with Hezekiah uh so um Manasseh and [03:34] Hezekiah both uh before they died right was trying to clean up the land so they [03:40] ended up tearing down the high places and the altars and things like that so Josiah followed in his footstep he even [03:47] burned the priests the bones of the priests right so it was already dead priests he dug them up put their bones [03:52] on the altars and he burned them because they didn't do right by the most high God and it was according to the prophecy [03:58] of uh J uh that was given to uh jeroboam from the man of God um way way way back [04:05] hundreds of years before uh he called him out by names and it was going to be a King Josiah that burned the bones of [04:11] the priest on this altar um and so we got to see it play out last week and after that Josiah uh uh he ended up [04:19] stumbling on the book of the uh law you know what I'm saying the book of Moses and uh the mo the most high God kind of [04:25] kind of put it on his heart to be you know crushed when he heard that book it cut him to the heart that's what the listen that's what the word do to you [04:33] right that's what the word do to you the word a lot of people look at the word and then we kind of we kind of think of [04:38] it as like like something that's supposed to make us feel good right and and I think when we come into it with [04:44] these types of uh expectations that's not correct if you haven't been primed [04:50] to kind of look at the word to get the effect that you're supposed to get out of it then you know I'm saying it kind [04:55] of It 29 it's the expectation that we got to have everything is based on expectation you need you even got to believe a book [09:59] to understand that right even if you don't believe a book if you want to go and have a solid you you want to have a [10:06] a uh uh uh what they call it now uh you want to have good mental health right [10:12] the way they the way they kind of call it now good mental health you want your head on straight all it is is [10:20] expectations right you can manipulate yourself that's what a lot of people try to do they try to manipulate their self [10:25] in the expectations right some people you'll see them they have low they negative about everything because they [10:31] have low expectations and they try to do that internally to protect their s from disappointment right so they manipulate [10:38] their self in the in the in just saying that everything is going to be horrible oh that ain't even G to go right I know [10:44] it ain't gonna work out for me right they're what they doing is they learn to [10:49] manage their expectations with low expectations so that they not disappointed because at some point in [10:54] their life they experienced something that made them feel disappointment and they said to they I never want to feel [11:00] that again right and so they don't address the real issue what they do is they just start being negative right [11:06] then you got people that manipulate man manipulate their self in the opposite way right they have high expectations [11:13] for everything right and they but they need [11:19] the high expectations to motivate them like oh man I'mma Be A A Millionaire all I got to do is make this decision I'm [11:25] telling you it can happen like this man I'm telling you I can make it I can make it and some of them do make it and some [11:30] of them don't right but they manipulate their self into thinking okay High expectation they know people that [11:36] manipulate theel with high expectations usually because of the disappointment of not getting it you have to you have to [11:42] in order to keep yourself going you have to blame something else it got to be somebody else reason or something some [11:48] something else reason so that you can keep yourself going everything got to be paid for mentally right well the Bible [11:54] is no different right it's about expectations so when you approach the [12:00] book you got to be expecting it to affect you in the way that it's it's said is going to affect you because if [12:06] you come in with high expectations of the book but it's not according to the book it's higher than the expectation [12:12] that the book gave you well then now you going to be delusional about what you read right that's often times with [12:19] Christians that oh God don't they they expectation is way higher than what the most high God said they God don't care [12:25] what you do so now every time they read something that's what they see they've [12:31] been looking at this same book that we looking at and what they see is God don't care what you do he love you no [12:37] matter what you do you never read that but because that's how they've been taught to expect God then that's what [12:44] they see when they read the book right then you have other brothers that's low very very very low expectations they say [12:52] God don't care about none of this stuff only thing God is here for is to do X or [12:57] to do y you know what I'm saying saying so you'll see them as the brothers that only believe the law right they get to [13:05] throwing out everything else because they expectations are very low they don't feel like God is really involved in a lot of this stuff right they just [13:12] got low low low expectations of the book that's a problem on both sides right our [13:18] expectations have to be based off of what the book say right now the book is telling us first thing he gonna do is [13:24] root out right then he gonna darn destroy [13:29] right then you gonna pull down and throw down then after you get done with all that then now I can [13:35] build right and that's exactly what king J Josiah did last week if you remember [13:41] King Josiah came in he start tearing up the altars and burning stuff down and pulling all that stuff down then what [13:46] happened right after that right right after that you their likeness right these people are [14:58] lying to us it ain't no different from when Jeremiah was talking these people [15:04] are lying to us and the most high God looks at that [15:09] as stealing his word if somebody come up to you and tell you about God and it's not according to [15:16] the book the word has now been stolen by that person if they present they self as [15:21] teaching about God and they don't teach you according to the book the word has been stolen from that person and people [15:27] do it in every manner of way right some of them doing [15:33] it like we be talking about we making fun of the ones that that act like they doing Miracles they stealing the word [15:38] from us right some of them act like they know the law you know what I'm saying [15:44] some of them act like they you know what I'm saying act like they they're so well-versed in worldly things and all [15:49] this stuff well the archaeological dig of of uh of 1943 actually dug up to [15:56] prove that actually Moses was a white man you know what I'm saying like they do all these different weird things to [16:02] try to try to steal the word from us but it come in all different shapes all different sizes the only thing that's [16:09] safe for us there's literally nothing you might hear a voice in your ear that's not necessarily safe for us you [16:15] might feel a spirit is the word of the most high God if we stick to it and we cling to it [16:34] tight that is what's safe for us everything else is compromised but the truth of the most [16:40] high God's word is the only thing that's safe for us because even if we were to [16:46] misunderstand it or be led wrong if we stick to it and believe it and Obey it [16:52] the way that we see it and we understand it just take it as what it say guess what the most high God will lead you you [16:58] to the truth and he'll give you the understanding you ain't even you you're not going to have to sit here and wonder [17:05] and be back and forth of man I don't know if this brother is teaching a God or not man listen you keep ignore [17:12] everything keep doing what the book say the way you read it the way you
