." And now it's to the point where it don't even [36:32] come to mind. You know what I'm saying? They don't like we've been talking without cousin for so long it don't even come to mind no [36:39] right but that's reason of youth right that's because I'm consciously thinking [36:45] of the book in my everyday life and then it gets easier over time right but it [36:52] all comes with practice keep going and he shall bring his trespass offering [36:58] unto Yahweh a ram without blemish out of the flock with thy estimation that's good grab Uh, Exodus chapter 22, [37:04] give me verse one. This Exodus chapter 22 verse one, [37:12] right? I only want to look at the judgments because there's different versions of stealing or different I [37:17] shouldn't say different version. There's different judgments related to stealing for different things. So when it comes [37:23] to the law, you have to understand that there's some stuff when you steal, you have to return the principle [37:30] and the fifth part and then you go do your sin off, right? But then there's other things [37:38] that's a little different. Watch how costly it is to steal an animal. [37:43] This is Exodus chapter 22 verse one. If a man shall steal an ox for a sheep [37:49] and kill it or sell it, he shall restore five oxen for an ox and four sheep for a [37:54] sheep. So now if I stole a bike, I'm restoring the bike and then of the [38:03] value of that bike. So the bike is $100. I'm giving the bike back plus $20, [38:09] right? But if I steal an ax, what do I have to give back? [38:17] For every ach that I steal, I have to return five of them things. That's very [38:22] different, right? That's very different from stealing a bike and just having to [38:28] give 20% on top of it, right? This means that I have to do 500% [38:36] of everything that I steal. Very costly to steal an animal. So if I took a ox [38:43] and I got stuck with it, then it's like, oh, now you got to come up with the value of five. [38:48] Five ox. Watch this. Watch the sheep. [38:55] Four sheep. Four sheep, right? If it's sheep, you have to return four sheep for every one sheep that was [39:01] stolen. So imagine somebody was like, "You know what? Go ahead and take their whole darn barn." You know what I'm [39:07] saying? Go. They ride off in the sunset with all they barn. Who' that happen to? [39:15] Happen to Jacob. Baby, that's not who I'm thinking of. [39:20] Jacob took his own stuff. OJ Simpson. [39:31] Who else did that happen to? Grab Job chapter one. [39:38] Let me see. Job chapter 1. [39:48] Didn't they take them? They killed him. Let's see. I can't [39:54] remember. I thought they took him. It's a bad example. [39:59] If they killed him, it's a bad example. But let me see. This is Job chapter one. Give me don't jump on down to about [40:05] verse uh what's it going to be like verse 13 verse 9 maybe? [40:12] 12 you don't even know. [40:26] It's 12 13. [40:31] That's a bad boy. I said 13, didn't I? That's a bad boy. [40:36] This is JobAP 1 verse 13. Watch what the book says. [40:42] And there was a day when his sons and daughters were eating and drinking wine in their eldest brother's house. There [40:48] came a messenger out of Job and said, "The oxen were plowing and the donkeys feeding beside them. The Sabians fell [40:54] upon them and took them away. Yay, they have slain the servants with the edge of the sword and I am only escaped to tell [41:00] thee." Right? So he killed the people and stole all that man oxen and what else? Oxen [41:05] and what? Donkeys. He stole all that man oxins and his donkeys, [41:11] right? And they rolled off. So had under our law, had our law been set up at this [41:17] time, under our law, they would have had to cuz it tell us how many oxen was it? What it say? How many oxen was it? [41:24] Uh how many you do some math? somewhere plowing and the donkeyy's feeding beside them. Didn't It don't say how much. [41:31] Somewhere say how much. Go uh find where it say how much the auction is. [41:37] Somebody. It ain't five. It's more than five. Um [41:42] it's somewhere say how much cuz I remember putting it on the thing. It was uh [41:49] Yeah, maybe it's at the end of Job. It's not if it's not right after the oxy. [41:57] Yeah, but it ain't the end of the book. It's at the beginning of the book. [42:04] Yeah, it's either it's probably going to be at the end of chapter one or it's going to say how much. [42:12] Okay, that's I thought I thought it said how much, but um uh so yeah, let's say you know what I'm [42:19] saying. Let's say they took 300 oxygen times five. What they got to return? 300 [42:27] times five. 15 what? I mean, [42:34] 1,500, right? They got to do 1,500, [42:43] right? 