and they shall cut down thy Choice Cedars cast them into the fire and many nations shall pass by the city and there they shall say every man to his neighbor wherefore hasth Yahweh done this unto this great City then they shall answer because they have forsaken the Covenant of Yahweh their God and worshiped other gods and served them we ye not for the dead neither Beeman him but sore for him that toward the North and the and Yahweh said unto me out of the North and evil shall bring forth upon the inhabitants of the land Bel lo I will call all the families of the kingdoms of the earth says Yahweh and they shall come and they shall set everyone his throne at the entering Gates of Jerusalem and against all the walls thereof round about and against all the cities of Judah and I will utter my judgments against them touching all their wickedness who have forsaken me and have burnt incense unto other gods and worshiped The Works of their own hands thou therefore G up thy Lo and arise and speak to them all that I command thee be not dismay that their faces lest I confound thee before them for behold I have made thee this day a defense City and an iron pillar in Brazen walls against the whole land against the kings of Judah against princes thereof against priests thereof and against the people of the land they shall fight against thee Prevail against thee for I am with thee says Yahweh to deliver right so the most high God is preparing Jeremiah to take on all these nations with prophecy right so he showed them a couple Visions he asked them what do you see right he was like shalt not turn away from me surely as a wife treacherously departs from her husband so have you dealt treacherously with me oh House of Israel says Yahweh a voice was heard upon the high places weeping and supplications of the children of Israel for they have perverted their way and they have forgotten Yahweh their God return ye backsliding children and I will heal your backslidings behold devoured the pastures of the Wilderness all right so we see that he's prophesying the destruction of Judah so you look at the prophets at this time some of them are talking about Assyria some of them is talking about Babylon coming up some of them is talking about Judah being destroyed right all these are prophets coming up in one time period right all under mostly under one king right and there's a message going out the people are supposed to hear this and be like whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa let's take a step back let's reconsider some things but we going to talk about in in the coming weeks how that didn't happen right we close now to the end of Judah right then we're gonna have to take a 70-year break then the most high God gonna bring us back we gon to read about all of it okay any state right so yes that's what that means it's saying no more sacrifices but it's not saying no more sacrifices as in sacrifices are illegal and we can never sacrific this again he's saying that he's he didn't say explicitly there but the prophecy is referring to the fact that the the destruction of the temple is coming and once the temple is is destroyed the priest can't make a sacrifice right
