[00:06] Is it a friend of mine? What What's today? The uh Yeah. 12. [00:13] My granddad would have been like 97 yesterday. Ball game. [00:18] Sabbath peace. It's another opportunity for us to come together and hear and learn of the word [00:24] of truth as given to us by the most high God. All honor goes to the Father through the Son whose name is Yahosua. [00:31] In him lies the only hope for salvation. We know that it is obtained by grace through faith, not of works, lest anyone [00:38] should boast to give it freely as a gift to all who obey him. We understand that if you do not obey him, it is made [00:44] manifest or made obvious that you do not believe. In this state, you you in this [00:50] state, you should expect no good thing. However, anything that you do get, whether it be a gift of tongues, a gift [00:55] of prophecy, or any supernatural experience that you may have, it can and it will be used against you in the day [01:00] of judgment. With that said, peace to the saints that are in the room, to the saints that are watching on the cameras, [01:06] to the saints in the chat, to the saints uh what else scattered around the world that we don't even know about. But no [01:12] peace to the wicked. The only thing we say to them is repent that they might live. [01:24] Where was we at last week? Hebrews. We finished up Hebrews. That's right. We finished up Hebrews at chapter 12. Um [01:35] so now as we conclude with Hebrews who who talked to us, you know, the the majority of Hebrews was laying out who [01:41] Yahosua was and he made this grand point of kind of breaking it down in a very advanced way. Like it's one thing to [01:47] just be able to say, "Hey, Yahosua is above everybody, right? But to be able [01:53] to prove it using the scriptures, that's valuable." Well, let me tell you [01:58] why that's valuable. Once you can prove things with the scriptures and through the prophecies, that means people can't [02:05] come against it. Like people can't say, "No, I don't believe Yahosua is above every everybody." Like why would God put [02:11] him above everybody? You can answer that question by going through the scripture and say okay no when he tells you [02:17] MelkiseDC right by the order of MelkiseDC this is what that means. So that's important for [02:24] us right it's important for us to understand and at the very end we talked a lot about faith and the definition of faith uh which is something that we'll [02:31] definitely talk more about. Somebody go figure out what that what's going on down there something down there [02:36] um the definition of fa faith and what's that what's that about? So, now we going to pick up uh Did we also read [02:46] Did we also read uh read uh Jude? No, we didn't read Jude. All right, let's go [02:52] to Jude cuz at some point we got to knock Jude out. Jude Jude, you know what I'm saying? We got to knock that one out. [03:33] is Jude verse one. Jude the servant of Yahosua the Messiah and brother of James to them that are [03:40] sanctified by God the Father and preserved in Yahosua the Messiah and called mercy unto you in peace and love [03:46] be multiplied. Beloved, when I give all diligence when I give all diligence to [03:51] write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you and exhort you that ye should earnestly [03:57] contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. Right? So he said, "Ye should earnestly [04:04] contend for the faith." What does that mean? Contend for the faith. Fight. You got to fight for it, [04:12] right? is it's is I was just at a funeral and and the pastor [04:19] while he didn't really say nothing wrong, he said a couple things over, you know what I'm saying? He said a couple [04:24] things that were wrong, but most of the stuff that he said wrong was, you know, talking about people going to heaven and things like that. You know what I'm [04:30] saying? Really, we don't go to heaven, we go to the kingdom, right? The kingdom of heaven comes down to earth. It's not [04:37] that people go up to heaven. So, it's that type of stuff. You know what I'm saying? That type. Not saying that that's insignificant. That is [04:42] significant. But that's the type of stuff that he was getting wrong at the funeral. But for the most part, what he [04:49] was saying was just vague. And so what it does is it leaves the person with an impression that all they got to do is [04:55] say, "I believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sin, right? And that [05:01] he is my Lord." And then they could kind of take it easy from there. It's like, "Okay, I'm saved [05:07] now." But that's not really how it works. That's why the book is telling you contend for the faith. [05:14] So it's like it's like contend is like a race, right? Eli, [05:21] if I told you you got to race, Zakai, who going to win? You and him out in the [05:26] street after Bible study, y'all start at one place and then end at one place. Who going to win that race? [05:33] Zakai, who going to win that race? So both of y'all think that that y'all going to win? So, how you going to make [05:39] sure you win? And what happened like when you running, [05:45] you like, "Okay, I got him." But then you look to the side and you see him start to catch up. What you going to do at that point? [05:51] Trip him. Run fast. You going to run even faster. [05:57] That's what it's like when you contend for something. When you're contending for something, it's like it's no, you [06:03] don't get to like just relax, right? You don't get to take a rest. You [06:09] go and go and then when you feel like somebody coming, you start going even faster trying to reach into a bag that [06:15] you didn't even know you had. Right? And that's what the book is telling us. Jude [06:20] starts off at the very beginning telling us contend for the faith. [06:27] Paul told us something similar. Go to 1 Corinthians chapter 9 24. [06:33] is 1 Corinthians chapter 9 verse 24. [06:42] 1 Corinthians chapter 9 verse 24. [06:47] It's important that we understand how the book works, the words. We cannot [06:53] read this stuff and let it be vague to us. That's how these pastors get over on us, [06:59] right? They get up there and and you know like some of these pastors they'll say they'll use the word obey. I'm going [07:05] tell you the truth. Pastors use the word obey more now than I've ever heard in my life. They'll use the word obey. But [07:13] it's just, you know, they got to move a little bit cuz they got they got they got men of God like me out there. It's [07:18] not just me. It's other men of God that's out there that's telling people, "No, you got to obey the book. You got to obey the commands. You got to do what [07:24] Yahushua say." So then they try to slip that word into what they teaching, too. like, "Yeah, no, you got to obey." See, [07:30] I teach that, too. I teach people they got to obey. But then you never teach them what they [07:35] got to obey. You never tell them exactly what they got to turn away from. And just for the record, if you want to know [07:41] or if you interested in knowing, you got to go to Mark chapter 7. You got to go to 1 Corinthians chapter 6. You got to [07:47] go to uh Ephesians chapter 5, Galatians chapter 5, and Revelations chapter 22. All those will tell you exactly the sins [07:55] that you need to turn away from if you want to get into the kingdom. Okay, this is uh 1 Corinthians chapter 9. Give me [08:02] verse 24. Watch what the book say. Know ye not that they which run in a [08:08] race run all, but one receives the prize. He said, look, everybody that's in a race runs. How many people get first [08:15] place? It don't make sense. You got seven people in first place. That don't even make sense. [08:22] Only one person gets first place. So when you running, you not running to [08:28] get in second and third place. You running to get in first, which means you have to contend. Watch what he say. Keep going. Not these boys in the NBA. [08:36] Them boys trash. That's how LeBron stuff though. The run that you may obtain. Every man [08:41] that strives for the mastery is tempered in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown, but we [08:47] incorruptible. So he's saying the same thing. He's saying, "Look, if you fight, you fight [08:55] for a corruptible crown to win a boxing match, [09:00] right? If you run, you run just to get first place." He's saying, "We doing it [09:06] for something even better than that. So, we have to contend just like we were fighting or just like we was running." [09:14] If you have that mindset, it gives like you can't look at Christianity and get that out of it. [09:23] Christianity is all about this vague like, you know what I mean? Like, you know what I'm saying? Just treat people [09:28] right. Like, what is right? What does it mean to treat people right? Cuz, you know, all of us going to be like, "No, I [09:34] would do that, but I'm not going to do it in this situation because they don't deserve it." We going we going to draw the line of what right is. And guess [09:40] where that line going to land? Right next to us. We going to draw the line just where we don't cross it. [09:48] Eli line going to be right here. The Kai line going to be right here. My line going to be right here. Everybody going [09:53] to have a different line. Even though the book say it should be one line. There's one door. But we going [10:01] to create our own door. And in doing that, that means you're not [10:07] contending, right? Let's go back. This is Jude. [10:14] That means you're not contending. It's important. And you got, matter of fact, go to Jeremiah chapter 12. [10:20] Go to Jeremiah chapter 12. Give me verse one. [10:25] All right. This is Jeremiah 12 verse one. If you are not competing as if [10:32] you're running against other people, then you're not running this way race. [10:37] We taking rest. We chilling and relaxing. We asking for [10:42] breaks. Oh Lord, I've been righteous for three years. Yo, but been a sinner for 24. [10:55] We have to we have to settle in our brain that this the rest of our life. We can't settle like, okay, I'mma try it [11:00] for a little bit and see how it goes. I'mma try it and hopefully I get, you know, I get rich. That's not how this [11:06] works. You got to die in this faith. That's your expectation. Your expectation is I'mma die living this [11:13] way. I'mma die living for the most high God. [11:18] This is Jeremiah 12:1. Watch what the book say. Righteous thou, or oh Lord, when I plead [11:24] with thee, yet let me talk with thee of thy judgments. Why does the way of the wicked prosper? [11:30] Why are all they happy that deal very treacherously? Thou has planted them. Yay, they have [11:36] taken root. They grow, yay, they bring forth fruit. Thou art near in their mouth and far from their reign. Jeremiah [11:43] is asking the question. Jeremiah is like, "Listen, these all these people are wicked. Why in the world are they [11:50] successful? Why are all the wicked people winning [11:56] the race? Why are they in the lead? [12:01] They're wicked. God, I'm doing what you told me to do. They doing all this wild [12:06] stuff. How is it fair that they get to win the race? They're in the lead right [12:12] now. Let's see. Keep going. Thou has planted them. Yay. They have taken root. They grow. Yay. They bring [12:18] forth fruit. Thou are near in their mouth and far from their reigns. Right? He said, look, these people, they [12:25] talk about you, God, but they do not obey you. They run their mouth and say, [12:30] "Oh, we Lord, we love the Lord Jesus Christ." Right? They get up there and preach and [12:38] they all say, "Oh, amen." in and they jump around the and they clap. They all do it. They all say, "The Lord is the is [12:46] the is the leader of my life. He's my Lord and Savior." Everybody say it. [13:42] Go ahead. But thou, oh Lord, knowest me. Thou hast seen me