Summary
What does it take to enter into the rest Yahuah promised? In this Sabbath lesson from Isaiah 28, Joshua 23 and Judges 3, we see how Israel received rest and then lost it, and Hebrews 4 teaches us to labor to enter that rest, because the word of God is sharper than any two-edged sword. Through Jephthah’s vow in Judges 11, Leviticus 27 and 1 Peter 3, you’ll learn how the law protects and honors women as the weaker vessel, while Judges 19 shows how far people fall when everyone does what is right in their own eyes. Finally, Boaz in Ruth 3 and 4, along with John 1, Joshua 5 and Exodus 3, show what a true kinsman redeemer looks like and point us to Yahushua as the one true Redeemer.