1,500 they got to return. So that's it's important for us to know [42:48] that because now we this is something practical that we can use in our [42:53] everyday life. We can think of the usage of an op which would be for what? [43:01] Filing your work, right? Work. A way a way for you to get [43:07] work done. What else? Eating, right? You can eat a lot of food, right? What else? [43:16] Huh? You can tame it, but yeah, you tame it to do those things, right? So, a o ax is [43:22] like it's like a it's almost like a semi-permanent fixture of your livelihood. Like, it's something that [43:28] makes money for it's your business, right? So if somebody steals something that's vital to your business or if you [43:35] steal something that's vital uh to someone's business then have it in your [43:40] mind I need to restore either five times what I took or I need to restore I four [43:46] times of what I took right because that's what I would do if it were a oxen which is very vital to the business or a [43:53] sheep which is very vital to to to our business our livelihood [43:58] okay Let's uh let's look at Leviticus 19. Let's go back. [44:05] So now we know lying stealing. We understand not only is that something [44:11] that I think we all already knew that we shouldn't be doing that. Right? But now we understand the judgments behind it. [44:19] Right? Now we understand how do we make it right after those situations. So hold yourself accountable. Don't wait for [44:25] somebody to hold you accountable. Hold yourself accountable. I know I messed up. I know that was a lie. I know I sold [44:32] something. I know I benefited from something I shouldn't based off of a lie. Let me restore. And when I restore, [44:38] I either do it in the principle and I add 20% to it or if it's something vital [44:44] to someone's business, right? Let's say I stole their their their their car, [44:52] right? Or the car that they drive to work, right? Or I stole, you know what I'm saying? Whatever. I need to give [44:58] them the value of five of those cars, right? If we held each other accountable [45:05] to this stuff, guess what wouldn't be happening? Ain't nobody going to be stealing. Cuz who going who can afford [45:12] five cars today? And if you could, guess what you wouldn't be doing? [45:17] You ain't stealing one. So guess what would happen in in our ancient, you know what I'm saying? In our with our [45:23] ancestors if they stole some and they couldn't afford it. I can't afford five ox. Nobody I can I can assure you nobody [45:30] who stole a ox can afford to replace it five times. [45:35] You got to become their servant. That was the punishment is servitude. [45:45] I got to serve you and I got to work for you day and night until I pay you back [45:51] what I owe. Until I've restored the value of what I owe. Right? That's important for us to know. [45:58] Now, not only does that build community, right? Because this same person that stole from me, now I have authority over [46:05] this person, right? Our whole community is watching them like, "No, do that work [46:10] for him." Now, I get to give him command. And guess what we going to develop in that process? A relationship. [46:19] Now this person is rehabilitated in a human way, not just locked in a prison cell, closed off from everybody and and [46:27] and put in an environment where you got this like doggy dog world, people doing [46:32] stuff to you. You got to you got to learn if you ride with us, you got to fight. And if you don't fight now, we [46:38] coming after you. Like what? You put somebody in a situation where it [46:43] makes them twice the animal that they were when they walked in there. And y'all know this is what's happening. And [46:50] we think this is a humane way to to rehabilitate people. [47:00] How many was it for the for the auction? [47:09] 500. Well, how many how many teams he got to restore? 500 times five [47:19] 500 times five 250. [47:32] Yeah, we don't know how many is in a team, but he got to restore 500 I mean 200 2,500 [47:39] teams of a Good job boy. This is uh this is uh [47:46] Leviticus chapter where we leave off Leviticus chapter 19 verse what? [47:51] Uh we are on verse we on 13. [48:02] We're on to verse 12. This is Leviticus chapter uh 19 verse 12. What the book say? [48:09] Ye shall not swear by my name falsely, neither shalt thou profain the name of thy God. I am Yahwh. [48:15] So basically, most high God said, when you lying, don't be lying on my name either. Remember Yahosua told us the [48:20] same thing. Yahosua told us, man, look, don't swear about a temple or [48:27] why he tell us that. Grab uh this is Matthew Matthew chapter [48:34] uh real quick. Grab Matthew 5:33. What did he say? Why you tell us? [48:42] No, not this. He is. That's not this. Matthew 5:33. Real quick, [48:56] you know what I'm saying? You had you already had it back. You know what I'm saying? [49:07] This is uh Matthew chapter 5. Give me verse 33. Walk [49:17] again. Ye have heard that it has been said by them of all time, thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shall perform unto [49:24] Yahweh thine oath. But I say