and OB and Obadiah the [34:02] Levites of the sons of marari and Zachariah and mulam the sons of Kath the [34:09] sons of the kites to set it forward and other of the Levites all that could [34:15] order that he did it Josiah the [34:53] first thing he did is he took away the uncleanness [35:00] he looked at everything that was unclean and he took it away then the next thing he did he said let's fix up the temple [35:06] he don't know the scripture the boy was eight years old all he knew is I knew what my daddy [35:12] daddy was trying to do I mean I know what my daddy did and I knew what my granddaddy was trying to do I knew my [35:18] great dear granddaddy was a good man I just want to do the right thing [35:24] let me tear down some of this stuff he know he is fulfilling prophecy he just think he doing the right [35:30] thing he don't know the most high God is guiding him he just think he doing the right [35:35] thing he don't know the scripture he don't know the particulars he just think he doing the right thing right what do [35:43] you know most high God lead him right to the book he he stumble on it while they [35:49] fixing up the temple heai find the whole book of the and heaya [36:06] delivered the book to shaan and shaan carried the book To The King and brought the king word back again saying all that [36:13] was committed to thy servants they do it and they have gathered together the money that was found in the house of [36:19] Yahweh and have delivered it into the hand of the overseers into the hand of the Workman then shaan the Scribe told [36:25] the king h the priest has given me a book and shaan read it before the king [36:30] it came to pass when the king had heard the words of the law that he watch this it came to pass when the king had heard [36:37] the words of the law what happened he ripped his clothes he ripped his clothes [36:42] off why did he rip his clothes off them young boys like what's this got this little book here what was they think [36:49] it's something to play with they don't know they don't know the book but they listen to it and they [36:55] care watch what he did he ripped the man ripped his clothes off when he all that and when they had came to hilaya the priest they delivered [39:47] the money that was brought into the house of God which the Levites that kept the doors had gathered of the hands of [39:53] northern tribes right so all the head all the [41:06] hands of Israel and Judah and uh Benjamin so in other words he's telling [41:12] you this money by the Levites was collected of everybody we know that the northern tribe A lot of them were [41:19] already out they were already taken over they were already taken and put into Babylon and put it into uh syyria so [41:27] they going out collecting or people are coming back and collecting this money right if you read the books that's in [41:33] the Apocrypha you know that there were people that were exiled but they still went back to [41:40] Jerusalem right they would visiting Jerusalem or they would go and meet their family in [41:47] Jerusalem so all this stuff is still in play they collected money from all of these people he knows that these people [41:55] are not where they supposed to be he probably listened to him complain right during the feast they [42:03] probably come and visit and he looking when he hear the book of the law before the king of Judah right I know you read the book and I know you heard the curses and I know you [44:20] can already see some of this stuff already happen but I ain't done yet man say even even the curses that [44:27] they read before you I ain't finished watch this [44:32] though because they have forsaken me in a burn incense unto other gods that they might provoke me to anger with all the [44:38] works of their hands therefore my wrath shall be poured out upon this place and shall not be quenched and as for you and [44:45] as for the king of Judah who sent you to inquire of Yahweh so shall ye say unto him thus says Yahweh God of Israel [44:51] concerning the word heard because thine heart was t hinder and thou did humble thyself before God [44:59] when thou heard his words against this place and against the inhabitants thereof and humbled thyself before me [45:05] and did Rip thy clothes and weep before me I have even heard thee also says Yahweh behold I will gather thee to thy [45:13] fathers and thou shalt be gathered to thy grave in peace neither shall thine eyes see all the evil that I will bring [45:18] upon this place and upon the inhabitants of the same so they brought the king word [45:24] again right right so you look at it and the most high God said because your heart was tender and you cried about [45:31] this stuff and you ripped your clothes you humbled yourself before me right [45:36] what does he mean by Humble himself before him s [45:45] to bow down pray he submitted to the word himself and put himself under that [45:51] under that rulership he submit itself to the word that's it he look at [45:57] it he didn't know the most high God is right there you didn't see nothing about him him saying oh God I know you [46:03] standing and he said yo going out there everybody who [57:06] does what go through the city in the midst of Jerusalem and set a mark on the [57:12] foreheads of the men that sigh and cry for all the Abominations that be done in the midst thereof if you sigh and you cry because [57:21] of