and tried my heart toward thee. [13:49] Pull them out like sheep for the slaughter, and prepare them for the day of slaughter. How long shall the land mourn and the herbs of every field [13:56] wither for the wickedness of them that dwell therein? The beasts are consumed and the birds because they said he shall [14:02] not see our last end. Look, he said the beasts are consumed. Watch this. Keep going. All actually [14:28] If thou has run with the footmen, he said, look, this is what the most high God responded with. He said, if thou has [14:34] run with the footmen, watch this, and they have wearied thee, then how canst thou contend with the horses? [14:40] And if he did all of that complaining, Jeremiah sat there, did all that. He said, listen, man, these people, you let the [14:46] wicked win. The wicked got the lead in the race. The wicked is successful. The wicked look great. The wicked is doing [14:52] fine. I'm the one that's doing what you supposed to do. And the righteous people out here are the ones that's doing what you supposed to do. Why are the wicked [14:59] in the lead? Why do you allow them to grow and be successful? [15:04] And I'm sitting here downtrodden and beat up and the people hate me for teaching your word. But these people, [15:10] they only talk about you, but they behavior, they hypocrites. Why do you let these hypocrites have success and [15:17] have glory and look great and everybody think they righteous, but in reality, I'm the one that's righteous and all [15:24] these other people that's doing right is the ones that's righteous. Like, we're the righteous crew. We actually do and [15:29] study your word and we stay up and we do what we supposed to do and we struggle, but we get beat down for it and the [15:36] whole world reject us, right? Why is it that these people get to lie about [15:42] loving you when they really don't love you? They don't behave. Why is it that you allow them to be successful? God, he [15:48] get all this out. And guess what? Most high God said this to him. Watch. Read it again. Th run with the footmen and they have [15:54] wearied thee, then how can you contend with horses? And if he said, if you run with the footmen and [16:01] you got tired, how in the world is you going to contend when you got to run against people riding on horses? [16:11] God's point is you haven't even got to the hardest part of the race yet. [16:18] Our mindset can't be give up because we haven't got to the hardest part of the [16:24] race yet. We have to contend. We have to compete [16:33] even with all the challenges no matter what. If we see somebody who look like they in a lead, then that means we got [16:40] to compete harder. That's what Jude is telling us. Contend for the faith. Go [16:46] back. This is Jude. What verse was that? This is Jude verse four. [16:57] Most high God told Jeremiah, "You ain't even seen nothing yet. You think this is hard? Oh man, if you can't handle this, [17:04] how you gonna handle it when it really get tough? He's saying, look, if you tired running against these, he said, if [17:12] if you if they wear you, you running against the footmen and you they wear you, how you going to contend with the horsemen, right? Basically, he's telling [17:19] them, imagine running with somebody on foot. It's Eli versus Zakai. [17:25] And Eli like, okay, oh wait, Zakai beat me. Oh, I'm getting tired. The most high [17:31] God said, "Oh, if you tired dead, what happened when Zakai get to jump on a horse and race you [17:36] and you still on foot? You got to be able to run faster than a horse. What we have to do as disciples [17:45] is extraordinary, right? It's extraordinary. It's not [17:51] regular stuff that we got to do. This is not See, [17:56] I can't do an altar call. I can't just stand up and be like, "If [18:03] you want this, just come on down. Just come sit in these chairs and we'll pray with you and the Lord Jesus will enter [18:09] into your heart." I can't do that. My approach got to be a little [18:15] different. You know why? Cuz Yahosua's approach was a little different. [18:21] You will never read in this book where Yahosua or any of the apostles did an altar call. Instead, you know what they [18:27] did? Grab uh where is it at? Grab [18:40] what I want. Eli, give me Luke. [18:47] Um. Hm. [18:52] No, it can't be that deep. Give me Luke [18:57] 14. Give me Luke chapter 14. [19:03] Give me verse. This is Luke chapter 14 verse what? That's too low. It's [19:10] probably going to be I I want to say it's like verse 21. Give me Luke 14 [19:16] verse 21. You making that face, Eli? But if I get this, that's a bad boy. [19:24] If I'm within, look, here's the If I'm within a couple verses, maybe one or two verses. That's a bad boy, Eli. This is [19:32] Luke chapter 14. I'mma say verse 21. That servant came and showed his lord [19:37] these things. Then the master of the house being angry said their servant, "Go out quickly into the streets and the lanes of the [19:43] No, I got this further down. Give me 25." [19:48] And there went great multitudes with him, and he turned and said unto them, Okay, hold on. I think this is it. There [19:53] went great multitudes with him. And he turned and he said unto them, what? [19:58] That ain't bad. My second try. That ain't bad. Now if any man come to me and hate not his father and mother and wife and children [20:04] and brethren and sisters, yay, in his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. This is what Yahosua did. And who did he [20:12] say it to? He said it to his disciples. Said it to the great multitudes with [20:17] him. That's Christians. What do you think the word Christian means? [20:25] The word Christian simply means a follower of Christ. [20:30] He turned. Did he turn around or he looked ahead? And he turned and said unto them, [20:36] he had to turn. You know why? Because they were following him. [20:42] So these were followers of Christ. Definition Christians. They he turned around and he looked onto him and he had [20:50] to say what now? If any man come to me and hate not his father and mother and wife and children and brother and his [20:56] sisters, yay. in his own life also he cannot be my disciple. He's not he's not having an altar call. [21:02] He's not he's not opening up the doors and say anybody won't you come just come pray with me and I'll enter into your [21:08] heart. That's not his me. You won't read that message. [21:13] That's not the message. And even if you think you found a verse that's reading that to you, start a little bit before [21:21] it and read to the end of the chapter. I guarantee you that's not the message. [21:26] Call the number. Look, if you don't believe me and you want to fuss about it, call the number on the screen and I [21:32] will walk you through it. It won't take me long. You pick the verse. You pick the verse where you think the message is [21:38] saying just say a prayer with me. This is an altar call, right? You pick that that verse and I'mma walk you through [21:45] whatever verse you pick. I'mma walk you through that chapter and I guarantee you that's not the message. So they would [21:51] say he said come to me all who are burdened and heavy laden and I will give you rest. [21:56] Mhm. That's what he said. That's what he said now. Where it's at. I know. [22:02] You lucky I can't think of where it's at. But then he said if somebody can find it and look it up [22:07] in the chat. We could do it. But then he said but you won't come to me because you don't want rest. [22:13] Right. We could do it. Like no matter what verse you pick you get you send me the verse, right? And we can do it as [22:21] many times as you want to. I'm telling you, there is nothing in this book that's giving you a different message. [22:27] All the messages always going to be the same. Your butt got to consider if this [22:32] is even something that you want to do. So the first thing Yahosua going to say when he jump out is he going to say [22:39] repent from sin. You got to turn away from sin. That's why he telling you [22:44] right now, look, don't even look, you can't be my disciple, right? He talking [22:50] to the Christian. He not talking to his disciples. He talking to the Christians. He say, you can't get to this point to [22:56] be my disciple unless, read it. If any man come to me and hate not his father and mother and wife and children [23:03] and brethren and sisters in his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. Mhm. [23:08] Keep going. Watch this. Whosoever does not bear his cross and come after me cannot be my disciple. Okay, watch this. So, he's giving you [23:14] all the reasons why you can't be his disciple. He's telling you all the reasons why you can't enter into the [23:21] kingdom. Right? Watch this. Keep going. For which of you intending to build a tower, sit not down first and count the [23:28] cost? He said, look, for which of you when you intend to build a tower, you don't sit [23:34] down first and be like, okay, how much is it going to cost for me to build this tower? Who in the world starts to build [23:40] a house and before they start building it, they ain't even looked at how much it's going to cost them. They haven't [23:45] even considered if they have enough money to pay for it. He's telling you nobody does that. Before you start to [23:52] build your house, guess what you going to say, man? Let me make sure I can afford it. [23:58] Let me tell you something. In our world today, you ain't going, you know what I'm saying? Somebody going to do that for you. You know what I'm saying? Like, [24:04] yeah, you gonna apply for this loan. Let me just make sure you got enough. But some pe some people look some people [24:10] build build houses with they own money. They go find a spot on the outskirts and they just they got the money cash and [24:17] they build the house. They don't need no loan no nothing like no I'm buying it outright. I want the land and I want I'mma pay the contractor to build on top [24:24] of it. They build it with their own money. They don't need nobody to give them a loan. But guess what? They not [24:29] going to do that without considering how much is this going to cost me and do I have enough to do it? [24:35] Keep going. Less happily, after you have laid the foundation and is not able to finish it, all that behold it began to mock him, [24:42] saying, "This man began to build and was not able to finish. Or what king going to make war against another king sits [24:48] not down first and consulted whether he be able with 10,000 to meet him that cometh against him with 20,000." [24:55] Right? He looking like, "Okay, look, we going to war. How many men we got? 10,000. How many they got?" They got [25:02] about 20,000, sir. He's saying how many people are just saying gun ho let's go [25:08] to war and they haven't even thought about that. You have to think about it like do we think we can get them with [25:14] our 10,000? Like our man is some bad boys. You think we can get them with 10,000? They got 20. They got twice as [25:19] many people. I mean on average each one of y'all got to knock off two people. Do [25:24] you think we can do it? That's normal stuff. Before you make this decision, [25:30] you got to consider, do I have what it takes? And he's trying to tell you what [25:36] it takes. If you don't go back to verse 25, watch this. [25:41] And there went a great multitude with him. And he turned and said unto them, this is what it takes. If you don't [25:47] what? If any man come to me and hate not his mother, his father, and his wife, his children, and brethren, and sisters, in [25:54] his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. Oh, we love our kids. [26:00] We love our kids. But guess what? If you love your kid, when the book say hate in [26:06] in in in the Hebrew, you know what I'm saying? The Hebrew mindset, we would use hate not as you might see things in