unto you, swear not at all. Neither by heaven, for it is God's throne, neither by earth, [49:31] for it is his foottool, neither by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great king. Neither shalt thou swear by [49:36] thy head, because you cannot make one hair or white or black. But let your communication be yes, yes, or no, no. [49:45] For whatsoever is more than these comes of evil. Right? So he's telling you the [49:51] law is telling us don't swear false by [49:56] when it's saying that. Do you know what it means? [50:01] Don't be lying on God. It's very specific. But [50:08] it's definitely because you're the most high, but it's very specific what it's talking about. When we say something [50:14] like Simply [50:30] that is a vow that you made to God. You've now sworn by God. [50:37] So guess what happened when your kid young I mean when you get that job [50:46] church, right? I do it now, but you stop going to that church. Find the church I [50:52] put in. That was the right. What happened? We don't have to get it, [50:58] but what happened when um [51:07] what's the Hannah? Hannah, what happened with Hannah? He [51:14] was praying. Wait, that might be Samson's mom. [51:22] Samson's mom is Hannah. Samuel's mom. Samuel. So Samuel's mother, she he was he wanted [51:30] a kid. She was barren. His her husband loved, [51:36] right? But he also had another wife. And his other wife popping them kids out. [51:42] She popping them kids out. but she can't have babies. So she's sitting there feeling bad about herself because the [51:50] value of a woman especially in ancient excuse me in ancient time was measured [51:56] from child birth right so she's looking like I can't further your generation [52:02] is Hannah oh I can't Hannah's looking like I can't I can't now I'm gonna be a forgotten wife [52:10] because you won't have any kids like nothing will be passed down for your [52:16] lineage through me out [52:26] here. I will guess what the most [52:32] he like, okay, well, just let me let me [52:40] rest. You know what I'm saying? just let me hold on to good on [52:49] that would have been right. So now the advice that y'all doing [52:55] he's saying why put yourself in that position [53:00] say you're going to do something or you're not. Don't tag God don't put a [53:05] back on. Right? Because he's saying everything [53:12] else evil is gonna come. [53:24] Oh yeah, right. Evil will come from that. And [53:30] what that means is it's not that making a vow. What he's saying is making the vow [53:38] creates the opportunity to be tempted into evil. You're just like it's a unnecessary like you can still do [53:45] exactly what you need to do. Go apply for the job and pray for the job. Why [53:52] give me this I'm do X Y and Z right now? you've opened yourself up for an attack [53:58] to where after it happened, you going to be like, "God, I was thinking this or I didn't [54:06] really mean it that way." Okay. Well, now now you he basically saying, "Man, why put yourself in that?" Right? Why [54:14] put yourself in that um um we don't have to get James, right? [54:20] James, let's go back to Leviticus. Leviticus chapter uh 19 [54:27] verse 12. Leviticus 19 verse 12. [54:34] And you shall not swear by my name falsely, neither shall you profane the name of thy God. I am Yahweh. Thou shalt [54:40] not defraud thy neighbor, neither rob him. The wages of him that is hired shall not abide with thee all night [54:46] until the morning. said don't deprive your neighbor or rob [54:51] this kind of fact of killing but now this talk about something different right basically he's saying hey [55:00] R off [55:07] I say if you do it I'll pay and then you done it we agreed on the topic and then [55:13] you do it and you like oh no uh let me get back tomorrow. [55:19] I agreed to pay you as soon as you was done. You finish it. You wait for your payment. And I'm like, "No, no, no. I'm [55:26] I'm I'm don't worry. I'm You got z right." Okay. No, don't worry about it. In the morning, I'll send it in the [55:32] morning. I'll send sometimes my bar, right? He cut my hair. [55:40] You know what I'm saying? I walk right out, bro. I'll catch up. All right. I'll catch you later. Hey, you two. You do [55:46] what? Walk right on out of there. We driving looking good too. After you [55:52] looking at that, you looking in that mirror. You know what I'm saying? Admiring his work [55:58] in there. Look, you know what I'm saying? You got [56:03] to want to make stop. Sometimes you want to make unnecessary stop after your haircut. You know what I'm saying? You be like, "Hey, how y'all doing in here?" [56:10] Yeah. You all right? How you doing? So you get to doing all that and then I get home, go right to [56:19] sleep, wake up in the morning, be thinking about my day. What do I need to [56:24] do today? Guess what I'mma do? [56:33] All right, I might add on to it because guess what? I forgot to pay