him we understand it if you do not obey him it is made [00:24] manifest or made obvious that you do not believe in this state you should expect no good [00:30] thing from the most high however anything that you do get whether it be a gift of tongues a gift of prophecy or [00:35] any supernatural experience that you may have it can and it will be used against you in the day of judgment with that said [00:43] peace to the saints that are in the room to the saints that couldn't make it but no peace to the wicked the only thing we [00:48] say to them is repent that they might live [00:56] so where we end off two weeks ago oh yeah yeah been two weeks no sit down [01:01] with everybody else who remember where we left off [01:09] you don't know but you sit down and like with everybody memories this is judges chapter 1 [02:42] verse 1. now after the death of joshua it came to pass that the children of israel asked the lord saying who shall go up for us [02:49] against the canaanites first to fight against him uh-huh and the lord said judah shall go up [02:55] right so judah got to go up first according to the most high right remember joshua will go on now [03:01] so they trying go cut a deal i got to convince [06:07] them to sell the deal that's that nut it's the same thing with with uh with caleb the land is [06:12] given to him now but then people are occupying that space gospel you know this stuff and make the [07:12] gospel clear the way you remember the gospel is by remembering the history right the gospel get confused until you [07:18] don't really know if you don't have a structure to put everything in play because there's too many lies it wouldn't be listen the gospel wouldn't [07:24] be confusing to people if it wasn't so many lies in the world somebody could just walk out and you [07:30] could just read exactly what y'all saying be like oh yeah that makes it and get it right but there have been so many people that told us god loved everybody [07:37] and this that and they just fill us up with lies so when we read it we start reading and imagining that the lies that [07:43] we've been told and sitting on that page even though that we never read it so what happens is by reading the history [07:50] it structures things for you it starts to put your mind at e saying this can't be true because i know the [07:56] consistency of the book right when you know the history is like no that's out of god's character to say [08:02] some foolishness like what y'all talking about right so that's why we go over to history because it puts structure you [08:07] get to learn about who god is as a as a god right and then when you hear the gospel [08:14] it's like oh you can separate the lies because you know it's like that's not even in god's character it ain't no way in the old testament the [08:20] man laughing at sinners and saying you know i'm saying that he want to kill the sinners and that he hate the sinners and [08:26] then he come around the new testament all of a sudden he'd love everybody it only makes sense [08:32] and then you start once you stop making sense you look at him be like oh well that's actually he's never said that [08:38] the only reason we think he said that could we believe lies but you ain't gonna never read it you're never gonna read nothing in the book to say god love [08:43] everybody you know what you're gonna read well god so loved the world [08:50] that's what you're gonna read god so look see now we to talk about it let's grab it because it's a christian watching right now saying yeah i'm in and they said great multiples that means [10:06] it's a whole lot of whole lot of people's right and they followed them right [10:11] when he turned around and he got to speaking to the multitudes how did he speak to them terrible he spoke to him [10:17] in what's called parables what are parables who knows what a parable is [10:22] think of a parable it's kind of like a riddle who knows what a riddle is what's a riddle [10:28] it's like something like somebody you gotta solve it [10:34] it ain't flat out if somebody tell you a riddle it ain't flat out like you just be like oh well yeah that [11:58] messiah right but then when it comes time for god to speak to you [12:05] guess what happens you don't understand it's a riddle you don't understand it [12:10] that's a christian or you can be a disciple when it comes time for god to speak to [12:15] you guess what happens it's plain he explains it goes back to how he spoke to moses and then how he spoke to everybody [12:21] else exactly remember when he spoke to moses books say he spoke to him face to face apparently [12:28] right that's what we're looking for we want them we want to understand the most high [12:33] the only way we can understand is we put ourselves in this book and we push through everybody started a place of [12:38] misunderstanding everybody started a place where it's like i don't get i don't know what this is talking about but that's why we go over this every [12:45] week to get it in our brains and remember it because what happened is the most high god he moves his spirit [12:50] through us and then it gives us clarity just one day we wake up and it happens slow over time sometimes but for some of [12:56] us it might happen just like that and one day we wake up and it's crystal clear right now let me tell you something you [13:02] can't tell me nothing about this book nothing that's going to go against what the book say [13:07] you can't it just it just can't happen it there was a time where you could it was a time when you could tell me [13:13] anything i'll be like man for real but now because i spent so much time [13:18] reading the book and taking it for what it says i don't add nothing to it i don't put no imagination on it if it say [13:25] that guess what that's what it means if that's what it say then that's what [13:30] it means we don't play none of them games we not when you're in these situations [15:03] right but the book don't tell me when to do that the book don't say well you do it at age 13 versus age five i don't [15:10] whatever you decided to put there you got freedom there none of my you can't ask me that about the book you know what i'm gonna tell you you gotta figure that [15:16] out i can give you my advice i can tell you what i think i can't tell you what the book say when it comes to that but when the books say [15:23] something right when the book tells you you got to turn from all sin [15:30] oh god forbid that i come to you talking people in your [21:37] life that have a record with you that is provable that you can remember that you [21:42] can remember and that you experience it because of that you believe everything they tell you about your past or about whatever right [21:49] it's no different with god sure no of course nobody can prove everything you can't prove everything in [21:54] the book he never asked you to but with the stuff you can prove builds a record of honesty [22:01] so then you can now trust the stuff that you that that can't be proven i can't prove that y'all sure walked on water [22:08] i can't prove that you know what i can prove that there's a census record [22:14] that history testifies of and that there was an edict that went [22:19] out to say kill all these babies so now the bible serpent in the wilderness so just like moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness what [24:16] happened even so must the son of man be lifted up that's the same way that the son of man be lifted up butt and then he told moses to do what make a brass serpent lift up the serpent [26:32] and anybody that looks up onto the serpent will be healed so now he sold the world that he [26:38] sent snakes against the people and said listen the only way out of this is you got to look at moses holding this brass [26:45] serpent and if you look at moses holding this brass serpent then you'll be healed but if you don't your butt gonna die [26:54] that's the history of what we're looking at so when people look at this and be like oh he loves everybody and he [27:00] doesn't want that that's not true he's it the way i told you do it your butt going to hell that's how we love the world but if you [27:18] don't know the history you don't do that you get to have a christian logic well everybody's in the