the [26:13] book that say I abhore. When you say uphore, that's how we use hate today. [26:18] When it says I uphore, when you see hate, that means that you you you prefer [26:23] something else above that. You know what I'm saying? So hate is not like uh disgusting. I can't I can't deal with [26:30] it. Hate when we read in the book is really saying I prefer it less. Right? [26:35] So I prefer one thing above that. So Yahosua is saying if you don't prefer him over your read it again [26:43] over your father your father mother mother wife wife and children [26:48] and children brothers your brothers sisters your sisters and his own life and your own life. You got to prefer [26:55] Yahosua over even your own life, then guess what? He cannot be my disciple. [27:01] And if you not ready to what? And whosoever does not bear his cross and come after me cannot be my disciple. [27:08] If you not ready to ready to bear your cross, in other words, the sacrifice, if you're not ready to sacrifice and come [27:14] after Yahosua, then guess what? You can't be his disciple. He's telling you what it takes. I can't just do a alter [27:22] card. Go back to Jude. I can't just do a alter call because guess what I got to [27:27] tell you? You should think about this. [27:35] Everybody will tell you. Listen, anybody that's around me will tell you I have never begged one person to know God. [27:44] That's crazy to me. It don't even makes I don't even have time to even think about begging somebody because there's [27:50] too many people that want to know him. You have to want this. I can't want it [27:55] for you. I look, I've accepted this ain't for everybody. [28:01] This ain't for everybody. What I don't do is I don't try to guess who it's for, who it's not for. I got myself out of [28:08] that game cuz you can't guess. It ain't, you know what I'm saying? You'll see at the end who it's for. I just got to do my job. But if a person come to me and [28:15] say they want to know, my job is to teach. My job is to guide. My job is to [28:20] support. My job is to help. If a person is don't say they want to know or they, [28:26] you know, they going in a different direction, they ain't got nothing to do with me. We can have a regular [28:31] conversation at the grocery store. It don't I'm not begging nobody to to to to learn the word of the most high God. I [28:37] know it's not for everybody. I already know that. I believe the book when it say only a few. I believe it. [28:44] It's like, oh no, it just ain't for you. That's cool for you. [28:50] So you got to when you know it's for you, when you believe it's for you, when you want it to be for you, you have to [28:58] contend. You have to like and it has to you have [29:03] to have that impression. You can't just walk and just believe, oh, you know what? I believe in the Lord Jesus Christ [29:09] and it's going to be all right. No, you got to compete. You got to work. You got [29:14] to struggle. You got to suffer. In all that time, you have to maintain [29:22] righteousness. That's what Yah is looking for. He not looking for no easy route. And if that [29:29] was the case, everybody can be all these Christians be getting in. That's not how it work. [29:34] He looking for somebody to pass the test. This is Jude what? What verse? [29:41] Four. This is Jude 4. Watch what the book say. There are certain men crept in unawares who were before of old ordained to this [29:48] condemnation. Ungodly men turning the grace of our God into lasness and denying the only Lord God and our Lord [29:54] Yahosua the Messiah. I will therefore put you in remembrance though ye once knew this how that the master having [30:01] saved the people out of the land of Egypt. How Yahweh having saved the people out of the land of Egypt afterward destroyed them that believe [30:07] not. And the angels which kept not It's important to see that. Didn't Didn't the writer of Hebrews make the [30:13] same point? Mhm. Right. He brought us out. Y'all should I want y'all to understand this stuff. [30:20] These people will try to make you feel like, "Oh, once saved, always saved or whatever." It's like your butt is not [30:26] saved yet. You have not been delivered yet. The most has happened to you so far is [30:32] you've been rescued out of Egypt. But we all should know the scripture. So, a lot of these Christians never [30:37] don't know the scripture, right? But those of us listening here should know the scripture well enough to know you've [30:43] been brought out of Egypt, but your butt can still die in the wilderness. [30:49] It's not over until the the resurrection occurs. When the resurrection occurs, [30:54] you should then know, okay, I made it to the promised land. But it's not over until you make it to [31:01] the promised land. That is the promise is getting to the land. [31:07] The equivalent of that for us is getting into the kingdom or the resurrection. [31:13] That's our hope. That's what we have to put our faith in. You don't put your faith in getting into heaven. When have [31:19] you read that in the book? We already learned last week that faith [31:24] is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. In [31:29] other words, you can only tell a person has faith by their works. Because you [31:35] can't see what a person believes. You can't see where a person puts their hope. There's no substance to that. But [31:42] there's substance to seeing a person's behavior. So a person's behavior communicates to you what they believe in [31:50] and what they hope in. A kid say, "I'm going to make it to the [31:56] NBA." You can tell if that kid believe that or not cuz he going to be out there [32:02] working. his whole his whole mindset. This T-son [32:07] Oh man, you can't have a conversation with this boy without him talking about the NBA, without him talking about [32:13] basketball. You trying to have a regular conversation like, "Man, what y'all think? We should get some get some ice [32:19] cream, huh?" You know what I'm saying? He don't even brain don't even work right until you talking about basketball. Ice cream. Ice cream. I [32:27] don't know. I guess you know it doesn't matter. Well, what you thinking about, boy? I'm [32:33] just My shot was off this morning. I'm thinking, look, we can practice. We [32:39] could do that. That's all he think about is basketball. All he talking about is basketball. He at a football game right [32:46] now. I guarantee he sitting next to two people talking about basketball. [32:52] They probably looking at him like, "Bro." But that's how you know what he believe. [32:58] He believes, "Oh, I can do this." A person's behavior, they conversation, [33:05] they activity, their habits, it tells you what to believe in. It tells you who [33:11] they are. It tells you what they believe and who they believe in and who they don't believe in. [33:18] Faith is the substance is the work that describes your belief. [33:24] And our faith have to be based on what we hear. and what we hear have to be based on the word. [33:33] So in other words, if our faith, right, if our works, if our behavior, if [33:39] our activity, our conversation don't line up with the words in this book, [33:46] then it's because we don't have light in us. It's because we are not what we say. [33:52] If somebody running they mouth but all they actions is is hypocritical against [33:57] the word. Y'all can sit there and y'all can sit there and play around with it if you want. [34:02] I'm not playing with I know what I'm looking at. I'm not about to sit here. You think [34:09] I'mma learn the word from some pastor who up there cussing and lying and cheating? That makes no sense. [34:18] No. But what I'mma do is I'mma sit my butt down and I'mma read the book. [34:24] Keep going. Watch this. [34:30] And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he has reserved in everlasting chains. [34:37] Six. It's verse six. This is Jude. Verse six. Onto the judgment. What? [34:42] Of the great day. Uh-huh. Even as Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication [34:48] and going after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. [34:54] Mhm. Likewise also the filthy dreamers defile the flesh. These filthy dreamers [35:00] defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities. Right. They get to run in their mouth [35:05] about spirits is what he's saying. And even demons are spirits, right? Evil [35:11] spirits are spirits, too. So what he's saying is they run their mouth against angels and spirits and they don't [35:18] understand what they're doing. That's what he's talking about right now. Keep going. Watch this. Yet Michael the archangel when contend [35:24] contending with the devil, he disputed about the body of Moses did not bring against him a railing accusation but [35:30] said the Lord rebuked thee. Right? So he's making a point. He's saying even Michael who's the head of [35:36] the angels. He's the chief angel. Right? So he's the boss of all the angels. [35:42] Even him, he refused to say to the devil, who is also a a spirit, right? [35:49] Angels are spirits. So the devil is a spirit also. He refused to say to the uh [35:55] to the uh to the spirit who is the devil and say to him, I rebuke you. Instead, [36:01] he said, Yahwh should rebuke you. [36:07] It shows you that our mindset is warped because people don't understand the [36:13] book. These Christians and even some of these uh Muslims will tell you to rebuke [36:18] the devil as if you have comm you have command over the devil. Are you nuts? [36:26] Yahosua did give some of his disciples command. But if Yahosua didn't give your butt [36:32] command, everything that the disciples did get, everything that the disciples got, did you didn't get it? That [36:38] everybody don't get the same thing. He gave that to the disciples to prove a [36:44] point to bring awareness to his coming. That don't mean you just automatically [36:50] get it just because you wake up and you said Jesus Christ is in your heart. You don't even live right. [36:58] Keep going. For these speak evil of those things which they know not, for what they know naturally as brute [37:04] beasts, and those things they corrupt themselves. Woe unto them, for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the [37:10] era of Balum for reward, and perished in the gains of core. Mhm. These are spots in your feast of [37:16] charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear. Clouds they are without water carried about of [37:22] winds. Trees whose fruit withered without fruit twice dead plucked up by the roots. Raging waves of the sea [37:29] foaming out of their own shame. Wandering stars to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever. And Enoch [37:36] also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, "Behold, Yahweh comes with 10 thousands of his saints to, [37:43] excuse me, to execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them [37:48] of all their ungodly deeds, which they have ungodly committed, and all of their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have [37:55] spoken against him." Right? He quoting out of the book of Enoch. Right? That's why that's why we accept the book of [38:00] Enoch when we look at it. You know what I'm saying? We accept it as prophecy. Right. Because what he's quoting, it's a [38:07] lot of books that's talked about. It's like it's the book of Ido, which I don't I haven't been able Yeah. Nobody [38:12] Nobody's told me that we have the book Book of Idol. But the book of Ido, he was a prophet, right? Now, I don't have [38:19] access to that book. I haven't It hasn't been made available to me. You know what I'm saying? But there's also the book of [38:25] Jasher. But if you look at the We don't have to get it, but if you look at the reference to the book of Jasher, it's [38:31] not referencing prophecy. It's referencing history. It says, "Listen, go