you at the [56:39] time that we agreed. K, you can call him right now. He's never had to reach out to me and soon as [56:46] I remember, right? Because that's appropriate. [56:59] But now, guess what teach me? Don't forget [57:06] that. That's important for us. That's that's [57:11] not just common decency. That's kind of how we look at law. No, that's our law. [57:19] It is for us. No, you understand that? That like this is [57:24] not this not just like, oh, this polite. No, no, no. This is mandated by our book [57:30] is how we treat our brother. Read it again. Watch this. Philippians. Thou shalt not defraud thy neighbor, [57:36] neither rob him. The wages of him that is hired shall not abide with thee all night until the morning. [57:41] Right? Don't let that thing sit with you all night till the morning. Keep that man paid by that night. [57:48] This is uh this is uh grab uh Deuteronomy. [57:54] It's Deuteronomy chapter 24 verse 7. [58:07] test that you only hear before [58:18] testing [58:25] testing testing. [58:36] Testing, testing, testing, testing, testing. Testing, testing, testing, testing. [58:41] There we go. Oh, my little thing got pulled out. [58:54] This is uh what verse? Verse seven. This is uh Deuteronomy chapter 24:7. [59:00] Watch what the book say. If a man be found stealing any stealing any of his brethren of the children of [59:06] Israel and make merchandise of him or sells him, then that thief shall die. You shall put away the evil from among [59:13] you. Take heed in the plague of leprosy that you observe diligently and do according [59:19] to all that the priest the Levites shall teach you of as I commanded them. So shall you observe to do. [59:25] Remember what Yahweh thy God did unto Miriam by the way after you were come forth out of Egypt. [59:31] When you do lend thy brother anything go into fetch his pledge. So look he said if you lend anything to [59:38] thy brother right he said do what? Now this is our law. This is important. He [59:43] said, "Y'all need to understand the principles of our law." This teaches us how to love when the when the when [59:49] Yahosua say, "Love your neighbor as yourself." These are the details behind that, [59:56] right? If you love your neighbor as yourself, guess what you're not going to do? [60:01] You not about to steal from them. You not about to hold on. You not about to say, "Oh, no. I pay you on Friday." And [60:07] then when Friday come, you holding on to it until Saturday to pay him. until Sunday to pay him. That's not love. [60:17] You owe the man money. Guess what you gonna do? Pay him when you agreed to. If [60:22] you loan something to your brother, watch what the books say. This our law. [60:27] These people don't know no darn. When thou dost lend thy brother anything, thou shalt not go into his [60:33] house to fetch his pledge. Thou shalt stand abroad, and the man whom thou does [60:38] lend shall bring out the pledge abroad unto you. dignity. [60:46] Look, man. Look, look, I tell you what. Go uh You know what I'm saying? Oh, who [60:51] borrow some from? My blower. I I forgot who I gave it. Yeah. You ain't got a [60:56] snitch. You know what I'm saying? But you know what I'm saying? My blower. I didn't know who I didn't know where my [61:01] blower was. You know what I'm saying? Because I just be lend lending stuff out. I don't know where it's at. This that and the other. But [61:08] I'm not about to go pick up the blower and be like, "Man, open up your door. Let me see where it's at. You had the thing. That's crazy." [61:15] You know what you do? You sit back be like, "Oh, you got it. Okay. Well, no. Go ahead and bring it out." [61:22] Right. Bring it out. You know what I'm saying? And then you sit there and you wait and you give them [61:28] time to find it or for them to tell you, "I don't got it." And if they I don't got it, then that falls into what we [61:33] talked about before with stealing. Right? Because it said one of the things was we don't have to go back and get it, [61:40] but one of one of the stipulations was if someone gave it to you and you no [61:46] longer have it, you have to restore the principle plus a fifth, [61:52] right? So, it falls into the exact same category. Keep going. Watch this. [61:59] Book say you got to stand outside and wait. He'll bring it out. And if a man be poor, thou shalt not sleep with his [62:04] pledge. In any case, thou shalt deliver him the pledge again when the sun goes down, that he may sleep in his own [62:11] reignment and bless thee, and it shall be righteous unto thee before Yahweh thy God. And if it's a poor person, that gives [62:18] you a pledge. So you y'all know what a pledge is, right? Okay. So when you have a p So think of it, think of it as like [62:24] collateral, right? All right. Well, let's say you [62:30] want to borrow something. Right? So I tell you, I'll give you a [62:36] $100, but you have to pay me back. Right? And