Summary
What did the disciples ask Yahushua when he said not one stone of the temple would be left upon another? In this Sabbath lesson from Matthew 24, Luke 21 and Isaiah 66, Yahushua answers three questions, showing that wars, famines and earthquakes are only the beginning of sorrows, and that the end comes when the gospel of the kingdom is preached to all nations. Through Ezekiel 5, Daniel 9 and Jeremiah 9, we learn that the abomination of desolation and Jerusalem compassed with armies point to the destruction of the temple and Israel’s scattering among the nations. Finally, Zechariah 9 shows that Yahuah’s arrow shall go forth as the lightning, just as Yahushua said his coming will be seen from the east unto the west.