look in the book of Jasher and you'll [38:37] see." What was that? Joshua. Joshua. That's right. Joshua said, "Go look in the book of Jasher and it'll [38:43] tell you about how the sun stood still in the sky." Right? It's talking about history. It's [38:49] not talking about, oh, the prophet Jasher said X, Y, and Z, and you can read about it in his book, right? That's [38:56] different. So, it's like there's some books that are history and there's some books that are prophecy. The books, most [39:03] of the not all of them, but a lot of the books that we have in our in our 66 books here are all prophecy. And then [39:09] there's some that are history like Chronicles and Kings and Samuel. Like a lot of those are history books and [39:16] sometimes there's prophets in that, right? Samuel is based around a prophet, [39:21] but it's really a history book and it's during the time of Samuel who was a prophet. So, he wrote it, [39:29] right? But then there's some books that are pure prophecy books like Isaiah. [39:35] He got and and it's the opposite with him. He has a couple chapters that documents history, but the majority of [39:41] what you're reading from Isaiah is pure prophecy. [39:47] Right? And that's the difference between the different books. So we look at the book of Enoch as being quoted here as [39:53] being quoted as a prophecy. So that's why we accept that as a as a prophet book and inspired by the most high God. [40:00] Keep going. But beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our master Yahua the [40:06] Messiah. How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time who should walk after their own ungodly lust. These be [40:13] they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the spirit. Right? These people are they separate [40:18] themselves. They're sensual and they don't have the spirit. Right. So sensual, what does sensual [40:25] mean? Chasing after their own pleasure. Yeah. Like you you concerned about your [40:31] how you feel in the moment and you chasing a feeling like you you constantly chasing whatever feeling that [40:38] you have. You're being ruled by Hey, beautiful. You're being ruled by all of your feelings. That's sensual, [40:46] right? Chasing on what's going to solve whatever feeling that you have right now. [40:52] And they don't have what? Having not the spirit. And they don't have the spirit. [40:59] He's telling us, he was telling us back then that these times would come that these people are going to separate [41:06] yourself. They going to be chasing after their own feelings and they won't have the spirit. They won't be guided by the [41:12] most high God. What verse is that? 19. Keep going. But ye, beloved, building up yourselves [41:18] on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our master [41:24] Yosua, the Messiah, unto eternal life. And of some, have compassion, making a difference, and others save with fear, [41:30] pulling them out of the fire, hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. Mhm. Now unto him that is able to keep [41:36] you from falling and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy. [41:42] To the only wise God our savior be glory and majesty, dominion and power both now and forever. Amen. [41:48] Right. Let's jump over into Peter. [41:53] We read some of this already, but let's let's let's go over in second Peter. It's second Peter chapter 1. Let's start [42:00] at verse one. This is a lot of stuff. Although we read through some of this, we didn't we didn't we didn't cover it [42:06] properly. Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Yosua the Messiah to them that have [42:12] obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our savior Yosua the Messiah. [42:18] Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God and Yahosua our Lord. According as his divine power has given [42:25] us unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness through the knowledge of him that has called us to glory and [42:31] virtue. Mhm. whereby are given unto us exceedingly great and precious promises, that by [42:37] these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. [42:42] That's right. And besides this, giving all diligence and add to your faith virtue. And look, he said, beside this, giving all [42:49] diligence and add to your faith virtue. What? And to virtue, knowledge. And to [42:55] knowledge, temperance, and to temperance, patience. And to patience, godliness. To godliness, brotherly [43:01] kindness. To brotherly kindness, charity. Y. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that you shall [43:07] neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our master Yahosua. Uh-huh. But he that lacks these things is blind, [43:13] and cannot see a far off, and has forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. [43:19] Watch this. Keep going. Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure. He said, give diligence to make your [43:26] calling and election sure. Go back one verse, two verses. [43:32] But he that but he that lackth these things is blind and cannot uh go back one more. What verse is it? [43:38] For if these things be in you and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the [43:43] knowledge of our master Yahosua. Uh-huh. But he that lacks these things is blind and cannot see a far off. and has [43:50] forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. Wherefore, the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your [43:56] calling and election sure. For if you do these things, you shall never fall. You shall never fall. Isn't that what [44:03] Jude just tell us? Told us. Grab. Go back. Let's go back. It's Jude. Well, I don't know what verse I probably [44:11] It's probably I don't know. Probably verse 14. [44:16] Give me Jude verse 13. [44:33] Let me read Jude verse 13. Raising waves of the sea, foaming out of [44:40] their own shame, wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever. And Enoch also of the [44:45] seventh from the seventh from Adam prophesied of these, saying, "Behold, Yahweh comes with 10,000." [44:51] What verse is that? 13, not 14. Enoch is 14. [44:59] That ain't what I'm looking for. I won't. But that's good, too. He Because he's telling you he's telling [45:06] these people are running their mouth about stuff that they don't understand. And Enoch told you that 10,000 of these [45:12] boys was coming. But Enoch's the only one that told you that, right? Didn't Moses tell us that? Grab [45:18] uh Deuteronomy chapter 33 real quick. That's not what I want. But this is good, too. This Deuteronomy chapter 33, [45:25] give me verse uh one. [45:31] This Deuteronomy chapter 33:1. Watch what the book say. [45:39] He be run their mouth about Enoch if you want. Enoch line up with Moses. Y'all be [45:44] trying to look at all these other books. E boy be looking at Ecclesiasticus. You know what I'm saying? The boy be [45:49] looking at uh second ed Ezraus. You know what I'm saying? I be looking at some of [45:55] these book. Look, I'm not saying I don't know. I don't know. All I'm saying is the book [46:01] of Enoch confirmed. You know what I'm talking about? Recy books. I don't know about [46:08] some of this stuff. They be looking at uh Bale and the Dragon or whatever that book is called. I be like, "Nah, some of [46:13] this stuff is wild." Y'all some wild boys looking at some of this stuff. [46:19] This is uh Deuteronomy chapter 33. Give me verse one. [46:25] And this is the blessing where with Moses, the man of God, blessed the children of Israel before his death. [46:30] Watch what he said before he died. And he said, Yahweh came from Si and rose up from Seir unto them. He came [46:36] from where? Sinai. And he rose up from where? Here. Goodness. Ain't that the same thing? Oh, we got grab um Isaiah chapter 63. Give [46:44] me verse one. I know we all over the place. You know what I'm saying? Y'all better get used to this though, cuz we almost in Revelation. And this is what [46:51] it's going to be after that. I'm free again. You know what I'm saying? We ain't got to just go through the book and just cover the history and the [46:57] facts. Oh, we can start putting some stuff together. Oh, it's going down. I've been itching. You know what I'm [47:03] saying? I'm free again. And just bear with me for a second. I know. Look, we still got to cover. [47:10] Peter told us if we do these things, we should never fall. And Jude told us the same thing. I thought it was verse 14. We going to get back to that. But Jude [47:17] is talking to us about Enoch. And I'm trying to tell y'all that Enoch is not the only one that told us that a [47:23] thousand would come. But now when we go to Deuteronomy, we learn that Moses told us that Yahwh is going to come from [47:30] Seir. And Seir, remember Seir is Edom. [47:35] Right. So now we got to look at Isaiah chapter 63. Give me verse one. Let's see what the book talking about. Who is this that cometh from Edom? [47:41] Who is it that come from where? Edom. It's almost like the whole book is saying the same thing. Watch this. Keep [47:47] going. With dyed garments from Bazra. Oh, that boy got dyed garments from [47:53] Bazra. Bazra is in Edom, too. Y'all remember Edom, right? Keep going. [47:58] Watch this. This that is glorious in his apparel, traveling in the greatness of his strength. I speak in righteousness, [48:04] mighty to save. Wherefore art thou red? Why art thou red in thy apparel? What color is his his clothing? [48:11] Why are thy red in thine apparel? And thy garments like him that touches the wine fat. Look, I was just talking to I was just [48:17] talking to my man. You know what I'm saying? I was in a barber shop. You know what I mean? And I told him, I looked at [48:23] him. I said, "Listen, you know what I'm saying? It's like, you know, it just kind of is what it is." You know what [48:29] I'm saying? Red is a very strong color. No, no, I didn't say that first. You know what he said? He said, "Yeah, you [48:34] look good in that blue." I was wearing blue that day. He was like, "Yeah, you look good in that blue." I said, "I appreciate it." You know what I'm saying? He was like, "Well, you know [48:40] what I'm saying? You sure don't wear red." And I said, "Well, look, red is a very strong color. It's a different [48:47] thing. It's a different color." Like a person a person come in in a all red shirt, it's like a statement. You know [48:53] what I'm saying? It's like you saying something. I don't like where you're going with this. I'm just saying like you it's like a bright exciting color. [49:02] Can you imagine somebody coming from Edom from Bazra drifting all red? [49:10] All the crypto be going crazy looking at Yahosua. I'm just trying to tell you where my man [49:16] is from. He can't look all red. He come in. Isaiah seeing this in the vision. [49:22] Isaiah like what? Read it. Watch what he said. Why art thou red in thine apparel? [49:27] That's not normal. You don't normally see somebody just in all if somebody [49:33] come all blue like he might have just got out of prison. [49:39] You know what I mean? If somebody come all red, you know what's about to happen. But he Mac 10. What you see? If [49:48] somebody come in a khaki, he got on khaki dickies. What you know about him already? [49:54] Where you from? That boy's a blood. You know what I'm saying? You got on blue dickies like, you know [50:01] what I'm saying? You might just got You might have clocked out of work. You know what I'm saying? And it's just it's just [50:08] that's just how it worked. So he said he coming from Bos. No offense. You know what I'm saying? No offense. I don't [50:14] mean to offend anybody. I'm just stating facts. You know what I'm saying? Look. Look what he said about Bos. Oh, we got [50:21] a mess. Look what he said about Bos. Wherefore art thy ran in thine apparel, [50:27] and thy garments like him that treads the