you looking like, yeah, I'll pay you [62:43] back. But I'm like, $100 a lot of money. I can't lose that. I tell you what, what [62:48] you got that's worth 100? He was like, uh, [62:54] well, I have a I have a PlayStation. I'm like, okay, I'll tell you what. Give me the [63:00] PlayStation, I'll give you the $100. And when you pay me back the $100, I'll give you back the [63:07] PlayStation. Right? So it's like a Y'all ever heard of a pawn shop? It's like a pawn shop. [63:15] That what that's called of a ple that's a pledge, right? So it what this is [63:20] telling us is if you take a pledge from somebody who's poor, in other words, if [63:26] Zahar is poor and he give me his PlayStation and he love his PlayStation [63:32] with his broke butt, right? I give him $100 and then he pay pay me back the [63:38] $100. I can't sit on his PlayStation be like, "No, I'll get it to you. Don't even worry about it." The book say if he [63:44] poor, you get it back to him immediately. Do not let the sun go down on that. [63:50] Right? You get it back to him because the man is four heart broke. What he gonna do with darn PlayStation, right? [63:57] So I get him back his PlayStation and the book tell me that' be righteousness to me. [64:02] Right? This is the law. This is our law. These people ain't teaching us law. This [64:09] is the law. When people be talking about the law, people be so afraid of it like, "Oh, the law. Oh, it was so hard back [64:15] in." No, it teaches us how to properly love just cuz we wicked today. We just [64:21] Ain't nobody taught us how to be righteous. It ain't nothing wrong with this stuff. This stuff is good. [64:28] It's not even that deep. It just teach you human decency, how to treat one [64:34] another, how to be accountable to to to the most high God and to your brothers. [64:41] Keep going. Uh no, keep going. Uh, jump jump back over into [64:47] where we at? Leviticus 19 verse what? 13. [64:58] We at uh 13. 13. It's Leviticus chapter 19 verse 13. [65:18] is Leviticus chapter uh 19 verse 13. [65:28] Thou shalt not defraud thy ne thy neighbor, neither rob him. The wages of him that is hired is hired shall not [65:34] abide with thee all night till the morning. Thou shalt not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling block before the [65:39] blind, but shall fear thy God. I am Yahwh. Let's talk about thou one. Thou shall not, we have to make this, right? Let's [65:46] make it practical. Thou shalt not curse the death. Death, sorry. Nor put a [65:53] stumbling block before the blind. Let's talk about it. Cursing the deaf. What [65:58] does that mean? What is cursing the deaf? [66:11] You what? When you what? [66:19] No. You just tell me what it is. What's cursing to death? [66:29] No. So, so cursing to death? Curse is is basically speaking evil on them, right? [66:34] So you wishing evil on them. You you you know what I'm saying? I hope you die. That would be a curse. [66:39] F you. That would be a curse, right? Those types of things are are curses, [66:45] right? When you're you're speaking something negative at a person, right? [66:50] So then they're saying don't do that. So it's usually speaking, right? And they said don't speak negatively towards a [66:58] person who's deaf. So, I want y'all to think about that. I can't hear you. [67:04] So, imagine somebody you can't hear and you just like you blank up blank up blank blank blank blank blank only [67:11] because you know they can't hear you. The most high God say that's cool. Don't [67:17] do that. Right? And then think about the other one. Don't put a stumbling block in [67:24] front of the blind. So, this person can't see. The most high God say if you put [67:30] something that they can trip over in front of them when they're blind that's [67:35] wrong. Now, both of these to me are also very funny and I you know what I'm saying? [67:41] Like very very funny where it's like I'm cussing at somebody but it's wrong, [67:49] right? And so in principle we can even take this and make it spiritual, [67:55] right? We can make some of these things spiritual. Spiritually, we can't take people who [68:03] can't hear or see the word and put and put and put them in [68:08] positions where it's a stumbling block for them or put them in positions to [68:14] where we're cursing them or cursing them to damnation. Those things are not appropriate for us, [68:20] which is why we don't have to get it. But that's why Paul told us, he told us, man, you ain't got to judge the people that's out there. If you going to judge [68:27] somebody, judge your brothers. judge the ones that do want to hear the word. The people that can't hear the word, can't see the word, it don't make no sense for [68:33] you to be messing with them. But we can't put a stumbling block in front of them, nor can we mistreat disabled [68:39] people is pretty much what this telling. It's telling us we should be taking care of disabled