all the Abominations that's done in Jerusalem you get a mark keep going [57:27] watch what happened he G to Mark you right the word Mark is is this sign right here this little thing the what we [57:34] use as a logo right this is this is the paleo Hebrew for for uh that's [57:41] translated here is the word Mark it's just look if we looked at this in the Hebrew you know what I'm saying if we [57:46] just looked at the Hebrew we is reading the Hebrew version of this uh scripture all we would see there instead of the [57:52] word Mark was this that's it right so he's saying it's putting that [57:58] Hebrew letter on you that's what it's saying keep going watch [58:04] this and go to the others and to the others he said in my hearing go ye after him through the city and smite let not [58:12] your eyes spare neither have pity slay utterly old and young both maids and little children and women but come not [58:18] near any man upon whom is the mark and begin at My Sanctuary he said don't touch any body that got the mark But [58:26] start at My Sanctuary right so yeah there's going to [58:33] be a level of Torment that people who humble their s to the most high God and when we say humble we got to look [58:40] exactly at the examples that we look at Josiah cried and tore his clothes when [58:46] he heard the law and these individuals here in this prophecy they they they [58:51] they cried inside shaking their head like oh man it's foolishness going on around here right at the stuff that was [58:59] happening in Judah so the most high God put a mark on them and then made sure that they were excused just like Josiah [59:05] he said listen you ain't going to have to see this in your day but he said kill everybody else and guess where you [59:12] should start you got to start at My Sanctuary you got to start at the [59:18] temple right this is how the most high God this how he works so yes some of us who humble [59:26] ourselves will be protected from some wrath right but that wrath is going to [59:32] be happening right around us it's GNA be happening right around us [59:37] because it's G to start with us and then it's going to work his way [59:44] out let's go back this is uh 2 Chronicles where we [59:50] at uh Second Chronicles 342 9 this is 2 [59:56] Chronicles 34 verse [60:23] 29 [60:36] then the king sent and gathered together all the Elders of Judah and Jerusalem and the King went up into the house of the Lord and all the men of Judah and [60:43] the inhabitants of Jerusalem and the priests and the Levites and all the people great and small and he read in [60:49] their ears all the words of the book of the Covenant that was found in the house of Yahweh and the King stood in his [60:55] place and made a covenant before Yahweh to walk after Yahweh and to keep his Commandments and his testimonies and his [61:01] statutes with all his heart with all his soul to perform the words of the Covenant which was written in the in [61:06] this book which are written in this book and he caused all that were present in Jerusalem and Benjamin to stand to it [61:13] and the inhabitants of Jerusalem did according to the Covenant of God and God of their and the god of their fathers [61:19] and Josiah took away all the Abominations out of the countries that pertained to the children of Israel and [61:25] made all that were present in Israel to serve even to serve Yahweh their God in [61:31] all his days they departed not from following Yahweh the god of their [61:38] fathers that's the end of the chapter yeah all right we can stop there we'll [61:43] pick it up next week because we got a few we got a few additional prophets that popped up so we read just a little [61:50] tiny bit of Isaiah there's so much Isaiah that we haven't cover yet but we [61:55] read just a little tiny bit of Isaiah we'll start to trickle in a lot of what Isaiah prophesied about U or at least a [62:02] good portion of what Isaiah prophesied about is about to come up so we'll touch on it in a little bit um just kind of [62:08] going back but at this point Isaiah is already dead right and then we have Micah Micah is gone as well we read a [62:16] little bit of Micah um but you know you also have Micah that was prophesying so [62:21] we got a few other prophets you can see them up there we got nahem um Zephaniah [62:27] habac Joel and Jeremiah all of these prophets came up in the days of Josiah [62:34] what does it mean when you start seeing all these prophets pop up something bad about to happen how do we know [62:41] that what prophet told us that already who was it Amos yeah didn't Amos tell us most high [62:48] God ain't gonna do nothing until he tell it to the prophets right so when you start seeing [62:54] all these profit pack up pop up that means something going down right you can kind of see it the [63:01] first time all them prophets start pop popping up what happened to [63:07] Israel they got washed out right most high God is like you know what I'm saying it's like washing the dish and [63:12] flipping that thing over right that's what happened to him now bunch of [63:18] prophets popping up and we GNA see that the same thing gonna happen to Judah all right same thing is going to [63:25] happen to Judah so it's important we going to kind of look through it to try to kind of try [63:31] try to figure out you know saying how this thing kind of plays out for us and then we'll uh