wine fat? I have tried the wine press alone, and of the people there is [50:33] none with me. For I will tread them in my anger, and trample them in my fury, and their blood shall be sprinkled upon [50:39] my garments, and I will stain all my reignment. Right? So now he's telling you how his clothes became red. So this [50:45] is talking about the day of judgment. This is talking about when Yahosua returns and he kills everybody that's [50:53] fighting against Israel. The route that he's going to take is from the south of Israel because that's where Edom is. So [51:00] the book is telling you that wherever Yahosua come from, it's going to be from south of Israel. He's going to come from [51:07] the area that ancient ancient Edom was and the man is going to be covered in blood. That's how he gonna be killing [51:13] all these people. Right? So, I want y'all to understand that before we go [51:18] back to Deuteronomy chapter 33. This is Deuteronomy chapter 33. Go ahead and start me off at verse one. Then after [51:23] that, we still got to find what we was looking for in Jude. Then after that, we still got to go back to First Peter chapter 2, I mean 2 Peter chapter 1 [51:31] verse whatever we is at probably 13 or something. [51:37] And this is the blessing wherewith Moses the man of God blessed the children of Israel before his death. Mhm. And he said, "Yahweh came from Si and [51:44] rose up from Seir unto them. He shined forth from Mount Pan." Uhhuh. And he came with 10 thousands of saints. [51:50] From his right hand? He came with how many? 10,000s of saints. Yeah. From his right hand went a fiery law for [51:57] them. Yeah. He loved the people. All his saints are in thine hand. And they sat down at thy feet. Everyone shall receive [52:04] thy words. Moses commanded us a law, even the inheritance of the congregation of Jacob. And he was king in Jesse. when [52:11] the heads of the people and the tribes of Israel were gathered together. Right? So that's what Yahosua is going to do. [52:17] He gonna kill some folks as as Isaiah said and then he also going to teach the law to the people. He going to give a [52:23] law to all the people and everybody going to have to sit and listen to him. It's going to be a glorious time. I'm [52:30] just trying to show you that he said 10,000 just like Enoch said 10,000. Enoch is valid. [52:37] Matter of fact, look at Daniel. This is Daniel chapter 7. [52:43] This is Daniel chapter 7. Give me verse one. [52:51] This is Daniel chapter 7 verse one. What? [Laughter] [53:10] This is Daniel chapter 7. Give me verse one. [53:27] In the first year of Belshazzer, king of Babylon, Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed. Uh [53:33] oh. Then he wrote the dream and told the sum of the matters. Daniel spake and said, "I saw in my vision by night, and [53:39] behold, the four winds of heaven strove upon the great sea." Okay. And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another. [53:45] Mhm. The first was like a lion and had eagle's wings. The first was like a lion. He had eagle's wings. I don't know what this [53:51] could be talking about. I beheld to the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a [53:56] man. Man's heart was given to it. Look, that that lion that was an animal and had eagle's wings, man. It was made to [54:03] stand up like a man, and it was given a man's heart. And behold, another beast, a second, [54:08] like to a bear, and it raised and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it, between [54:15] the teeth of it. And they said thus unto it, it was raised up on one side. One side was higher than the other. [54:21] Devour much flesh. Okay. After this, I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a foul. And [54:28] the beast had also four heads, and dominion was given to it. After this, I saw in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast, dreadful and [54:35] terrible, and strong exceedingly, and it had great iron teeth. It devoured and break in pieces, and stamped the residue [54:42] with the feet of it. And it was diverse from all the beasts that was before it. And this other beast was diver. It was [54:47] different from all the other beasts. Watch this. I considered the horns, and behold, there came up among them another [54:53] little horn, for whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots. And behold, in his horn were eyes [54:58] like the eyes of a man, and a mouth speaking great things. It was a mouth that was talking big [55:03] talk. When they say great thing, this mouth was talking big talk. What was he talking about? I beheld the thrones were cast down, and [55:11] the ancient of days did sit whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head was like pure wool. Mhm. [55:16] His throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire. A fiery stream issued and came forth [55:22] from before him. Thousands of thousands ministered unto him, and 10,000 times 10,000 stood before him. The judgment [55:28] was set, and the books were open. I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake. I [55:34] beheld even till the beast was slain. And what verse is that? 11. 11. Keep going. And his body destroyed and given to the [55:41] burning flame. And concerning the rest of the beast, they had their dominion taken away. Yet their lives were prolonged for a season in time. [55:47] Right? So look, they had their dominion taken away, but their lives were prolonged. [55:54] Man, these people don't know nothing about this book. A lot of people have you thinking that what we read in the Revelations kill everybody. No, this is [56:01] talking about Revelations right now. What you read in Revelations, this is talking about Revelations right now. He [56:07] said, "But their dominion was taken away." In other words, their control was taken away, but they got to live a [56:14] little bit longer. Let's see. I saw in the night visions, and behold, one like the son of man. There was one like who? [56:20] Son of man. And he did what? With the clouds of heaven. Oh my goodness. And what? Who did he [56:26] come with? Came to the ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. Uh-huh. And there was given him dominion and [56:32] glory in the kingdom that all people, nations, and languages should serve him. Uh-huh. His dominion is an everlasting [56:37] dominion which shall not pass away and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed. Uh-huh. I Daniel was grieved in my spirit of my [56:44] body. The vision of my head trouble me. Right. He said this was a crazy vision. [56:52] But that's what Deuteronomy 33 was talking about. That's what Enoch was talking about. And that's what Jude was [56:57] talking about. How Yahushua going to come back with his saints. [57:04] That's also, we don't have to get it, but that's also what First uh Thessalonians chapter 4:1 17 was talking [57:10] about. He's going to come back with his saints [57:15] and they going to be killing stuff and dominion going to be taken away from all the empires of the world and it's going [57:22] to be given to Yahosua. But some of their lives is going to be prolonged. So that means not everybody is going to [57:28] die. Let's go back to Jude. try to find what we actually wanted. So, we we I said [57:35] verse 14. That wasn't the right one. Jump on down. What verse? What's the last verse of Jude? [57:42] Maybe verse 20 is what I want. Let me see. Jude verse 20. [57:47] But ye, beloved, building on yourselves your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit. Look, he said, "Build on yourselves your [57:54] most holy faith, praying in the spirit." Okay, watch this. [58:02] Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our master, Yahosua, unto eternal life. [58:07] Uh-huh. And some have compassion making a difference, and others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire, hating [58:13] even the garment spotted by the flesh. That's right. Now, to him that is able to keep you from falling For him that is able to do what? from [58:20] falling and to present you faultless before the presence of the glory with exceeding joy. [58:25] To the only wise God our savior be glory and majesty, dominion and power both now and forever. Amen. You either believe [58:32] that y'all can keep you from falling or you don't. And if you believe what Jude [58:37] said to him who was able to keep you from falling and then you also believe that it's impossible to stop sinning, [58:44] that means you have a problem. But if you believe that the man could keep you from falling, yet you sinned [58:50] again, now you got another problem. You got to say, "Was that my fault or was that his fault?" [58:56] And if you can take accountability and say, "You know what? I sinned because I really didn't know the man and I really [59:03] didn't understand the man and I've never seen the man. But you know what? Today I repent and I turn away from my sin," [59:10] then you can get into the kingdom. But if you walk around and say, "You know what? I mean, God knows my heart and [59:17] he's always been with me and he never left my side. And yeah, I may have sinned and I made a mistake, but I know [59:23] he forgives me. He never left my side. If you say that, then your sin remains. [59:29] Y'all have to understand that. You got to be able to take accountability and say, "No, God is able to keep me from [59:35] falling. I didn't want him to keep me from falling, but today I'm going to go [59:41] forward and I do want that." So then in uh second Peter chapter 1, he [59:47] gives us the recipe to keep us from falling. And let's read it again. Remember the same thing that Jews said. [59:53] You have to build onto your faith and pray in the Holy Spirit. That's what Jude said. Watch what Peter Peter gives [60:00] you the details of how do you build on your faith. Watch what Peter say. What verse is that? This is second Peter [60:06] chapter 1 verse probably what 18. Uh [60:16] second Peter verse [60:21] five. Oh it's verse five. This is uh second Peter chapter 1 verse 5. Watch what the [60:26] book say. And besides this giving all diligence add to your faith virtue and to virtue knowledge and to knowledge temperance [60:32] and to temperance patience and to patience godliness and to godliness brotherly kindness and to brotherly [60:38] kindness charity. For if these things be in you and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful [60:44] in the knowledge of our master Yahosua. But he that lacks these things is blind and cannot see a far off and has [60:49] forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. Wherefore the rather brethren, give diligence to make your calling and [60:55] election sure. For if you do these things, you shall never fall. Right? This is this is how you make sure [61:01] you don't fall. You continue to build on your faith with everything that that Peter just listed. Right? What verse is [61:08] that? Uh 11. 11. What's the last verse of this chapter? [61:15] Uh 21. 