people, people that's [68:45] dealing with ailments and disabilities, we should be we should be able to support them with generosity and not not [68:53] inconsideration. Keep going. You shall do no unrighteousness in [68:59] judgment. Thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty, but in righteousness [69:05] shall you judge your neighbor. Right? So whether a person is poor or [69:10] whether they're strong and rich, either way you judge based off of righteousness. [69:16] You can't say, you know what, because you poor, I'mma let you win this case. That's wrong. And [69:24] you can't say, you know what, because you got a lot of power and you rich and powerful and I want your your favor, I'm [69:29] going to let you win this case. That's wrong. So, what you have to make your judgment based off of it is always going [69:35] to be the word and what's righteous. [69:44] Keep going, I said. [69:58] Thou shalt not go up and down as a tail bearer among thy people, neither shalt thou stand against the blood of thy [70:03] neighbor. I am Yahweh. He said, thou shalt not be a tail bearer around thy people. A tail bearer is just [70:09] somebody who spreading gossip and spreading lies or spreading, you know, just just talking everybody business and [70:15] talking lies about people, right? And then he said, "Neither shall you you stand against the blood of what? [70:21] The blood of your brother." Right? The blood of thy neighbor. Neither shall you stand against the blood of thy neighbor. In other words, [70:28] you don't try to get nobody killed for something that they that that that they didn't do. [70:34] Go ahead. [70:47] All right. Well, you you keep thinking about that. Let's go to Exodus chapter 23 real quick. [70:56] This is Exodus chapter 23. [71:19] Yeah. Slander in the sense that I'm trying to I'm trying to put something bad on this person's name. [71:25] Right. Slander. Slander falls into a form of judgment. What' you say? Go ahead. [71:42] That's not exactly what this is saying. But no, it it's definitely saying don't [71:47] lie to your neighbor or don't get to talking your neighbor's business that you don't like. If somebody told you, I [71:54] heard he stole, but you don't have no evidence that this person stole. It ain't none of your darn business. You [72:00] can't be walking around be like, he stole. No, he No, he was over there stealing from so and so. You don't know. [72:05] You wasn't a witness to this. You ain't got nothing to do with this. You just following gossip and spreading lies [72:10] about somebody that like like my mom said that's slander, right? And our [72:15] books would not have us do that, right? That's standing against the blood of your people, right? You putting [72:20] basically you're saying something that could get this person killed, right? And [72:26] by doing that without proper evidence, right, you're now standing against his blood. [72:32] That's not appropriate for us. This is uh uh what I say. Exodus chapter 23. Give me verse one. [72:40] Thou shalt not raise a false report. Put not thine hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness. [72:45] Right? Do not put your hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness. [72:51] There's a way to be a righteous witness. That's I saw this person do this or I have evidence that this person did this [72:57] and I want this to be taken care of. That's a righteous witness. Also called snitch. That's a righteous witness, [73:05] right? Snitching would be an example or I should say a righteous witness would [73:11] be an example of snitching, right? What people call snitching. It is okay and it is right to snitch when you're telling [73:18] the truth about an infraction about someone who who crossed the boundary who [73:24] fell outside of the most high God's statute. Right? So that's one thing, [73:30] right? Don't put your hand with an unrighteous witness. Keep going. [73:37] Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil. Neither shalt thou speak in a cause to decline after many to rest [73:42] judgment. Right? So now if if 300 people is over there saying, "Yep, he did it. He's [73:49] wrong." You go log, excuse me, you log in online and everybody's saying the same thing about this person. He did it. [73:56] He wrong. This, that, and another. Our book says we can't just jump and follow [74:02] the crowd and just say it just because. Put it down. Our book teaches us that it's none of [74:10] our business. Unless we have evidence. [74:16] We can't run around and just because everybody's saying it, jump on the bandwagon and just be like, "Oh yeah, [74:22] no. It must be true because everybody's saying it." No. Let me tell y'all right now. The majority of people are often [74:29] wrong. How many pe when the most high God when [74:34] Yahosua right when Yahosua said some people going to make it in the kingdom? Did he say many? [74:40] No. He said many are going to