No. Scripture does not teach that everything you say or think is a sin.
Some groups in Christianity teach that almost everything we say or think is a sin. That is a false teaching. The apostles often spoke about freedom. Paul even wrote, “All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient” (1 Corinthians 10:23).
Paul could say this because he obeyed the commands of the Son. Those commands are simple. Love His people the way He showed us (John 13:34). Repent, which means turn away from sin, and put your faith in Him.