21. Okay. Keep going. For so an entrance shall be ministered [61:21] unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our master and savior Yahosua the Messiah. Mhm. [61:26] Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and be [61:32] established in the present truth. Yay, I think it meat as long as I am in this tabernacle to stir you up by putting you [61:37] in remembrance, knowing that shortly I must put off my tabernacle even as our master Yahosua hath showed me. [61:43] Moreover, I will endeavor that ye may be able after my deceased to have these things always in remembrance. [61:49] He said, "Look, I want you to always remember this even after I die." That's what he's talking about. He's saying, [61:54] "Listen, I would have it to be that you will always remember these things even after I die." Why? [62:02] For we have not followed cunningly devised fables when we made known unto you the power and in and coming of our [62:09] master Yahosua. He's telling you he's like listen the reason why I want you to remember this even after I die cuz it ain't like [62:16] somebody came up with some great fantastic fiction story and we just are telling you this fiction story to make [62:22] you believe it. He said no. It ain't like it ain't like we heard this stuff secondhand. Watch this. [62:29] But we're eyewitnesses of his magic. He said, "We saw this for ourselves." And what? Watch what else he said. [62:34] For he received from God the Father honor and glory when there came such a voice to him from the excellent [62:40] excellent glory. This is my beloved son in whom I am well pleased. He's saying, listen, I heard that. Peter [62:47] is telling you, I heard that with my I'm not making something up. I'm not telling you some story that somebody made up and [62:53] told to me. I heard it with my own ears. Grab Matthew chapter 17. [63:01] Okay. Like you got to understand what these people went through. They not playing with y'all. They not sitting here right [63:08] there. We not sitting there trying to trick nobody. That what these people had you say. These people had you believing [63:14] that the whole book was written by some white man. That don't even make logical sense. Tell them to do it again. It's [63:19] like it's like the Jay-Z line. Jay-Z say you know what I'm saying? I heard young people saying they made ho made ho say [63:27] okay. make another hole cuz he call himself Jehovah. You know what I'm saying? Trying to trying to play off the [63:33] mistaken version of Yahweh's name, right? He said, "I heard I heard these [63:38] young people saying they made ho may hope say, "Okay, so make another hole. [63:45] Make a if a white man give me another white man and make another Bible." Cuz [63:50] as far as I can see, can't nobody do it. As far as I can see, every major [63:55] religion just about that crosses multiple cultures has to attach itself [64:01] to the Old Testament of this Bible. So, show me the white man that came up with that. You can't do it. It ain't been [64:09] lasting a thousand years. If a white man did come up, he deserve to be darn wor. [64:15] How you make the whole world follow a book and you don't deserve worship? I just want you to show me what white [64:22] man was it. was it one might man and he just lived for a thousand years. [64:27] Silly darn butts. I don't know what's wrong with these people. They don't even say stuff that's logical and they teach you to be they condition your butt to go [64:33] for it, too. We sit there and we listen to stuff like, "Yeah, that makes sense. [64:39] That makes sense. Yeah, that makes sense. Yeah, it makes sense that the Grand Canyon came from an ice age over [64:45] billions and billions of years. You've never seen no structure straight up and [64:50] darn down like this form itself in any long period of time. It just has never [64:56] happened. You've never observed it. They look up their own definition of [65:02] science and it call them a hypocrite. If it's science, guess what you got to do? You got to observe it and you got to [65:10] experiment. Tell me one time you've observed the whole universe be what do they call [65:18] it? Spontaneously combusted from nothing and all of a sudden you got a darn tadpole. [65:26] I just asked show me something simple. You know what I'm saying? Like like just take a box that got nothing in it and [65:33] then let it sit there, put it in the microwave for about six six years and [65:39] just let me see a tadpole come out of it. Let me just see a larva. You know what I'm saying? Put nothing in the box [65:45] and then let me see a little stream of water just be in there. You know what I'm saying? All these people just be coming up with [65:52] lies and then we've never seen no experiment to prove this stuff. But guess what? We go along with it. [65:59] And when we go along with it, we go along with it like it's fact. And then somebody tell us the world was created [66:04] in six days. Yeah, it's unbelievable. Like, oh, but it's not unbelievable. That's that you used to be a monkey. You [66:11] never seen the in between monkeys. You see the first monkey and the last monkey. You never see the in between monkey. But that's believable to you. [66:18] All the rest of the monkey somehow is extinct. The only ones that made it is the very first monkey and your monkey [66:26] butt. That don't make no darn sense to me, right? That don't make no darn sense to [66:32] me. This is Matthew chapter 17. Give me verse one. And after six days, Yoshua take took [66:38] Peter, James, and John his brother and brethren, and brought them into up into [66:43] a high mountain, a part, okay? And was transfigured before them. And his face did shine as the sun, and his [66:48] raignment was white as the light. Look, his he was transfigured. The man face shine like the sun. [66:54] Remember Moses face shine? The man face shine like the sun. What else? [66:59] Behold, there appeared unto them, Moses and Elijah talking with him. And then Moses and the prophet Elijah [67:04] was talking with him. We going to talk about that. Then answered Peter and said unto Yosua, Lord, it is good for us to be here. [67:11] Uh-huh. If thy will. So who answered? Um Peter [67:16] So Peter answered Yahosua like yo yo, it's good that we here now, Lord. [67:21] Master, it's good that we here now. What you want? He about to ask him. You want me to make a couple tents? Watch this. [67:27] Let us make the three tabernacles here. Three tabernacles. One. You want me to make a couple tents for [67:32] you? One for Moses and one for Elijah. He knew he Look, he knew he even talking [67:37] to I like to imagine Yahua using their name cuz I feel like Yahosua was stunned. Yahosua face starts shining and [67:44] all of a sudden you see a vision of Elijah and Moses talking. And I feel like Yahosua was just stunned like, [67:50] "Hey, hey, Moses. How's it going?" Because, you know, they wouldn't know what Moses looked like. So, I feel like Yahosua was like, "Hey, Moses. Elijah, [67:57] man, it's been a while. How you been, boy?" You know what I'm saying? Like using their names intentionally. And so, [68:03] Peter was looking like, "Oh, hey, no, no. It's it's good. It's good that we got to witness this. I'll make you three [68:10] tents. One for you, one for Elijah, and one for Moses." Watch what he said. [68:17] And behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them. Then all of a sudden, a bright cloud came up and overshadowed them. And then [68:23] what? And behold, a voice out of the cloud which said, "This is my beloved son in whom I'm well pleased. Hear ye him." [68:29] So now Peter heard that with his own ears. He saw with his own eyes. And now [68:37] you trying to tell him what he should believe. Let's go back. Peter is trying to tell [68:44] you, I didn't come up with no cl I didn't make this stuff up. Ain't nobody told me no story and I thought it was [68:50] interesting. No, I saw this stuff with my own eyes. I heard a voice come out of [68:57] nowhere. I'm sitting here about to make a tent for Moses and Elijah cuz I saw these boys. I know y'all think I'm [69:03] crazy, but I saw it. And a voice came out and said, "This is my son." [69:10] I'm not trying to trick nobody. I'm telling you what I witness with my own eyes. Watch this. [69:16] For he received from God. This is uh second Peter chapter 1 verse what? [69:22] Second Peter chapter 1 verse1 17. Watch what the book say. For he received from God the father honor and glory. When there came such a [69:29] voice to him from the excellent glory. This is my beloved son in whom I am well pleased. And this voice which came from [69:36] heaven we heard when we were with him in the holy mount. Mhm. We have also a more sure word of [69:41] prophecy, where unto you do well to take heed as unto a light that shines in a dark place. Right. Hold look. He said a more sure [69:48] word of prophecy. Understand what he's saying? We all have a ton of books in [69:55] what we call the Old Testament. And these are all prophetic books and [70:01] those are good books for our guidance. The man came back and said, "After I saw [70:07] Yahushua and I've learned from him, we now have a even more sure word of [70:14] prophecy." In other words, we have on top of what we already had, we have something that's even more credible, [70:22] something that's even more uh valuable for our guidance, a more sure word of [70:29] what we got. Grab uh John chapter 11 real quick. [70:36] This is John chapter 11 real quick. Verse 7. [70:42] He said we have a more sure word of prophecy. [70:48] That's what the gospel is for us. Right on top of everything else. Yosua [70:54] himself came down and started to teach us. Now that becomes a more sure word of [71:00] prophecy. It don't mean that the old prophecy is not good. It just means that this one is better. [71:08] This is Johnap 11. Give me verse 7 real quick. Then after that saith he to his disciples, "Let us go into Judah again." [71:14] Mhm. His disciples said unto him, "Master, the Jews of late sought to stone thee, and you go out there again." [71:20] Watch this. And he answered, "Are there not 12 hours in the day?" He said, "The time is short. Why do you [71:28] think I'm worried about dying? [71:33] They sitting there worried about him like, "Man, you do know these boys trying to kill you." Well, don't you [71:38] know that the time is short? He said, "Are there not what?" 12 hours in the day. Uh-huh. [71:44] If any man walks in the day, he stumbles. He stumbles not because he sees the light of this world. [71:49] Uh-huh. But if a man walk in the night, he stumbles because there is no light in him. Uh-huh. These things he said, and after that he [71:56] said unto them, "Our friend Lazarus sleeps." So now he's telling you it's about to be time for y'all to stumble. [72:04] The time is short. I got stuff to do. Don't you know that as long as it's [72:10] light outside, you ain't going to trip and fall cuz you can see clearly. [72:15] But when you got to move around in darkness, you have a higher chance that you going to trip and fall. He's trying [72:21] to tell you it's about to get very dark for y'all when I get up out of here [72:27] right now. That's why Peter is talking to us about a more sure word of [72:33] prophecy. Let's go back. This is second Peter chapter 1. What verse [72:39] 19? This second Peter chapter 1 verse 19. Watch the book say [72:47] we have also a more sure word of prophecy. Mhm. where until you do well that you take heed as unto a light that shines in [72:53] a dark placeh day dawn and the day star arise in your hearts. So he's saying this more sure word of [73:00] prophecy has to guide us after Yahosua left because Yahosua left and now he [73:06] left it dark. He told you while I'm here man don't you know it's going to be light. You ain't going to stumble but as [73:12] soon as I leave it's going to get tricky. So now Peter is telling us the way that we deal with that darkness that's left [73:19] by Yahosua leaving is we have to cling on to the more sure word of prophecy [73:24] which is his word which is the gospel and we have to use the rest of the prophets to do that as well. Keep going. [73:31] Knowing this first that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. Yeah. For the prophecy came not in old time [73:37] but by the will by the will of man but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. Mhm. [73:46] This second Peter chapter 2 verse one. [73:51] But there was false prophets also among the the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you. [73:56] Who privately shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves [74:01] swift destruction. Yep. And many shall follow their pernitious ways by reason of whom the way of truth [74:07] shall be evil spoken of. Mh. And through covetousness