try but few will make it. [74:48] A many are going to try. A multitude of them are going to try but only a few are [74:53] going to make it. So you always have to think of that when you see the majority of people doing anything. The first [75:00] thing you want to think of is do I really want to be with the majority? [75:06] Cuz I already know the majority of people going to try but only a few of them is actually going to make it. Do I [75:11] really want to be with the majority? You think really hard about that and make sure whatever you put your voice behind [75:17] or your action behind or your activity behind, you make sure that it's something that's correct and righteous. [75:23] And if it ain't, then you make it right when you find out you wrong. [75:31] Uh, keep going. There's one more, I think. [75:37] Neither shalt thou countenance a poor man in his cause. thou me th in other words when it say when it say [75:43] countenness a poor man it's it's saying like um [75:49] it's like h like neither shall you have honor or pity on the poor man and it's [75:55] so just because of it's basically what we were saying before just because somebody is poor don't mean that you [76:00] always if you being a judge you like well you owe him money but he poor he [76:06] can't pay you back that money man no you don't have to do that right It's a lot of judges that they're trying to [76:13] overcorrect, right? They looking at they looking at they looking at like some of these poor people that's committing [76:19] crimes and some of these judges will let them out, right? It's some people that [76:25] have like heinous crimes. So now Republicans are mad about that thing and they looking like they they only pick on [76:30] the black one. They ain't mad about the white people that get let out. But you know what I'm saying? They looking at some of these criminals that go off and [76:36] kill somebody. And these judges, it it is true that these judges shouldn't have let these people out. They committed [76:42] crimes that they that should have, you know what I'm saying, that should have kept them in jail or at least put put some other form of rehabilitation on [76:49] them, right? But they let them back into society and then they end up committing another crime and that leads to a death. [76:55] You know what I'm saying? They and they they upset about that. But part of the reason that some of these judges do it because they looking at them like that's [77:02] because they're poor, right? But it's like you can't just do that. It can't just be because they're [77:07] poor. You have to be able to say, "Okay, this it is okay to be like [77:13] as a as a as as a uh as American law that created the the conditions in which [77:20] this person is in. Therefore, it is unjust for us to punish this person for [77:25] conditions that we created. That's absolutely just, right? But to just say [77:31] that person's poor so they shouldn't be held accountable for what they did." No, that's not right. our book that our law [77:37] won't allow that. Just because you poor don't mean that you get to do what you want to do, right? And just because you [77:42] strong and mighty and powerful don't mean that you get to do what you want to do. It we got to call it right down the [77:47] middle. Right? That's our job to call it right down the middle. [77:53] Right? Let's go ahead and end there. Any questions? Any questions about the laws [77:58] that we covered today? Right. What did we cover? We covered stealing. Right? Don't swear by the most high God, lying, [78:06] spreading rumors and and being a tail bearer, stand against the blood of your people. [78:12] What else? Do we cover any others? Huh? [78:19] All right. These are these are this is what the law when people get to telling you about the [78:25] Torah or the Torah, right? This is what they're talking about. This is the law. [78:30] Now, a lot of people that's talking about it don't know what they're talking about. They don't know, right? So, I [78:37] want y'all to know when people talk, I want y'all to understand it. I want y'all to understand the details. I don't [78:42] want us to just gloss over this stuff. I want you to understand it. And most of all, I want y'all to take this stuff and [78:49] make it useful. Think about it. Like each time, we only cover a handful of these each week. Meditate on these and [78:57] think about them and think about how can I use this in my life this week. Start [79:02] putting this stuff into practice. Start thinking about it. I'm telling you, it is going to make you wise. It is going [79:09] to make you think in ways that you've never thought. It is going to put more strength and more more uh stability [79:16] behind the decision your decision making, right? It's going to open up new things [79:22] for you. I assure you it can't help to because the law is righteous. [79:28] Any questions? All right, let's pray out.