shall they feain words make merchandise of you, [74:12] whose judgment now of a long time lingerth not, and their damnation slumberth not. Right? So now he's telling you about [74:19] people that will come and they're going to make what of you? Merchandise. What verse is that? Two, three. [74:24] This is verse three. It tells you, I want y'all to read it. It tells you that they will make merchandise of you. What [74:31] do you think these people are doing when they get you? when they beg you to join their congregation and join their [74:37] church, right, and bring you in and they pass a collection played around four [74:42] times while telling you that the Old Testament is dead and the Old Testament is done away with, but then at the same [74:48] breath they tell you make sure you pay your tithe, which you can only read about in the Old Testament. [74:57] How are they not making merchandise of you? It's all about keeping their numbers up [75:05] and they building fund that they constantly money laundering and stealing and skimming off to the top and going [75:12] everywhere else. It's constantly happening. Some of them got some nice buildings [75:17] though. You know what I'm saying? Some of them got some nice little I be looking at them like now that I know how much stuff cost I be looking at like [75:23] this thing this thing cost a pretty penny now. I just be looking at, man, that's a lot [75:29] of money you took from these people. And it's not really about the money. What it's really about is what are you [75:36] doing in exchange for? If you teaching people lies or teaching people these [75:41] vague, meaningless, empty, you know what I'm saying, sermons that don't come from [75:46] the Bible, like you not teaching them, like a person doesn't walk away knowing more about the Bible. They might walk [75:52] away inspired. They might walk away feeling encouraged. They might walk away more hopeful. They might walk away with [75:59] more wisdom even. But they don't know more about God's word. [76:05] They don't walk away understanding the factual pieces of God's word and his [76:10] message. They walk away with a pastor's message. That is wrong to then turn away [76:16] and say, "Give your money to me because that's giving your money to God." No, you're not teaching them about God. You [76:22] can't say that. What verse we is? [76:29] Where? This is uh first 2 Corinthians chapter 2:4. Watch what the book says. For if [76:35] God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into the change of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment, [76:41] and spared not the old world, but saved Noah, the eighth person of a uh eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, [76:48] bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly, and turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes, condemned [76:53] them with an overflow, making them an example unto those that after should live ungodly, [76:59] who delivered just Lot vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked. For that righteous man dwelling among them [77:04] in seeing and hearing vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds. [77:10] The master knoweth how to deliver the the godly out of temptation. The master knows, right? Yahweh knows [77:17] how to deliver the ungodly. The godly I mean the godly from the ungodly, [77:25] right? Yah. Look, Yah knows how to separate the people that are for him [77:32] from the people that are not and therefore deliver those that are for him in the midst of those that are not. [77:38] We've seen this before. Grab uh Second Kings. [77:45] This is Second Kings chapter 10. [77:51] Then we got to come back. What verse did we leave off in second uh nine? is verse 9. So we coming we going to come back to [77:58] verse 9. Second Peter chapter 2:9. We coming back to that right now. We about to go to second Kings chapter 10. Give [78:04] me verse 18. Second Kings chapter 10 verse 18. [78:11] And Jiu gathered all the people together and said unto them, Ahab serve Baal a little. For Ji who shall serve him much. [78:18] Uhhuh. Now therefore call unto me all the prophets of Baal and all the servants and his priests. Let none be wanting, [78:23] for I have a great sacrifice to do to Baal. Whosoever shall be wanting, he shall not live. But Jiu did it in subtility to the [78:30] intent that he might destroy the worshippers of Baal. And Jiu said, "Proclaim in solemn assembly for Baal." And they proclaimed [78:37] it. Jiu sent through all Israel. And all the worshippers of Baal came so that there was not a man left that came not. [78:44] Right? So he went through all of Israel. He told the people, "Do you serve Baal? Do you serve Baal? Do you serve Baal? [78:52] Oh, we having the biggest bay all party. Make sure you show up. And he made sure [78:57] that everybody who served Baal was there. Watch what happened. [79:03] And Ju sent through all Israel. And all the worshippers of Baal came so that there was not a man left that came not. [79:08] They came into the house of Baal. And the house of Baal was full from one end to another. And he said unto him that [79:14] was over the vestry, "Bring forth vestments for all the worshippers of Baal." And brought them forth vestments. [79:19] And Jahu went and Jonadab the son of Rakab into the house of Baal. And he said unto the worshippers of Baal, [79:25] "Search and look that there be here with you none of the servants of the Yahweh." He said, "Look, make sure there is [79:32] nobody in here that serves Yahweh, right? Make sure there's no confusion. [79:39] Everybody in here are servants of Baal, right? Make sure there's no servants of [79:44] Yahweh on the inside." Watch this. But the worshippers of Baal only. And when they went in to offer sacrifices and [79:51] burnt offerings, Jiu appointed 80 men without said, "If any man whom I have [79:57] brought into your hands escape, he that lets him go, his life shall be for your life." Uh-huh. The life of him. And it came to pass as [80:04] soon as he had made an end of offering the burnt offering that ye who said to the guard and the captains, "Go in and slay them. Let none come forth." They [80:11] smoked them with the edge of the sword, and the guard of the captains cast them out and went to the city of the house of Baal. [80:16] And they brought forth the images out of the house of Baal, and burned them, and they break down the images of Baal, and break down the house of Baal, and made [80:23] it a made it a drought house unto this day. Thus Jiu destroyed Baal out of Israel, [80:28] how be it from the sins of Jeroboam, the son of Nebat, who made So we saw Jiu separate the ungodly from [80:35] the godly. He attracted the ungodly to a specific place. And after getting them [80:40] there, double check it was like, "Hey, there's no worshippers of Yahweh in here." Right? To make sure that he only [80:48] gets the ungodly, which therefore delivers the godly, [80:53] right? This is what Peter is talking about. We know that the most high God, and this is not the only example, we [80:58] have many examples of this, right? But we know that the most high God, when he [81:04] says we know, he's not just telling you something just because he knows the scriptures. He's thinking of these [81:10] examples. The most high God delivered Lot from the ungodly. The most high God [81:16] delivered Noah from the ungodly. The most high God delivered the the the [81:21] worshippers of Yahweh from the ungodly. Right? We understand that there are [81:27] plenty examples of this all throughout the books. So, he's telling you, we know that Yah knows how to do this. Let's go [81:33] back. This is second Peter chapter 2 verse uh 9. [81:38] Second Peter chapter 2 verse 9. [81:44] The Lord know actually sorry jump just jump over to uh second Peter 3. This is second Peter [81:50] chapter 3 verse one. [81:57] The second epistle. This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you in both which I stir up your pure minds by way [82:03] of remembrance, that ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before the holy prophets and the and the [82:10] commandment of us, the apostles of the master and savior, knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days [82:16] scoffers walking after their own lust. It's going to come people that be like, "Here we go." Has that not already [82:23] happened? These people scoff at our book. Scoff is when you're like, [82:29] Right? When you rolling your eyes at there go these Bible thumpers. That's scoffing. Right. He said there will come [82:37] scoffers in the last day. And what else they going to do? And saying where is the promise of his coming? Since the fathers fell asleep, [82:44] all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. Right. They said this is uh chapter [82:49] three. Four. No, go to chapter three. This is chapter three. I mean I mean verse four. [82:56] Okay. That's in chapter three. All right, keep going. [83:01] For this they willingly are ignorant of that by the word of God the heavens were of old and the earth standing out of the [83:07] water and in the water. Right? So they thinking in their mind all my life the world been the same and [83:13] my grandmother's life has been the same. They don't even have enough context to understand all the stuff that's happened [83:18] in the world because we only exist in a very small percentage of time. [83:24] Right? Each one of us is lucky to live 75 years, 80 years, right? So then if we [83:32] live that long, but the world has been around for thousands of years, [83:39] 6,000 years and all all you live is 80 of them. You [83:45] think you have enough to make an assessment about all of the world? So in their mind, they think, man, the world [83:51] ain't changed. And Peter is trying to tell him like, "Oh, well, you are not considering the fact that the whole [83:58] world was flooded before, right? Keep going. By the word then was [84:03] being overflowed with water perished. But the heavens and the earth which are now by the same word are kept in store, [84:09] reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and predition of ungodly men." But beloved, be not ignorant of this one [84:15] thing, that one day with the with the master is a thousand years, and a thousand years is one day. The Lord is [84:22] not slack concerning his promise as some men count slackness, but is long-suffering to usward, not willing that any should perish, but that all [84:28] should come to repentance. Right? So, if if we have the question of like, okay, well, why is all this going [84:33] on? It's because the Most High God is trying to let it all play out for the purpose that there are still people, [84:40] excuse me, that there's still people that are going to repent. So, he's waiting for all of his children [84:47] that are going to repent before he takes this whole thing out, right? But we [84:53] count it as slackness. We count it as him taking a long time. We count it as him forgetting. We counted as him being [84:59] lazy. We counted as him taking it easy on us. Right? No, he said, "Don't count it as slackness." You know what I'm [85:05] saying? He just waiting. Very methodical. Right? Keep going. For the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in the which the heavens [85:12] shall pass away with great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, and the earth and the works that [85:17] are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, that what manner of [85:22] persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness. Right? So he's telling he's saying, [85:27] listen, there's going to be like the day of Yahweh is going to come to you like a thief in the night. So it's going to [85:34] come to you when you don't expect it. So he's saying therefore you need to understand what type of person you want [85:41] to be cuz when it spring up on you and you don't expect it, you're not going to have time to sort it out. So you need to [85:47] just be in that state cuz you're not going to know when it happens. [85:52] Hold we got real quick. Go to Matthew chapter uh 13. What verse was that that we left off on? [85:58] 11. This is Matthew chapter 13. In the interest of time, just jump over [86:04] to 24. This is Matthew chapter 13 verse 24. [86:15] Matthew chapter 13 verse 24. Another parable he put forth unto them, [86:22] saying, "The kingdom of heaven is like unto a man which showed good seed in his field." Mhm. But while men slept, his enemy came and [86:28] sold trees, sold tears among the wheat, and went his way. Mhm. But when the blade was sprung up and [86:34] brought forth fruit, then appeared the tears also. So he had wheat that the the that the [86:39] man who had the field, he intended to grow wheat, then he fell asleep. And his enemies came and swed a different type [86:46] of seed called tears. But the wheat and the tears, they look so much alike when [86:51] they're growing together. They look almost like the exact same thing. But [86:56] when a wheat is fully grown, it starts to kind of bow over like it like it [87:02] leans over. It gets too heavy at the top and it leans over like that, right? And it turns a brown like that golden brown [87:09] color. Meanwhile, the tears typically stay green and they stand straight up. So [87:17] when they grow, they're both green. You can't really see them until until they're fully grown. Once they're fully [87:23] grown, you can tell the difference from them. Right. So, you had somebody who sold [87:29] these tears that look just like wheat as they're growing and then somebody who intended to only look at wheat. Right? [87:37] Watch this. So, the servants of the householder came and said to him, "Sir, do you not sow good seed in your field? [87:44] From whence have these tears come from?" And he said unto them, "An enemy has done this." The servant said unto him, [87:50] "Well, do you do you want us to go and gather them up?" But he said, "No." Right? Because the servant was looking [87:56] like, "Man, we could tell a couple of these is tears." And then he said, "No, [88:01] don't gather them up." And they looking like, "We can go clean all this up. We can just go pull up all the tears." But [88:06] remember, they look just like the wheat. They look very similar, right? I mean, you can look closely and tell, "Oh, no. [88:12] That's not a wheat. That's a tear." But they all the same color. They look similar. It's going to be hard work. So, they willing to do it. They look like, [88:18] "Man, we go up pull up all these tears." But watch what he say. Watch what the master say. No, less while you gather up [88:24] the tears, you root up also the wheat with them. Right. You will mess around and pull up the tears and the wheat together. He's [88:32] like, I want to keep my wheat. I just don't want the tears. I don't want y'all to me by mistake pull up the tears and [88:39] then end up pulling up wheat also with it. Right? So instead, watch what the master say you do. Let both grow together until the [88:45] harvest. And in the time of harvest, I will say to the reapers, gather ye together the first the tears and bind [88:51] them in bundles to burn them. But gather the wheat into my barn. The tears end up getting burned and the [88:57] wheat goes to the barn. He's gi explain it. Jump jump jump down [89:04] to the to end part. Should be verse like 36. [89:13] This is Matthew chapter 13:36. Watch what the book say. Then Yoshua sent the multitude away and [89:18] went into the house. He sent the multitude. He sent the Christians where? Away. He sent they but away cuz they not [89:24] disciples. And his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tears of the field. [89:29] Uh-huh. And he answered and said, he that sws the good seed is the son of man. The field is the world. The good seed are [89:34] the children of the kingdom, but the tears are the children of the wicked one. The enemy that sow them is the devil. [89:39] The harvest is the end of the world and the reapers are the angels. As therefore the tears are gathered are burned in the [89:45] fire, so shall it be in the end of this world. The son of man shall send forth his angels, they shall gather out of his [89:52] kingdom all things that offend them which do iniquity and shall cast them into a furnace of fire. There shall be [89:57] wailing and nashing of teeth. So now he's finally answering Jeremiah's [90:02] question. You remember we started off with Jeremiah and Jeremiah was like, why do these wicked people are why are they [90:08] up? Why are they successful? Why do they look like they in the lead? These people are wicked and it looks like you letting [90:15] them win, God. I'm trying to compete for the faith and contend. And I'm righteous [90:22] and I'm doing what you told me to do and it hurts and I'm suffering. But yet [90:28] these other people look like they had a best life and they sinning and they hypocrites and they talk about how much [90:34] they love you, but on the other hand, they do everything except love you. Why is it that they get to win and I don't? [90:41] That's what Jeremiah asks. And now we know why. Because he's letting the wheat grow with the tears. [90:49] And at some point the wheat is going to bow down to it. And they going to get a [90:54] golden brown color. And then you going to have a tear that's going to stand straight up and be obvious that they [91:00] tears. And they they color ain't going to change. And when that happens, he going to send all his angels to say, [91:06] "Gather all the tears and put them where?" In the fire. In the fire. And gather all the wheat [91:13] and put them where? In my barn. In my barn. And that's the kingdom, right? He's lining it all up to make [91:20] sure that we understand everything that we have to separate the ungodly from the [91:26] godly. to make sure that he can deliver the godly from everything else that's happening just like Ju did when he had [91:34] or when he had uh the wor of bal inside of the inside of the whatever it was syn [91:39] whatever it was inside of the house right that answers Jeremiah's question but [91:46] notice Jeremiah didn't get that but Jeremiah got told you tripping about running with people [91:52] on feed how you gonna handle a boy that's on horse look what basically told Jeremiah, "Boy, [91:58] stop complaining." You know what I'm saying? Pull your pants up. Let's go. Tighten up your belt, boy. Let's go. [92:05] We got work to do. Go ahead and go back to uh Second Pet [92:11] Second Peter chapter 3. We left off at verse 9. No, we're on verse 11. [92:26] Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation [92:33] in godliness, looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall [92:39] be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat. Nevertheless, we according to his promise look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein [92:45] dwelleth righteousness. Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that you may be [92:51] found of him in peace without spot and blameless and account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation. [92:57] The long suffering of Yahweh is salvation. You have to understand that like what we [93:04] go through while maintaining righteous, it don't count if we not maintaining righteousness. But what we go through [93:11] while maintaining righteousness is salvation for like that is the savior [93:16] for us, right? So we have to count it that way. We have to look at it that way. We have to be like, "Okay, but yo, [93:22] this hurts. This sucks. This is bad. It's going through it." But you know what? Got to stay with it. Got to stay [93:28] with it. Got to stay. Can't break. Can't break. Can't break. Cuz if we break, then it starts us over, right? Keep [93:35] going. Watch this. and account. Wherefore, beloved, seeing [93:41] that you look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace without spot and blameless. [93:48] That's it. And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation, even as our brother, beloved brother Paul also, [93:54] according to the wisdom given unto him has written unto you. Yeah. Watch this. As also in all his epistles, speaking in [94:00] them of things in which are some things hard to be understood. He said, look, some of this stuff that [94:05] Paul's talking about is hard to be understood. Y'all have to understand Paul lays it out, but he's very [94:11] technical. So, it's hard to understand some of these. When you read Galatians, man, these Christians like Galatians, [94:17] but they don't understand what Galatians is talking about. These Christians like the writer of [94:23] Hebrew, I mean, right, the book of Hebrews, but they don't know what the book of Hebrews is talking about. They don't know what Corinthians talking [94:28] about. So, he lay out all these things and they make a mess of it, right? And he's telling them, he's like, "Look, [94:34] this stuff is hard to understand, but man, that boy is bad." Watch this. They that are unlearned are unstable, [94:41] and unstable rest as they do the other scriptures, unto their own destruction. Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know [94:48] these things before. Beware, lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own [94:54] steadfastness. But now in grace and in knowledge, in our of our Lord and Savior, Yosua, to [94:59] him be glory both now and forever. Amen. Amen. So, next week that that that concludes second Peter. I just wanted to [95:06] make sure that we go back and we we cover some of the highlights, you know what I'm saying? And cover some of the stuff that we missed the first time and [95:12] we we went through it. Um, but now we going to go into First John next week. [95:18] Uh, and and we'll we'll actually we'll probably we'll probably try to get [95:23] through all of John's. You know what I'm saying? Because you got First John, Second John, and Third John. Second John and Third John are just one chapter. But [95:30] we'll probably try to get through all of it and you know what I'm saying and see how it go. Uh y'all willing. Any [95:36] questions? [95:47] Yeah. Yeah. I think I got to buy some rechargeable mics. I mean mic packs. [95:52] The batteries is killing me. See, it's like my rechargeable batteries. Let me You know what I'm [95:58] saying? While I'm waiting for questions, let me explain to y'all how the thing work. What we do is we get batteries, [96:05] right? I mean batteries. And then we recharge them in this thing right here. And you recharge them usually in the [96:12] morning. But what'll happen is I think some of these batteries are [96:18] losing their luster. So I probably got to like switch them out cuz I've been using them for so long. Huh. [96:24] Well, I got batteries, but I always got to buy batteries. And I try to get the rechargeable batteries, but I think now [96:29] these are like losing their ability to be recharged. And so now they dying [96:35] sooner. Some of them like these these two over here, these thing, you can't even get nothing out of these no more. [96:40] And so it look like the other ones, the ones I just had are having the same thing. So I think we going to have to [96:46] look into getting some mics that maybe have like you could just set them on a [96:51] charger. That way it's always ready every Friday. No issues. [96:57] You know what I mean? We going to see. No, I got some. I just I just don't like having to switch them [97:03] out in the middle of studying. But I appreciate that. Thank you. [97:10] Any question? Let me see. Did we get anything? Let's pass the play for a better mic. [97:21] You know what I'm saying? It ain't even know I ain't even got the building fun. I just got the mic fun. [97:27] Oh man, you robbing God. All right. Well, let's pray out.
